Beautiful home on St. Paul Avenue full of rich history. Can't wait to attend events during Phoenix Flies and guided tours in the future.

They do heroic wirk with their March Phoenix Flies tours. Also heroic is their saving of one of only three remaining Antebellum homes in Atlanta, formerly owned by Margaret Mitchell, so happens to also be their headquarters. They're less is more approach to the preservation of that building sets the standard for all of the preservation efforts.

The preservation center is an important place in Atlanta and they need money to help their mission. However I assumed the fundraiser would have included a historical lecture . I left after 2 hours because there was nothing to view or hear. The food could have been better also, IJS. Overall, the importance of the center is what Atlanta needs, that's why it didn't get a one.

Beautifully preserved building with construction details left visible for educational purposes. A fascinating look at historical construction methods.

I attended a Phoenix Files event here in 2019 and it was fantastic. The Grant home is a really neat historic space that is not found elsewhere in Atlanta, a must visit for anyone interested in old buildings and cool architecture. I live in Lilburn now but am signing up to be a member for next year's Phoenix files!!πŸ˜ƒ.πŸ›Έβš‘οΈ
