Should I start with the positives or the negatives. LETS GO NEGATIVES. Long waits, weak drinks, not so great experiences. We managed to get a bar top spot and decided to order drinks, apps and 1 main. The drinks were fine, as long as you ordered a beer. The food took 25 minutes to come out, which I guess is fine considering how busy it was for the braves game. What really bugged me is having to ask for plates, napkins and utensils 3x times with no resolution. By the time they brought over this simple ask, my chicken was dry and my rice was hard. When I told the waitress that I wasn’t going to pay for the food at that point, she goes “it’s hit or miss”. This was my first meal in Georgia, straight out of the airport. I’m mortified. Shout out to the nachos, which didn’t require service and were made well. Don’t try to get a real meal here.

This was my time going to the braves stadium... I have to say Sports & Social really made a first time impression but I'm highly disappointed. We went to the bar and order 2 drinks and a soda. We ask the bartender if they're still serving food and he proceeds to tell us we have 10 minutes to order and hands us a menu. We place our order 20 minutes later we receive our appetizer. Then the bartender tells us our food should be out shortly 30 minutes goes by he (bartender) comes by again to say our food is almost ready.. After another 30 minutes goes by the bartender comes to us and says he's not sure what happened to the food but he was going to go check again but let us know that he was going to take care of the food for us then 15 minutes goes by I waved him down to ask does this mean that we're not getting our food? Then the bartender says yeah I'm sorry something happened with the kitchen. The bartender he offered us fries. At this point we waited a hour and 30 minutes on food that was never going to come. I normally don't do a review but I had to this time. I would have felt better if I wàs told the kitchen was closed instead of expecting food that never comes after waiting a hour and 30 minutes we could've went somewhere else... The atmosphere was super cool it would've been a wonderful Saturday night if we received our food.. I have to say Sports & Social ruined my Saturday night

Came here today to watch some Football/Braves. Its practically cleared out, but they were told not to seat anybody else, basically cause they can't keep up. I said well yall might wanna shut your doors then, people are standing around but they won't let them sit, it's the most insane situation. We were like we can get our own drinks from the bar . Just let us sit . Friggin dumb.

Sat immediately. Took 15-20 minutes for anyone to notice us. Finally a guy walked by and said he would send help (he was super nice) waitress came. We immediately ordered drinks and our food. Took another 30 minutes for food to come. She put our wings on table and I assumed the nachos would be next. Once I was able to catch her again, about 15-20 min later I asked about the nachos. She acted like she had no idea. I get places are understaffed and I am thankful for those who DO go to work. But maybe restaurants who are understaffed should close off sections and limit the amount of people. Also the wings were terrible. No flavor, slimy and just not worth the money. The overall vibe of this place is cool. If you are a sports - Braves fan it’s a cool spot to watch the game. Just go somewhere else first for food and drinks. Because you will starve before you get anything here.

This is the southwest bowl. I needed to grab lunch before heading back to work. The menu said $10.99 but I was informed of a menu price increase… $15 for this?! Not ok. I Wasted my money, Never again.

Good place to stop for a quick bite and just hang out. It's across the walkway form Truist Park. The food was average bar food, not bad-not good. The large screen TV's keep you entertained.

So I'll start by saying we were there at an off hour and the Braves were out of town, so that is why the place looks a little empty. I've been however on a Braves Game Day and it's a rockin' place. That being said, the food service could have been better. It was not busy, however it took the server forever to bring our drinks and then long gaps in between just checking on us. The sushi roll was great, but probably difficult to share with a table. I had it just as a meal. There is one burger (2nd picture) that is described as being covered in melted cheese (think cheese dip), but instead of it being underneath the bun, they just cover the bun with melted cheese making it VERY difficult to eat. It's unnecessary and a bad idea to say the least. The pretzel was great (hot, salted, soft), but the beer cheese was cold. No Excuse! Overall, the atmosphere can be great, but their service and food is average to poor. Do better S&S.

I had Nikki tonight and it was a very busy and hectic night and she made sure to make sure me and my guests were attended to. She was running around checking on other parties but always made sure to stop by on us to ask if “we were good” I really appreciated her attentiveness. All around a great server! Ask for Nikki.

Came in tonight for the first time and everything was great. The atmosphere was fun and our server Nikki was fantastic. She was very attentive and patient with us even though they were busy. Best service I’ve had while visiting Atlanta hands down! Will be back again!

Awful fries 🍟. Watery ranch dressing 🥗 . Shocked by how terrible the food 🍱 was. I don’t think they actually“cook” there. 👨‍🍳 Likely just a toaster oven. Nashville hot chicken was hard to chew and had a weird taste to it. It was under seasoned too. The service is SLOW. Don’t get the apps TVs we’re great! Friend said drinks were good.

Atmosphere would have been good if management had not approached us twice about moving our seats. People sitting behind us had the same amount of customers but they were not approached. I had a bad experience and it just got worse when management thought it was okay to talk about us while standing near our table. Staff is a reflection of their leadership. This is not a place to spend your money if you want to be treated like an actual customer.

Unfortunately, I can not give a good rating or review. This establishment stole money from me. I was told that I have to leave a credit card to start a tab. Giving my prepaid card, I allowed the total of $52.60 to be charges to my card. The waiter charged it and I left him a $10 tip in cash. Later, I received a over balance notification. They went back and charged $10 more dollars. My cards is locked because of this. I am disputing this charge. I WILL NOT RETURN HERE!

Great place to dine and watch some sports on the big screen. But also a great staff from management on down. Food was surprisingly good for a large and busy establishment. I would highly recommend for anyone attending a Braves game or just spending time in the area. Great food and beverages. Great time!

Went out with friends and had a good time. The food and drinks were good. The portions could be better. I have never heard of being charged for an Atlanta Facility Fee. Definitely seems suspect to me. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the DJ played great music. It is a great vibe at this restaurant.

I've been here twice now and same quality service. Got the beef tacos which were good and several local beers. Place was clean and I would come back again.

Stopped here for a bite before heading back to Houston. Had the burger and fries. Everything was hot and fresh. The service was a little slow, but that could be because they were getting ready for the Braves game starting in a couple of hours. Overall, i enjoyed it there and the Battery Park as a whole!

Server tried to charge me double gratuity... thankfully I keep my receipts and saw it the next day on my card. The charge is currently being disputed. If you ring up a large tab here, make sure to check your card the following day for verification. Also, the food is extremely subpar. Definitely eat elsewhere in the battery and then come to drink here.

They advertise specials but when we got the bill it was full price. Buyer beware!!!!! There is no reason for all the mistakes that they made with our bill. The bartender was clueless and didn't care. It was fixed once but they had to fix it again for our drinks. After speaking to them they blamed it all on corporate. There prices are high to start no need to scam people.

Waited a while for a table when it had plenty of empty tables, food came out slow and all at different times. When we got drinks they took thirty minutes to come out and when the shots came out one of them had a bug in them and the rest of them were murky. The food was expensive and nasty. The only thing redeeming about it was the manager and he was really nice. I probably wouldn’t go back

Service was ok, traditional chicken wings were ok, wait was 15 minutes on game day which was good. Close to ballpark.

As a restaurant located in the Battery, one would think that the necessary preparations would be made and staff would be prepared to handle the game day crowds. Attending twice now on a game day, the service was incredibly slow, poor, and the food was subpar. I had to continuously leave the table to find our server to ask for refills and utensils. Some people attend this location to actually sit down and enjoy a meal - not just drink and party. Hostesses and bartender sat idly by, distracted by their cells phones, when it was apparent that the wait staff needed assistance due to overwhelming crowds.

Waitress was pretty cool. Food was decent, nothing fancy. My order was messed up and my waitress kept forgetting items. There was also hair in my food.

Been here for multiple occasions but the latest was father day. I ordered fish tacos and as always they were delicious. My mom got the bowl and and my dad got the bacon burger and both really enjoyed their meals. This place is a vibe during a busy or slow day, however food is much better when they aren’t as busy but still worth it!

Forgive my spelling.. but I think it's Hakeem? And he was incredible! He anticipated, not only, our needs but the needs around us, as well. (I come from the industry so I always look for these things.) I didn’t eat (only drank)- but honestly, the service is what will bring me back.

I’ve been to this bar/restaurant many times over the years living in the area… and never in all my visits have I had such amazing customer service as I have tonight with Whitney my server. She was in such a positive mood all night even when my food was brought to the wrong table and had to be remade. Despite the situation she made me feel very taken care of with how she handled it. Will highly recommend this restaurant in the Battery just because of Whitney.

Arrived at 1:55, the hostess barely greeted us 3 barely, we asked can we sit outside, she let acting like she really didn’t want to help us. I told her we are on our lunch. She seated us. Got us water after 10 minutes, 20 minutes later after we had to go Inside to get some help …… Manager came out and told us they were short staffed and took our orders. Basically we could have went somewhere else if they let us know. But we sat stressed…. Feeling as though they could care less if we were there. Manager needs to check his hostess.!!!! & communication!!!!!! Was off period! And we just assumed it was the manager by his attire. The customer should not have to feel what is going on….. and to top it off the people behind us left after sitting for 45 minutes….. with no one letting them know they were short staffed…. However the food was good.

😠 This is by far the worse establishment that I’ve visited for entertainment purposes.
