This was my first whole lobster experience at a restaurant! I researched how to eat a whole lobster and how to break it down. It was slightly intimidating but I dismissed the fear and just dove in. My hubby reassured me that I would still be a lady and to just do it so I did! What a wonderful experience and tasty treat. I’m now hooked on ordering whole lobsters for my meal. I later learned that I could have picked out my meal first but since they were all on the small side it wouldn’t make a difference. (apparently the big ones got chosen over the weekend and this is a Monday) needless to say, Red Lobster has that name for a reason.

Great time with the family! Awesome clean table space and not to mention the classic biscuits sell themselves! Definitely recommend for a lunch date or a family outing!

Employee's here are not friendly, does not smile when greeting customer, smiling and greeting customer in a professional manner is a part of great customer's service. Makes the customer feel welcome. The food was hot and well prepared customer service just dry and dead... No life in the place.

I paid almost $20 for pasta that had no flavor, it arrived to my house and I had to season it myself.. from red lobster.. do better bro. I also bought the cheddar biscuits and almost all of them had fallen apart, they were flat and almost cold. the only item I got that was worth buying was my broccoli.

Ok so it's been about 3 years since I was at this Red Lobster. I must say that they really got their act together. The food was great, the service was good, but this watermelon margirta was off the hook! It was so good, that I wanted another to go. Of course that's not allowed, but wow! I would definitely go back.

The food was good as it always is. The staff was on there A game for sure. If you can sit in Taylor's section because she was amazing!! But all the other staff that I interacted with were all great. I highly recommend this Red Lobster. They also have really good deals all the time so it's not as expensive as most people think.

Sorry folks but the food at this Red Lobster was terrible to say the least. Went around 3pm I ordered the "Fresh grilled trout" according to menu, my parents order the sailor's platter. Oh my goodness the trout was so hard I couldn't eat it & as for fresh..maybe 10mos ago it was frozen & microwave cooked with painted on tan grill marks...terrible. However the manager was super nice & had our food recooked to take home. The server was wonderful as well & it wasn't her fault that over cooked food was coming out of the kitchen. The batter on my dad's scallops clumped together. The salad was the best & it was fresh & only edible part of my meal as the clam chowder was bland & I tried to add salt & pepper but it just didn't work! Complete waste of money!

This is eleven dollars worth of seafood mushrooms? No seafood, just breadcrumbs. Soup spoon for scale. And our salad and biscuits are missing. And one of our sides is missing. $100 FAIL

Obviously they had staffing issues ,the young server was clearly over worked. She forgot to keep my water glass full and forgot about us due to having 10 tables to serve. Unlike my 30 year old son I am not going to pay big dollars for simple food. Enjoyed my visit but feel 1 peice of fish and a small portion of fries is not 17 dollars worth of food.

The service was so under staffed the hostess actually tried to talk us into leaving because she didn’t want to seat us. Our server was nice and polite but not attentive. The roasted garlic seafood bake was delicious but they somehow cooked bland Alfredo for the misses.

We arrived and the restaurant was semi busy. I asked the wait for 2 and was told 15 min then immediately changed to 25. After waiting 30 minutes we checked on our wait again. The manager told us she honestly didn't know how long cause they had just sat 2 big parties. And asked us to wait a bit longer. They then proceeded to sit a couple that arrived after us. So after an hour of waiting we left starving. We went down the street to Outback and was seated instantly. Will think twice before trying to visit this location again.

My partner and I went here during the early afternoon, on Friday. Best decision yet! Last time it was a 45 min wait but we noticed it was a late 8pm on a weekend and we decided to give it another try and came early the following Friday. With that I felt like our time there was more of what we were looking for. Quite atmosphere, Quick service with taking our drink orders and also quick to receive them. The new watermelon margarita is definitely worth it. Mozzarella sticks where the perfect crunch to cheese ratio. I am not a huge fish person so why would I go here? To eat and get something new. And thankfully this was the place to do so. We tried the lobster dip and shared the three shrimp platter. We got garlic shrimp scampi, popcorn shrimp and the new dragon shrimp. The new dragon shrimp was by far our new favorite one! If we could of ordered a whole dish of it we would!! Hehe we left overall satisfied with everything. From the bread to the drinks! Thank you for hosting us red lobster.

Good staff, fast service, good sea food. Hell I just love this place!!!

Food was excellent. Husband really enjoyed his crab for Crabfest. I had lobster and it was delicious. Our server was great as well. One of our best experiences there.

Service is consistent, efficient and genuinely friendly, whether it's mad busy or slow. Restaurant is clean, food is nice and the staff even remembers its return customers. Good service is hard to get nowadays but when people like the Red Lobster staff take the time to do it regardless, it really stands out. Shout out to the staff, managers and supervisors for maintaining standard of quality every time we visit!

I went to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday with a family member. The place was clean and had a good vibe. The service was great. There were 10 people in the party and everyone was well taken care of. The food was good, but missed the mark for what I was expecting. I ordered the crab Alfredo linguini. The dish had a good amount of crab meat, but lacked that smooth cream taste I was hoping for. I did order a side of crispy brussel sprouts that was fantastic!

It was Friday, date night. It was a 30-35 min wait. Waitress was nice, brought out overdone biscuits. Had to wait on more to come out. My Bahama Mama drink was great. Ordered stuffed mushrooms and the Crab-Stuffed Shrimp Rangoon for starters, really good. We ordered Ulitmate seafood platter. My lobster tail didn't seem to be cooked fully, but everything else was good. I received a cheese cake for my Birthday treat.

The lobster tail with butter was delicious. They also have an excellent selection of premium sides. The waitress who took my order was very friendly and gave plenty of their house bread. Also, to my surprise, the place has plenty of seating - great for family dinners

The food is excellent, the atmosphere very calming and thank God we had the best when it comes to the server. Bree was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of the menu. We will always ask for her when we return. If she's off, we'll return when she's back to work. Dr. J

They have improved portion sizes. I've always enjoyed the unique flavor of their seafood. Cheddar Bay biscuits are yummy. Slaw could be chopped smaller and made fresh. Occasionally, slaw seems stale. Tartar sauce is yummy.

We hadn't tried this Red Lobster since we moved from Colorado and had bad experiences, but they give a free shrimp platter for Veteran's Day so husband and I tried it. Well we had been missing out food was amazing even next day heated up in oven. Staff was so nice and patient with all the Veteran's orders. Will definitely return

I highly recommend if your in Douglasville try this red lobster. They have very good food, the staff are super friendly and the drinks are amazing. I would like to give a special thanks to Cooks for the awesome good and to the servers for the awesome experience n customer service. I absolutely love the shrimp Rangoon. They were cook perfectly and it was very disappointing to find out, the shrimp Rangoon was not apart of the endless shrimp. Whoever cooked the fried food on 09/11/22 thank you, absolutely AMAZING!!!

My family came on Mother’s Day and we had Tytana was our server and let me say she was AMAZING ! She made sure we had everything, gave us updates on our food time and all. It was packed but she didn’t let that keep her from giving us a nice experience. I enjoyed my Mother’s Day to The fullest. She even kept my children entertained when taking our order and checking in on us ! My husband and I loved her and made sure we tipped her well for her outstanding service. Definitely will be coming back to see her
