Snellville is filled with numerous gyms that will provide you amazing equipment, great facilities, and most importantly GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would 100% suggest spending your money elsewhere if you are considering a membership here. I was told that it was required for me to join with the $22.99 plan for the first 3 months with the phrase “I PROMISE there will be no fee to downgrade.” When a company tells you they “swear” or “promise” something, it is their job to honor that. Upon trying to downgrade my membership, they all of a sudden have a $20 fee just to downgrade even after I confirmed with them 5-7 times when I was signing up that there wouldn’t be a downgrade fee. On top of that, no one is holding that man accountable for providing me false information. The employees at this gym are liars and only care when they want your money. Don’t even get me started on the management here. When I called about this issue, STEPHANIE (possibly a manager), hung up on me WHILE I was talking!! That is ridiculous. If you have any issues, they will refuse to let you speak to a manager, and once you get a hold of the managers; they will simply hang up on you or walk away. A gym with terrible leadership will take no accountability for their actions, so save yourself the hassle and join another gym. Fees to join, fees for maintenance, fees for cancellation, fees for downgrading and upgrading, and fees just for fun!

After a year of coming to this gym I have some comments… The bad things: 1. Be careful about what you sign for, they charge you for EVERYTHING, I was going through a hard time so I have to down grade my membership and they charge me to make this change 😳 Getting out of the personal training program is difficult too. 2. The people at the front aren’t friendly (was better before) now they keep talking to each other and when you need something is like you bother them… I went with my stepson (15 yo) once because I was encouraging him to join and I was planing to upgrade my membership again so I can have him as my guest… they don’t let me speak and start to telling me that my membership don’t allowed guest so he wasn’t allowed (my stepson feels bad, obviously, and never come back) The good things: 1. Miles (personal trainer) is amazing!! He has such a great and positive energy, actually he was the person to convence me to stay in the gym bc I was ready to cancel. That was months ago and till today he continue being nice. 2. Has a good variety of machines and the new distribution is great.

I told my trainer Jordan a number of times that I wanted to cancel my personal training sessions once my 2 months was up. He kept brushing me off and saying he'll take care of it. I mentioned to him that I saw in the contract that I needed to write a letter and he said, no you don't need to do that. I talked to him 3 different times about our last week of training and he confirmed that it was until another payment was pending on my account he then mentions to me about coming to sign for cancellation. I was confused because he had confirmed with me that it was our last week of training the week before and the week of, as if my sessions were canceled. Then, he tells me that there's no way he can cancel for me, but that was not what he told me before and he never said I needed to sign for cancellation when I kept telling him I wanted to make sure my membership was canceled. I also had sent 2 emails prior to this and the manager told me that doesn't count and that there's only 4 days that I could've come in to cancel before my payment started pending even though the contract said 10 days. Also, one of the workers at the desk told my son if he got his friend to sign up he would get a $40 gift card. He never received it. They let my 17 year old and his 15 year old friend and my other sons 14 year old sign a contract for a membership and use my payment. I believe this is illegal and I will be looking into it, especially since I was stuck with the bill. These people are desperate for memberships they don't care what they have to do to get them. The gym is super over crowded and most of the times I go, I can't even park in the parking lot. The BBB will be hearing from me. I'll be looking into a class action suit as well because they are definitely doing illegal stuff.

This is a social club not a gym.Just canceled because of the locker room conditions and how over crowded it is. If I had just down graded my premium membership would have been $98 still had to pay $30 because the staff "has no way changing that" or wont work with you on that. Only one shower had a soap dispenser in it with soap.the others were missing a shower head or had no soap. The male staff was unaware of this so I'm guessing they don't check the showers nearly as oftenas they should. There're no clips to lift heavy so no real gains can be made safely. That issue has been on going for month's. Not all crunch gyms are this bad but this one isn't worth the promo price they always get you in with.

This gym is for everyone who takes training serious! From beginners to seasoned trainers. I love the environment, the playlist, the classes (even on Sundays), beautiful people. Everything there fulfills with the targets I look for a gym!

I have enjoyed working out at Crunch Fitness since I joined 4 months ago. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My favorite fitness instructor is Sundae! She is so engaging with her clients, she make sure everyone is in good shape before starting the workout, she checks on you throughout and the workout is awesome. The camaraderie in her class is very endearing! She does extra things to make you feel special; such as the Galentine’s Day workout. She gave out a rose to each person who attended class. It’s the little things she does that goes above and beyond! She is thoughtful, caring and simply the total package!

I was born and raised here, and I've had the chance to try most of the well-known gyms in the area (over the last 10+ years). I can honestly say that this location has been significantly more friendly and welcoming than any others. On my first visit, Jaiden (one of the certified personal trainers) took me on an in-depth tour of the facilities. She is incredibly knowledgable, understanding, and contagiously happy. I was also greeted by Natalie (general manager) and Zack (assistant general manager). Both are so easygoing and funny that you almost get the impression you're speaking with old friends. Their personalities alone make you want to join this gym. Overall, the layout is very spacious. The equipment is modern and easy to operate. And there are more than enough machines to go around (despite how busy the parking lot may appear). The facilities, including the locker rooms/showers are incredibly clean. There are tons of different classes offered for all skill levels, plus individual personal training sessions are available. And the members themselves are so diverse! There are older and younger folks, beginners and regulars, men and women. I can't imagine anyone who would not feel that they belong in such a positive atmosphere. Hint: prices are some of the most competitive in this area; give it a shot!

I have been a member of crunch for 3 years now and recently Got to meet their new manager Natalie. She was awesome. She introduced herself to me, gave me passes to bring friends, and even helped me get started with a trainer. I’m looking forward to bringing more friends here and seeing her smiling face each time I workout! Love this gym the people make it so great

Not a bad gym, great location this gym has so much potential to be a home gym for some. What I didn’t like is how many people who WERENT working out were just standing around hogging machines. Maybe if someone can walk around & facilitate proper use of the machines it would be better. Also some machines are broken & someone can get hurt.

I enjoy using the facility but I have several unauthorized charges on my account and considering I signed up online my information had to be accessed by an employee. I went to the gym to speak with the manager who provided absolutely no help and refererred me to ABC financial company. Horrible customer service!!

I've had a pretty solid experience at Crunch over the past several months. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good variety of machines and weights to use, and the group classes are great too. No real complaints to talk about. Everything you'd expect in a gym is available here. I've also signed up for personal training with April. She's been great through the time I've trained with her so far. Very considerate, flexible with clients, and supportive in working with me. Definitely would recommend her. Overall, again, solid experience at Crunch. I'm seeing good results in regards to me, and I'm satisfied. (Membership prices are pretty ok, if you're concerned with that.)

I have been coming to the gym for three years now. Never had a gym membership before but I wanted to try something new. I’m so glad I did!! I love Crunch and the friends I’ve made there, not to mention the results I’ve seen personally. I had a personal trainer (Michael) to start since I didn’t know what I was doing. But Michael moved on to another location this year. He is phenomenal!!! Can’t say enough good things about him. I miss him but West Cobb, you are lucky to have him. As for the staff here in Snellville, I love and appreciate the welcoming I get when I walk in at the desk from Justin, Zack, Tatum, George, and others. It’s nice to see they are happy to see you come in and get a good work out whether it’s on your own, with a trainer, or your taking a class. Speaking of classes, don’t miss the opportunities to take the group fitness classes from the instructors. The extra membership fee is worth it. I 100% personally recommend any classes that Sundae teaches. It doesn’t matter if you are a newbie to the gym or a veteran whose been coming for years. I promise you will get a good workout either way. She will show you modifications that will suit your fitness level so you get a solid workout and can build up from there as you get stronger at it. She has a lot of energy and is very uplifting/motivating! Everyone at Crunch wants you to succeed in your personal fitness goals…so check them out! The benefits far outweigh your excuses to stay home!

Review by @SoldByMarvin on all social media. We really like this gym and you can’t beat a total gym experience for under $10 a month. There are plenty of treadmills available and we love the turf as well as free weight area. Full scale locker room with about four shower stalls allows you to get in and get a great work out and go straight to work if necessary. Hot sauna is always on point and feels great after a hard work out. Staff is super attentive and will not hesitate to show you how to use any of the equipment as well as walk you through the correct movement so you don’t hurt yourself. I have tons of classes including HIIT and pelaton type of biking classes but you have to have the higher tier membership so since we have the basic $9.95 membership classes aren’t included.

The facilities are nice. I signed up at the end of November and this is my first time coming. The parking is horrendous. I can never find a spot every time I’ve tried to go. I figured it would be easier since I have handicap tags, but people just park in those as well. I’m only canceling my membership due to the parking situation. I waited 25 mins for a spot today, and 5 stars would’ve been given if that situation were rectified.

Very satisfied with the environment as well as the service this gym provides. The staff is great and Kimberly valle stands out with her bright welcoming personality. She always provides me with great Outstanding service. Crunch snellville gets 5 stars. Quick note you guys need parallel bars, people are in line waiting to do dips. Parallel bars would be awesome not just a 2 ft dip bar.

The place itself is decently nice, has decent equipment. The only thing that rubs off wrong on me is the management pushing their employees to force as many people into contracts as possible to join the gym, even when I understand they have to sign people up to make money. Their employees seem even desperate sometimes trying to sign people on, and also said they had quotas to get 5 star reviews for their google platform, which is also not allowed since it is almost near forced. TL;DR : Gym itself is decent, the way it is ran and how the management treats their employees seems questionable to me.

READ EVERY DOCUMENT THEY HAVE YOU SIGN AND TRIPLE CHECK INFORMATION THE EMPLOYEES GIVE YOU. Went in to freeze my membership while I figured out a few personal things on my end, the employee I spoke with informed me that I would not be charged the membership fee or the annual fee for 3 months, then the membership would be unfrozen and I would pay both annual and the membership fee after the 3 months or whenever I reinstated my membership within that time frame. I went through the whole process and even signed a document for it. Only for them to immediately turn around and charge me the annual fee. I called and they said my account was never frozen(even though I signed a document for it) and that I was misinformed by the employee and so they could do nothing for me and I would just have to pay the fee as well as if I do not come in today to freeze my account(which should have already happened) or cancel my membership they would also charge me the membership fee for the month. I think this was handled poorly by the staff and there should have been a lot more communication about how the whole process worked, especially since the employee had me sign some document and now I have no idea what I even signed since it isnt in the system. If I was informed properly about how freezing accounts worked and the gym honored the information I was actually given by an employee, then I wouldn't have been upset about paying the fee. Will never come back to crunch because of this and if you are planning on signing up, READ EVERY DOCUMENT and triple check the information they give you, so you don't have to deal with what I did.

The personal training here is top notch! Bo Anderson is an amazing trainer. I was able to train with him for 8 months before he was promoted and he’s been growing the training team to have highly qualified and experienced trainers. Really enjoying my sessions with Andrew! Highly recommend the PT here. It is very popular and gets crowded during peak hours, hopefully they’re working on expanding the facilities!

Decent gym but 2 things prevented me from giving it 5 stars. One issue is the condition of their platforms. I understand that commercial gyms attracts a lot of hobbyists who have little appreciation and gym etiquette for the equipment around them. With that being said, why are there squashed gum stains on the platforms? Janitor over there obviously has been ignoring it because the the gum stains are dark, which means they’ve been there for atleast a month or 2. Just scrape it off and problem solved. Another issue is them not having any barbell clamps which makes it inconvenient for the customer but also posts a huge risk for their safety. Hopefully they get ontop of holding their equipment accountable whenever they get new ones. Other than that, they have nice staff and decent equipment to get a workout in but if you’re someone who implements barbell movements in your workouts, either buy your own clamps or find another Crunch.

I like the gym, but for whatever reason this club felt the need to BS me into paying for a "kickoff". I didn't realize that I paid for one until a trainer tried to get me to pay for another. The trainer guy was completely honest and doing his job though. It's only $10 dollars, but integrity means nothing to some of these folks.

I’ve been training here for a little over two years and in May decided to start doing one on one training with Andrew and have nothing but good things to say. He helped me with my goals for weight loss and eventually helped me transition into martial arts. He Always kept an open line of communication and even through the cancellation process remained focused on what was best for me. I would highly recommend training with Andrew if you’re interested in taking your fitness goals to the next level.

This gym is amazing! It's large enough to not feel congested when you are in there, there is never a super long wait when it comes to waiting on a machine and the best part is the staff! Everyone on staff is so down to earth and willing to help you achieve your fitness goals. I would love to give a shoutout to Macy Frazier, she is a personal trainer there and she has been training for me roughly a month now and she is amazing. She is knowledgeable, kind but also tough and willing to push you beyond what you thought you were capable of. I hope you all give this gym (and Macy!) a chance!

Overall a great gym! Very active and lots of equipment. Equipment is well maintained and staff is great as well as the classes. Two complaints. The hot water in the women's room hasn't been working for several weeks now and I've told the front desk staff. It's warm outside now so ice showers aren't the end of the world but I hope they fix it soon especially before it starts getting cold in the mornings! I also wished they opened a bit earlier then 5am or were open 24hrs during the week. Working early shifts it would be nice to have longer workouts. That's it. Overall love it here!

We’ve been at Crunch Snellville for 3 years. Classes are great. Staff is welcoming. Club fees are reasonable. If you want personal training, Bo is the best! He trained my husband and got him to 100% after an Achilles injury. He also trains me and my 14 year old daughter (she plays volleyball). We’ve had a positive experience with the gym and especially Bo.

The staff is really nice and the people are chill for the most part. Justin at the front desk is always so sweet and my trainer Kevin is the best!!! This a great gym! There are a variety of classes for Peak members to take, as well as the option of Personal Training. Compared to the other gym studios in this area this one offers a lot for a reasonable price. The biggest down side that you find (just like at most gyms) are finding parking during busy hours.

I am absolutely loving my workout sessions at Crunch. The gym boasts a wide variety of machines which are fun to use. The staff is pleasant and very professional. A special "BIG UP" to Miles. Miles is goal-oriented, hardworking, dedicated and committed to improving his clients physical health. I enjoy his personal training sessions and his group boxing sessions. He is fun to work with and motivates you every step of the way. Working with Miles for the past three months, I have personally seen positive transformation in my body and I'm loving it. I have been going to Crunch for a little over a year. I enjoy using the weight machines, ellipticals, and the dry sauna. I started personal training with Miles about a month ago. Miles has been great to work with. I do group boxing sessions and individual sessions with him. I have been enable to see improvement in strength, weight, and body fat after one month. I highly recommend this gym as well as Miles for a personal trainer.
