DO NOT GO HERE!!! This hotel is disgusting......the staff may be nice However, the rooms are nasty with dirty walls, dirty floors, paint peeling off the walls, dirty base boards, roaches were in the refrigerator some were dead and some alive. I put the fridge outside and the bugs continued to come out of the fridge. I called the office to bring another one which never happened. There was no hot water at all in the bathtub. Though the sink had hot water. Requested for the maintenance person to fix it. He refused to fix it. The office offered to put us in another room but for what.....before checking in I looked at three different rooms and the one I chose was the decent looking one at that moment. I called the office personnel to inform them of every detail I have just stated about and nothing was done about the cleanliness of this room. I was disgusted with the hotel rooms. Again, Do Not Stay here!

I stayed at this hotel twice, 1 month and 3 month respectively while working on my degree. The monthly booking option and rate has been extremely helpfull at that specific time and without that it could have been just "without comment". The management team is professional, available. I admired the professionalism, energy, work ethic demonstrated by Monique, with small child and new born. I felt safe at the location and had no issue. The people live their lives and don't bother at all. I have learned a lot just by observing and could see so much gentle humanity behind difficulties.

I had a emergency one night and was forced to stay at this hotel because everything was booked. This is the WORST hotel/motel I have ever seen. Roaches everywhere Door had no lock Window had no curtains Holes in walls Crack heads screaming Floor was sticky... I did not stay! I slept in my car! I have reported this to the health department and fire department. This place is not safe and no way is it up to code. DO NOT GO HERE!! For your own safety and well being STAY AWAY!!

I feel terrible for newcomers or trusting ppl. This is one of those situations (like many around Atlanta) that will leave you feeling used & abused. The rooms are nothing close to what is advertised. There are massive "shortcuts to success" being taken by this company's executives or middle management who are giving meaning to the term "slum Lords" . Perfect demonstration of the "my success is your suffering" attitude which dominates Atlanta. Roaches. Busted outlets. Holes in walls. Stains in tub. General dinginess. Filthy breezeways. Past due trash pickup. No TV's. No furniture. No refrigerator. No coffee maker. Broken A/c units. Let the buyer beware.

Super sketch, and double cop cars just lurking in the parking lot at all times. If you don't like being constantly monitored by police, try the doubletree down the road.

This place is straight out of a movie. I will let my pics speak for itself because the prices, amenities, services and accommodations are not right! This is a transitional hotel. DO NOT LET THE SALES & MARKETING MANAGER FOOL YOU. From roaches to drug attics that live next door. This hostel needs to be renovated because this is not it folks!

If you come here, bring a can of Raid and some glue traps. All of those 5 star reviews have got to be fake. Roaches, roaches, roaches, if you like 'em they got em. My room had a filthy carpet, so I asked about having it vacuumed, and they said they don't have no vacuum! What? A whole hotel without 1 vacuum?

I've been to hotels with no bed bug infestations but yet those hotels get lower ratings meanwhile this one has happily gorged bed bugs crawling about in the middle of the night. I suppose no one takes them seriously here. In the meanwhile, waiting for proper compensation... ****Received compensation, but not from the Hotel. The review will remain the same.

I want to thank Ms.Monique for her efforts and patience to soothe myself and my husband during our stay she kept it real with us and never cracked. While staying at any hotel you basically get what you pay for nothing will ever be perfect and one person never has control over everything it’s the team that keeps things afloat so I appreciate you for your team efforts although you were working alone that night we witnessed her work a full 24 shift at the front desk also Mr.Jonathan is awesome as well I appreciate you for accommodating myself and my husband during our stay and you guys truly did your best because we are picky as heck when you have to pinch and squeeze you need your moneys worth so thank y’all for accommodating our needs during our stay blessed!!!!

The place has went down hill since a lot of the original staff left. The rooms are not clean when you check in. No pillows no towels, not even a bath mat. Shower curtain had a large hole in it, I had to purchase one.Your subject to get a room on the wrong side of the hotel and be in the projects, or the other side is drugville lane. The hotel is getting pretty bad. They like to raise the prices without any changes, rooms are roach infested, they charge for WiFi that don't get reception in the whole building. They make a lot of rules and they like to impose by calling it room inspection but the rooms never cleaned, holes in the wall, marks all over the doors, window blinds in half the building was broke. Im glad I left when I did and I hope I will never have to go back to this hotel.

Though the hotel is presented as a place to help people out who are struggling, I was still treated with the same respect and professionalism that you would receive at a β€œfive star” hotel. Donu(sp?), the lady at the front desk was extremely polite, professional, and accommodating. I really appreciate it.

The price was just right. The manager Candis made sure our stay was clean and comfortable the entire time. I am very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and housekeeping. Will definitely be back!

I called to reserve a couple of rooms for my family that was coming in town for a birthday party. I spoke with Candice and she turned my nightmare into a dream. I was panicking because I dropped the ball and was scrambling at the last minute to find accommodations for my aunts and cousins. I was very pleased upon check in with Candices service. She also got their rooms close together which they loved as well. They enjoyed their stay noted how comfy the beds are and how clean the rooms are. I will be using this property as my go to when I need to house my guest. I will definitely be looking for Candice smiling face.

Buy and find any drug you want here. It’s so safe they even have lookouts. πŸ™„ It’s a cesspool of filth, ghetto, gangs and drugs. Gotta be desperate to stay here. Hell you could get a second hand high from the lobby itself.

You get what you pay for. It serves its purpose. Personally, my experience has not been as bad as some of these other reviews. My room was clean. I’ve seen 1 roach but that’s all. No bed bugs. My neighbors are loud AF but I’m not gonna complain bc this is the type of establishment where they would just laugh in your face and tell you to get some earplugs. lol. If I was to complain about anything, it would be that there is no tv in my room. Other than that… like I said you get what you pay for.

I was kicked out of my room at 1230 AM last night because I didn't have my receipt. I had paid for 1 week, but only received a 6 night stay The staff is incompetent and the place is disgusting. The gentleman with dreads that came to my room at 1230 should most definitely be fired. He was very rude and didn't even try to establish if I had paid for my room. My key was still working. Duh that means I paid! I am going to file a report with the better business bureau no doubt. Not too mention the police stay at this hotel constantly and like to harass people. If you read this and still decide to go here you deserve the terrible stay you will have!!!!

I like the location, the hotel isn't that bad it's a reasonable price, it's the people it attracts. Homeless men roaming the streets alot of us women work in the mornings and have to catch the bus, Homeless men camping out on the steps of the hotel. I walked out my room which is right in front of the stairwell at 7am in the morning to go to work and some homeless man was sitting there with a hoody on very peculiar.

Big scam!!!! They have ads all over Craigslist stating $250.00 weekly no deposit. When I went there they told me it's $400.00 weekly. And I will be reporting to the better business bureau.

This may be a budget hotel, but the staff is excellent. I had an issue and mentioned it to the General Manager Candis, she took swift action to fix the problem. Within minutes Maintenance arrived, Will and Arnez made an assessment and quickly set to work. Danu from the Front Desk came to help. The situation was handled in a friendly and professionally manner. They went above and beyond to help resolve the issue to everyone’s satisfaction.

My experience was horrible because me and my family turned in for the night and found bed bugs. Holes in the wall mole on the door by the bathroom. People trying to fight outside above our room. People walking around the property all night.

It was fine only thing I didn't like was they threw away two bags they were holding for me in their storage room. Had some very sentimental value.

Not a 5 star hotel, but has good weekly, and even monthly rates. Plus they are family friendly. They gave every child an Easter basket, had an Easter egg hunt and a free BBQ meal for everyone.

To many kids in the parking lot hanging out or on steps while your trying to walk up. Don't feel safe by any means at this location.

Jonathan, Willy, Andre, Monique, Empress, They have give me the best possible stay and make it worth every penny. This is bugget hotel. The people who stay here are overwhelmingly majority golden, with only a few fools. I'm from one of the fanciest towns in the world and like it better here because it more nobel in GA.

Well I’m must say life on the road is a journey, but finding the best hotel could completely give you comfort. After speaking with, Candis Rushing at the front desk of the Economy Hotel located, 9995 old dogwood rd. Roswell Ga. I were surely pleased and secure with her service and experience. I highly recommend anyone to request her she’s the BEST!!!! Thanks, CANDIS RUSHING

Down and out extended stay city living including blood and bullet holes. You get what you pay for. People were nice and nothing got stolen. Great water pressure and hot water but that’s about it. Thankfully no bed bugs but I definitely had to check for them.
