We like taking our kids here for something different. It’s right by I-20 so you do hear the traffic noise a little bit but it’s not horrible. My kids love the slide equipment which Includes an “elevator” that they can ride down. There’s also a huge field that I’ve seen people play soccer or ultimate frisbee on. No bathrooms are here but there are some picnic tables if you want to do a little party or picnic.

The dand piys in the odd places around the field made it very interesting to maneuver. Almost died 4 times running bases during our tournament. The parking was horrible, but I get it. It's a small neighborhood park not built for large traffic.

Nice park that is never really busy. Dog park split in two for large and small dogs. Roller hockey court. Playground and huge field surrounded by a walking/jogging path. Plenty of benches.

This park was a little hidden gem. It is located across the street from homes and so it was very quiet and just right for the Reiki Session that I was there for. The energy here was quite pleasant and I would definitely go again.

I like the walk around path. And the dog park has two parts. Challenge was there was not any dogs. If you only have one pooch. Go to another park you know has a lot of dogs on the regular.

Excellent park to visit during the social distancing era. 1/4mile loop makes for a great running path and the people that frequent this park are super friendly (at our safe distance). The dog park is small but is excellent for small to medium dogs. The hockey rink is rad and the tables are a blessing.

Walker is walker... I know the dog park is a decent size and the field is a good size for game play! Also the playground next to one size is a really decent playground for the area! My biggest complaint here is the city doesn't do a good job at maintaining this work, there are often holes from mud and play and people are paying to rent these fields so it is disappointing to see they aren't being maintained and there is trash around the outskirts. At this point it's known for its decent location, amenities, etc, we love walker as it is, but it wouldn't hurt for the city to invest in this!

Always a fun place to visit. Has a great playground, a dog park, a little “rink” used for roller skating, and a nice big open field for endless possibilities.

It’s a small park but it has a lot - grass field, basketball courts, dog park, garden, and playground. However, there is no bathroom besides a very disgusting abandoned portable toilet, and the street parking fills up fast. The field also has a lot of loose sand, which could cause injuries. There is also trash scattered around. The benches next to the field also seems a bit neglected, and the playground also seems like it could do with some maintenance/upgrades. There is also no picnic area. It’s a decent location to bring your kids or dog. But again, CoA could do better when it comes to maintenance and upgrades.

Great park with a big open field, a pretty significant dog park, the city's only legitimate street hockey court, and a solid playground. Grass has some bare patches, and the local park volunteer group seems to fo most of the upkeep; while I understand city personnel are limited and busy (not really their fault so much as lack of staff and sometimes funds), sometimes there feels like insufficient effort from the city toward upkeep. Still a great park, just could be even better.

Nice, large open area with some shady spots around the edges that’s maintained well. It’s also got a play set, swings, dog park, and water fountains that mostly work. There’s a tennis court but no net. People mostly use it to skate in. Parking is easy because it’s on a dead end street so not a lot of traffic and usually it’s not very crowded at all. Overall a great park.

Beautiful, quaint park with a walking track that surrounds a huge green space. A tiny dog park on one end that doesn’t have working water for the dogs or enough space to be considered impressive when compared to the size of the park and the under utilized greenspace the track encircles. Playgrounds on one side for kiddos and families with benches and places to sit and enjoy the view. I believe the arena next to the dog park is under construction and is being restored and converted based on my observation of the teenagers working on cleaning it and renovating it one evening when we took our dogs for the first time to check out the park. There is ample parallel street parking at the main entrance, which is very difficult to see at night as it is a small sign and a gap/opening in an iron fence, but no parking whatsoever specifically allocated for the park. The two roads next to it are residential and therefore have parking available, but I don’t know how the residents on these streets feel about their guest parking being used by patrons of the park.

This is a really great gathering place during COVID, and an all around nice park that's rarely overcrowded and has plenty to do. There's a modern playground, a large field with bleachers, and some other shaded greenspace. There's a paved oval running or walking track, and a cage tennis court without a net that people commonly use for roller skating. There's also a dog park with two separate sections.

Great playground with lots of shade. Playing field large enough for two fields of Ultimate, soccer, rugby or whatever you like.
