I love these hamburgers! Love the fries and the nuggets. All the food very fresh. There can be a wait time but it’s worth because of the freshness of the food. There is the option to order online as well . The place it’s clean and it has a roof.

I loved my experience here, the rooftop view is amazing and a great way to grab a juicy burger with friends or even family! I had the Spicy Fries and had the opportunity to pair mine with some special sauce! Great thank you to the staff for all their hard work and especially the General Manager who’s working hard to keep the space spotless and operating.

Loved the place. The food is bland ... DO NOT EAT HERE. The burgers are small and the Oreo funnel cake shake was TRASH. It tasted like air. I wish I could get a refund. The ckn bites are salty and greasy. The fries are regular fries. The burgers are home made tho. You can pay cash at the kiosk. Everything is separate. No combos.

Fantastic alternative to fast food. Incredible burger at a reasonable price. There was a long line, but the food came quickly. Definitely will be back!

Always a good option. I get the smokehouse burger. Something about those peppers just adds a perfect tang to the burger. Sometimes get cheese fries sometimes just the burger. Either way a solid option.

If I would give them zero stars if I could. I don't know whats happened to Shake Shack but the quality has gone down and they ought to be ashamed to serve what they consider a chicken sandwich. I should've just went to Chick-fil-A.

The Oreo funnel cake was trash didn’t taste any funnel cake nor Oreo tasted so bland. The chicken bites we’re can of salty The burgers were very small but okay. Should has went the the hood one at least it would have tasted better. When I saw the other race in there I knew I should have left

This is by far the best shake shack! I have been probably 30x and I drive an hour to this location. And each and every time I get the absolute best service. They always pack my meal in a way that it won’t get soggy. The management is always directing and helping. And this location is crazy busy. Great team work. I’ll always be a customer.

Exceptional service provided by Taylor. He was able to substitute the regular hamburger for a shroom burger, when I mentioned to the staff, that I cannot consume meat. They were very accommodating, prompt, and went above and beyond to get me in and out of the restaurant very fast. I will definitely be back at this location, as the service, and the food temperature was, as it should be for Shake Shack. Keep up the good work you all!

Great food! Free parking validation. Burgers are cooked to perfection. Somewhat of a wait when eating in, due to all the food delivery orders, but we did come during lunch hour.

The food was good and we really enjoyed the rooftop patio. Definitely a great find!

First time at shake shack and I’m still waiting for my food. Worst experience ever. 50min until they said they lost our order after asking multiple times if they had my order. Asked for a manager, had to ask 10 different people before they got a manager. I requested a refund, and then it took 15min to get refund. I taught the manager was going to be helpful, I told her in a friendly voice that it was my first time at shake shake, she barely apologized, I didn’t need an apology, but since she gave one at least sound apologetic, she then walked away, I asked if we could keep the food, she sad no. Worst manager ever. Who does this? after fhe restaurant messing up your order for 50min would not let you keep your food. This location does not care about your customer experience just your money. Stay away from this location. Another person behind us had the same experience and asked for a refund. I filled a complaint with corporate that’s how bad it was….

Best burger place in town! My boyfriend and I came here for the very first time and we loved the atmosphere coming in the place! Very clean and very friendly staff! The burgers were amazing! I got a cheese burger added fried onions pickles and shack sauce and he got the Avocado burger and load fries! Both meals were 10/10! Definitely will be back!!!!

The burgers at this place are sooo Good. We had Korean BBQ Burgers and when I say they are top tier, I mean just that. We even had to circle back for milkshakes. The wait was worth it. Delivery and Pick Up processes are a breeze.

Terrible service. We ordered through Shake Shack website delivery and they delivered food to us through Uber Direct on 12/23 15:11 (order#:23466624405438469). We saw Fries missing. Please refund for a full amount. It’s so annoying when the order is missing. We called the Uber Eats because the delivery guy from Uber told us to call Uber. We waited for 30 minutes to finally talk to a customer service at Uber Eats after long hold. They said they can’t help because they told us to email this receipt to share at shakeshack dot com. We ate burgers without fries and we wasted more than 30 minutes on the phone because they kept putting us on hold although they could not help us to get a refund. We originally wanted the Fries back delivered to our door so that we don’t miss eating Fries while we eat burger(much more important than getting $3.99 back to our bank account). Shake shack ruined our beautiful Saturday afternoon by not putting Fries in a brown bag. I hope Shakeshack takes this message seriously and compensate for customer satisfaction rather than putting an automatic reply “I am sorry to hear that, we understand your concern to do our better. Please contact blah blah blah”

Shroom burger is hard to beat at shake shack. It’s my favorite thing to get every now and then. This location has a patio and on a sunny day, it’s right where you want to be. They do comedy shows on the rooftop once a month during the summer, which is an awesome addition to the space. Apparently they validate parking . Wish I knew that earlier bc the parking lot costs $6/hr

Place was nice! It got busy but they kept everything in order and was efficient with preparing their orders. The staff was very friendly and courteous and helped out when needed. I spoke with a lady, Milly, is her nickname. Very pleasant woman. She answered the 1 or 2 questions I had and was very courtesies. My food was on point! The avocado burger was 🔥! Would definitely come again when in the area!

The food here is always great. You can never go wrong with the classic shackburger. This location also offers beer and wine if you’re into that. Make sure to get your parking validated if you park in the parking deck, just ask one of the employees.

At the gas station filling up, decided to ask the young lady who pulled up at the next pump where I could go for a good burger "that's not Burger King or McDonald's." Without missing a beat, she said, "Shake Shack!" She made sure I knew to go to Shake Shack by telling me twice as she walked into the store and a third time as we passed each other in the store. And, she told me where to find the one closest to where we were. Very good bacon cheeseburger - bacon 🥓 was fresh off the grill and was just the way I like. The fries were warm as if they were fresh out of the oil but tasted and felt a bit old. Yes, they tasted good enough for me to eat, though. 🙃 😉 I had a vanilla malt to round out my meal but it didn't taste as if malt had been added.

Met a couple, some buyers from a few years ago for lunch. Our first choice, the Swan House had an hour and half wait b4 getting a take so we booked. Shake Shack was clean and not crowded, burger was delicious. Stole some fries from Deanna and they too were good. Counter service fast, kind, and lunch came quick. Totally enjoyed the whole experience!

A fantastic burger joint with moist, juicy and very delicious burgers. Fries were on par but the custard shakes are unlike any other, excellent texture really smooth and very delicious. It was a very busy Friday night but the staff was friendly and quick, from the time I placed my order until I walked out the door it was about 20 minutes total. The food is not much more expensive than lower quality competitors and the parking is a bit difficult. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food at the Shake Shack is amazing. They have a good amount of options on the menu. The staff is also amazing. They are very helpful and kind.

A little pricey, but I was pleasantly surprised. The burger had the crispy edges i love and the bun was warm and sweet. The fries were good as well, just a little salty. And the staff was very attentive and friendly.

Yes . I haven't had a shake Shack burger in a minute ..it is nice to just sit out here in the open, even though I am not a fan of outdoor eating...its been a long week of house hunting, and I just enjoy this area..service is always on point....!

Staff were incredible and the store itself is very clean and large. The only complaint is that parking in this mixed use development is a task. It took us longer to park and find our way to the restaurant than it did to get food!

My best friend took me to Shake Shack because I've always wanted to try it. Since it was my first time going to Shake Shack, I wanted to go all out. I got the Shake Stack, side of fries, and a large Blood Orange Citrusade. I later found out that the Shake Stack was supposed to be a little like the Shroom Burger. The menu has a full description of the food, but I didn't read it at the time 😅. I don't like mushrooms, but I still gave it a chance. The look of the burger was quite unique. It was a burger with another patty that was deep fried, full of cheese and mushrooms. The burger itself was good, but the deep fried mushroom patty was not. I loved the crinkle fries, and the Blood Orange Citrusade was sooo refreshing (I think it also had a hint of cinnamon) I would definitely go back, but next time I'm gonna get a regular Stack and a shake.

Management and staff are friendly and accommodating, providing every guest with the care that makes their visit a pleasant experience. Top-quality burgers and other menu items are cooked or prepared to perfection in a clean and safe environment without long delays. Eat-in or order out! 😊

The food never disappoints but over the past few years the quality of service has gotten worse. Every time I go it is never too busy, but it takes a long time to get my food because the employees prioritize the to-go and Door Dash orders over the orders of people eating in-store. It takes 20-30 minutes just to get a simple burger, fries, and a drink. The employees are likely preparing similar meals or exactly the same meal as me; I can't be the only one who realizes how absurd that is. More importantly, most of the employees have poor customer service skills. Now that this location has monitors to place orders on, they always seem disgruntled if somebody wants to place an order with them. They also hide behind the counter and never want to attend to a customer if they have an issue. While the food is great and usually consistent, the overly long waiting for food and bad service are perfectly good reasons to come here less.
