Extremely filthy store, not clean or well kept. Every other kroger I've been to has been cleaner than this one. The bathroom is almost always trashed. The sanitary napkin containers' filled to the brim with such a foul odor. Sometimes there is no soap or paper towels to wash hands. Produce section always looks rotted and covered with flies. I got sushi here in the last week and I highly urge everyone STAY AWAY FROM THE SUSHI. I got food poisoning very bad and was expelling fluids from both ends if you know what I mean. I've never had this happen at any other kroger. Not to mention the prices here are also higher than any other kroger in the area. This is not a good store, there has to be some kind of health code violation going on here. Alternative kroger down the street on Douglas Rd is much better.

Great prices but you have to be careful. Often price tags are deceiving. You can be charged different prices at register. I always check my receipts and often catch Kroger’s “mistakes”. They used to give you an item for free if you caught them switch price on you but not any more. Today they told me that they would just “make the price right” which means that they can overcharge thousands of their customers without taking any responsibility or punishment and if you catch them - then there will be no consequences. They will just charge you the price that they had advertised in first place. BTW, Publix still honors their policy of giving you your items for free if they made a pricing mistake demonstrating that it was an honest mistake and not an attempt to fool you. Here are my receipts from today. You can see that Gala Organic apples had regular price tag at $3.49 but Kroger charged me $4.49, and cucumber showed sale price of 99c while I was charged $1.49. And no remorse. They just returned me $2.50 at the customer service and said that I should be happy.

We’ve been coming here for 19 years and I am sad to say we will not be shopping here anymore. The staffing has become an issue to the point that lines are reaching across the building due to lack of registers open. No Kroger should ever have a line this long. Such a bummer. I hope management improves so we can consider returning but for the time being we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Be very careful of meat from this location. Have found mold on packages the same day of purchase. Meat department is not kept up.

Highly recommend finding a different Kroger. There’s always homeless people in the parking lot harassing you for money and banging on your car window. Kroger does nothing about it.

Now that the previous contemptible and inept manager has been appropriately ousted, this Kroger location has the potential to achieve respectably noteworthy improvements. Achieving such a goal will take a steadfast commitment from the new manager and the entire store staff. One of my peeves with this Kroger store is the way its bakery department plays fast and loose with product expiration dates. At least one baked good, a brand of high-quality cupcakes, has had its recommended shelf life improperly prolonged with the use of creatively extended expiration dates. The price/expiration date sticker shown on the attached picture was placed there by a Saddlebrook Kroger bakery employee. I snapped the picture on April 21. According to the manufacturer, their cupcake products have a shelf-life of 5 days, regardless of whether the product is refrigerated or displayed on the store shelf. The expiration date sticker reads May 14, 2022. I do not know when the product was first placed on the shelf, but I do know that the 23-day shelf life afforded the baked good is over two weeks beyond the recommended shelf life. It defies comprehension how an error this egregiously evident could have possibly taken place. Chalk it up to gross negligence or deliberate deception. This has happened before at the bakery department of this Kroger store. Back in October of 2021, the same type of product remained in the refrigerated display case for over a month. New expiration dates stickers were placed over old, expired dates and the products continued to be sold to the public well beyond the time that all expired packages should have been taken off the shelf and discarded. I would not presume to instruct Kroger on the proper way to apply disciplinary action for such a stunt as this but since the same infraction has occurred in the past, swift and stinging repercussions are in order.

Clean and organized store. They have multiple checkouts available. Good time to stock up on coke. 4 12 packs for $12.88.

Always check your receipt and know the prices. Too many times to count that the advertised price does not ring up. It is very poor business practice and dishonest. Shopped here last week and chips were supposed to be $1.99 each if you buy 4. It rang up at $3.50 each. They had a display at the end of the aisle, right by self checkout for Suave body wash for 89 cents, rang up as $1.89. I told the employee at self checkout an he couldn't even be bothered to check even though it was right there. Asked to speak to a store manger because this happens frequently and was told didn't know where manager was and I could go look upstairs if I want to. There is hardly ever anyone as Customer Service desk to get help or answer a question. I stopped buying meat a couple of years ago because it just smells bad in that area of the store and a couple of times I bought home Heritage Farm Chicken that was not expired, only to open it to freeze in individual portions to find it rotted on bottom. I sent an email to Kroger stating everything I said above and their response was "I can't discern from your email what your concerns or suggestions are." I won't shop here anymore.

This Kroger is THE worst. At night, you can’t do anything but self check out. Tonight, there was only one self check out side open and the line was 20 people long. It was only 8:00 pm!

What happened to the customer service? To the lady in the deli department - if customer! telling you thank you, you can reply, "You welcome" or "My pleasure" or just simply smile and nod your head, instead of throwing pack of sliced meat on the counter in the front of me and turning away.

Priced higher than nearby retail stores for some reason, and need a card to get lower prices offered though still higher than others. Rest everything same as other stores. Gas station gives 3 cent discount with their card, did use it some times but now even thats expensive than other gas stations after that discount. Not visiting again until really need something urgently and this is the only option.

Another major issues with Kroger’s online order for pickup. First, I order 10 items of the same thing to get only 7. I checked the receipt and they charged me 10. Second, my original order was more than $35. However they told me two items were out of stock. They charged me $5 Fulfillment fee because it’s now less than $35 I went to the service desk and it was so clear that she didn’t get any training on online ordering. After waiting 15 minutes and few trips talkies to the manager the issue was resolved.

I'm OK with the grocery store, but they have people at the store advertising a Kroger Mastercard. It sounds good, but heads up: the literature states that you get "up to 5% cash back". And then later in the same literature, it states "1% cash back = 1 Reward Point" (on the credit card, then you can use the reward points to pay your bill, get a Kroger gift card, etc). Sounds good, until you look further: even later in the literature, it outlines "1000 Reward Points = $10". So, for those of you that don't do math well, that means in order to get $10 cash back, you have to spend TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS. Yep, $20,000.

I shopped at this Kroger for over ten years and the quality and service has been in a downhill slide all that time. I stopped shopping here because rarely was there more than one checkout line open and the rest is self service. The final straw was the AT&T internet service guys walking through the store harassing customers to buy internet service through them. This is totally inappropriate. I politely explained my concerns to management and they didn't care. I handed them my Kroger card, left my cart of groceries behind, and went to Publix. BTW, Publix has great service!

Love going here when cashiers are available. Zoe is so sweet and helpful. She is top notch at her job.I do not know her personally but I look at name tags when I get great service. I look forward to going through her line when I shop and it makes a dreaded errand actually enjoyable.

I don’t complain but I went to the pharmacy to get my prescription back and Kameron who was working at the time gave me an extremely hard time, was being very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this pharmacy. However the pharmacist working at this time was helpful and efficient. If you see Kameron working I would recommend coming back when she’s not there

I like Kroger in general and this store in particular. Has a good selection that covers my shopping list. I use self-checkout almost always, but today there was only one side open and a few people waiting so I went to a cashier and there was one person ahead of me with a full load of groceries. So I waited then started slowly unloading my items as more space opened up on the belt. About half way through unloading, cashier Julie called out to me bluntly that she was going to be closed after the lady in front of me. I looked up at the lane# light which was still on and there was a person behind me waiting at this point. I informed the person behind me and started reloading my items back into the cart. As I started walking away looking for another cashier, there was only one open with a long line of people waiting there and the same at the self-checkout. At this point, Elza who I assumed to be a manager, came and started helping and reponed Julie’s lane. I rushed back there to check out as others were headed to that lane as well. Before walking out I felt my total was too high, and discovered a mistake on my receipt (Qty 22 instead of 2) which added $31 to my total. Mistakes happen, so I went back to customer service and was refunded the difference. My expectation is that if a customer is in line for a few minutes to check out and now in the process of unloading, with the cashier’s light on and no indication that lane is about to be closed, then you should not turn them away unapologetically to go wait in another line.

Arrived on my way home from work at 10:34pm with less than half hour to close. There is an announcement to let everyone know they need to hurry up, but all the boxes piled everywhere the employees have to restock makes it more challenging to navigate to what I need to get. The hours have been dramatically cut shorter and employees make customers aware we are in their way.

You have an employee by the name of Erica in your flower department. She assisted me when I went to buy flowers and balloons. Not only did she go above and beyond, but also exhibits what true customer service is all about. Something you just don’t see very much. You need to give her a promotion or a raise. I went to the pharmacy to get the bivariate COVID vaccine.First, I needed to make an appointment to get the vaccine. I tried to do it on the Kroger App and the app said no vaccine is available in any location. Then I found out they only provide Pfizer which they did not tell me when they asked me to make an appointment. But,I still can't make an appointment to get my vaccine while I was there. Because and the appointment can only be Tuesday to Saturday. In no place this restrictions was noted. All these constraints are very discouraging. I will never go back there to get a vaccine.
