Who
knew
that
the
ultimate
expression
of
pork
ribs
wasn't
barbecue,
but
the
Provençal
ribs
at
Poor
Hendrix?
With
those
and
the
fried
cauliflower,
shrimp
skewers
with
Alabama
white
sauce,
fingerlings
with
chimichurri,
and
the
crudo
being
must
haves
every
time
we
go
there
barely
enough
room
left
to
explore
the
menu
beyond
that,
but
it
must
be
done.
Everything
is
just
that
good.
It's
also
financially
attainable
for
a
weeknight
dinner
out,
which
is
incredible
considering
the
quality
coming
out
of
that
kitchen.
Finish
that
off
with
a
beer,
wine,
and
cocktail
menu
that
shows
real
passion,
insight,
and
skill,
and
you've
got
arguably
the
best
neighborhood
restaurant
in
the
Atlanta
metro
area.
And
they
support
rescue
animals!
Always
a
top
choice
when
we're
going
out,
and
especially
when
we
have
visitors
in
town.
Very,
very
strongly
recommended.
