Was always a big fan of the Cheesecake factory until we went to this location. The food was not up to the usual standards Appetizers were warm and when you pay $11 for 6 mushrooms , that is hard to swallow. Main course I had bang bang shrimp and chicken which was burnt as you can see. It was also warm and stodgy. We also have steak Dianne combo and the plate was full of oil. We had to mop it up with a napkin. Toilets were very dirty. They need some quality control in the kitchen and someone inspecting the bathrooms. Place was not that busy and now we know why. Certainly wont be back here, and may give whole franchise a miss for a while.

First time ever eating at The Cheesecake Factory. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the dessert! I'm more of a meat and potatoes guy, so this was for my wife. I'll proudly say I'm glad I tried it. We were seated next to a party of 12 and still received great service. Glad our server recommended the Reeses peanut butter cake. It was delicious. As far as the meal we shared an appetizer since we went mainly for the cakes. We definitely will be going back.

How to start this, let me see. Well my wife & I came here for drinks while we waited on our daughter, who was at a party. I ordered the Long Island ice tea (pictured & it was great) & my wife ordered the coconut mojito (it tasted straight like virgin coconut drink). It's like they forgot the alcohol. We ordered food (to go) while we sipped on our drinks because it was time to pick up our daughter. The only thing good out of the 3 meals was the cheesecake (pictured). Bad experience this time around. The food had no taste just bland, as if they were instructed to leave the seasoning out of it.

I recently visited The Cheesecake Factory and I was overall pleased with the food. I really enjoyed the cheesecake. However, the service was subpar. I requested a refill for water multiple times and never received any. Additionally, it took 2 and a half hours to get seated. The decor was nice but it was quite dark inside. On top of that, there was only one urnial in the men's restroom for this giant restaurant. All in all, I would recommend it, but be prepared to wait.

Had a great time with my bestfriend for her birthday! As always, the food and wait staff were fantastic. They even wrote happy birthday on her cheesecake and brought it out with candles!

My coworkers and I went for a team dinner and the food was great, All four of us had different dietary issues so the massive menu was helpful in finding something for everyone. It was my first time having the Bacon-Bacon burger on a Gluten Free bun. One Coworker had the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich, Another had the Fish Tacos and another who is a vegetarian had a pasta dish. Our Waiter , Hunter was super super patient with us and even gave some suggestions since It was their first time at CCF, my friends have ever visited a Cheesecake location. Overall they loved it and the ambiance and service was top notch. Thankfully I booked our reservation online and that helped tremendously when we arrived👌 👏👍

Ok, let me first say that our waitress was a total 5 Star employee. I'm giving a 1 star to the front staff, the hostess. We came in, and their immediate interactions were very unprofessional, cold, and just very un welcoming. As for a booth for 3, she tells us that would be 10 min. I'm ok with that, if there were no boths, or if there was a line. There was no line waiting to be seated. I started walking around, admiring the decore of this Cheese Cake Factory, which I must say is Outstanding. Very beautiful, just magnificent. So as I'm walking around, I notice that 1 section in the back had 6 open booths. Another section along the wall had another 3 open booths and another booth was being cleaned. So I found the Mgr., asked him why are we having to wait 10 mins for a booth, when you have a number of the them open in 2 different sections? His answer, Maybe the hostess didn't know. That's not a good answer, especially since she walked around looking before telling us it will be a 10 min wait. Anyway, after talking to him, we were seated immediately. The young lady who seated us, zero personality skills. If your job is to great customers and interactions are part of that, their front staff have alot work ahead of them. Luckily, everything turned around once our waitress introduced herself, Deja!! She was Fantastic. Just an amazing personality, so cheerful, frendley, you couldn't ask for any better. As she stated. " I treat people the way I would want to be treated." Again just very professional, friendly, and very energetic. The food was very delicious. I ordered the T Bone, mashed potatoes, and corn. Wife had the Veggie Chicken Thai lettuce taco, and son Some kind of bacon cheese burger with fries. Top it off with banana cream cheese cake. Mmmmmmm, all was delicious. Will we go back, yes. Oh, and if you're not sure what you want, this isn't going to help. Their menu is 21 pages, and all looks great. Enjoy your visit to the Cumberland Cheese Cake Factory. After you eat, you can go outside and enjoy the fountain. Oh and ask for Deja for your waitress.

It's always good. I love the consistency with the taste and quality. Anyone in Atlanta does it for me. I order Steak Diane. (Give it a try) and get a Georgia Peach. Trust me you won't regret it. The staff is super helpful. It's always busy but they move fast and the cheesecake (chef 😘)

I ate at the Cheesecake Factory and it was ok. When I first arrived one thing that did stand out is that they set the silverware directly on the table, which I’m not a fan of, but my waitress did offer to give me hot water or provide me plastic utensils. Next is the menu. Their menu is not a simple menu at all. It is a book and that caused me to be really overwhelmed. I eventually ordered an appetizer and the Peach Lemonade as my beverage. The Tex Mex Egg rolls were delicious. They came out hot. I loved that they were not greasy. The avocado cream and fresh salsa enhanced the flavor of the egg rolls. The Peach Lemonade was refreshing. You could really taste the peach. I also ordered the Pineapple Upside Down Cheesecake which I had it to go and OMG, it was so good. The cake on the top and bottom layer were moist and the cheesecake was creamy. I tasted all layers together and on their own and you can taste the pineapple throughout each layer. Overall if I return, it would be for the cheesecake due to the lengthy menu and the Peach lemonade as well.

Stopped by this location for brunch while on my way home from the airport. I ordered my typical which is Miso Salmon with vegetables. Usually, I receive a larger serving of vegetables but this one was a tad small. Also, we came right when the location opened so it wasn't busy, however, service was still a bit slow. Overall our server was still very nice. I would come back.

The food was good and amazing.. The only problem was that the broccoli was cold and not hot at all, and the SweetTea was not sweet at all. I needed sugar

I am a regular at Cheesecake factory and love the franchise in general. Having been to the different cities, this place did not disappoint either though the chicken pieces in the pasta were not well done & fresh. Hopefully next time ;)

Lovely cheesecake and quick service. The patio here is lovely with the nearby fountain, even with it being pretty hot out. Very clean place and great for desserts. We got three different cheesecakes and can say the coconut cream cheesecake was my favorite followed by the Reese peanut butter and chocolate cheesecake. I didn't get to try the pecan one but it looked good too.

If you have not tried the sweet corn cakes here, you are definitely missing out. They are so delicious and taste that it is gluten-free. I also had the 3 cheese pasta with blackened chicken with gluten-free pasta. I always love eating at this restaurant chain because of the gluten-free options and the amazing taste. I also usually get the Godiva chocolate cheesecake with it, but not this time. I highly recommend this restaurant and chain to anyone who has gluten allergies except the Chattanooga TN location. Yes, go see for yourself and try it.

I always thought Cheesecake factory was a nice family establishment. I had the worst experience at this location with my family. Walking into a restaurant, I expect the hostess to greet and be professional. She was rude right when we walked in, tried to give our name but she would not help us at all until our whole party was inside(1 member of our group was quickly parking). The second hostess who took us to our table was giving attitude and was rude and apparently did not “know” the other hostess’ name when we asked. Who doesn’t know the name of their coworkers? The waitress who came to serve us made up for the bad experience at first. The service was great until the entrees were served. Once the entrees were given, we didn’t see our server for about 45 minutes and waited a long time to order our cheesecake. She kept rushing to leave after we ordered the cheesecake and never got any silverware to eat the cheesecake. I will never be going back to any Cheesecake Factory establishment. I get better service at a fast food restaurant.

We had reservations, we were seated 10 min after we arrived. Food came out pretty quick. I had to send my dish back because my pasta was cold. My server Tori had the kitchen remake it

Food was was really bland and I had the worst server. He never brought out bread and never asked if we were ready to order, knew what we wanted or anything. I had to ask for drink refills and bread and had to push it on him that we are ready to order after sitting there starving. It took a hour before we got our orders placed and by then I was ready to pay for my appetizer and leave.

Usually a solid choice but not here. It literally took 2 1/2 hours to get a Cobb salad. A soggy gross Cobb salad. Our server was pleasant as could be and tried as best as he could to explain a 2 hour wait for a gross cobb salad and a corn dog. You're wait at this location is always going to be unreasonable. Whether it's for the table or for the food. The manager said OK when told about this, the management and quality control of this place is unfortunate.

Came for lunch and was seated right away. Server was friendly, and the food came out quick. The vegan Impossible Burger was one of the best I had.

Great food. My wife was very happy with her Crispy Chicken and Shrimp, and I was very happy with my Coconut Thai Chicken. Good service staff, and John was a great waiter. Only reason for the 4 stars were that they asked us to move on account of a bigger party coming. I obliged, of course, but we had already been brought some food, so it just seemed a little low class.

This was my first time trying The Cheesecake Factory! I came here to eat from a convention, so my friend and I were in costumes, but the staff were kind about it + our server loved them and we loved him! 😭🙏🏼 The menu is absolutely HUGEE THOUGH. It did take about 45 mins to be seated and another hour to get food- but it’s a restaurant during a popular convention + it’s the weekend, so I completely understand! When the food did arrive though, we DEVOURED OUR PLATES!! We ordered 2 appetizers and a salad, which was bigger than expected! It easily filled us up, and we had to take home leftovers. We didn’t have room for cheesecake, but I enjoyed our visit here! :)

Customer service was on point first time and I will be back my server was amazing and everything she suggested was great choice for a newly vegetarian.

Total chaos, unorganized front desk. Why make a reservation when you can barely get a park or your foot in the door, and be told you were late. The menu did not have many healthy options for me. I was a guest, but I'll never chose this establishment for dinner. The cheesecake was off the chain, good thing all I had was a plain salad with no dressing.

If I could give service and atmosphere a 0, I would. I came in with my fiancé and when we sat at our table, the silverware was stained dirty and nasty. We previously heard the server tell the host there was no more clean silverware before we sat so it was very apparent when we saw. Our server was awful, very inattentive and uninterested in serving us the basic things…like plastic silverware. Our food arrived wayyy after peoples food who arrived later than us. It was ridiculous to see the manager of the night REORGANIZE DIRTY SILVERWARE on a dirty table for a new table to come in, after a table left that table while TOUCHING the already dirty silverware. I couldn’t believe the manager would do that…it was truly upsetting and I do not recommend this location whatsoever. HIGHLY UNSANITARY!! Food came out cold too.

I love the cheese cake factory. My wife and I came here a lot before the pandemic. This is our first visit this year and we came to enjoy a go meal for our 34th anniversary. The good: the atmosphere is wonderful to me. I love the decor, the crowd, the laughter, and the energy of it all. It was a busy shopping day so the place was packed, but the wait time wasn't bad. They will text you when your table is ready, which allows you to wonder into the mall and window shop. You can tell that they are well managed. They have a professional and pretty fluid operation. The bad: today my experience wasn't to the level I expected. My wife loved everything, but I was disappointed which is reflected in the low food and service rating. I didn't say anything to the manager so I'm not going to blind side them here with the four things that irked me, but I will say that the Cheese Cake Factory should not serve ice cold cheese cake and strawberries. Conclusion: This is still my spot for a good date. The food and experience is well worth the cost. Enjoy.

Visited this place last FRIDAY. Walked right in and was seated less than two minutes. However, it went downhill from there. The waitress was Nice but Neglected our table throughout our dinner. She informed us that they were waiting on Bread to arrive/come??? Where is it on delivery truck still?? Silverware was just laid on table without sanitary protection. We were told that's the setup/decoration utensils protocol. Ummmm It's Germ Season.We had no delay in determining our dishes and We additionally informed her that we wanted APPETIZERS in which she never came back to Place leading our Food to arrive without our PRE-DISH. In Between Food arriving the BREAD finally made it to the table by a back staff member guy,which was HARD as a ROCK AND COLD as Outdoors! The Butter wouldn't melt a tad bit. Break a tooth O NO! WE informed the waitress which she seemed Oblivious to why we were served this quality of bread and she stated " Ion know they must've not Heated/Warmed it in the Oven 😒. My Pasta dish arrived Semi-Cold and the VENT ABOVE The Table blew straight on our food(December) Finally after consuming a little and frustrated SURPRISE : Here comes Hot FRESH BREAD (WOW/Too Late) No the Restaurant was not Packed or Busy. We were seated immediately with numerous of empty tables. The Only Good thing was our DRINKS and Architecture!

Our first time eating at a Cheesecake Factory & it was incredible! Our server Luke was so attentive & charming despite being super busy! Food was amazing and well priced for what you get. We will definitely be back!

We ordered spicy tuna roll, southwest eggroll, Jamaican black pepper shrimp and rice, and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This restaurant is a staple in any town. I especially loved that on this visit they now had a Skinnylicious menu. As I have been more aware of what and how much I eat, I really appreciated not having to read through all 300 items on the menu to see what’s in scope for me to order. The skinny menu helped me pick a reasonable dinner. And of course no visit is complete here without a cheesecake order. The Oreo and Hershey cheesecakes were superb.

My wife and I enjoy coming here when we want to indulge ourselves and leave all concerns about calories at home. Yes you can find a restaurant with a more upscale vibe or menu that is more specific to your main course tastes, but you come here for the cheesecake. The main course dishes are good, but the cheesecake selections are unmatched.

Visited the restaurant on a Wednesday afternoon for a birthday lunch. This was my first visit to Cheescake Factory and I'm not sure I'll be back. A menu that large can be hit or miss. And maybe what I had was a miss, but cold food is unacceptable. The food looked good. And the description sounded delicious. The bowl was large and the bottom half filled with white rice. The chicken tasted like it had been cooked maybe the day before, the crispness had all but gone away. The parts that should have been served hot tasted like when you microwave food and its warm and cold at the same time. For a $20 plate, I didn't expect cold food.

First we sat at our table for an hour and a half waiting for our food. The sweet tea was not sweet, and the cola was not cola. We then had to contact the manager multiple times. One because we could not get our to-go cups and the other because there was mold on one of our burger buns. We were asked if we wanted refills multiple times and said we did but we did not receive them. One person of our party has a bad reaction to tomatoes and we ordered the club sandwich and there were tomatoes. We specifically asked for no tomatoes. When we got the sandwiches back, the only thing that had done was removed the tomatoes and put the sandwiches back together. The only thing my party enjoyed was the cheesecake. I will never get food here again.

I got my new partial dentures on September 30th, 2021 and on this day I was able to enjoy some real steak. It was amazing. The steak was tender and juicy, the mashed potatoes were made from red potatoes and were very tasty as well. We shared a slice of original cheesecake and it was so rich and sweet in all the right places. The dinner was enough to share for 2 people. Our waiter was alert of our needs and served us well. I felt he cared about our dining experience the whole time we were there. Thank you for making my experience very enjoyable and remember able for me.

Our server (she was the bartender 10 Oct 21 @7pm) she was AWESOME. After the experience we had with our first choice to eat today it was so refreshing to find someone who actually wanted to work and please her customers. I was not a big fan of Cheesecake Factory but our server today made me change my mind. She is AWESOME!!!! I recommend this place, it is busy. The bar is your best bet but service, and attention to detail, is the hallmark of this place. Management is always making their rounds to make sure things are done right.

Okay, I usually like to find the “good” in places. The Atlanta location near Lenox is much better in my honest opinion. I ordered the same meal as I once ordered at the other location (which was 100xs better), and the rice at the Cumberland location came completely undercooked. It was the crunchiest and hardest rice I have ever eaten! Ever! I called for the manager and they replaced it with potatoes. The mashed potatoes were good. The black beans had zero flavor; which again was in contrast to the other location. The chicken dumplings were very delicious with great presentation, just wish it was more than five for the price tag attached! It was also my birthday and I informed them of such. My waitress seemed done for the night and just brought me a little(shot) glass of ice cream/whip cream and a candle and put it on the table and left (glass appears larger in photo than in reality.). A few moments before that, another customer was celebrating their birthday and the staff came and sung to them as well. I’m not saying I need people to sing to me, but remain consistent with all of your customers! The food was mediocre at best. The service, just as good as the food. Never again at that location, sorry.

First time customer and they did not disappoint. Had the best server. Her name was Cassandra. Very prompt, polite, helping she just took good care of us. The food was delicious to say the least. My daughter and I ate well. We had fried Mac&Cheese with Marinara and Parmesan for an appetizer. EXCELLENT. I would recommend. For our entree we had the Italian trio ( think that's what it's called) which we split. It had Chicken Parm, Fettuccine with Alfredo and Rigatoni with meat sauce and cheese. We had enough food with that one plate for both of us. Dessert was out of this world. I had Strawberry Cheesecake and my daughter had Cheesecake with Chocolate swirl. All in all we had a very pleasant meal. THANK YOU for the great food and great service.

I placed my order waited 15 minutes to then be told the cake I wanted was frozen and couldn't be sliced. So I decided against choosing another cake just left with an order of "vanilla ice cream." Not sure what else is in this ice cream, but for $7.37 it's not appealing to the eye.
