Please read through the comments prior to visiting. If you’re worried about cleanliness… do not visit. The facility was absolutely disgusting- we even arrived prior to opening. The entire property smells like urine. The pools are filled with debris, trash, and face masks. The changing rooms and restrooms… awful! I’m sure if the health department saw what was occurring in their take out facilities they would shut it down. The online website does not accurately state which attractions are open or closed. Several attractions were closed. When I asked if they might open I was told by an employee “they have been closed all week.” You’d think the company would be respectful of their potential paying guests to accurately list any closures. This is dishonest!!!! If they are closed for any other reason other than weather it should be listed, period. I discourage you from visiting until they can get their staffing problem under control, update the attractions property online, clean the park, and restore many of the attractions… it’s old and rundown. We will not be visiting again! I’ve updated photos with the offered resolution from Guest Services:

We absolutely love this place!!! I recommend buying the flash pass!! The 1st day without flash pass we only ride 6 rides the next day with flash pass we ride a 100 times!! Just be careful because peons get abbey when you ride 4 times while they have been in line an hour but hey you got to pay to play 😁😉 we enjoyed the tornado the most and the python plunge!! I will warn you hours have changed they close at 6 during week which I want told when I bought flash pass at 3 so that upset me but this park is awesome with great employees not rude at all!! A few rides are closed and the lazy river because they don't have enough employees 🙄 😒 come on kiddos go to work!!

We had so much fun here!! They have a great selection of slides and attractions, you could easily spend the whole day there. The water was super clean and not too heavy on chemicals. Parking was great as well, and walking in and exiting the parking lot was a breeze. The one thing that was disappointing is the lack of cleanliness. It looks like the lockers have literally never, ever been cleaned. I didn't feel comfortable touching them at all. You can also expect the food to be expensive. If that matters, definitely bring your own as well as a refillable water bottle. Overall it's worth the trip and worth coming back!

Went on opening day May 8.2021...and I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED....50 percent of the rides are closed...it looks like corona virus hit the park....food suck....had an overall better experience at sixflags. Same rides as when i was a teenager...smh... Update got season passes this year 2022 thinking it would be better. As soon as you walk In park 4 rides closed and that's just walking in some been closed for seasons. Then I came to park today 5/8 and park was closing at 5pm when it clearly states it would closed at 7pm on site. Operational manager need to do a better overall job. This will be my last year coming here and purchasing a season pass. Disappointed!

Went on a Saturday around 11:30a. 90 degree sunny day. Perfect. Parking lot filled maybe 20% found a shaded spot near the park. Ride wait was 5-10 mins , and by 6 pm, looking at about 30-40 min wait. Half the rides were shut down due to understaffing and maintenance issues but we still had a great day! Be prepared to spend 30-40 for food: drink, lunch, and a snack for the day. I would definitely recommend a meal pass if you don't already have one because a day with all that water leaves you HUNGRY. Do not recommend walking barefoot around the park in any areas. Just don't...be forewarned of the bathrooms and locker areas. Cleanliness is not the standard here. Remember to keep your mouth closed when you hit the poolwater Definitely wear tight fitting pool shoes of some sort at all times. If you wear loose fitted clothing, you will be told to remove your belongings after waiting in line and right before getting on the slide. All of the water slides are exciting and FAST, no doubt you will not be disappointed in the slides...BTW...Lazy river was not in operation, and no alcohol was being sold for the day. Hope this helps!

Honestly, about 3 1/2 stars. The food was amazing, the waters were cold and fresh. Lines were, l o n g. However, the workers..-meh. I lost my prescription glasses on a strong current ride (dragon tails) around 5:50 PM and the lifeguard didn't do anything, he said we had to "Wait until 7" which is absolutely ridiculous. Why? Since around 12:30 PM, they had shut off a different ride (typhoon twister?) for another rider in order to find some *sunglasses*. That's not fair in my book, but in the end; a very sweet lady swam in the pool and found my glasses. She was another worker to be clear. I hope they upgrade their lifeguards, I understand they aren't paid to find things in pools- but the least they could do is shut off the ride for a few minutes while the rider finds their belongings.. Otherwise, fun place for a hot day!

I got a season pass for two attractions: the lazy river & the wave pool. The lazy river is NEVER open, and the wave pool was literally nightmare fuel. So. Many. People! It was almost impossible to navigate with my 2 year old today. I realize it was a hot Saturday in June, however, only a few slides were opened as well, which contributed to the over crowdedness of other areas. If I didn’t live half a mile from the park, I would consider going else where. Please open the Lazy River!!!

This place doesn’t worth the money and time. It need to be renovated badly. Bathrooms smell so bad, that I barely could breath there. Pipes leaking water right on people in queue. Lines move super slow. Each ride takes at least 30 minutes. Dive bomber took 50 minutes. Lots of rides are just closed. Upon purchase of tickets online they charge you extra $13 “processing fee” or whatever it is. It’s just a rip off and doesn’t worth it. Don’t waste your time and money.

It’s worth the price. Lots to do for all ages. Renting a cabana was 100% worth every penny!!! It was great to have a guaranteed place to come back to to relax, cool off, and know that our valuables were safe. We kept the 2 sides zipped and opened the front and back- with the ceiling fan on, it gave nice air flow and kept us cool. The cabana has a table and 4 chairs in the shade, plus 2 lounge chairs in the sun, but they can me moved where you need them while in the cabana. The wave pool and kiddie area pool have a lot of chlorine (for obvious reasons) and it irritated my face- a quick rinse with plain water from the bathroom sink really helped. A little disappointed that only a few of the slides were open. (Maybe that was because it was so late in the season?) still had fun, though and stayed the entire time they were open! There is something for everyone of all ages. They have a splash pad type area for they very young, and a bigger splash area with a 2’ deep pool for toddlers/preschoolers/ and an area behind that that looked like it would attract elementary school aged kids, and some more exciting slides for older kids and adults. They had some solo slides, and family rides. We would go again!

5 stars for value, I mean seriously where else can you have fun for $60/person for whole season. 4 stars for the number of attractions available during our visits, many of them are not available due to insufficient life guards they said. 3 stars for maintenance, pools aren't too clean. Leaves and debris. Some deferred maintenance can be seen like cracked pavement, dull and chipped paints and more. Far from say water parks in Florida which are well maintained. We had a great time though.

Could give it 4 stars but few rides were closed and feel like area needs more cleanliness. Went on Saturday and queue was 40-50 minutes for most of the good slides such as TORNADO, DIVE BOMBER, DRAGON TAIL. You can get chips, pizza, beer, fries inside but no doubt price is on a higher side which is definitely a big drawback. Overall the full area plus restrooms/changing rooms should be more clean :(. Request to management to take care on this. Very different rides with easy, medium and difficult levels. Some are very easy and some really beats your heart high such as DIVE BOMBER, DRAGON TAIL. Got general ticket online on 50% discount with 34$ each on which tax and processing fee got added so total was more. Also parking is extra $25. We got one season pass too which was $50 plus processing fee and tax. Lockers are there which is again on a higher price and it is $22 each locker.

It's a nice place to go for water slides and lounging. The rides are great for me because I love a thrill but not too much. The food is decent. The prices are typical. I always enjoy it.

Great Waterpark in Atlanta. Equipped with a big variety of slides and kiddie play areas. There is literally a play area for all age groups. The lazy river and wave pool is ok. Recommend buy your tickets online to save money and time. There is a fee apx $20 to park. Expect lots of people and long lines to go on the slides. Fun place to take the kids or just to have an adult outing. Bring sunscreen. Shade is very limited unless you purchase a cabana.

Took my kids and we all left disappointed. It's so over crowded, lines had ridiculously long wait times, the bathrooms are HORRIBLE. They smelled like urine all the way out the door and the floors were soaked! (I get it it's a water park but it's a safety hazard) The wave pool was so packed literally elbow to elbow with anyone trying to navigate in there. And so many rides shut down. We were there for 7 hours and got a total of 4 rides. Employees were rude. The security atleast offered a little help with directions. And if you are someone that needs to sit and take a break, out of luck unless you get a cabana or get there early for a chair, even the tables for eating are taken up by people's stuff sitting there all day. super disappointed, not at all how I remembered it the last time I went. Yes it was a weekend we even expected a lot of people but nothing like it was. Parking was about the easiest part of the whole trip.

I wish we could leave a little different review for each item. Half of the attractions were down and I'm sure it's a mixture of maintenance and staffing issues. Slides going into the children's play pools were closed for maintenance by the looks of it. All the pumps running just to try and keep them clean. The lazy river was closed forcing everyone into the wave pool. Limited staff I'm sure to keep the expenses down and increase profit. The rides that were open were well staffed and went pretty smoothly, one slide that people enjoyed would allow people unable to swim to ride it. Please if you go to a water park and plan to ride the rides at a bare minimum know how to swim. Everyone has a good time. Park needs some work but I'm sure in this day in time this could not be built and turn a profit. Chairs are used by people to stow belongings rather than sit in them. Family's of 10 would take 10 chairs for nothing more than drying their towels. First time ever going and I'm sure we will be back in the hopes more rides are open and repaired.

Had a great time. Not too busy for a nice Saturday afternoon. Rides were enjoyable and definitely kid friendly. Come with a full belly or be prepared to pay close to $90 for four to have chicken tenders and fries with a no free refill cup. For the free daily refill cups you will pay close to $25 each. Buy your tickets online as at the gate ticket price is a good bit higher. Online was $36 each and at the gate was $63. Unfortunate is the fact that there will be limited rides open yet admission price is the same. Having the limited rides open in turn makes the lines so much longer.

Under priced - Hear me out on this. The parking was slow and chaotic, facilities are tired, the park is incredibly crowded, the lines are absurdly long, many rides are closed, the park is grossly understaffed and staff is generally apathetic (we did meet several staff member who cared, but they were the exception). The list of cons is innumerable and the list of pros is short. Upgrades like premium cabanas and platinum fast passes fail to deliver a VIP experience. If you used to a Disney experience, you will not find it in any aspect of this park, at any price.

Avoid this water park its a waste of money. Most of the rides are closed, especially the lazy river and all the rides that flow into it, it hasn't been open for over 3 years and their website says nothing about it. That's totally misleading! I understand they probably don't have enough life guards but they have like 6 employees working the parking lot just standing there. I would have all of them trained and make parking free until things were normal. Most parents that come to white water go for the relaxation of the lazy river.

We had season passes. We didn't use them more than a few times. Probably half the rides and 2/3 of the restaurants were closed the last time we went, so I don't think we will go again.

Everyone really enjoyed themselves and will go again!! Only problem was the service at the food stands!! The line was extremely long!! Not enough registers open for the number of people buying things!! The wait was like 30-40 minutes!! The prices were high for the amount of food served!!

We have been visiting World of Illumination lightshows from past few years and its always a fun place to visit with family and friends. My daughter loves the music synced lights and their music selections. I highly recommend buying tickets online in advance as this year, we saw them kicking people out since they didn't have tickets and all slots were sold out. Sometimes you'll find tickets in local Costco for a bit cheaper. Also, I'd recommend you visit this early in Nov, Dec or after Christmas. avoid last few days before Christmas if you don't wann wait in lines for hours.

I took the kids today and they had a blast. Our 1st time. Plenty to do for young kids! We went on a Wednesday, it wasn't extremely packed but the lines were really long. We just decided to buy the platinum fast pass. So we were able to get on all the slides with a 5 or 10 minute wait. Fast pass definitely worth it for the few slides that were open. One of the slides conveyor belt did break while we were in line so we didn't get a chance to ride it. They did have a lot of slides closed but the slides we did get on were sooo fun. With the fast pass we were able to get on a second time. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. Hopefully next time we come they have all the slides open.

On the ride home and had to write a review of how disappointed we were with this water park. Tons of water slides were closed. That lead to crazy long lines on the few that were open. We waited over 2 hours for one ride. Also left the areas there were open like the kiddie areas and wave pool packed since there was no where else to go. Couldn’t even enjoy them. It should definitely be shown on the website what’s actually open so we wouldn’t have wasted the hour drive there. Also the bathrooms were disgusting. There was an attendant there and they didn’t even clean up the dirty diaper somebody so nicely left in the middle of the women’s restroom. Place has a lot of potential but looks like it has seen better days. Don’t waste your money unless they are going to open up additional attractions.

This is the first time I've been to white water in about 8 years. This place has become awful! We paid $250 to get to ride 4 rides in 7 hours. Half of the rides were closed, but still have to pay full price. The wait times for the rides that were open were insanely long and the intervals between each rider going down a slide took forever. The staff are all extremely rude. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. My 11 year old was highly disappointed. Do not waste your money here. It certainly is not worth it anymore.

I had a great time with my nephew, but most of the larger rides were shut down or not running and the lines for the ones that were open were crazy along until about an hour before closing. Even the lazy river was shut down. But for the kids stuff and the wave pool it's still a fun day!

I'm sure if business was normal it would've have been a blast but my recent experience due to the pandemic and being short staffed was anything but... there were only 2 rides open, the wave pool was roped ALL the way back to like 4'10 and being 5'10 and just standing there was pretty underwhelming. There was only 2 food stands open and you already know they were over priced for the most basic foods so no surprise there but the lines were 45 minutes long! The worst part of the experience was that the park charged FULL price for LESS than HALF the park available. 😕 It has since lowered the price a bit but the damage is done. You can try at your own risk. But I will also say.. we are 24, 11 and 17 so we are definitely not the targeted demographic. A kid between 4 and 10 would probably have a great time with the kiddie playground that was open. And being short enough to enjoy the wave pool. Otherwise just go to regular six flags or wait for everything to open back up.

Park layout is terrible. Especially if you have little kids. We missed some attractions bc they were so spaced out. Bathrooms are not clean. The changing room isn't near the lockers!!! BEES BEES BEES Everywhere! 5 trashcans close to where people are sitting, and the BEES were all over the expensive food and drinks (with no lid or straw). Lazy River is surrounded by trees, so quite a bit of leaves and debris. I went on a weekday, so it wasn't too crowded, but I've heard it can get crazy. Couldn't go past 5 ft in wave pool! Very expensive if you pay at the gate

We went on a Sunday and the lines were not long early in the morning which saved us money instead of buying the fast pass. However the long lines started towards the late afternoon. Everything was super fun. The last river was closed which was a bummer. I didn’t like some of those rides required you to take your own water tube up the stairs. I would hope the upgrade all the rides to a mechanical conveyer belt to bring those tubes up to the top.

All the staff especially Isaac and Giovanni were helpful, however Nick at the ticket counter was very rude to the customer and unsympathetic. Also, we were there all day but were only able to ride The Tornado (which was ok) and The Python Plunge (a very good recommendation from the staff).

Love Six Flags White Waters, a great place for 103 temp. Our sunblock worked as well. The wave pool was a big hit with the girls and the water playground too. We all had lots of fun. Wasn’t over crowded either, which was fabulous.

We went to the World of illumination. It was absolutely fantastic. The lights were so beautiful and went so well to the music that they played. We did not wait too long when we were going through the line to enter and we literally went two days before they were ending the light show. We also got the four pack 3-D glasses Which some of the kids enjoyed but some of them didn’t like them they just wanted to watch them without the 3-D glasses. Definitely doing this again next year.

  • 3/5 Roxy C. 9 months ago on Google
We waited 30 minutes in line to enter the park and pay 30 dollar parking. The police were eventually called, but people were cutting in line and riding on the wrong side of the road to enter the park. It was a very frustrating experience waiting and line and then having people cut in front of you. I would advise that you purchase your tickets online through the website. Cost 40 dollars a ticket and bring a clear see-through bag for easy check through. Bring sunblock hats or sunvisors. It rained and thunder towards the end of the day, so they shut the park down. We had a good time once we were in. And we purchased a all day eating pass for 45 dollars. They don't tell you this, so let me. You can only use the pass every 90 minutes. It's good on unlimited drinks, hamburgers, chicken fingers, and fries. Not on snacks such as pretzels, cotton candy, or turkey drumsticks. Each line we waited in was at least 30 minutes long.

07/03/23 My daughter and I had a lot of fun here today. It was busy but I've definitely seen it worse. There were a few rides closed and even the small water park area for little kids was closed and drained for maintenance. The bathrooms definitely could have been kept up better. The later in the day it got the worse they looked. Toilet paper all over the seats, clogged toilets, disgusting floors, etc. I decided to just hold it until I got home. The family ride, I think it was the Bahama Bobsled, took forever even though you could fit 5 people per raft. A lot of the time it was because we were having to wait on a raft to come back up on the conveyor belt. Idk if they needed more rafts or what was going on but it shouldn't have been taking that long.

Every year we go to Six flags White water and I always like it even though it is crowded but this year, experience wasn't that great. What I liked: Less crowded, small lines for food, lazy river, and a couple of rides What can be improved: Bathrooms smelled very bad, didn't feel like using shower. Wave pool was cut into half. Not allowed beyond 5-6ft deep, previous years a lot more depth was open. A couple of rides were closed, the bucket water drop was changed to continuous dripping water.

Handicapped smokers are not accommodated unless you walk completely around the park up and down extremely steep hills. One spot that you will not be able to see anyone. You are in a hole.

Our time here was brief due to many rides being closed. We spent a good bit of time in the wave pool, but everyone preferred the wave pool at six flags instead.
