😠 If there was a lower rating that's what I would put for this place. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience and it was very traumatic for me. I'm a first time mom and the treatment I received was ridiculous. Dr. Aggy or however it's spelled and whatever the blonde pediatrician nurse's name is were HORRIBLE!... People often mention nurses, staff, care, baby, birth, hospital, experience, delivery, amazing, nurse,

If there was a lower rating that's what I would put for this place. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience and it was very traumatic for me. I'm a first time mom and the treatment I received was ridiculous. Dr. Aggy or however it's spelled and whatever the blonde pediatrician nurse's name is were HORRIBLE! Instead of calling my doctor like I had originally asked 200 times for them to do, they used doctor Google to do their research. I was violated and humiliated in labor and delivery by a dark haired, dark skinned woman(I don't remember her name). She literally got in a football stance to check me. Not to mention they poked me 12 times one of which resulted in them busting my blood vein which my doctor confirmed happened. I was never kept informed on any of the tests they were doing on my baby or why they would constantly take him to the nursery which now has caused me to have severe separation anxiety. I do not recommend using them to have or baby nor would I use them again.

If I could give it less I would. I called my dr and they told me to go that my contractions were 2-5 Minutes apart. After we checked in and where admitted, I wasn’t dilated but 1 cm they had me walk around for about two hours and since there was no progress, the midwife there Sharon asked me if I wanted morphine and sent me home. I was In pain and definetly labor and they sent me home and said come back when the contractions got worse?! When we got home my water broke so my husband and I drove to sandy springs after the lack of empathy and communication there was NO way I was going back to Forsyth. I can’t say enough good Things about sandy springs!!!! Do not go to Forsyth womens center to deliver!

I hate hospitals. I never wanted to give birth in one really. But this time around I chose this path and I’m glad I did. I had a 10/10 experience with my unmedicated birth at Northside Forsyth. I’ve never encountered a more supportive group of nurses and staff. They were so thorough with newborn care, as well. We’ve used Northside’s outpatient lactation services since birth and have been so impressed with the intentionality of care. Admin staff are also on top of it. Billing and insurance has been super thorough and fast. We got our confirmation of birth / ssn for baby within a week. Highly recommend!

THIS HOSPITAL IS AMAZING !!! LABOR AND DELIVERY AMAZING ! I had such a great support team the whole time I was there from before delivering till after! I would put names but don’t know if they are okay with it ! But if y’all do see this thank you so soo soo much. You made my first experience giving birth an amazing one my husband is also thankful for you all ! Anyone doubting giving birth here … pleaseee consider I’m a very picky person and so is my mom and we speak our mind when there is an issue and NOT one occurred the whole time! I just want everyone to know yes places get bad reviews but any negative about labor and delivery is a LIE !!!!!!!

All I can say is thank you to the entire nursing staff and doctors. My wife is actually still there, and in recovery after an emergency c-section and high blood pressure. They really care about both the mother and the baby. Every single nurse has been so pleasant and quick to help out when needed. My baby is absolutely perfect and they have taken care of every need she’s had either by helping teach us diaper changing techniques and swaddling techniques to all the nurses helping watch her when she’s in the nursery to let us catch up on some rest. The only little thing I’d ask for is to give food to the fathers too when they are there. It would just be a little thing to help with the stress of having to leave to get something to eat.

How can I start this review. I had many bad experiences with tr h Northside and once again my daughter went into early labor I asked for her to go to kennestone they refused, then bed rest they sent her an hour to cumming, then she delivers and one nurse starts taking pics of my daughters babies info on the info card with their little feet. Huge HIPAA violations my daughter complains to them no apologies nothing. Then the twins come they never allow her skin to skin contact she dosent learn she can do that till 3 months after there born. The staff on the NICU are rude, threatening with defacs, and harassing making her feel less then a mother. This hospital and nurses are the worst we have complained to the charge nurse the advocate and yet they still continue to be rude. They refuse to transfer my daughters twins to a closer hospital and refuse to treat her as the mother who has right. This hospital is the worst. This is one instant I have had several with several locations of Northside. There care us below par and their compassion is below average.

I can’t say enough about the amazing people here at Northside Forsyth Women’s Center, especially about the nurses in the delivery room. I had my daughter two weeks ago, in August 2019. From the moment I walked in everybody was super nice and caring. I had some complications and stayed in the delivery room longer. Whenever I called for help, nurses were in my room in seconds! Even NICU nurses came in immediately. When I was screaming out of pain they held my hands, supported me very kindly through this journey. And shout out to amazing nurses Keri and Angela! You ladies rock!!! I felt so lucky to have you by my side!

The white female anesthesiologist was extremely rude and caused me to have a failed epidural. I felt everything. I requested no males in the room and this man comes in grabbing stuff from this anesthesiologist. I reminded them of this and she got angry and said “if you don’t hold still then don’t complain about the pains you’re going to get after this.” I didn’t understand this lady til after she was done. They pressure/fear monger you into getting interventions even when you decline it. Or specifically state in your birth plan. Very inconsiderate staff, especially this older midwife named Susan or Sharon. She threatened me with c section just because I didn’t want epidural and I only dilated to 5cm. I wasn’t even in labor for that long. 10 hours.

Absolute joke. If you want to be controlled and coerced into things go to this place! They crave money. They’ll try anything to induce you- scare tactics, stress etc. No wonder they have the highest C-section rate in all of Georgia! Congratulations on being the worst hospital in all of Georgia as well as having the most uneducated repulsive staff!:).

Blown away by the incredible staff working here to supporting growing families. The facility is great, processes in line, but it’s the people that truly make the difference. Even when it’s easy to see they are busy, each and every nurse/tech/doctor/employee were informative while offering plenty of support. Cannot say thank you enough!

I’ve had the best experience delivering here. From start to finish every nurse/doctor I’ve come in contact with has been absolutely phenomenal. The facility itself is great and we’ve been so well taken care of!

As a birth doula, I have had several pretty good experiences at this birthing location recently. I assist clients with comfort techniques and in making sure their preferences are heard by staff! I love helping clients advocate for themselves and be involved in their own healthcare decisions! Will assists clients here again!

I want to thank my midwife Katie Vaughn and the remaining nurses for such a smooth delivery of my baby. The environment was comforting and the attitudes of the nurses were so bright and cheerful. I want to also thank Fifi, Esther, Leslie, and Tammy for taking care of our family throughout the stay and taking care of our Penelope!

I gave birth here twice and both times they’ve made my experience horrible. The second time I will say was MUCH MUCH worse. I had to kick out two of the nurses in the OR because of how disrespectful, unprofessional and unknowledgeable they both were. The supervisor for them has not even reached out to me again to speak with me regarding what was done about that incident( most likely nothing). There is ONE nurse here that is an absolute angel ( she’s a charge nurse) and she should get a raise. The rest of them should be fired. ESPECIALLY the two blondes in the OR. One of them I believe was a student. I’ve also noticed they’ve deleted negative reviews on here. DO NOT COME HERE

This place is absolutely amazing if you want to find a place to have your little one. I had a little trouble with delivery and had to get a C-section, but the staff there were amazing and kept me calm throughout everything. Their teams of doctors and nurses are the most incredible I have ever met. Everyone is so kind and caring I'm so thankful to have met all the staff that I did. Thank you so much for helping me welcome my little Isabella!

I gave birth and stayed here twice with both of my baby girls (C-section 2021 and VBAC 2023) and had pretty good experiences both times. My nurses were attentive, food was okay for hospital food, my room was cleaned daily, and overall I felt like I was getting safe care (and I’m a nurse myself) I was supposed to be induced at the Sandy Springs location, but they were so busy that I was sent here. Although it is not the closest in distance to me, I am grateful I ended up here because the hospital actually looked better, had better/free parking, and I was able to be admitted in a timely manner. For those reasons, I was willing to come all the way from Decatur to have my second child and I would choose to come here again in the future.

I should have wrote this year's ago, my Irish twins are now 4 and 5 both born at this hospital, I could go on and on about my experience hear but to shorten it...... this is the most amazing hospital to give birth, to say that everyone in the birthing center cars for you and every bit of your physical and emotional well-being is really such an understatement. I now live in Indiana with my family but I dont think that even memory loss could make me forget this hospital.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️with all my heart I love you forsyth❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had my baby boy here in the Women’s center Labor and Delivery unit in June 2018 and this unit is so nice and clean the Delivery rooms were amazing they have beautiful bathrooms too. And the recovery rooms were so nice. All of the nurses were so kind and caring and very respectful they took care of all my needs and answered all of my questions. My baby was in the NICU for a month and the nurses and doctors there were all so great and they have a big lounge for NICU families with bathroom shower and kitchen fridge freezer couches tv computer. If I have another child I will come to this hospital it’s awesome.

This is a late review, but this L&D department and NICU are incredible! Every single person there seemed to truly care about me, my son, and my husband. My son was born prematurely and the NICU staff was absolutely incredible. I cannot brag about all of the staff in these two departments enough. Y’all rock! Thank you for making my very scary birth experience so much easier.

I just delivered my second baby at NSH Forsyth and couldn’t be more pleased and thankful for all of the doctors, nurses and staff there! Everyone is so friendly and it is apparent that each staff member truly loves what they do. So thankful to the heroes that work here for all of their hard work and passion of delivering healthy babies (and mamas!)
