Who doesn't loves the world's largest Swedish build it yourself furniture store? Wandering isles for hours, picking up impulse buys you don't really need, searching for the perfect Lankenmalmvintersagabiorjin desk. Endlessly searching for part #594.176.19. Hour after hour of browsing the finest Scandinavian "wood" and plastic furniture your hard earned Krona can buy. Have lunch AND dinner at thier restaurant or pick up some frozen meatballs or salmon at thier Norsk Market. I came in 2005, and I'm still here, looking for a bookshelf. I've missed anniversaries, birthdays, graduations. Help. I'm trapped here.

I came to return. They have a new system with QR code to register, but no explanation after the register. So people just standing. Even the text came, still people have to wait the line. It was doesn’t make sense. The system must be change. And, please be careful at the counter, she could not say “please and thank you” and no greeting. I hope only she did. If IKEA is serious to develop automation, please reduce those kind of person at first. Electrical device is better than those kind of persons.

One of my and my 10 year old daughter’s favorite places! IKEA! Come for the deals, stay for the restaurant. You’ll always be in here longer than you expected, so put on some walking shoes and prepare yourself. This latest visit I tried to avoid the showroom entirely. But no luck, daughter asked to check out the kids decor for ideas for her room. I personally love going to the marketplace. Live plants, bedding, lighting! Love it.

Ikeaaaaa is always my fav shops. We have been to multiple locations of ikea in NJ and the Atlanta IKEA looks and feels the same . Only issue is - it’s in the city / downtown. So there is always traffic when going to this ikea. I wish they built this in some suburbs… Parking is good. Lots of space. As always , the dining/bedroom/ living room furnitures are good and easy to pick. I also love the lighting/ marketplace / kitchen / paintings etc .not too expensive and very good products. We got a foyer table this time .. customer service could be better . There is no one around to help.. Food was Average. It was cheap but the taste wasn’t that good. Cake was goood though. It was OK overall. Furniture pickup was outside the shop. We had no idea , and had to bring our car outside to pick our foyer table. Service was slow. Took them 15-25 mins to deliver our products. Overall - it was an average experience.. we still love ikea. One of our fav shops …

Always a pleasure to shop at IKEA. Great parking, great restaurant, great Scandinavian decor, housewares and furnishings. Store is well designed so you meander through the different area. Don’t get caught up with the Swedish product names, large items are picked up at the end in a warehouse area. Help is all around. We had lunch in the cafeteria restaurant and had the signature meatball lunch… very good. I’m not sure what day it was but I believe the entree were 1/2 price.

First time visiting an IKEA, and it was an absolute blast. The showroom was absolutely incredible throughout the entire store, and the sales floor was great as well. Overall a definite recommend for anyone looking for anything furniture related.

This place is huge. I shopped online ahead of my store visit. I ate lunch there and it was good. I got to see the items I was buying before checking out. Finding my items in the warehouse was easy. I used the website tool via a browser on my phone to locate them. Plenty of carts. Check out line wasn’t too long. Parking was spacious for my full size truck. All the employees I interacted with were pleasant and the right amount of helpful. Well done. I put my new office chair together when I got home. Instructions in the box were sufficient. Feels sturdy and comfortable. Highly recommend IKEA if they have something you want.

I have visited this location a few times and I feel like it’s never fully updated. Some prices do no not reflect what are advertised or items are not stocked. I’m Not sure if it’s due to bad timing or it being the only location in the Atlanta area, but if you are visiting for the first time, try not to have high expectations for inventory or demo rooms.

IKEA is a world leader in supplying furniture. From the top to the bottom, you will find everything you need for your home or office or kitchen . The place is huge. The setup is so technical and simple to access. They even have different type of breakfast available for shoppers. I think it’s a brilliant idea. The Bacon and scrambled eggs with fries was a Big hit. The Meatballs breakfast set meal was out of this world. The sides was mashed potatoes with green beans. Was a great experience. Happy Eating !

Everything you need for your home comes with affordable price. Be prepared to spend at least 3 hours here as you will get to experience their maze design, so don’t be surprised with your impulsive purchases as you’ll be exposed to every brilliant home product & design ideas.

I really like the Ikea way of doing business. We do not have one were we live so a 5 hour drive is required to get what you need. So with that said, I always bring home a load since it is so far. The overall shopping experience is easy. Things get a little complicated when you go to pick out your items from the warehouse area. Some items have multiple sku #'s to make the piece you want and they are not stored in the same general area. No help is provided and usually that is fine but occasionally one piece is more than I can lift safely and need some extra help. Same for loading your vehicle with larger pieces. Overall Ikea is a good shopping experience if you bring a strong helper.

My young nieces enjoyed stopping in for room design inspiration. Store was very clean and organized with lots of new products. We will definitely return soon to finish our purchases.

Returning items here is a big problem that IKEA needs to do better. When I came here at 7pm there were only three people in front of me, the lady who worked that day was so slow. Those 3 people only had 1 item/each to return but I had waited 40 mins to my turn. When I looked back there were 6 people in line. I hope they could return their unwanted stuff before 8.

I have a love hate relationship with ikea. If I just want to shop and get inspired I get overwhelmed by so many choices and then half of the things I pick out are not in stock. When I’m intentional and use the app and check what’s in stock it goes much faster and much less stressful I do like eating here. I fed a family of 5 with dessert and drinks for like 58 dollars.

Besides the fact that it takes forever to walk through the place, we thoroughly enjoy walking through and looking at different ways to creatively use small spaces.

IKEA is the absolute best place to shop, if you are looking for storage options and other space-saving furniture! The prices are very affordable, and most items have several color/material options. You can order in the app, but you have to visit the store for the full experience.

Really good place to buy low cost furniture. It is q pretty big store do it may take you some time to find what you're looking for. The restaurant is also good. Be cautious because it is too crowded on weekends.

Ikea is one of my favorite places. Do the lines get long? Yes. Are items out of stock a lot since COVID? Also yes. Do I still enjoy getting completely lost in the showroom and buying more than I intended when I walked in? Yes. Yes I do.

My daughter and her friend had a blast in the display area of the store, pretending they were in their own place! Store is huge, so many cool things. It's like Target, you feel like you need to buy all of the things.

Always a favorite. Clean restaurant and restrooms. All the dreaming and future planning you can do here! All the things you didn't know you were missing or needed are here! The Swedish Meatballs and Mashed potatoes are delicious!

Always love coming here. I would really recommend going early if you're going on the weekend to avoid the big crowds. We've got a ton of great furniture that we've had for years now and love it. It's a great store for those looking for a modern style in their home. The cafe is always super good, the food is reasonably priced, and consistently delicious. I'm a big fan of all of the environmentally friendly things they do, such as reducing plastic waste and encouraging recycling.

Coworkers and I like yo drop by for lunch sometimes. Prices are shockingly high for the food now, and it used to be affordable. Lunch was very slow, so that was nice. It was neat and cleanc with plenty of open seating. We shopped a little through the market to pick up bins and baggies along the way out, too.

I was very disappointed in being charged a higher amount at check-out than item price clearly listed on the shelf. Checker acknowledged that shelf price was lower but “I have to charge the price that comes up on the register”. I asked her to call manager and she did. Fifteen minutes later the manager sent a worker out to tell me that the higher price was correct. This was a poor customer experience: my food got cold and I left recognizing that the employees are not empowered to make a simple correction. This is a Management training issue sending a customer who just spent $500 home disappointed.

We don't get to visit as much as we like, but when we do it's an adventure. Parking is always packed but we always find a spot in our usual area in the back. Love the room set ups which gives us a great look at how their products can look in a home. We have bought a lot from IKEA and the quality is usually pretty good. The areas in the stores are well organized and lit. The food area is a good area to rest, near the restrooms. Employees are helpful when needed but we usually find what we want. The online/app experience helps to facilitate our visit. Also love the discounts afford with our IKEA card.

My visit to IKEA in Atlanta, Georgia was made even better by trying their famous meatballs. The gravy sauce was incredibly savory and delicious. I appreciate that we could choose two sides to go with the meatballs, and we opted for mashed potatoes and beans – a perfect combination that we truly enjoyed. After this hearty meal, we had the energy to shop even more vigorously. IKEA’s meatballs are a must-try when you visit!

This store has great looking but cheaply made furnishings. If you are even minimally handy, you can turn your frugal purchase into a great looking household item. The big detractors to shopping here are trying to find your item & the lines. The lines have become less painful to endure with the addition of self-service check out. As such I do not dread my next trip to the store.

One of our favorite places to shop! Everything is super clean here and the store is set up in a nice way. You will spend hours in here, so just be prepared. One thing we’ve recently discovered is the “as-is” section near the checkout, it has opened/returned items at a discount.

Food was tasty, I expected more than a cafeteria line through the cafe though. The displays were very well thought out and stunning. It was kind of hard to find specific items in the warehouse area. Also it was such a large building that you lose track of time and it feels endless but definitely a good experience with friends.

Shopping the textiles section, came upon these drapes. For almost 2 years, now, IKEA has been plagued by "supply chain shortages", which means my closet project will have to undergo some undesired changes, or stay unfinished. Some items have been discontinued. Not ideal, IKEA, not ideal. Still love to shop here, though...

Two customer support. People helped me resolve an issue with my online order getting me the order printed up as a shopping list so I was able to collect the items I wanted. All staff was helpful and friendly and enable me to navigate the store. The meatballs and veggie medallions are awesome. The cook/chef was friendly. All around good experience.

I bought this long desk for my setup. Also the plants and others. I love this place I spend over $500 shopping here. My mom and I decided to not to come because we loved it and expensive 💸😭(Dw we definitely come back.)

If you go to IKEA without any plans then you will stuck here longer than you expected. If you bring your IDEAS with you. Then you will find Everything what you need & also save’s time as well. I love IKEA.

Visited Ikea for the first time. Having known that this is a huge store, my wife and I were quite spprehensive as to how we would go around and cover the entire store. However, we found it so well organized. If one wishes to skip a section, or one wants to revisit a particular section, there are short cuts available, which we found very convenient. The display and product range is fabulous. We ended up buying things beyond our list. Would love to visit every time we come and stay in Atlanta.

I really enjoy the staged areas. Great ideas and this place is huge. You literally have to walk through the whole store. Make sure you have a game plan when you go. Otherwise you might end up leaving with a lot more than you thought. Happy shopping 🙃

I checked out Ikea to get some new office furnishings. Of course they have great stuff but there’s a lot less staff than I remember being there a few years ago. Be prepared to use the website to navigate your way through product information. If I had recommendation it would be that they need someone in lighting to help with bulbs.
