My party of three arrived at this establishment at approx 230p on a Saturday. Parking was tight but available. We were warmly greeted and seated immediately. Two of us ordered alcoholic beverages-drinks did not disappoint! (Wink!) Our waiter (Megan) was attentive, suggestive, and patient-two of us our first time there, and had more questions than usual. The food was reasonably priced, cooked to perfection, and portioned well. If I had to make a complaint, a couple dishes were a little too salty for me. Overall, we all enjoyed our visit, and even shared our positive experience with the on duty manager. We look forward to coming back, and sharing our enjoyable experience with friends and family!

My husband loved this place when he worked in downtown Atlanta 8 years ago. We were in town for a conference and headed back here, and it was as amazing as we remembered. He loves the Fox Bros. Burger and I tried and enjoyed a 6 piece wings, with sauce on the side. I'd recommend both and we can't wait to come back from TN and enjoy it again next time!

All the stories you heard are true! This place is absolutely incredible. The sides are creative and delicious, the meats are incredibly flavorful, and the staff was super friendly. The cornbread and collards are delicious and a perfect accompaniment to any plates or sandwich you get. My daughter loved the brisket chili mac and couldn't get enough. My sandwich filled me up and everything is fairly priced for the quality you're getting. Highly recommend!

When I tell you this place is good, it’s GOOD. When you pull into the parking lot and there’s a wait just to park your car, you know this place has to be good. It was packed, and they even had a 75 minute time limit because of the number of people waiting. A coworker of mine has been here before, and decided to take me along this time around. When we got it we order the sweet tea, and then shared the 4 meats combo. Everything on the plate was delicious. Collard greens were great, and the corn bread…I had to order a second piece! The ribs were my favorite, and the sauce they provide on the table is tasty as well. If you have a craving for BBQ, this is a great choice.

OK. I am not exactly a BBQ connoisseur, but these were the best ribs I ever had. The Brunswick stew was awesome, the spicy green beans were a great surprise and the potato options were flavorful. Renee and her crew made the meal even better!

😋 really tasty barbecue in this Fox Bros location even at these food volumes! We came without a reservation around 7pm and managed to get a table outside - the staff is very friendly and helpful. The meals are HUGE, keep that in mind and it's very difficult to stop eating once they arrive 🤷‍♂️. The fried Jalapeños were omnomnom... All in all - would love to come back and get the same we had this time around 😁.

Pretty good BBQ. Started with the sausage/ pimento and fried pickles. Pretty good but the sausage was a bit chewy. The brisket burger was the highlight, absolutely delicious. Also, tried the salad with smoked chicken which was ok. For dessert, the snicker doodle apple pie was average. Crust was good but the apple sauce tasted a bit sour. The service was very friendly and prompt.

Stopped here coming in on our way to Atlanta. Seen a ton of articles online talking about how great this place is and had to stop in for myself! My son had the pulled pork sandwich and baked beans and gobbled it up. Wife and I both had the brisket, which was cooked to perfection. Spicy green beans were delicious, with bits of meat and potatoes in them. Service was good, place was clean, no complaints!

I made it maybe an hour to 45 minutes before closing. They were out of ribs, and sliced brisket. I ordered chopped brisket which was a little fatty. It was still delicious, but I don't like all that fat. Also had smoked wings, and a cheddar jalapeño sausage. The sausage was so good and flavorful! Overall everything was delicious, and the sauce was good also. I was visiting, but if I lived there, I'd frequent them quite often!

Not sure why this place is so highly regarded. It wasn’t very good. Had the sausage with pimento cheese and fried spare ribs as appetizers. The sausage and pimento cheese was pretty good. The fried ribs were just ok. Frying the ribs did not add any flavor. Not a big deal at all. I don’t recommend them. I had the Texas Fries and the Burger. The fries are supposed to be like nacho fries. They were terrible. The cheese was hard and they didn’t stick to the fries. Didn’t really have a good flavor either. Not good. Whenever a place uses shredded cheese on nachos or fries instead of liquid nacho cheese it just gets hard as soon as it’s removed from heat. That was the case here. The burger also did not taste very good even when I added bbq sauce. It was average at best. My wife had the combo with chicken and brisket. She had the brussel sprouts and fox a roni for sides. The chicken was cooked well but it was bland and the bbq sauce couldn’t even bring it to life. The brisket was just ok. Bucee’s has better brisket! The brussel sprouts and fox a roni were very good. My wife’s margarita was very good as well. We had the coconut cake for dessert and it was not very good. You can get better at Publix. Overall I would not recommend this place. I’ve been to lots of better bbq places than this. Our server was Zoe and she was very nice.

On a trip from NYC we were hungry and looking for something to eat. BBQ is always a go to when we can't figure out what's good in the area. Found this spot on Google maps and saw all of the reviews. I'm pleased to inform you that the reviews are true. This place is delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive. We ordered Texas fries, BC combo (pulled pork, jalapeno sausage, spare ribs), spicy green beans, and brisket chilli. Everything tasted great. Would recommend if you're in the area.

Fox Bros. BBQ is a must-visit for anyone who loves barbecue. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is great, and the service is top-notch. It’s no wonder that it’s considered one of the best BBQ spots in Atlanta. I highly recommend it! I had the brisket burger and Texas fries with brisket so delicious!

Great place. We went in with high expectations due to multiple places considering fox bros to have the best burger in the country. Although we wouldn’t consider it a burger it was damn freaking delicious. We started with some appetizers and gosh they know how to fill up a plate. Great prices as well ⚡️

Man you can’t beat this place it the best barbecue in Atlanta!!!! The brisket was really flavor for the smoked jalapeño cheddar sausages, my favorite. The chicken fried ribs are a must try!!!! These is so many good things to say about this place it’s crazy. The staff were very helpful. Wait time was only about 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. Although it is a little difficult to find a parking, I wish you the best of luck with that. All in all this is a great place to get real deal, Texas style barbecue. If you love barbecue, this is the place to go!!!!!!!!!

Delicious barbecue sandwiches. The brisket was smoked and delicious. The ribs were good as well. I took my God kids and husband here not too long ago. Great place for friends or family and it did not take long to get seated and to get food.

Second time here, tried a couple of different items, had a combo plate with pulled pork and the burnt ends. The pulled pork was good, no complaints there but the burnt ends we're not good to me, they were tough and fatty and came with a sauce on them which I didn't like. I'm glad I didn't order the burnt end special I would have been really disappointed. the service however was great, I had the same waitress as the last time I was there and she is very nice. First review: A lot of bad reviews, but I enjoyed what I had. However I did go pretty much when they first opened up on a Tuesday so I didn't have to wait. I ordered the two meat platter, had the chopped brisket and jalapeno sausage. I had a side of fried okra which was very good and the mac and cheese which was very good as well. The meats were excellent also. A bit of a pricey place. With tip I paid almost $30 just for lunch for myself. Their desserts are $8 a piece, which I thought was a little outrageous. Also as of the time I went, they only take debit or credit cards, no cash.

It looks like an old house from the outside but inside it’s set up like a dive bar/restaurant. It took about 40 minutes to get a table of seven seated, but the place was packed with a steady stream of cars coming in and out for takeout orders. For appetizers we ordered Texas fries, fried pickles and jalapeños, and the chicken fried ribs. The chicken fried ribs are a must try for everyone who comes here because they are delicious! The ribs were good. The chicken had that nice smoky flavor. The brisket got two thumbs up but no one seemed to care for the sides as they were rather bland and tasteless. Service was good even though the restaurant was packed. I figured that we’d come back to give them a try another day.

The food was really good. And the service was great. Our waitress was friendly. My guys loved the ribs. The pulled pork was juicy and tender. I didn't really care for the chopped brisket cause it was fatty but that's just me. My drink was good too. We enjoyed ourselves overall and I'd recommend it like countless others.

I had an excellent experience here... Our server, Veronica, was polite, friendly and attentive. She attended to us quickly. She was very informative regarding the specials and the menu in general. We ordered the chicken fried ribs for an appetizer, which was THE BOMB! I definitely suggest trying it. We ordered drinks, Texas margarita and Cathead Cooler, both of which were yummy and potent. I ate the combo with chicken and brisket and Mac n cheese and fried okra...all of which were EXCELLENT, tasty & tender. Dessert was Oreo cheesecake and the hummingbird cake...both were delicious. The portions were great, with more than enough to take home for later. Our drinks and water were quickly refilled and we were allowed time to eat and enjoy ourselves without being constantly interrupted by a server, like I've experienced in other restaurants, which was refreshing. The atmosphere was laid back, we sat outside on the patio. We had plenty of space between us and other patrons. Veronica, our server, was AWESOME and she maintained distance and kept her mask on at all times, which was comforting. Overall, I'd definitely recommend and we'll be coming back with the family real soon!

Recently had an outstanding experience at Fox Barbecue! The kid-friendly environment made it a hit for the family. As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious sides—corn beef mac & cheese and green beans were standouts. Even without barbecue sauce on the ribs, they were devoured, showcasing their quality. The attentive team, asking if we were okay, added a personal touch. The cleanliness and efficiency were impressive, making it a quick and enjoyable meal. Plus, the horse margarita with a salted rim was a delightful choice. Highly recommend Fox Barbecue for a top-notch dining experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great service, small wait both dine in or carry out, we’ll worth the wait. Beef brisket (cooked to perfection), spare ribs (falls off the bone, chicken salad, chili mac, and jalapeño cornbread were all good. Would love to try the short ribs, out both times. Banana pudding was okay. Highly recommend.

Party of 3 for dinner While approaching the restaurant, I couldn't help but notice the small parking lot. Fortunately, I managed to find an available spot. Additionally, there is convenient street parking close by. As we entered the restaurant, we were greeted warmly. I requested outdoor seating, and without hesitation, we were escorted to a table, even though we did not have a reservation. While the place was fairly busy, it was not overly crowded. Our server soon arrived to take our drink orders. After reviewing the beer selection, I decided to try the Coastal Love Hazy IPA, brewed by Wicked Weed. My wife and daughter, on the other hand, chose to order a couple of  lemonades. Although their drink orders were promptly delivered, mine was still missing in action. The server informed me that they needed to check in the back for the elusive Hazy IPA can. As we awaited the resolution of the missing beer,  we all reviewed the menu for the main course. I settled on the smoked wings, accompanied by a side of coleslaw and cornbread. Meanwhile, my wife ordered the pulled pork dish, which came with Brussels sprouts, mac and cheese, and cornbread. Our daughter opted for a half rack of ribs. My can of beer finally made it to the table , arriving just before our food. Needless to say, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals, and we certainly plan on returning whenever we find ourselves in the area.

Excellent food and service! We got 2 combos & split them between us. Brisket, chicken & pulled pork. The chicken and brisket were the best. We had the Mac n cheese, collard greens and coleslaw. Collard greens were good and had a little spice. Mac n cheese was really good. We also had their special, the Double Smoked Brisket Burnt Ends. Highly recommend everything. Will definitely be back.

The service was quick and attentive. The fried pickles and jalapeño app was hot and fresh. We ordered combo plates, and while the collards, mac & cheese, and baked beans were well seasoned, the 1/4 chicken and pulled pork were a little dry. The fried chicken ribs and fatty brisket slapped, and the smoked wings were good too. We washed it all down with Shiner IPAs and took home some leftovers. Overall we had a really good dining experience.

The atmosphere is chill and I personally enjoy all the cool stickers everywhere. As for the food, it is enjoyable but it’s different. I had the brisket chopped and the prime rib. The brisket I had was a bit dry and the rib was gritty with seasoning that I’m not familiar with. But the flavor was definitely there. The potato salad felt more like a dip than a salad. I prefer bigger chunks of potato’s and it was a bit too mustardy for me. The collard greens were enjoyable and spicy. The Texas fries were amazing and I’d definitely recommend them.

The BBQ at this place was the best I've had in a long while, so I can see why it is so popular. It was packed out, but we still only had about a 30 minute wait on a Saturday night! The BBQ was great, the special Watermelon Margarita was great, the potato salad was great. Heck, even the sweet tea was great. Everything we ordered was beyond our expectations and came out to our table super fast! The hostess was very friendly! The food runner was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. So, why 4 stars instead of 5? Our waitress, Zoe. She was very nice. Super friendly and even knowledgeable, but she didn't have the attention span God gave a gnat. Bless her heart, but she spent most of our meal having to be reminded of things or remembering on her own when she passed our table empty-handed. She never refilled our sweet tea cups and didn't really listen to our appetizer order, so of course it was wrong - good, but not what we asked for. Unfortunately, the server is what will make or break your restaurant experience and ours just didn't live up to the standards of the rest of the place. I still highly recommend Fox Bros for a delicious meal in a cool atmosphere, just maybe ask for someone else's section or be prepared to ask for things (like mayo or a drink menu) multiple times. Oh, and don't expect your drinks to stay topped up!

Good music choice, good food and good vibes all around. You have small parking in the lot, but still have access to free parking and some street parking. Service was decent, they were attentive and made sure we were ok! Moreover, the meats was good, brisket and chicken killed the game, but the jalapeño cheddar sausage was my least favorite. The Texas Fries was the great, its a great appetizer!

This was place was good, decent. I’d come again. Service was fast and speedy. Our waitress was very nice and attentive peasant. The food was good, not the best but good. Had the max and cheese and the texacutioner, tried my best to spell it. For the price it was ok. Probably wouldn’t get it again. I tried a bit of the Mac and cheese it was ok at first but once it started to get cold not so much anymore wasn’t really cheesy anymore more like potatoey the different sauces were good still don’t know which one I liked bc the bottles weren’t named. Just went after taste and smell. I’d recommend giving this place and visit and decide if it is for you.

Everything about this place is GOOD! I literally turned on two wheels to get up in here because we were short on time and hungry. Had no idea what it was until talking into it. Saw it was BBQ.... Let's Gooooo! I ordered the BBQ Brisket! It was so tender and just juicy. The place had a good clean friendly atmosphere and the servers were very nice and professional. I'm definitely going back!

Title: "Hidden Gem in a Rough Neighborhood" I recently had the chance to visit this BBQ joint, and let me tell you, it's a real hidden gem tucked away in a somewhat sketchy part of town. While the area may not be the most inviting, the experience at this dive-bar-style BBQ restaurant more than makes up for it. The true star of the show here is the BBQ. The menu is straightforward but delivers on flavor. The staff is friendly and attentive, despite the dive bar vibe.

We saw on youtube the The triple D segment on Fox Bros BBQ, and heard it was the best in Georgia!! That's great , cause we planned a vacation for Georgia this year. We toured the whole state and on our way out we hit Fox Bros for dinner. Atmosphere was nice, the waiter was nice. My oldest was so hyped about the Brisket and couldn't wait for it come out. Such a disappoint to him when his Brisket was dry and rubbery, and it was on top of a slice of white bread, not Texas toast like it claimed. He also said that he didn't see any smokers, they all looked like pressure cookers. When my son asked the waiter why the food was dry, he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I had the pulled pork which was also very dry, I would have used the sauce , but It was all spicy and I don't do well with spice. My wife had the chicken and says that was good.

4.5 stars. Food, service, and atmosphere were all really good. I love the vibe of this place. The food tasted amazing! Go for the brisket and the chicken fried ribs, can't go wrong and won't disappoint. Come early as it is super popular to get a table. Parking will be tough but well worth the small comprise. There is a smallish parking lot though, if you are lucky you can catch someone pulling out of a space.

Great vibes, excellent service and teamwork, superb food! Megan was such a nice server and we loved how the team worked together. Fave sauce was the vinegar based. The Lopez app with tots was yummy. Mac n cheese with Brunswick stew as a side was good too! Recommend the banana pudding. Coconut pie was a bit too sweet.

Probably the best restaurant I have been to in a trip of two wekks to Us. Everybdish was amazing, not less, done just perfectly, have the right balance of flavors, meaty and good. The wings are divine. By far the beat I had in my life. The fried Jalapenos and pickles are a real hit and quite the brilliant.

One of the few BBQ points i'd give 5 stars to on here. The beef short rib was VERY GOOD. Always good drinks from the bartender and the deserts are bangin. Get there early because they will run out of the short ribs.

I enjoyed the food. It's better probably to dine in. The atmosphere is southern, sporty, and fun at the same time. There are 2 things I totally dislike about this restaurant. Parking is a nightmare. If you can't find parking on the property, you have to park street side in front of people's houses. At the time of this posting, it appeared they were adding additional parking. That would help. Prices are deceptive!!! I ordered the brisket sandwich meal. It says it comes with a side. The menu shows the only side item avail is Cajun chips. EVERY OTHER SIDE is an additional $1.00. That includes fries, beans, Mac and cheese, etc. How can they say the meals come with a side, but only give ONE option? If you've never been here before, you may not know what a Cajun chip is! When you find out, let us all know.

My fiancé and I stopped in on a road trip to Tennessee and we’re so glad we did! The food was absolutely incredible. Had the pleasure of enjoying Fox Bros at the Mercedes Benz Arena, at the College football season opener, Alabama vs Miami game. The food was so good in the arena, we had to find the local restaurant to make sure it wasn't a fluke lol! In the stadium we enjoyed, the brisket sandwich, smoked wings and loaded tots!! Delicious... The smoked wings are to die for, absolutely delicious!! We got the smoked wings again at the restaurant, I tried the chicken salad sandwich yummy..My partner tried the brisket burger with bacon, and loaded fries this time instead of tots....Everything was delicious, when you are in Atlanta Fox Bros is an absolute must if you enjoy smoked foods...I don't eat pork, but the brisket was amazing so I can't imagine anything not tasting good there! We will stop everytime we pass through Atlanta from now on!

This is what barbecue should be. The location is an absolutely down to earth welcoming place with all kinds of hometown atmosphere and style. The food, what can I say it is some of the best barbecue I’ve had. Last stopped here four years ago and it’s still as good as I remember.

The atmosphere and being pet friendly was a delight, things were super smooth. My server was also very helpful. But the ribs were a bit too dry for my liking. The chili was disappointing for me as well, extremely salty to the point I could only eat 3 bites. The potato salad was good tho! Would recommend if you are looking for a place to eat with your pups!

We came to Fox Bros on a Saturday night and were greeted with the most unpleasant service. The hostess was scrolling on instagram and didn’t look up or acknowledge us once. After about two minutes she finally looked up, told her colleague to seat us and rolled her eyes. The other host was extremely awkward, didn’t say a word to us and just walked toward a table. He then sternly informed us of a 75 minute table limit. Our server was fine, she stood over us for several minutes and then disappeared as soon as we needed her. Despite being rated as cheap on Google, the food here is extremely expensive with the cheapest item being vegetables at $14. That said, the food is not at all worth the price. It’s relatively dry (we had both the pork and Brisket). The BBQ sauces are weirdly overzealous with the original sauce being painfully sweet and the spicy the weirdest combination of spices I’ve ever had. In addition the poor taste, the presentation is god awful. We ordered the Lopez which quite literally looked like a cow pie. The pork was mediocre. I’ve had much better elsewhere. For sides, we ordered the collared greens and potato salad. The potato salad was dry and under seasoned and the greens over cooked and chewy. I would not return to Fox bros as there are much better options elsewhere.

We had a really fun time with great service while we were here. We had to wait about 20 min for a table. It wasn't a bother. We went to the bar and grabbed a beer while we waited. The food was well worth it. We took home left overs and they were great the next day. I highly recommend this place.

We received excellent service at Fox Bros. We will definitely come back. But some of the food and drinks were amiss. We had Fried Chicken Ribs, Texas Fries, Pulled Pork Sandwich, Spicy Green Beans, Fox-A-Roni, Smoked wings, Banana Pudding, Dr. Pepper Cake, 19th Hole and Cathead Cooler, Long Island Ice Tea, Moscow Mule, Rum Runner, Potato Salad, Brunswick Stew and Baked Beans. Fried Ribs, Spicy Green Beans, Moscow Mule, Long Island Tea and Rum Runners were definite nos! My pulled pork sandwich was ok. Didn’t like their BBQ sauces though. The potatoe sauce needed a little more punch of flavor, but it was on the right track. The BBQ beans and Brunswick Stew were amazing. Loved my Cathead Cooler and the 19th hole. Boyfriend liked the Cathole Cooler too but he wanted it to be stronger. He absolutely hated the Fried Rib. He said it was too fatty and it was just not good. My sandwich was cool but honestly, I wasn’t a fan of the brioche bun. I was cool with the banana pudding. Didn’t love it. But I ate every bite. The Dr. Pepper Cake makes me wonder if I got the right dessert cuz it didn’t like older photos of the same item so who knows. Didn’t like it. Tasted old. Too much chocolate mousse and not enough cake. It was in a round, but I thought it would be a slice of cake. My boyfriend came back a few days later and got the huge Beef Short Rib. That thing was huge. He wished they sold it everyday. I really love the atmosphere. I’ve been here 2 times prior. I would recommend it. I loved my server. She was phenomenal! So attentive, very thorough and polite. Those Texas Fries were phenomenal though. Get that one for sure. But I did want pickled jalapeños instead of fresh jalapeños. And boyfriend wanted more brisket. Next time we will add it to our order. You would be crazy not to come here. We are major foodies and we can be a bit more critical. That’s why I know I’ll be back because we were feeling more adventurous and sometimes it works against us.

We were told by a few locals that this is the best BBQ in Atlanta. And I'd say it is really good. However it felt slightly too dry and not tender enough (we had 2 combos, so we'd be able to try all meats). The best part was the brisket burger - really delicious. Overall I'd say that their sides were better than the meats. I loved brisket chilli and beans. Totes and sweet potato fries were good as well. The only exception - cornbread -Terribly dry, don't waste your money on it. It was packed even though we came there around 5pm. We were told that the wait would be about 45-60 min, although they had free tables outside. Probably kitchen is overloaded. Nevertheless, we decided to grab some beer while waiting, and 25 min later we got a table. Not so bad after all.

If you want Texas BBQ and your in Atlanta, this is the place! We got there 10 min before 11 am when they open. We snagged the last parking spot. This place is definitely a must visit! Their brisket melts in your mouth! The ribs were dry rubbed perfectly. Sauce is on the side. Mac and cheese was good, but could have a little extra flavor. Mix it with the brisket chili and it’s perfect! Texas decor on the walls made me feel at home! Staff was amazing as well! Outdoor seating is welcomed with heaters. Come early otherwise you will have to park on the residential street nearby.
