We
bought
a
VIP
table
on
NYE,
knowing
it
was
going
to
be
pricey,
however
wanted
to
be
out
of
the
crowd
and
have
a
great
experience.
We
were
first
quoted
$1000,
then
$1200
then
$1500
and
lastly
$1800.
This
was
in
the
span
of
10-20
minutes,
so
it
was
unclear
how
the
price
jumped
that
much,
but
again,
we
didn’t
want
to
be
in
the
crowd.
The
bottles
took
45
minutes
to
get
to
the
table,
which
was
around
11:15pm.
The
place
was
continuously
getting
packed,
and
people
started
walking
through
our
booth
instead
of
behind
to
cut
through
the
crowd.
This
happened
multiple
times
and
finally
when
we
asked
a
bouncer,
he
stated
they
were
OVER
capacity
and
it
was
a
fire
hazard
to
place
VIP
ropes.
First
of
all,
how
is
this
my
problem?
Second
of
all,
why
would
a
club
on
NYE
night
go
OVER
capacity
if
it
was
a
fire
hazard?
Third
of
all,
why
would
any
custom
be
ok
paying
triple
the
cost
for
the
same
experience?
Not
to
mention,
the
midnight
balloon
drop
was
an
epic
fail.
Not
only
did
the
balloons
not
drop,
but
people
were
fighting
to
get
to
them,
punching
the
balloons
to
make
them
pop,
all
for
a
$1
inside.
We
had
people
standing
on
our
couch,
sitting
and
leaning
on
the
back
all
night.
It
was
infuriating.
When
I
called
to
speak
with
someone
about
the
experience,
the
girl
on
the
phone
stated
she
was
going
to
get
the
owner.
When
she
came
back
to
the
phone,
it
hung
up.
So
I
called
back,
and
she
stated
the
owner
wasn’t
there.
I
asked
if
he
could
give
me
a
call
back,
and
she
said,
No,
I
would
just
have
to
catch
him
when
he
is
there.
So
the
place
doesn’t
even
take
messages,
which
is
a
joke.
After
I
proceeded
to
tell
her
my
experience,
she
stated
‘we
don’t
give
refunds’.
I
said,
I
never
asked
for
one,
but
I’d
still
like
to
speak
with
the
owner.
The
lack
of
customer
service
in
this
establishment
is
appalling.
I
even
waited
a
full
24
hours
to
give
the
owner
time
to
respond
to
my
message
(if
the
girl
even
relayed
it),
still
no
response.
It
was
not
only
infuriating,
it
was
disheartening.
I’ve
been
in
VIP
a
few
times
before
at
this
place,
and
received
better
treatment
than
this
past
experience.
It’s
so
unfortunate
this
was
a
place
I
recommended
others
to
visit,
and
unfortunately
I
can
no
longer
do
that
after
such
poor
service.
