Had a great experience while dining at this location. One of the staff members by the name of Charles was friendly and took excellent care of my class and I during our class field trip. It was clean, wheelchair accessible, had quality food, and provided great customer service. We were visiting from Orange Grove center which is a local school for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We felt welcomed while in the community and plan on coming back for another great future visit. Hands up to Ci Ci's Pizza!😉

My family and I tried CiCi's again now that it is reopened under new management. It was good pizza. Everything was fresh and hot and they called out when they added new pizza to the bar. I liked this because they don't always have what I want on the bar right when I walk in. The manager, Charles, was on it. He was watching out for customers needs and kept the dining area tidy. The pizza and desserts were better than usual. I felt like someone had taken the time to distribute the toppings evenly and slice it with care. In the past pizzas have been haphazardly put together. We will definitely be back. Glad to see this guilty pleasure doing better than ever!

The atmosphere is great. the service is amazing. the soup. don't be clowning on the soup. it is hands down the best soup I've had. have to give the soup High High Praise. they just came out with a potato tot and bacon pizza with mac and cheese sauce. Oh my goodness, it is amazing best pizza experience I've had in a while thank you CiCi's

We have visited 3 times since they have reopened under new management, and every time the food and service has been amazing. The food on the bar is always hot, fresh and always stocked. Everytime we have visited we are always greeted and treated like a friend by an employee named Charles. He always has a smile on his face and never a minute he isn't doing something. Our family will continue to visit every time we are in the area!

One of the workers kept staring at me. The food was Luke warm and dry... the service though efficient lacked friendliness. And there was a huge stack of pizza boxes on the middle table. There was white liquid posing as soup. It was horrible.

This location closed super early before 9 pm as customers where showing up trying to eat. The manager told them and me no and they will only do togo, even tho it says the buffet is open tell 10 p.m online. I do not appreciate or think it's okay for the store to have done this to its customers and close early. They have a closing time listed for a reason. This is miss information and wrong to your customers. If your hours say open tell 10 you should honor that. Not think that extra hour matter to the people that signed up to work that shift and get off at 10.

Had the best experience today. When we walked in Charles the new MIT greeted us with much excitement. He asked if we were looking for any specific pizzas and we told him what we would like and he got it made for us then brought us a plate of it to the table. Brought us napkins and took away any dirty plates we had. He also held the door open for us when we left. We watched him do all the same things for others at the restaurant. All around it was a great experience. Charles will make a fantastic manager!

My Moma & I have been twice in two weeks. It was great and Charles made it even better. He was super friendly and actually came to our table to check on us and offer assistance for anything we might need. He is simply amazing and such an asset to the business. He definitely made us comfortable and made us want to come back and eat again. He needs a big raise! 🥰

Soon as you walk in the door the atmosphere is welcoming and fun! Charles the new Manager is Awesome, and the definition of customer service! The place is nice and clean, and best of all the food, and love listening to music while I eat! I was shocked to come in today and the salad wasn't the Iceberg lettuce. I am not a big fan of the "mixed salad greens." CICIS was basically the only restaurant around where I was able to get the Iceberg lettuce. Maybe if a pan of Iceberg lettuce and the mixed greens could be evenly mixed it would make a better option. The work crew are very friendly! Charles is a very sociable person and always has a smile and helpful
