Bait and switch - beware! I purchased a Groupon for this place a few months back. Unlike most durations, this Groupon was only good for three months. With two months left, I tried calling to make an appt. One week and 10+ calls later, I finally had a live person on the phone (they never returned my messages). The person on the phone claimed that they had nothing available until after the Groupon expired. Obviously, I expressed some frustration so he stated that I could utilize the Groupon after the expiration. When I should up for the appt, the same guy I spoke to on the phone was working the front. He told me that he would only honor the amount I paid for the Groupon and I had to pay the difference. Based on the appearance of the place, this type of business activity didn't surprise me at all. The cigar "closet" is completely empty and they serve drinks in 8 oz Dixie cups. I hope you like OJ with your alcohol - that's all they have. If things could get worse, I receive weekly email and text solicitations for deals. I never agreed to receive either. On a good note - the girl giving the massage was friendly, but her technique was very basic. She also tried to sell me on some caffeine drink during the massage.

The website nor any review has photos of the interior. Sad. I have no real idea of what to expect. All I see is a generic, 1 dimensional, uninviting web page with mediocre suggestive Google photos that look like camera phone images. Its a hard pass for me. It doesn't even look worth it to find out.

They had a great Erotic Night Poetry reading. The Comedian whom hosted was funny. Drinks were ok.

I tried Kasi Cigar Lounge with a couple of friends on Friday night. Great music with a sound level that supported conversation. Very nice environment with comfortable chairs and multiple screens on sports stations. The owner, Jalonnie, was in-house on Friday and made a great cigar recommendation.

I had an excellent experience! Once you walk in the door, you already feel more relaxed. The staff is all female, and they are very professional. My massage was great! I will definitely be back.

I recently visited Kasi Spa. After the reading the previous review my experience was the complete opposite. The staff greeted me in a welcoming manner and everyone was just gorgeous. I tried the four hand massage. My therapist were Abigail and Jamie. They both worked so well together and the four hand massage was an experience I will never forget. There is no other place like this and it is definitely a spot every man should visit, but beware the massages and warmness of the staff can become quite addictive.
