Had
a
meeting
with
a
few
clients,
including
a
celebrity
client,
there
was
maybe
3
other
tables
sat
when
I
came
in,
after
an
hour
of
waiting
we
asked
the
hostess
for
a
server,
at
this
point
we
have
not
even
gotten
water.
Eventually
we
got
a
server
and
was
able
to
order
drinks
and
food,
by
the
time
we
had
gotten
our
waters
without
straws
we
had
been
here
almost
2
hours.
The
manager
mind
you
was
just
pacing
around.
We
asked
for
the
manager,
Leo,
due
to
our
frustrations.
He
came
and
gave
excuses
and
had
offered
to
cover
our
food
but
not
the
liquor.
Which
was
understandable
and
we
were
ok
with
that!
Even
though
his
demeanor
was
nonchalant.
After
we
finally
got
our
food
I
asked
for
napkins,
Leo,
the
manager,
couldn’t
even
break
away
from
his
phone
to
acknowledge
me
as
he
said
he’ll
get
them,
which
he
never
did.
When
we
got
our
bills
no
food
was
taken
off,
so
we
asked
about
it,
which
at
that
time,
he
took
off
some
from
each
of
our
bills,
aside
from
one
guest
who
got
nothing
taken
off.
We
asked
for
Leo
yet
again
which
then
he
changed
his
words
to
“some
food”
off
aka
fries…
when
we
spoke
to
him
he
was
refusing
to
take
accountability.
And
every
single
time
her
then
went
and
hid
in
the
back
for
the
server
to
deal
with
everything,
she
was
sweet
and
this
was
not
on
her!
Absolutely
appalling
at
the
work
ethic,
accountability,
and
demeanor
of
this
“manager”!
We
will
be
taking
our
business
meetings
elsewhere
even
though
this
was
our
spot
to
do
them
at.
