I ordered food at 7:20pm. The food was supposed to be ready between 8:05 and 8:15. After an extra 20 min I go to ask where my food is. The waitress said we only have one chef. About 7 min later I get my food. It takes 7 minutes to get home. All my food was Luke warm at best. Fries was cold and stale. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger. The burger was cold and so was the mushrooms. I tried to call and no one picked up the phone. Super unprofessional. I tried to call to speak to a manager. No one would answer the phone. Then after 10 minutes it hangs up. This is poor management. Where is the manager or District Manager. It’s bad enough the serve those little chicken crispers now buy this was a terrible experience. I deserve my money back.

1st off they were out of ground beef .. I ordered nachos as my appetizer.. I’ve never gotten a water salsa. I asked the manager could she replace the ground beef for a burger and crumble it up. That’s against they’re policy. By the way I’m a chef and knows that’s all ground beef is.. Horrible experience..

Chicken was definitely frozen and reheated. Taste like it came of one of those kid themed tv dinners, was soggy, and damn near needed a knife to tear into. They somehow messed up corn on the cob, and had the audacity to not put a single pinch of seasoning on it. Then to top it all off the fries were soggy and also 100% seasonless. Not even salt. This meal was 17$. Do not order here. Just needed to edit and add. I genuinly cant eat the chicken or the fries. Im ordering new food from elsewhere. Seriously. So bad, i didnt eat it.

I really enjoy the chicken bacon quesadillas and when I have dined in, no problem but I used Uber Eats for delivery and the quesadillas were not freshly cooked. 😕

Kayla was our server and she was one of the best waitresses we have ever had. She was so sweet. Everything was perfect. Food was great.

Wish I could take this 1 star back but won't let me. Just got this order of 4 sides from Chili's on Ashford Dunwoody location. I got it through uber eats. First off I ordered the loaded mash potatoes without cheese and bacon because I can't eat meat. I also ordered roared asparagus, black beans, and broccoli. Well I get a call saying they out of asparagus so I said just give me another loaded mash like I ordered. Well my order arrived and when I opened the bag with the sides they aren't even lukewarm. My mashed potatoes are brown like they are been sitting out all day with old skin where the potatoes have a dry film over it and they stirred it up to and hide it. My black bean are not warm. So I called to speak to someone about and the young lady put me on hold and after a few minutes came back on the phone and asked my name and number told me the manager Alicia would call me back she was in the kitchen. She haven't called back yet and it has been almost 40 minutes ago when I called. Here are the photos I paid roughly 16.00 dollars for this.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. My husband and I came here with two hungry and restless toddlers and was refused seating by the hostess. 4 families left and she said it was still a 30 minute wait due to them being short staffed. If this location has short staff that should be at the door. Interesting enough, this person had enough time to take photos of other customers and had us waiting as pictured here. Didn’t even knowledge our presence as our toddlers were asking can we sit?! What kind of person would do this to CHILDREN!? HORRIBLE service will NEVER come to this location

We waited 10 minutes for a party of 4 before a hostess was available. Waited 45-60 minutes before our food was served, despite being 1 of 5 families in the restaurant. Granted it was New Years day but the food was subpar. Ribs were dry, nachos weren't good and everything fried tasted stale. Ie, onion petals, fries, chicken tenders. Our server was great but the food and wait was unacceptable.

Drinks were not carbonated and the sweet tea wasn't sweet. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. The waiter wasn't very friendly but wasn't rude. I had a nice time.

Food was fresh and hot. Becky the Manager was awesome! Victoria our server was attentive to our table. They both went over and beyond to be sure our visit was top notch. Restaurant was clean. Highly recommend this place.

My 4yr old and I came here on Saturday afternoon and there was no Hostess. We waited over 8 minutes and mind you the bartender seen us and didn’t say a word. In addition, it was NOT busy. After 8mins or so a waitress came up to us (Asia). Our waitress was amazing but this place was dirty and customer service is lacking. Do Not Go Here until Chili’s makes some changes with the customer service here. I will NOT come back to this restaurant.

HORRIBLE!!! no hostess present to greet and seat us, bartender was the server. Manager brought out food, ONLY the appetizer was HOT!!! as in temperature. The entrees were COLD and the garnish wasn't properly dressed, almost choked on cilantro stem. The bartender brought extra drinks without us even touching the 1st drinks. c’mon! got home with my food, I literally stay about 5mins away and my fries are just stale and cold! Garlic bread rock HARD! ordered Cajun Chicken Pasta. the ladies who took my order were mad cool but i don’t know who in the kitchen back there. Also, it is NOT sanitary to put foil on top of someone’s food! Like food is not hitting.

I'm very glad I decided to have lunch at Chili's today. They weren't very busy, and that ended up really being a benefit for me. They have an awesome "pick 3" deal where you choose a beverage, an appetizer, and an entree for only $10! I chose a 6" sirloin steak which came with fries or mashed potatoes and broccoli. For my appetizer, I chose the awesome loaded potato soup. All of my food came out fresh and was seasoned perfectly. My drink was amazing too. The waitress was friendly and definitely knew what she was doing. She gave the kind of service which made you want to make sure she got a great tip. Fyi, masks were required unless sitting at the table. The restaurant dining area was super clean too. Will definitely be back to this location for sure.

Went here for a casual dinner with the family, asked for a high chair for our 10 month old, the first high chair had mold on the straps so they brought a second one which also had mold on the straps. The grooves on the table had dirt and the place smelled as if they cleaned it with a dirty mop. Doubt we’ll ever go back there.

This was my first time at this location (5/12/22) and I sat in the bar area. Denise was my waitress she was doing to go orders and also took care of us the food was great and came quick! The drinks were even better! She had a great positive attitude if in this area again I will definitely go back it wasn’t crowded I went around 1:30 and it was clean. Satisfied customer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer service was great!

My Chili's Caesar Salad with Shrimp came as a smaller salad then other locations, but had more delicious shrimp. Everything was great, but the server could have been more attentive. Also, I was told they didn't have chocolate milk, which I've been able to order at other locations.

Denise and Haley are kind, hardworking and should be promoted to managers. They have taken care of the customers for the past couple of years. Reward them

Food is decent as you would expect. Staff is indifferent to delivery drivers and customers.

They where nice people but the food wasn't good the margaritas was exquise

First, let me say that Maurice is a whole vibe! He came out to the car with such great energy and a smile to match. I would love for more people in the service industry to be like him. When I go back to dine inside, I will certainly be asking for him! I love it!!
