5 star at the bar (when Anissa *and Jacob are working). Food is standard pub and is good. They just updated their menu and have more options again. Try the Chicken BLT; it’s yummy. Relaxed, low key atmosphere with outdoor patio seating.

Great atmosphere, great service, good food and beer. The seating in nice and cushiony. The waitresses help each other out which makes nice service. The Reuben egg rolls were delicious. The grilled chicken Caesar salad was good. Reuben eas good. The fish tacos were ok. Half chicken was good. Draft selection was nice. Whiskey bread pudding was a good ending

The waitress was super nice. Very cool environment but I gave it 4 stars because I ordered the Shepherd’s pie which was $17, two shots, and my boyfriends burger. I didn’t like the Shepherd's pie at all (literally took 3 bites of it) and instead of the waitress taking it off, after she asked me for a to-go box and I declined and there still being almost the whole plate there (again, I took 3 bites and I’m not a big person for imaging), I was still charged for it.. it tasted like they went to the back and killed the lamb right then to make it… I don’t know if that makes sense but it tasted different that any other Shepherd’s pie I’ve had from other pubs. I’m not the person to short change or get over on ANYONE but that was just crazy to me to charge me for it and I was clearly not satisfied. The waitress did not offer to take the meal off OR even get me a different meal I would like to eat. Luckily my boyfriend enjoyed his food but the customer service needs to improve with that specific waitress… at least in that area. She was great otherwise like I mentioned in the beginning. And me being me, I still tipped but for real, there won’t be another time for me.

While visiting the area, Meehan's ( the Vinings location) was recommended to me for their fantastic brunch and drink specials. Sat out on their covered patio section. Despite having a pretty full house; had a lovely server named Darian, who was very friendly, attentive to his section, and offered excellent service. The manager made it a point to check in on us to make sure everything was up to par. Even the bartender, Anisa- I believe- had a vibrant lovely attitude. Can’t go wrong with ordering the Breakfast Plate and bottomless mimosas. Also as someone with a food allergy, I very much appreciated how mindful & accommodating they were with my order. It does get busy for brunch and happy hour, for good reason, but maybe call ahead to reserve a space to avoid a wait. I will most certainly be back next time I am passing through!

Such a great place to come hang out on a Sunday. It truly feels like a neighborhood spot where all the locals go. Carlton is amazing and always remembers the smallest details. He is the reason why I come back. I really enjoy Meehans.

The food is mediocre and the service is hit or miss. The inside is uncomfortable and dirty. The bar is not pleasant to drink at, it feels dirty and over-laminated. The patio area can sometimes have smokers/dogs if that affects you. I'm being very honest and generous with my rating. I do enjoy this place if it's just for quick drinks.

Absolutely fantastic! I had the fish and chips. The fish was crunchy and flaky; the roasted Brussel sprouts are a definite must have side item. Try the Reuben egg rolls! Who would have thought to put this flavorful sandwich into a crunchy crispy egg roll??!! Delish!!!

Ich war gegenüber im Hotel und das war der beste Laden in der Nähe. Leckeres Bier, leckeres Pub Essen, toller und netter Service. Hab mich bei euch wohl gefühlt. Gruß aus Berlin/Deutschland.

I had brunch with my friend here yesterday and it was great! Our server was very nice, I forget her name but there was another gentleman serving our drinks named John Mark who we LOVED. We had bottomless mimosas and he came by every few minutes to refill our glasses and make us laugh. Great guy. The veggie omelet was delicious and the hashbrowns that came with it were some of the best I’ve had. The bill was only $35ish before tip and we definitely got our money’s worth from the bottomless mimosas. Will definitely come back!

Had a fantastic shepherd's pie here with braised leg of lamb, they also have Irish red breast here if you want to sip on something nice from the motherland. I'm not really a fan of bars or crowds in general but the overall attitude and atmosphere in this place was nice, felt like a friendly neighborhood hangout where most of the people knew each other and even though it was my first time in there and I'm not even from the area I was still made to feel welcome. Carlton was working behind the bar and he's awesome, he stayed on top of everything I needed and was friendly as he could be the whole time. If I find myself in the area again this is a definite must stop place for me.

"Wes" the manager, ran another table's bill on my card for $100. He then proceeded to tell me that I would have my money back in 3 business days. He basically told me there was nothing he could do, and "sorry man." I said, "so let me get this straight, if you ran my card for $1000 dollars, there's still nothing you can do?" That just doesn't make any sense. "Wes," had a flippant attitude and didn't even bother to offer any sort of credit or comp... basically just said you'll be out of your $100 for 3 business days. This is unacceptable, and frankly doesn't pass the smell test - in fact it stinks of major b.s. On a side note, the chicken sucks. Been a customer here for 10 years. Never coming back. Should have just went to Laseters.

Yummy! Great place to eat! You will see the same faces, and friendly folk's! You can bring your dog and sit out their patio deck, or outside at the tables. Nice bar area, too. Love the buffalo chicken wrap, and fried potato chips.

Y'all gotta get bottomless mimosas here for $17! My friends and i had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was great, the food wad great, the drinks were great, the service was impeccable. Thank you, Meehan's for a great experience!

Been coming here for years, always a welcoming and friendly atmosphere from the staff. Food and drink are both good and some of the best you can find thats open late. They recently updated their menu to include a bit more variety on the food (i.e. they offer burgers on brioche in addition to their signature burger which is served on English muffin) and the quality has seemed to go up as well ((there was nothing wrong with it before, but it tastes & feels fresher and more vibrant now))

We went to Meehan's for lunch on a Saturday. We finally returned for the first time since the Pandemic started. We missed this place. And I cannot say what a great experience it was. Like a lot of places they were short-staffed. The blond lady server told us that she was the only one working which we could not believe because it was pretty busy. She was amazing and deserves a raise. Outstanding service and what a great attitude. But the food is as good as I remember. I mean all in our party raved about the wonderful food and we ordered all over the map. Reuben, wings, French toast, avocado toast, burger and the amazing charred brussels sprouts. All great. Please support this wonderful Vinings pub. We will be regulars again. Oh and the adult drinks are great.

In town to visit our son and DIL. We visited Meehan’s for lunch on Saturday. Tara was our server on a busy afternoon. She was charming, attentive, and never missed a beat! My Rueben was perfect, along with my Brussels. Sprouts. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We shared (because we were stuffed!) a bread pudding which was the perfect ending. Good selection of beers on tap! Will be back next time we’re in town.

I've been here several times for lunch recently with a group of coworkers. It's a quaint restaurant with a nice patio. The food is pretty good. I highly recommend to brussels if you like such a thing. Burgers are good. Other sandwiches look yummy, I haven't tried but my friends have and offer no complaints. Service last time was slow. But honestly I feel that it's an indicator of the times, lots of places have slow service due to lack of staffing.

Over the Memorial Day weekend, we traveled to Atlanta from Seattle. We ate at several great restaurants, but Meehan’s really stood out. The restaurant is charming and inviting, and the staff was awesome! Super friendly, providing top-notch service! We went for brunch and we were not disappointed. The options were excellent! Everyone in my group loved their dish and the bottomless mimosas couldn’t have made for a more perfect Sunday afternoon. Meehan’s will def be my go-to-spot when visiting Atlanta!

After 3 days in Atlanta, this was best place we've been in terms of speed of service, friendly staff, and EXCELLENT food. They make their own salt and vinegar chips, the burgers are amazing, and we're going back for shepherd's pie. They saved a lot of the old woodwork from the building - it used to be a Mason's Lodge. Beautiful inside!

Very cool place got the egg rolls I had the lobster bisque and shepered pie date had the fish and chips. Staff was on top of everything food was fast coming out only thing draft beer wasn't as cold reason for not giving 5 stars. If I'm in area again will definitely return again.

Hi I had brunch here for my friends birthday and we enjoyed ourselves. Service was exceptional. Our waiter was pleasant and attentive. $19 bottomless mimosas and they were mixed strong. The French toast was OK but there seem to be water in the plate from the fruits so it made soggy. I'd come back to try a burger 🙂

Is a very bad!! The attention is really really bad we came from Miami, we arrived at the place to share, a waiter brought us the menu, and then he didn't come back, when he did he tells us that the kitchen is closed, and we had to wait 1 hour and then we couldn't eat, the waiter also raised his voice and was rude, we stood up and left!!

Really traditional feel Irish bar. Cool bar staff. Good Guinness with a 4 minute pour. If you know what I mean. Good food menu. No culcaddy though. There is a lot of whisky here. I tried 5. And a guinness with each. And had a job getting back to the hotel.

I have always enjoyed this location. Love the patio area (great for dogs). Ample seating, the services are great. Irish pubs are peculiar in their own ways and I love that about Meehan’s. Vinings has a great location because there is a lot to do in the area (eat, shop, groceries) for walking distance.

THIS is an Irish Pub! 10/10 would recommend! In ATL for business and SUPER pleased to have come in for dinner on a Friday night. My only critique is that Scotch Eggs aren't on the menu. Would come back to Atlanta just to have a seat here again.

Quite a few flies in the place roaming around food and drinks. Ordered tater tots and Mac and cheese. Tater tots were pretty good. Mac and cheese was extremely salty to eat at all. Didn't expect to be charged for the Mac and cheese since it was untouched but sadly was billed for it.

We eat/drink here regularly, nice bartenders and all their food has been great. We’ve tried their pretzels, their smoked wings, shepards pie, and their truffle Mac and cheese(add bacon)-ALL of those have been perfect

Love me some Meehan's! Been to this location twice, and both visits were stellar. From the great service, to terrific Bourbon and beer selections, and the delicious better than usual pub fare, it's a must if you're in and around the Vinings/Smyrna area!!!

First time and loved it! great outside area, loved that they were smoking meats and had some different 'off-menu' options - Brussel sprout app & shepherds pie were both killer!

“Please seat yourself” and then doesn’t bother to pay attention to newly seated guests and never greets them or provides them service. Nice! We walked out after 10 mins with not a single acknowledgement.
