Eh, I'm not impressed for a Saturday day brunch. To start, the parking options sucks! They're literally charging $20 valet to park right in front of the restaurant, or you have to find street parking, which is also limited. I ordered the waffles, which taste like frozen store bought. I hated the fact that the tables were so close that you might as well join in on the conversations and share food with the guest next to you. Also, not everyone enjoys having hookahs blown in their face...I feel like there should be a separate area for that. The service was good...well at least our waitress was. The food was ok, nothing special but definitely over priced for the taste. Lastly, please renovate the swings at the bar...its just not a good look. They are torn and worn out. Not a list of places I'll revisit.

My niece celebrated her 31st birthday here. They have very limited parking, if you can find street parking use the parking meter machine. Someone issued me a parking ticket. 😒 I used information on the posted sign, disputing now. Their parking is $20. We had reservations at 8p. They sat us quickly. Dj was decent, he did a great job hyping up the birthday girls. They are very expensive! Hookah was $45 and the hookah girl could only take tap payments. Hubby ordered one drink, it was only a half a cup for $18!!! Still mad. The Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls were dry, Meat not seasoned. Shrimp was good, everything else was just okay. They give you ice water and cups for free. The swings at the bar are really cute. Their site says there's a dress code but we saw tons of women and men that didn't have to comply with it. They need to remove it if they aren't going to inforce it. They add 18% gratuity. Feels more like a club than a restaurant. I won't go back but my niece and some of her freinds liked it.

This is my first time visiting. We came for Sunday Brunch and to watch the game. There is a bar fully stocked with top shelf choices. You can purchase liquor by the bottle. You can also purchase what I call "drink towers" for your group. And they also have hookahs. The DJ was very entertaining. He kept the vibe nice and fun with hip hop selections that any club goer in Atlanta would know the words to. The staff was polite and helpful. My food was good. I will return.

I’ve come to this establishment a few times. The drinks and hookah are always good and the food is most times delicious. However, I was hosting family this weekend, decided to take them out for a nice time and was severely disappointed. We arrived at 6, we were told we would all have to pay to get in because the day party had started. Now while I think it’s ridiculous to pay to get in to a restaurant to then pay money to eat and drink, we all paid, no problem, 3 men and 3 women. Once we walk in, we are told that we have to purchase a bottle of alcohol in order to get a table… now we had done our partying the night before so we really planned on taking it light on this Sunday evening and we decided this was not the right fit for us. We immediately walked back out and asked for our money back as we would not be staying and nobody said “hey on top of this 20 to get in, you’ll need to purchase a $250 minimum bottle of alcohol to even get a seat.” The level of disrespect from security outside was UNREAL.We were met with a response of “ain’t no refunds, we ain’t giving no money back.” it was super tacky, super ghetto and undeserved as that is not how we came at them. I told my husband and my brothers to just let it go because the situation was on its way to an escalation. Anyway, we will absolutely not be returning and I will be sure to let everyone I know about this experience. Do not come here, nothing about this place is worth the tacky customer service.

Boogaloo "Restaurant " is in the name. It's an all day / night club for 25 - to 35 year old people who appreciate LOUD INAPPROPRIATE RAP MUSIC and wear Fashion Nova clothing. If that's what you enjoy you'll have a fantastic time. I went for the restaurant part. There needs to be a place to eat outside of the club area. We were told on the quieter side that the ladies were too drunk. Staff were concerned about what may happen. We were so thankful. The food: 10/10 Fried Lobster Tail 10/10 French Fries 10/10 Greens 10/10 Teriyaki Chicken Wings 9/10 Lamb Chops 100/100 happy hour 9/10 Customer Service It was great to visit once. We spent $114. 18% tip was fine with us

Met some friends from out of town here, also my 1st time here for Saturday Brunch. The atmosphere screamed 'A GOOD TIME' will be had ..... And did, LOL!!!! It was a party of 8 and the waitress was awesome and full of energy. It was like having Brunch at the Club in the daytime, lol. They ID and Bag check at door. There is food to be eaten, Hookah to be smoked, Dancing to be twerked, and a DJ spinning. The bar seats are swings. There are approximately 3 or 4 individual restrooms, love that. Full transparency, the food was so-so. It's not the best, not the worst, there is room for improvement! Now don't get me wrong we ate because we were hungry and ain't nobody wasting money like that. We ordered the Seafood Omelet with Hash browns and the Red Velvet Waffle and Wings. I must say, NEVER have had Red Velvet waffles without Cream Cheese, the syrup did not hit. If it's a group of 4 or more, get the Bottomless Mimosa. Also there is 18% gratuity added. And close parking is VERY LIMITED unless you are paying to valet.

Had a really good time here, warm and hospitable bar staff and it's a nice venue. Went here for a day brunch party which was amazing. There are swings by the bar which is a nice touch, it makes it a bit more fun. I will be back the next time I'm in Atlanta. I didn't drive but there isn't any parking, the only way to park for "free" is to get a valet of your car. Underneath the bars there are hooks for your bags! Which we discovered some hours after sitting at the swings.

Parking: Extremely limited free street parking. Limited meter street parking. The venue charged $40-$60 to park on-site (at 4p, which is not peak) Entry: at 4p on a Sunday, entry was $10 for women, $20 for men. Food: n/a Drinks: Topnotch. Our bartender was Alexandria and we walked out feeling niiice. Her Long Islands are amazing! and she’s attentive. Drinks prices were average. They did add an automatic gratuity (which was the amount I would have tipped anyway) Atmosphere: was the turnup scene. I did like the swing seats

The older woman at the front is extremely rude. Security told me I couldn’t get in because I had slides on though I left without causing problems I had an opinion about it because I saw a female gone out with slides on them security said “it’s because u have fur slides” I still left without issue however because of the opinion I had on it the older woman proceeded to tell me that I didn’t have a pot to piss in and tried to start a fight with me. Rude unprofessional im a tourist will be telling all my friends how rude this older disrespectful woman was and advising them not to visit this place at all! Visit Milano instead 4minutes away no rude older women!

I’ve been here a few times and every time I come it’s a very fun and enjoyable experience. But I will say that they could improve with the service, especially on the weekends during brunch hours. It was very difficult to get seated and also we dealt with issues with having a server come to us within a timely matter. It felt more like a club than an actual lounge because we found it difficult to get a server to help us and I also saw many people get seated and them have no server come up to them within 15 to 30 minutes and so they left the restaurant. Besides that, I think that this place was very fun and the music was very lit and overall we still had a great time. I recommend making a reservation in advance if you can, especially during the weekend and, it can take a while to get your food unfortunately.

The food is cold, not covered, mimosa has more juice then champagne, fruit is old, and bacon is over cooked. Unlimited cold food with one crab leg cluster for 50 bucks. Not impressed at all. The brunch is overrated and not worth 50 bucks.

If you can overlook below average service, decorum and eating lamb chops and lobster with plastic utensils (and cups), then this place is cool. The Sunday brunch is a day party vibe with hookah and bottomless mimosas, but it comes with a price. I’ve only been here once and wasn’t all that impressed given it’s just another Black-owned hookah joint if we’re being honest. I didn’t expect much and only came because of a bday celebration and I probably won’t be back. I got the falsely advertised catfish plate- for those unaware, a lot of restaurants are selling fish in the catfish family versus actually catfish. I can certainly tell the different but it was appetizing nonetheless. A few others got lamb chops and the fried lobster. The lamb chops came out burnt vs charred every time. I also had bottomless mimosas which I had to chase the waitress down to get. The food took forever to come out. Even though we had a large party, it made no sense that other large groups who arrived after us, got their food before us. Also please be aware that after 3pm you’ll have to pay to get in which is crazy. “Valet” is also $20-40 and they may or may not park your car. You may have to do it yourself which defeats the whole point of “valet” parking. Might I also add, my friend was told to move her car after paying valet and taking her with her. They threatened to boot her and claimed she didn’t pay because she didn’t give them the key- and why would she given she had to park her own car. But again, this is a cool spot if you’re in for the typical Atlanta hookah lounge vibe.

The environment was pleasant. The food was hot and tasteful. More specific, the lamb chops mashed potatoes and broccoli was my choice. Also tried the dry lemon pepper wings. The customer service was welcoming. Overall, it was a place to return to again. Sometimes finding good customer service and good food is just not under the same roof. Hopefully, you will have a great experience as I did.

Worst place ever. I will never go back. I just sat there for 30 minutes in an half empty place and watch these waitresses walk all around my table and greeted everyone else around me for food and drinks besides me. Like do I have to be half naked to get some service. I don't understand. I just left there without ever being greeted and I will never go back. Thanks for the hospitality

I really enjoyed my experience here. The dancers were pretty and entertaining. The ambiance and energy of the lounge was everything I needed. The bottle service was quick and the waitresses were friendly and attentive. The food is also delicious! Highly recommended

Had a great table in the front by Young Joc & the fact they have swings for seats at the bar is unique. The experience itself was TERRIBLE. We got seated & waited 30 minutes until we had to find a server smh . The attitudes from the waiters were unnecessary & very unprofessional . They didn’t bother to do much work/service. Drinks were weak & I got top shelf , only got wings to eat due to lack of service. Waited forever to get the wings & was turned off. Long story short, I rate this lounge a 2 1/2 out of 5 .

I checked out Boogalou for their Ladies Night special, led by the promise of free drinks and valet service. While the "free drinks" turned out to be limited to one house martini, I took advantage of the happy hour and enjoyed a delicious margarita. The mozzarella sticks and wings were highlights, living up to my taste expectations. Additionally, the attentive service from my server added to the positive experience. Despite the slight hiccup with the drinks, I left satisfied and would consider returning.

Overall great place to visit. This was my second time coming for brunch, and i have not been disappointed. Service was great, food was great, and the ambiance puts the icing on the cake. The swing seats at the bar made this experience even more enjoyable. The bartender staff was great! Shoutout Jill she took care of us and was very attentive. If you’re into hookahs and unlimited mimosas ,this is your place to go. Great music, and was able to enjoy the football game. Can’t forget about the fried whole red snapper and grits🔥🔥🔥 Highly recommend.

The decor here was so cute, the food and hookah and our waitress Rica was amazing. The only downside was the hostess sitting at the front. She was extremely rude and has no sense of customer service and hospitality. Other than that, wonderful place

Took an hour and a half for the food. Only for the food to be trash! The waitress need to work on her customer service service. She was slow and we waited 30 minutes for her to ask us anything. We had to send the hostess for a waitress. The only thing good was the Dj.

Really enjoyed my time . The staff was very friendly. Coco was my bartender and she did such an amazing job and provided exceptional service . She definitely kept the bar high energy and lit . The food was delicious , bottomless mimosa was good , hookah was great . I didn’t have to ask for anything , the service was unmatched . Great job 👏

The initial hostess seemed confused regarding seating, but another hostess stepped in and got us a table. The server was kind, but her service was so slow that it was appalling. The food was delicious. We had lemon pepper wings, zucchini fries, and eggrolls. Heavy pour on the drinks, and the dj was jamming. Tried the island gal hookah, which was fruity and smooth. Met my bestie for a girls' day out and overall enjoyed.

I guess I partially blame myself for choosing to eat here with higher expectations. I ordered the catfish with Mac and cheese and greens. The greens tasted like Glory canned greens with extra salt. The Mac and cheese and not mac-ing one bit. The fish was lacking actually meat. It was more so just fried skin. Our server was very honest in saying it depended on how the food looked that day if it would be good or not. And it was not. Extremely salty! The music was good and the drink were as well….

First Time Visiting Celebrated My Best Friends Birthday Food Was Good, Drinks Were Great, Music Was Lit, Hookah Was Amazing, The Service Was Just Ok. Was Told To Bring A Cake But We Didnt Even Get To The Light The Candles Or Eat The Cake The Server Comes To The Table And Tell Us Our 2 Hour Limit Was Almost Over Which Sucked Because We Spent Almost 30 Mins Looking For The Server To Place Another Drink Order And The Drink Didnt Get To The Table Until 10 Mins Before We Were Told Our 2 Hour Limit Was Over. They Do Add Gratuity To Your Tab For $50 Or More Which I Dont Like Becauae If The Service Wasn't The Best Why Should I Have To Leave A $20+ Tip. I Will Return, Overall We Had Fun Just Disappointed With Service.

Pat downs and searching purses and bodies at the door, no dress code so lots of very casual/low effort fashion. People dancing all over furniture. More club party feel- for a night of letting loose without trying too hard. Didn’t stay long. Bar set up looked cool.

Came Sunday night for my bday. Honestly, Keke was a great waitress. That’s why I gave 2 stars. Food was subpar. Only brunch and late night menus available although we got there before 9. My grits and salmon were too spicy. We ordered the hookah at 9, didn’t get it til an hour later and it was still $45 (regular price). Saw this place on TikTok and was excited. Not worth it. I’ll be leaving a negative TikTok review.

Kiki the Bartender made me feel at home , hard to find in a city like Atlanta. I’m not from here and so many places I feel out of place . I hate to even review this place want to keep it to myself.Boogalou is seriously a secret gem! Happy hour till 8 ! But make sure to see Kiki , her smile is the only thing more inviting then the space . Ohhh and indulge your inner child, the bar seats are swings

I went here to celebrate my birthday on Saturday and had a good time. Food and drinks were good. The vibe and music was good. I didn't feel like driving around for parking so I paid $30 for valet. Overall I wouldn't mind coming back.

Went here a couple weeks ago for my cousins birthday. Parking is so limited, and to park in the front 4 spots is overpriced, we parked down the street and walked, in heels, not happy. Wore said heels due to 'dress code' that was not inforced for women or men. Its definitely a regular club with the cutest swinging seats at the bar. Food only for people that need to fill not taste, it wasn't good. Paid 22 for An Amaretto Sour in a 4oz glass. Yall heard me... Amaretto Sour. It's $20 for the whole bottle of Amaretto AND the Sour Mix. Paying for convenience, I get it. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Then the automatic 18% gratuity on a bill for 2. Listen, yall enjoy though, the DJ was good, the vibe was a vibe, my cousin enjoyed.

Went for Sunday brunch. Was told that only the late night menu was available as it was after 4:30 and that we would have to go the front bar if we wanted mimosas. However, we saw others with food from the full menu. Our waitress kept disappearing to the point that my guy had to go get his own drink from the bar and, later, send two different people to locate her. I guess that's what happens when you are guaranteed 15% when the tab or head count is a certain number... Upon entry, the vibe was great. The DJ was on point with the selections. The hookah hit perfectly. We will be back just earlier in the day and request seats in the main area.

The drink I ordered was horrible. A simple patron and pineapple. I don’t know what made this drink nasty but it definitely wasn’t mixed well. I notified the bartender and she got the “manager” but when he came over it seemed to have an attitude about me not liking the drink. He attempted to try to make me pay for the drink which I only took one sip and didn’t drink anymore. His customer service was very unprofessional. He has dreads just in case anyone runs into him. He has this attitude as if the customer suppose to be happy regardless of what they serve. Avoid this place at all cost! Horrible drinks and horrible customer service

This place is a whole vibe and I really enjoyed myself from the music and hookah was all the way on point but the best part was how knowledgeable and attentive our waitress was she was so friendly and kept a smile the whole time and she checked in on us regularly which I loved and her name was Ehlam and Boogalou you need to hire more waitresses like her and your bartender bridgett with the tattoos and fan is a vibe she make great drinks and keeps the crowd hype and I most definitely will be back!
