My grand daughter loved it. Delicious and hot pizza. The hosts were generous and made sure we were comfortable with excellent service. We had a fun train in our party atmosphere. We had fun. I was able to get two stuff animals for my G-daughter. We returned because my granddaughter wanted to come back again. I brought 2 granddaughters with me this time. Shondra has great hospitality, and Trinity is an awesome server. They have a great team. Mia as well. Thanks a lot.

Tonight’s visit was a bit off-putting. The guy guiding us to our table decided to toss the cutlery and plates onto the table, catching me completely off guard. It made me feel quite unwelcome and, honestly, took away from what could have been a more enjoyable experience. Not the kind of vibe you'd expect at a restaurant.

Went here in the afternoon to grab a few drinks with friends and some food. We ordered drinks and some appetizers and we were sorely disappointed. First, we did not get the drinks we ordered from the bartender. Then we ordered a few appetizers which never came. We were planning on snacking here before heading to a Braves game but had to look elsewhere for sustenance. Pretty sure the bartender was out of it because when we reminded him what we wanted he would shoddily make the drink(s) and completely forgot the food. Another bartender clocked in and charged us for drinks.

Took over an hour to get my calzone to go order. No because it wasn’t ready because nobody bothered to take the box from the oven and put it on the pick up window. I sat there for almost an hour it took 15 minutes before anybody even acknowledged me they didn’t checked on me twice but never once bother to see if the food was done they just asked me have I been helped. Finally after an hour I asked if there was an update on when I can get my food. The girl goes in the back comes out and goes oh yeah it’s been sitting on the oven. Should be clear I probably only needed to wait 10 minutes instead I waited nearly an hour so that I could have a dried out over cooked cold calzone that I paid $20 for. I’ve could’ve gotten twice as much food for half the price from Domino’s and not waited. Ridiculous.

Quick service. Good place to dine. Very clean. Staff was friendly and professional. I have always liked Mello Mushroom 🍄. First time at this location. Ordered a cheese calzon to pickup, which was ready in 15 minutes. Overall good calzon, but had too much outer bread crust for my taste. Will come here again.

Very reasonable. Super fresh. I really want to know what they use for dough and where do they get ingredients. One more Secret(?) This place has gorgeous Ritz burger.

I’d not advise you to dine in. They are so high in there. Food is good but the service is on Pluto. The other customers around us told us to leave because they themselves were fed up. . So after 20 mins, before we placed an order or even received any service, we slowly and casually strolled out and nobody even noticed. Very very strange dining experience, but we came back to normal earth with a nice pizza dinner just down the road at Verasanos. Maybe if you go stoned, it’ll be a whole different experience for you. 😂 I don’t mean to hate. But it’s a different vibe in there.

Spinach Artichoke Dip was awesome and light too. Perfect combination. I ordered veg pizza and it has tangy taste with spicy add ons. Bread is too fresh and organic. Interior is childish and good for children.

The pizza and appetizer were good. The drink was a little weak.

Had to ask for a server to take our drink order. In her defense, no one told her we had been seated. Our server Jordan was fantastic. Manager gave 25% off because of it all. Despite this, I’d still come back to eat there. Just maybe not if I was in a super hurry.

The food was very great. Try out their barbecue wings so amazing .They have very good customer service. My 2nd time here and we had a joyful time. They was a little crowded but we made it.

Delicious pizza.

This is one of the better mellow mushrooms in the area. The pizzas were really good and they were very generous with what they put in their salads. Service was terrific also.

I ordered lunch for myself and a coworker and when I arrived to pick it up, they made the wrong salad when I asked for the other salad. The black guy said salads are made to go so I'd have to wait for another salad and he can't guarantee how long it was gonna take, so basically, he wasn't going to make me a priority so I ended up leaving with the incorrect salad but when I got to work, they also made my calzone incorrectly. I paid for toppings and I didn't get toppings. It was a cheese calzone, I added extra topping and paid for then didn't get them. I didn't try it until late in the day and I was busy at work. It was not good, so I didn't eat it . the following day I called to let them know that my calzone was wrong And the black woman who answered the phone, said that she didn't believe me because I didn't call the same day and that she was going to talk to the guy who I picked my order up from the previous day. It was a young black man, who was working at the bar And she said she was gonna call me back. She was laughing on the phone, condescending and disrespectfully and I just knew I was not gonna get a call back from her and I never did. I spend good money at this mellow mushroom, but I will never eat there again and I would not recommend anybody go there. Their customer service is poor , it's in a bad area and I ended up having to throw away the food because it was just no good. I think if a customer calls you and tells you they have an issue. The last thing you should do is tell them you don't believe them this place has horrible customer service zero stars .

They weren’t very busy yet the food took quite a while. Thankfully, it was worth the wait! The food was incredible and everyone in my party was happy in the end.

Service was great. No issues there. We ordered meatballs and those were not really good. They seemed like frozen meatballs /processed, i doubt they are made there. We also ordered great white five cheese pizza and were really hoping for a cheesy pizza but were dissapointed. It was just basic and the bread was a bit weird, very chewy.☹️.

Mellow mushroom definitely hits the spot after a long day or even a lazy day if you’re really hungry. I personally love the pretzel bites and will get eat them as a whole entree. They’re just baked dough pieces, but the marinara sauce and beer cheese are so good. We also got the meat lovers pizza and the fried wings. Both were tasty with the meat lovers pizza living up to its name with all the meat.

This was really a 5 star, however one star was removed because the original server, named Robert , ran to my table and told me how it was going to be a very long time before he would get to us. Then he came by and said a big party just came in and he had to tend to them. I was there 1st. He really made us feel unwelcome. Now. The great stuff!! The lady named Shandra!! I told her it was our 1st time. They weren't busy or full, so she sat the children and I in the train room and welcomed us warmly. Robert never returned. Shandra came in and took our drink order. She came back promptly with our drinks and took our food order. While waiting for our food, Robert rushes in and gives more excuses as to why he still can't even take my drink order or bring kids menus. He left. Shandra brought our food. It was cooked perfectly and was absolutely excellent pizza! Robert stops again and says " oh. Well thank goodness someone helped you". Shandra and our food was definitely 5 star. Robert was negative 1 star.

Our service tonight was terrible. I’m not sure if our waiter was new or just a full in but not a good experience. We sat down and ordered 4 waters and a soda. After a few minutes he brought 2 waters to the table. Five minutes or so pass and he comes back with no more drinks but to ask if we were ready to order. We again ordered the rest of the drinks, 2 appetizers and a pizza. He brought out the waters and asked if we ordered a soda. After about 20 min or so our pizza comes out with no appetizers. I asked him to check on them and he said he was going to get them. He only comes back with 1 of the appetizer we never received the second one. Then I had to ask for napkins since we were not provided any or any cutlery. I apologize to him because I forgot to order a side of ranch. He comes back with blue cheese. After 5 more min pass I had to flag down a waitress for ranch. We ate and had no complaints about the food. He returned and asked if everything was good. At that moment we had everything we needed. We did not see him the rest of the service. I had to go in to the host to pay the check letting them know we did not receive one of the appetizers. They removed it from my check and we left.

I adore "Mellow" Mellow is the nick name I give it because I love it so much lol. It seems to always hit the spot and this time was no different. Golden Goose is the name of the drink. It was as delicious as it looks

Stopped in with the friend for lunch. Huge big screen tvs all over. Great place to relax but catch a game. Offers vegan pizza option also.FYI you have to order a whole pizza. Not sold by the slice. Our server always was excellent. Parking was minimal though. Food came out in good time, and was hot. Will come back

Guy at the bar with the beard, hat, and glasses is lazy. Everytime i comes in he acts like he doing something and looks the other way. He clearly sees me when i walks thru the door. I havent did anything to the man so i dont know why he acts like that.

Grabbed a quick meal the other night at Mellow Mushroom Atlanta with family. Pizza was nice and hot and the service was really good.

A friend and I went here last Saturday and when we walked in to be seated we were ignored.. I watched some heavyset guy watch us walk in but never came to seat us. Another guy and his 2 daughters walk in and the heavy guy comes flying over to seat them… walks over like have a seat right this way WHICH ONE WAS FIRST.. so my friend and I step forward because we were there like 5 min jus waiting. He seats us first but immediately goes over to the guys table to take his drink order. Leaves us there watching. Goes to the front to make the drinks, talk and lean over the counter with his belly falling from the bottom of his too small filthy work shirt. He knew we were there first and didn’t care at all.. we got up and left . I was excited to try this place but maybe a different location is better with customer service.

Service is very slow. We watched people leave, others waited a long time to be even acknowledged. We waited a long time to just get the check. Lots of people working, nobody working here cares enough about their job. Food is good though. Changed to a 1 star after my server took my drink while I was still drinking it. All servers were clearly hanging out in the kitchen

Great spot. Nice bar and they have cheap cold beer on tap. Pizza is expensive but the best. So you get what you pay for. Other than cheap beer. The cheaper the better!

I Ordered one slice of beef pizza and it was reheated and had been sitting out. I ask waitress Tina if they reheated it and she went on saying yes because it’s a good deal etc! I’m like WHAT so because it one slice u give people pizza that been sitting out etc. I’ll be calling the health department to ask about this! So we get sick because it’s a deal instead of getting fresh food! It could’ve been somebody else food as far as I know. absolutely disgusting I will not be going back. unacceptable.

The restaurant has nice atmosphere, and the choice of music was good, sounded like 70s-80s greatest hits. Ordered the Funky Q chicken, and it’s been the best pizza I’ve had so far in Atlanta. Their employees were also pleasant. Def will be back to try more items on the menu.

6/3/23 at night shift . I called around 8:14 and picked around 9:10 pm .I order take out for medium pizza with toppings pepperoni, mushrooms, and banana peppers . The total cost came up to $23.84 and I tipped in CASH. I checked my bank statement I was $58.51... I want my money back that was stolen from me !The worker who took my order stolen$ 34.67 dollars from me . Need to fired and refunded my money.

The bartender name “ Harley” had a very bad and nasty attitude. She complained in front of the bar customers and myself that the company only has her working and they’re short staff. By no mean should this be taken out on good paying frequent customers. I also requested my food be cooked lite and it came out burnt. Very disappointing. I had to wait 15 minutes just to be greeted and spoken to then additional wait for my order to be prepared correctly. Poor service

After a stressful day I needed a drink. But being a fellow bartender is hard! I can in asks bartenderia lol that’s what I call it being silly for women. To suggest and make something and she nailed it made a simple drink exciting. Then I always create a drink and she nailed that. Ask for Ashley! I’m sure their bartender may all be great but I experienced Ashley! I also had spinach dip I didn’t like so much more cheese that actually spinach but I don’t complain still was good enough to eat! I come again when in the area 👍🏽

We stopped in while on vacation from Arkansas. ATL has been so inviting and Mellow Mushroom was the cherry on top! Our server was such a delight! We were allowed to bring our dog in with us (outside area). She's an American Staffordshire Terrier and because of that we're used to people being timid. [Breedism=ick; we love our pitty babies] Sweet Gaea girl got all the lovings on her first restaurant outing. Food was marvelous, drinks delicious, atmosphere fantastic! 10/10 would recommend! Thanks again, Nyla for such a wonderful experience! ❤️ Ask for her as a server and give her a good tip! 🥰

We had lunch there today and the burgers were fantastic, and the service as well. Highly recommend.

Pizza is always awesome, but when I arrived to pick up my take out order at the agreed upon time, they told me they lost my pizza in the machine. I don’t know if this was suppose to be a joke or not but they def didn’t offer me anything in the way of recompense. I had to wait an additional 20 min for the pizza I had ordered 45 min prior. Not cool guys.

Pizza always has been bad I don't know how this place has stayed open this long. You definitely have to be a stoner to like this psychedelic atmosphere restaurant

Very good pizza I tried the veggie one a little to much black olives but still crunchy and yummy I also tried the cinnamon pretzels but they were kinda hard and chewy

Like an idiot I put in the wrong address for my order. My order was delivered to some lucky person. The Manager was so amazing. She re-made my order and got it out to me. They were so nice on what is obviously my mistake. Thank you for being so kind!!!

Features lovely decor and a spacious outdoor dining area. Definitely try the Golden Goose cocktail if you love sweet things! Legitimately one of the best cocktails I have ever had. A lot of cocktails are WAY too boozy for me but this one was perfectly mixed. Talented bartender here. The staff was super sweet and attentive, and stopped by to chat with us repeatedly during dinner. We ordered the cinnamon sugar pretzels with honey (a lovely dessert but I had them as a starter!) The Holy Shiitake and the Pacific Rim. We also ordered the Enlightened Spinach Salad to share, and if I was going to come back here a second time, I'd absolutely have the salad just by itself. The Holy Shiitake has lovely shaved parm and a variety of perfectly cooked mushrooms.
