I was in the mood for a salad with some bread sticks so I drove straight here. Their food is like seeing an old friend; it's always exactly the same. I was seated immediately. My server was very efficient and attentive. No wonder they chose her to train a new employee. My food came quickly and it was correct. Olive Garden is an oldie but a goodie.

Online ordering is simple, ordered for curbside pickup. The food was ready when we arrived and the staff was friendly, she even offered to wait while we checked our bag. All of our items were in the bag. We ordered 2 of the Tour of Italy entrees, the parmesan chicken was good and Alfredo pasta was good but could but need more sauce and seasoning. I did not enjoy the lasagna to much, it was just something off with it. The shrimp Alfredo was good, but could use more sauce. The chicken gnocchi soup was good, but not much chicken at all. The salad was horrible possibly old, but it had to be tossed.

I have not been to Olive Garden in a while. Had an early dinner with my daughter. She tried the Spaghetti with Marinara sauce and I had the Shrimp and Chicken Carbonara. I don't have a Carbonara to compare it too but it was decent.

**Please like and follow for more reviews** I went here for an after birthday lunch and the food was really good. The only problem I had with the place was it took a while for our server to come over. I think they were switching shifts or something. Once our waiter came he did a great job think his name was Johnathan. He made sure everything was on point and gave good customer service. I love that they over salad and bread sticks to go!

Great service from Destiny. Food was good but management please clean the restaurant. Along the sides of the booths has food stuck to the wall, napkins stuck between wall & seat, it smells & cobwebs from the light fixtures. Maybe next time we will opt for a table or sit at the bar.

Everything was perfect! Fresh and tasty! Drinks were good! Our waitress Shalonda(if I’m not mistaken) was awesome! Made the birthday boy happy!

I Ordered some Lasagna for a Christmas gathering at the job. Not to forget to mention I spent my hard earned money for this Lasagna to look like this. I reached out to the restaurant to be told it was nothing they can do. That this happen all the time and you have to have the product in order to do anything but I have pictures and receipts on when I purchased it. I threw the product away because it was picked over and burnt!!!!

Had a really great time here last night. Our server, Justice, was really attentive to our needs, and she didn't seem upset or impatient when we stayed longer to chat and hang out. She even brought us more drinks. I got the chicken tortelloni Alfredo, and my friend got the chicken parmesan and subbed penne for the spaghetti. We both enjoyed our meals. My tortelloni was soooo cheesy, buttery-smooth, and delicious. The chicken was cooked well and I really enjoyed it. Overall, we had a great time last night.

The food was really bad . We didn't eat any of it. Sucks because we were really hungry. Our waitress said she was gonna get a manager but took so long I just asked for the check , paid and left all the food on the table. No time for non-sense , we are headed to get some real food. Never again that's for sure

One thing about this location, they are fast and I like that they’re attentive. The food is always fresh and hot. My wife and I frequent here and we recommend this location.

My wife and I went here 6-15-2023 for our 21 Anniversary dinner and it was great. Our waitress was knowledgeable and professional and she kept us in the loop on anything happening. It was an Awesome experience 😎

Food was good! Our server was so slow and didn’t seem to know how to be a server…..the party next to us was extremely annoying and overly LOUD it was ridiculous….that some adults don’t understand the importance of indoor voices!!! I wouldn’t go back!!! But the food was good!

I normally don’t do Olive Garden as it is not a true Italian restaurant. I was close by and really hungry and they were the best option in the area. I had a really good server and to my surprise, the food was very good. It was fresh and the portions were very nice. I would not hesitate to eat here again.

On Friday, Dec. 15, 2023, three friends and I had the most wonderful dining experience at Olive Garden at Turner Hill Road. We arrived at the restaurant after ending a long three-day event and were looking forward to a nice, relaxing dinner.  Olive Garden did not disappoint. From the time we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by the hostess, who seated us in a booth.  Our server, Omar Sharif, quickly arrived at our table, greeted us, and took our orders. He was professional, charming, humorous, and attentive. During our conversation with him, we found out he had been a server for many years--and it showed. I am a former restaurant manager and I can say Omar is the type of employee that I would want on my staff.  He memorized all four of our orders in detail, even when we added extra items and one of us completely changed her order.  He did not complain or get frustrated.  He repeated our order to us and got it 100% right! Our food was hot, fresh, and delicious and our drinks were refilled promptly. It was the perfect dinner and a perfect wrap-up to an exhausting weekend. We were so impressed with Omar, that I asked to speak to his manager, Carlos, who came to our table right away.  We shared with him what a joy Omar was, and congratulated him on running a great restaurant with well-trained staff.  We had a pleasant conversation with him before finishing our evening. I live in Gwinnett County, about 50 minutes away from this Olive Garden, so most likely I will not return any time soon.  However, if I do find myself on this side of town, I will most definitely return here to dine.  I HIGHLY recommend this Olive Garden!

We spent $100 doing carbide last night and after getting home we were missing our salad. We paid extra for the dinners to go and they both tasted like they were bad. We almost never complain but we did. We called and let them know that they forgot our salads. They offered us new ones or a refund. As we live about 15 minutes away we chose to get a refund. The following day when eating our Togo food we brought them back and told them they tasted bad. The manager was very helpful, respectful and have us a refund and made us fresh dinners with a new salad. All the staff was very nice. They made there mistake right and did it with a smile. I'm happy and will return. Thank you olive Garden. This is clearly a well run store with good management!

We received prompt and attentive service. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted. Our server Dani was just the perfect amount of may I help you. She asked the write questions and anticipated our needs beautifully. She also, had a warm and pleasant demeanor throughout. I am greatly pleased with this location. Our food was served fresh and was plated beautifully. I will be returning to this location.

Our waitress, Key, made our lunch quite pleasurable. Great lasagne, minestrone soup and salad.

I think that I've outgrown Olive Garden. I used to love OG. However, it was just not good tonight. I had the special $13.99 unlimited pasta bowls. I started out with meatsauce and rigatoni, then fettuccine and alfredo sauce. Both were flavorless. I didn't order anything else. Try them out. OG is just not for me anymore.

I love it here. Went to take my good friend out for her birthday. Jay was the best 10⭐️ for his service. Food was delicious and Hot, wine was tasty.

This chain has some of the worst food ever. I ordered a seafood pasta. It came with 4 medium shrimp and a handful of tiny scallops. No seasoning at all. I promised myself to never eat there again. On a positive note... The service was excellent.

For a party of 12 including 5 young children they really went out of their way to accommodate us, taking the children's orders first while we waited for 4 in our party who hadn't arrived yet. Our server was so pleasant and charming with the children and even got permission to bring bread and salad for us. Everything went so smoothly. We couldn't have imagined a better experience. Thank you!

They deserve no stars. It was hair wrapped around the chicken in my plate. I took the picture and then told them and the lady starts mixing it around saying she don’t see it and i told her that’s because you just mixed the food up but don’t worry i have a picture because i knew they would try that. Then she says well nobody in the kitchen has hair so im like so everybody back there bald head??? Make it make sense. She gave me a hard time about something plan nasty food instead of just doing her job and take it back. Eventually she took it and i didn’t pay for it. Very bad customer service.

The server was amazing. He made the experience wonderful. The food was nice. The restaurant was super busy

Tried the Meatballs Parmigiana for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. And of course I originally came for my all time favorite dish, the chicken & shrimp carbonara. Never miss!
