    This is Alexa. She is the Bar Tender Extraordinaire at Juicy Crab at Camp Creek in Atlanta. Those drinks are Hi Fi, alcohol and none alcohol. She has excellent customer service skills and multi-tasking skills. She does not forget and she gets it right.I Love her. Go see Alexa soon. Sit at the bar for her services. Ask for her. Tip her $20 and up. She will be there Sunday. Stop by.

    Came here tonight on a Saturday evening. It wasn’t very busy it was also January 1st and a lot of places were closed for the holiday. We had a taste for seafood and decided to come here. We ordered the Green mussels+Shrimp combo which came with a potato and corn. Also ordered fried catfish, sweet potato fries and regular fries. Everything was really good. The only thing I would make a slight complaint about is the sauce/flavor for the combo. It was a little too salty. Dee was my server. She was so great, attentive, knowledgeable of the items on the menu, made great suggestions, kind and just a dope server. I will be back because of her. I don’t know if your other servers are like her but she said be a lead and train others. She would be the reason the establishment gets a top rating from the Secret Shoppers. She did what she was supposed to do. She’s awesome. Thanks Dee!

    I am completely disappointed that as a business u have cashier's (Teaina and Jada) at takeout begging for tips before they take ur order. I was told at 9:25p that they were not taking anymore orders when they close at 10p. I was cursed at.. told I was not allowed to speak and they tried to embarrass me but got the shorter end of the stick. Upon speaking to the manager Pamela she advised that these bums would be spoken to but if they aren't fired at this point after following me outside to fight because they mad about doing there job then this is just poor business. The circus is hiring.. these girls are clowns!! Smile ur on camera! Hope u make the same face after I contact corporate and the better business bureau!!! Also the security working is worthless.. people should feel welcoming when then come into a business establishment and not bullied!!!!!

    Never Consistent. Ever. My first experience was eating here was 18months ago and it was awesome. The second time, there was too much salt in the juice for the shrimp bag. The third time was a week ago and it was great. And this time , it was enough garlic pieces in my bag to raise the dead. I actually thought it was rice that’s how much it was! The Camp Creek location sucks as do all the restaurants in the Marketplace besides fast food. Why is it always the south side of Atlanta’s restaurants that suffer. The money is more than present. It’s as if because we’re black or minorities we aren’t worthy of any better service or higher standards. I’ll just go elsewhere!

    I ordered 2 lbs of green lip mussels; crawfish; 2 orders of fried Calamorie; corn & potatoes to go along with my Christmas dinner. It was so worth buying as well as delicious👍👌😋👏✌💨

    The Juicy Crab is a great place if you want to get some Southern style crab boil. They have 4 different types of crab meat available as well as oysters and other seafood. Try not wear any light clothes and get ready to get your hands dirty— getting the meat out of these crabs Can get messy!

    Ridiculously delicious!! First time visiting and we were very impressed. Fantastic seasoning….large portions….and amazing customer service. Friendly atmosphere with lots of smiling faces. We do not visit Atlanta often but when we come back this will definitely be our stop for food. Thank you Juicy Crab for giving my daughter and I a great experience to end our mother-daughter date. Tiffany was our server and she was perfect!

    Visited twice in a week on our trip to ATL. Food was bomb. Service was excellent. Our server Tony was amazing and made us feel like we've been here our whole lives!! We'll definitely be back thru on our next trip to the A. Try the Lemon Pepper seasoning with Juicy Sauce!! Booooomb!

    This is the first time I had a not so good visit to juicy crab camp creek. I waited for more than 10 minutes before my waitelress came to my table. I went to use the bathroom it was dirty, stink, a worker left there apron hanging on the bathroom door, there was no paper towels and the trash can was overflowing. The plus is the food was fast, it was hot and the sweet tea was great. Overall the service and the restaurant could have been better.

    So I went here to get food and a drink and watch the game. The bartender never showed up to the bar. I asked the host if the bar was open. She assured me it was. She even went to find someone to help me. About 5 min later a dude casually walks behind the bar to change the TV to the game. By then another young lady sat down and requested a drink. He assured her he had her never even looked at me. And 5 min later me and her were still sitting there looking stupid. Management clearly does not exist here. I love to support establishments where I see my people working but this is why often they get a bad wrap. The Juice Crab Corporation should do an undercover boss episode here. Like this is trash and now I’m having to drive way to Tara Blvd where the operation is ran correctly. If you or your servers don’t want to be there then just close don’t make people waste their resources coming to you if you aren’t going to handle us properly. This is really unfair that I have to leave after driving 25 min to get here.

    I came here with the family. We came on a random Thursday after the kids got out of school. It was not busy at all. We were seated immediately. Our waitress was Savannah, and the service was topnotch. I was pleasantly surprised because younger servers can be inattentive at times, but she was excellent. Even as business began to pick up in the evening, she made sure we were taken care of. The food was delicious. We waited about 15 minutes to get our plates. They had good options for the kids too if they don't want a seafood boil. I would definitely come back.

    So! 🤣🤣🤣. I ordered a MOUNTAIN of crablegs. To my chagrin, I see where they automatically add 15% to your bill...... PERIOD. I asked my server about it and she explained it was because people don't tip. I told her I really disagree with this policy. I'm tipping someone who may not be worthy of it. True to form, her customer service was anemic at best. I asked someone else to tell "my server" I was ready for my check. When she brought it, I realized my wallet was in my car & not in my purse. I told her this. She looked at me kinda wide eyed and asked, "Do you have Apple Pay?" I laughed and told her, "If I wanted to, I could buy you and sell you." 🤣🤣🤣. I'm too old to run out on a check. I left my phone & purse at my booth to help assure her. These kids need to realize tips come when you've actually worked for them. I actually don't mind tipping, ESPECIALLY if you're good. I was a waitress once. But Lawd! Where's the service???? Employers need to start paying their staff!

    Went to the Camp Creek location on a Sunday and it was ok. My boil was good but the catfish basket left much to be desired. It was beer battered and soft, practically falling apart it was so soft and mushy. I definitely prefer my catfish fried hard in a cornmeal coating. The server seemed distracted and we kept having to ask for things twice. It was confusing because traffic was very slow. All in all, I may choose a different location next time...

    My friend and I placed an online order and when we got here to pick it up, they said they don’t start making orders until you arrive. -_- Then what’s the point of ordering online!??? I understand wanting the food to be fresh, but if the food won’t start being made until you arrive, PLEASE remove the option for online ordering. It’s been over 30 mins and we are STILL waiting for our meal. Ridiculous.

    I travel for work so restaurant hoping is kinda my thing. First off, we went during lunch time to possibly avoid any crowds. Obviously we avoided our waitress as well because she disappeared after taking our order and we didn't see her again until it was time to pay the tab. No drink refills or nothing. The atmosphere was... ehh. Very few customers and writing all over the walls. Secondly, I've never in my life thrown away seafood. It was EXTREMELY salty. My entire visit there was less than satisfactory. $45 wasted.

    My server Jae was very kind and super patient with my indecisiveness. I can tell they were short staffed, but she paid great attention to all of her tables. The manager walked around checking in on every table. I'll definitely return.

    We had a delightful experience. Our waitress was incredible. It was my birthday and we were celebrating. The entire wait staff was very courteous and made our experience fun. The food was great. Crabs were well prepare and seasoned to perfection.

    Neicey was a terrific server and explained the menu to me and my kids very well. Even though the menu is crazy with being forced to purchase 2 items off of the seafood combo menu the service was great! Will not be back because of the menu period.
