    The service is awful, the server/workers don’t want to do their job . They think it’s a hang out place you get paid just To show up to work but do the bare minimum. We been sitting waiting for a server to come take our order for about an hour . The server got sassy with me when I told her we been waiting for over 35 minutes for her to get our drink order . The manager had to come take our order smh . How is that acceptable her job is customer service which she had zero . Like i said people do the bare minimum here and that’s why they never move forward in life or be successful. They must be happy and comfortable being ratchet and broke all their life . Their not in the business to be turning people away from eating here when they barely got customers to stay at float . The waitress told me to go eat somewhere else if I didn’t like it .

    Quality of sauce cups were really poor, they were totally melted and spilled all over. Staff was really rude, did not even bother replacing the package, just throwed new sauce cups and bag at me. Package did not even include ranch requested on order nor any napkins.

    Should have read the reviews before I walked in! This place is an absolute joke! Do not give these people your time and money! Go to McDonald's I promise it's better. This place is empty for a reason... been waiting exactly 1 hour.... host had rude attitude. Waitress was super nice but she was definitely being over worked. Meal came with slaw and wasn't told they were out. No refills were given to anybody during my visit. To go cups were being used.

    Went on Saturday(4/8/23) and granted I forgot it was a UFC fight taking place but come on man. This place was in shambles. Upon arrival the wait time was between 1:30-2hrs even though they had empty tables so we were super confused initially. Me and my family decided to just take the food as a carry out order thinking the process would move a little faster. We were sitting on the bench in the front of the restaurant for almost 2 1/2 hours. The phone never stopped ringing our whole time there. We were brought the wrong order twice then when we finally got ours left and got home we were missing 15pc hot wing. Didn’t even bother to go back up to get it. Nothing against them at all. They said they were under staffed. So it’s safe to say IF YOU NEED A JOB GO AND HELP THESE FOLKS OUT. Gave a extra star because through it all they kept a positive attitude. Not one person from their staff seemed flustered by the demand. It almost looked normal for them

    As much as I like this chain and their wings, this particular location was definitely a miss. I came here on my lunch break on a Friday and it was surprisingly empty. As far as my food goes, I don't mind crispy wings but when the meat crunches as well then it's a bit overcooked. My fries looked like they were from a fast food spot that really don't care about the quality of their food. I will still be a customer at this chain but unfortunately not this location.

    So I try. Over and over again to give BW3 business but it’s like they insist on making sure I don’t get what I request. Ranging from condiments to cheese on my burger; they constantly disappoint. I try to call ahead of time when I order to go- so they have a chance to give me what I want but they do NOT answer the phone. I go out my way to give a business multiple attempts but Buffalo Wild Wings at Cumberland has shown me they don’t give AF about my dollar. I tried.

    Allow me to start with our AMAZING SERVER Deyanna.She simply took excellent service to the moon and back.She just made our whole experience better. Our food was good , hot and on point. I definitely recommend this location for great service, great food and a overall great experience Do yourself a favor and request Deyanna !! She's such a beautiful soul.

    TERRIBLE, it didn't feel like a Buffalo Wings franchise at all. If it weren't for the logo, I would have thought it was a restaurant. From the moment I walked in, no one said a word to me for over 40 minutes. They didn't offer me a seat or even acknowledge my presence. I assumed the tables were self-service, and although there were empty tables, no one attended to us. We overheard other customers complaining about the lack of service as well and realized that ordering was supposed to be done digitally. This turned out to be hit or miss. I waited for my order for over 55 minutes, and the sodas never arrived – they literally never served my drink, and yet I was expected to leave an 18% service charge. They didn't even bring me napkins; it was a horrible experience. I would never recommend this place!!!!

    The restaurant here is very disappointing. I had already been told by a co-worker that the service was the worst, but it was the worst store I've been to. We visited and purchased during the buy 1 get 1 promotion period, but 40 pieces of chicken, which should have been 50 pieces, came out, and the fried chicken felt like chewing rubber. Also, unlike the sauce I ordered, only two types of sauce came together. I will never go there again, and I feel that every store with a low rating on Google has a reason.

    Repeated worst experience. Always something is missing from the order. ETA was 20 and had to wait for more than an hour to pickup. BWW better look into this location or might get closed soon due to worst service. That’s how you pack sauce.!!! Great..! When you’re charging customers for the food and service (including additional service charge) then better deliver them..!

    Hello all, I placed an order at this Buffalo Wild Wings online on June22 and ordered traditional wings. Unfortunately when I arrived I was informed that they had no more Traditional wings and that they will replace them with the boneless. The manager also informed me that I would get a refund for the purchase I made that night. However a week later I never received the refund. I called and spoke with the manager by the name Mr. Robert I explained to him the situation and with no question he resolved my issue. Extremely professional and prompt. It meant a lot to me especially with the experiences that I've received at other Buffalo Wild Wings. Definitely feel appreciated.

    Day, our waitress was attentive and let us know upfront that they were out of certain wings AND that it would be an extra 10 mins on whatever order we placed. She did offer and bought us Tater-Tots to snack on because it actually was an additional 20 mins on our order. Fries came to us luke warm, really nearly cold. Wings were regular😬

    I wish I could give zero stars . Waited to be seated for 10 mins in front of servers but no one bothered to come and atleast ask us to wait . We had to approach one going inside . Okay server came and took order for drinks and went off . we took 2-3 mins to decide what to eat but she never came. No drinks ,no order ,my child was getting restless . After 20 mins of wait and no show of drinks and order taken we asked another server where is she . Somehow she came and made the drinks in front of us after 25 mins . Ordered orange chicken got barbecue sauce flavored which we can't bear. Paid unnecessary bill with food in the trash. No courtesy,no services,no tastes . This places is shaming the brand of Buffalo Wild Wings .. never recommend this branch

    There was not much of a wait. He had the house margarita I had I house drink with watermelon redbull. We shared an order of fried pickels, and an appetizer sampler. They got a chicken sandwich and wings. It was an ok experience. Not sure if I would go there again.

    The host and the waitress were both sweet and accommodating. The food was fresh and made exactly how I requested it. The dining area is spacious so you do not feel as if you are too close to anyone which is great for large parties. The only issue was with the bar and their inventory was low. They were out of wine completely and some spirits as well. I know they have a happy hour and they offer specials on Tuesdays I believe. Overall satisfied with this location.

    Could do better at the host wait experience for lunch. No need for customers to wait for 5 minutes when restaurant is 85% empty. $5.99 chicken sandwich is a good value but I think they've changed chicken supplier or quality... tasted kinda rubbery last time I visited.

    Visited this location for a business meeting and was extremely disappointed with the service. After we waited for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by any staff. When we were finally attended to, it took an entire hour to receive water and a staggering 2 hours for our food to arrive. Furthermore, despite no table check-ins, the manager, Leo, assured us he’d compensate for the inconvenience. However, when the bill arrived, no such compensation was provided, and he proceeded to place the blame on the hostess. Would not recommend for any sort of dining, let alone professional meetings. Expectations were not met, and accountability was lacking. We’ve been here approx. 6:33p and we are still sitting here at 9:13 waiting for the checks from Leo….don’t think he’s coming back. Sierra, did a great job and took care of us

    Went during lunch for a business meeting. Quiet, not busy so that was perfect for us. With that in mind it was pretty dead inside. Maybe that's a lunch thing. Good deal for lunch : 6 wings, fries, and a drink for 10.99! Wings were very dry and a little tough. Good fries - Mcdonald style

    I had come in to watch the fight, UFC 293, & since it was just me I had went to the bar. I had 2 bartenders who were really nice and definitely attentive to me. There were other patrons who were a bit rowdy about a wait, but these 2 kept their cool and still were great to deal with. Keela and Geneva were great & I’m coming straight to the bar if I see them working again!

    This was me and my husband's first time going to Buffalo wild wings and we had a great experience! They are super short staffed (2-3 waitresses in total) but it's definitely worth the wait, our waitress was super kind and attentive and made sure everything that we ordered was the way we wanted it, bonus for us that day was although it was the weekend, the place wasn't crowded and we could basically sit wherever we had wanted! Definitely will return here again 😊

    I walked in at roughly 6:33pm I didn’t get seated or acknowledged until 6:50 they sent my party to a back table with no waitress. I had a meeting with a celebrity client and the refuse to come here again. The manager told my table he was going to comp the food and he didn’t the service was terrible except for the waitress. I would recommend that Leo the general manager be demoted immediately. It was not even busy.

    Had a meeting with a few clients, including a celebrity client, there was maybe 3 other tables sat when I came in, after an hour of waiting we asked the hostess for a server, at this point we have not even gotten water. Eventually we got a server and was able to order drinks and food, by the time we had gotten our waters without straws we had been here almost 2 hours. The manager mind you was just pacing around. We asked for the manager, Leo, due to our frustrations. He came and gave excuses and had offered to cover our food but not the liquor. Which was understandable and we were ok with that! Even though his demeanor was nonchalant. After we finally got our food I asked for napkins, Leo, the manager, couldn’t even break away from his phone to acknowledge me as he said he’ll get them, which he never did. When we got our bills no food was taken off, so we asked about it, which at that time, he took off some from each of our bills, aside from one guest who got nothing taken off. We asked for Leo yet again which then he changed his words to “some food” off aka fries… when we spoke to him he was refusing to take accountability. And every single time her then went and hid in the back for the server to deal with everything, she was sweet and this was not on her! Absolutely appalling at the work ethic, accountability, and demeanor of this “manager”! We will be taking our business meetings elsewhere even though this was our spot to do them at.

    The atmosphere is great! A real vibe and always clean. The food is actually delicious. The problem is there is always a long wait for the food. They’ll give you a time to expect your food then just start preparing your sides once you arrive to pick it up ten minutes past the due time. I hope they improve the wait experience for all of us.

    I like spicy wings so I got the blazin something. It was the hottest on the menu. I only got to eat one wing as it was WAY TOO HOT!! I asked a red-wig girl with a nose piercing if I could exchange the flavor before I even ate that first wing and she told me I’d be charged for 2 flavors. They need to have a waiver signed before even letting a person order this wing flavor! Update: they did let me switch my flavor eventually, very appreciated.

    12/22/23 I took my daughter and her friends to this location. It took a while to get greeted and seated. After being seated, we sat for an hour before we were given drinks, offered appetizers, or anything. People that came in after us had drinks food everything. A nice lady we met outside doing a BWW promotional saw us waiting the entire time. Long story short, she was with corporate and took care of everything! The server that did help us was apologetic stating it wasn’t his section is why he didn’t initially help us. The manager stated they were short-staffed, and she was in the back cooking, etc. Food was great, and the girls were very complimentary of the food. However, you must have time to waste and NOT have anything else to do. Service is a 1 star.

    It was kind of slow, so the service staff was probably cut to reflect the volume. This showed in the delayed greeting at the door for many customers, including us. The server was very nice but had too many tables to do timely table checks. We never saw the manager, no table checks by them. Our table and another had to ask the front desk where to pay due to waiting a lengthy time for our server. Manager, when you cut your floor to minimums, be ready to jump in and help. Again, the server was very nice. The grease needs changing. You can taste it on the fried tots, that or don't use the same fryer as the wings.

    I should have looked at the reviews before ordering. Look at the amount of sauce I was given. Maybe a tablespoon in there. Wings were overcooked and dry and all flavors in one box. $40 down the drain. Disgusting.

    Plenty of parking. Dine in or take out. Watch the games on multiple flat screens. Bad customer service. No one ever came to the front to seat us. Left behind food on counters and tables. Sell alcohol.

    We went for dine-in at a not busy time and was told we have to wait for 15min because they were short of waiters. We changed mind to order take-out. Still we waited for 30min to get our food. The staff was not friendly and not helpful either. Very rude.

    I blame myself for reading the horrid reviews and deciding to come here anyway. They were short staffed, so even though there was plenty of available seating, the wait for a server was 45 minutes. Waitress and hostess didn't communicate very well with one another, and at one point, I was told to "tell the waitress you're ready to be seated." I was confused, since I was next on the list to be seated. There was something in our drinks and we had to send them back 3 times before they were clean. The wings were "aight" and I had better french fries at lunch in high school.

    We had 4 eating and each food was very good. Two of us got burgers and both of us thought the burgers were fantastic. Cheese sticks thick and tasty. Wings also good. Best Buffalo Wild Wings I have eaten at. Not 5 stars due to service could use some improvement.

    Food was Great. But on the other hand the service was backwards. My husband got his onion rings first, then we got our order for the wings, then 15 minutes later I get my French fries and got told, thank you for your patience. In regards to the Long Island Ice Tea's, Don't waist your money and just do shots to make sure that you're drinking alcohol.

    The takeout side is consistently the worst customer service experience in all of Atlanta. I would give it zero star if it were possible. I’ve ordered from here so many times and it’s always bad to the point that I’ve been getting their sauce from Walmart and making my own wings at home, just so I don’t deal with them. Ordered 10 wings online today and went there and the first agent told me it would ready 9:40pm, an hour later (it was on Sunday 10/10/2021 and not busy). I told her I wasn’t waiting that long and wanted to cancel. She left without saying anything else. The website didn’t have a cancel order option so I asked for someone to help and the other lady tells me “if you ordered online it has nothing to do with us”. I gave her my phone to make sure it could be cancelled but that didn’t work. The first agent comes back with the wings and I said thanks and walked out. Looked in the box and it did not include the dipping sauce I included in the order. Went back and asked for it. Just a complete hassle and the temperature of the wings indicated that it was probably warmed and not cooked on order.

    Literally asked for extra wet & crispy and they did neither! They are extra fatty if anything; I ate around the fat and there’s barely any sauce; honestly the chicken has no flavor. I also waited additionally for nothing because the lady couldn’t understand my name to find the bag when I told her my food said ready for pick up. I will not order anymore from this location

    Worst buffalo wild wings ever. I have been to this branch 5 times and every single time I’ve had bad experience. No one even bothers to look at us and take our order. Food we received was cold. They take a lifetime even to get the checks. Some waiters wouldn’t even respond on calling. Sometimes I feel I am being ignored because of my color. Avoid this branch if you can.
