    The service was terrible. It took a while for the server to come over once we were seated. She never introduced herself. We were there to celebrate my special needs son's birthday. I brought in a cake and asked that it be brought out at the end of the meal. The anonymous server brought it back in the same plastic bag I gave it to her in. She brought small plates but didn't bring a knife to cut the cake. The was no fanfare - the staff didn't sing happy birthday. I asked her and she said, 'we don't do birthdays here' 🤔 This outing was setup for my special needs son and the reception wasn't welcoming. Only redemption was the food. We really enjoyed that. Not sure if this place is best for family outings, or at least I didn't feel it was.

    Had an awesome time here with my girlfriend last night, we decided to have dinner her before our movie at the AMC across the street. The hostess seated us near the bar area when we asked for booth, was enough space for two but wouldn’t suggest more. It took awhile for our server to get to us but he was very on point and ready. We had the appetizer platter to start, I had a full rack of Apple butter ribs and my girl got the bacon cheeseburger. Everything came out hot and fast we didn’t have to wait long once we ordered. Our food was very good and the ribs really satisfied my craving I’ve been having all week!

    It's been years since I have been to Fridays. The food service and atmosphere was a surprise And a pleasant one at that. I had the bacon Ranch chicken sandwich with avocado. It was very good. The beer was cold the waitress was friendly and efficient . Even the lemon butter brocolli was amazing. Definitely will return to this location

    Enjoyed this location with friends. The bartender waited our table. He was amazing! The manager came out to greet us and made great recommendations. The music was nice. The atmosphere was nice. Absolutely no complaints.

    I gave 3 stars because they made us wait 30 minutes to be seated when the place was practically empty. If you don't have enough staff, then say that so we don't make assumptions. My bucket of ribs and wings didn't come in a bucket, and the wings were old, but my friends Whiskey chicken burger I tasted was good. Blue Oasis was good.

    Was not greeted by a host when we walked in. The host said it will be a 20-25min wait. As we wait the host was on his phone. I politely asked the host for a cup of water as we waited. He acknowledged and then stayed at the podium for a few minutes until a server asked him for help. At that moment he walked away but when he returned, he was emptied handed. Plot twist, the host is the manager. I am sitting in the restaurant writing this. Either Georgia restaurants hate giving out water and refills or our server didn’t care to give use water and refill our kids drinks. We had to ask three times for water and a refill. This location sucks axx. The restroom had no toilet and smelled worst than a restroom at a water park. The diaper changing table was also dirty. All I guess eating with your hands is the new norm for these restaurants because we had to ask for utensils for our kids to eat their food. This place get a fat F for everything. Our drinks took for ever to come to us and we didn’t get what was being advertised.

    The service was horrible/horrific. The server was not attentive at all. I’m not understanding why my medium well burger was black Burt and hard. On top of that it was not even the temp I asked for. I also ordered a well done burger that came out good but cold af. The server really poor. Idk if he was tired or had a shot or too. Horrible horrible service . This was the second time I’ve tried this location with the same results. I was over charged n the server acted as if it was my fault. No apology besides saying she fixed it and walked away.

    I thoroughly enjoy patronizing this restaurant due to the abundance of fascinating individuals and captivating experiences it offers. However, the duration it takes to receive one's order is exorbitant. My family and I patiently occupied ourselves at our table for approximately 28 minutes before our food was finally served. Aside from this particular issue, the overall experience was flawless.

    This place is a go to spot. They're whiskey glazed BBQ ribs or some of the best ribs I've ever had if not the best. The drinks are very good and there's a large variety of options to choose from which is sure to please a whole group. I love that they have two different sides one for the sports bar type of field and the other side is more of a family restaurant type of feel.

    Had a great dinner. Staff was polite and our table attendant was on it. Food was good. Not sure why others rated lower. Compared to other places around this area, go to TGIF, way better.

    Terrible Service. Waited for someone refill my sweet tea for over 20 min. When I asked the manager he stated. “ I’m doing something right now”. (Larry) Wait what? What kind of service is that. The place wasn’t even that packed. I would never come back to this place. If I could leave Zero stars I would.

    Foremost, the music is entirely too loud for anyone visiting before 9pm. I’m not sure why every restaurant in this area is striving to be “a spot”, but this is quite uninviting for many people. It is 3x as loud in the restroom. Second, I cannot understand the business practice here. During our Friday afternoon/early evening visit, an entire side of the restaurant was closed down for a “shift change.” Surely the person making the schedule for servers understands that there is a better way to do this. We had to wait 35 minutes to be seated in a restaurant that at least had the physical capacity to accommodate us. We also saw families leaving for this unforced wait issue. Our server was very nice/pleasant albeit very slow. But I’ll take the slowness over a bad attitude, which leads me to the next point. The young lady who adds people to the waitlist would better serve the company as one of the cooks. She is the least welcoming, non communicative person I’ve ever encountered in the service industry. She *probably* means well but she needs coaching. I enjoy the food here, but I wish it were under new effective management.

    Visited onna Sunday eve nd there was a live DJ, which was an interesting touch. Although, I didn't dine on anything but fries, they were seasoned well nd very tasty. As well, three ofda dishes I saw being served look good. The atmosphere was chill nd friendly. The drinks were also well-received. Makes the revisit list.

    The service is thumbs down👎🏾. I called in a pick up order. I was told 20 mins, however, I waited until 30 minutes to leave. Total time upon arrival is now 40 minutes. I go to the pick up orders line no knowledgement from pick up cashier. Informed her I had called in my order & if this is pick up line. Her response was yeah. She then proceeds to put in an order from someone giving a new order completes transaction takes ticket inside and comes back out to take another order. Let's work smarter not harder. Let's practice a more efficient way to provide service to each patron. She could have asked me my name and grabbed my order coming back but nope!She was going to have me stand there until she completed 3 new orders vs the call in. The purpose of calling ahead is to avoid lines. This location is never at the top of any dinner choices of mine & it remains to be on a no option to eat here list. If you know better do better.

    Delivery order. It was all mostly delicious. However the ice cream that was supposed to come with the cake was minute and came in an uncovered plastic container. No bbq sauce.

    If course every restaurant is crazy during graduation season but... Not enough servers to handle the crowd. Took an hour and 20 min to be seated. We did have a party of 10 so a wait was expected. Service was awful. Didn't check on us before, after or during meal.. so no refills. Alcohol drinks never came. And when I order a steak and lobster I kinda want a steak knife, not plastic. How is that even a thing with restaurants now? Shining light was the food was good.. small in portion.. but good.

    Me and a few friends came in for lunch. The Nov staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the facility was clean! Our server took our drink and app order promptly, soon after our meal order! There were a couple of issues with sides on a couple of our orders with the kitchen, but the issue was taken care of quickly. The food was awesome! Genesis, our server, was absolutely great. She was prompt, kind, professional! We work in this area, a lot, and will definitely be back because of her!

    I’m very upset I order my meal to go and paid four dollars for a child’s cup that is unacceptable had I known that the cup was going to be so small I would not have ordered it I’m very disappointed because I feel like I didn’t receive the same service had I dined in. The manager was not very helpful at all and I feel robbed … bad customer service all around. They need to order bigger size cups for to go orders

    Stopped in late after I missed my international connection. Lively place with a club atmosphere without the club! Bar tenders were super attentive. I ordered a Cobb salad and I couldn't believe how fresh it was considering how late it was. Great place to hang to friends.

    The steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli was very delicious. The waitress made me feel at home, There are two sides, The dinning area and the other side is the bar.Will most definitely go back !!!! Not sure what my drink was called, I think Strawberry Henny Lemonade but it was delicious also I was shocked.

    First time here in a while especially with the pandemic. They follow social distancing procedures. They have sand sanitizers stations in certain areas. We had a fairly large group, they are able to accommodate us by sitting us in different tables, but next to each other. The food was good. I had the Bucket of Bones. Which is a half rack of ribs and chicken and fries. The reason for 4 stars because when you look up pictures what you actually receive is misleading especially as far as portions. But everything was well seasoned and the few ribs I received were delicious. The Cesar salad wasn't that good. The dressing seems to taste bland. I would definitely come back and try out some other options. For my meal it came out to 29.00 with a drink.

    Very disappointed in our trip here. Only giving two stars because the server was good. They told us we had a 30 minute wait when we showed up and there was only one table with guests in the lobby. When I got my food (Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta) the food was not hot. It was bland, no Cajun, too much sauce and noodles were rubbery like in a microwave dinner. I ended up substituting the pasta for a burger and fries and that was better. My Wife had wings and they came out cold. Server then said he would microwave them.. I was confused because like I said there was nobody in the restaurant. I've been here before but won't go back. Save your money and don't eat here.

    My husband and I went to this location on Sunday night. It was, by far, the BEST TGIFridays experience we’ve ever had. The food was AMAZING. The apps, the entrees - delicious!! The drinks were fabulous. Our server was super nice and really provided excellent service. There was a DJ in the bar area that really kept the energy going! We haven’t been to a Fridays in a very long time, because so many have closed and the last few we went to had horrible food. We were so pleasantly surprised! We had a 40 minute drive to get there and it was worth it!!! I’m already looking forward to going back! Did I mention that the food was DELICIOUS??!! Management is doing a fantastic job at this location — everything about our experience was awesome!!! Bar tenders, servers, cooks — they were all great!!
