    They lost my app order for my two smoothies. When they were finally made, they gave me the regular strawberries instead of the sugar-free variety. To make matters worse, the people working were very rude to me and essentially accused me of trying to get a second smoothie for free by asking for my receipt twice. I submitted a complaint via their solicited emails and got a canned response from a customer service, who said they would forward the complaint to the store. Over a month later and I have still not heard anything. I refuse to go back to a place that does not want to correct their mistakes when they were clearly in the wrong. Sad because prior to this I never had any issues, but I am completely done with Smoothie King until I get an apology. Do better! Update 3/30/2023 I have not gone back to this establishment or any other Smoothie King since this situation was never addressed. They lost a longtime customer over this.

    I used to come here all the time, then recently I’ve noticed that some of the girls work shirts were covered in filth! The store is not kept clean! No one is using gloves! But what really disgusts me is all of the old caked on smoothie and old smooth still in the blenders! I watched the girls continue to make smoothies in them as I waited on my order! Came back a few more times to this location and the blender pitchers and tops still look like that! So I walk out without ordering! I understand rinsing in between smoothies but they should never look this bad! 🤮🤮🤮

    I Dediced to Give this Place a 2nd Try, Another Big Mistake! GHETTO STAFF! I WENT IN AFTER 11AM, NO ONE WAS UPFRONT! I WAITED AWHILE UNTIL I HAD TO YELL HELLOOO FOR SOMEONE TO COME UP FRONT TO TAKE MY ORDER! THE DARK SKINNED GUY THAT MADE MY SMOOTHIE WITH A HOODIE ON & HIS PANTS HANGING OFF HIS BUTT!     Customer service was really good. There was a slight wait and they apologized a couple of times for the wait, ensuring orders were coming up. That's all anyone asks right! Just acknowledge and deliver. I'll be back!

    This morning literally 5 mins ago I go inside to order a smoothie and from the start there’s a employee with light and dark green eye liner on with the most nasty attitude, she’s very rude and you can tell she do not like her job. She was sitting outside, smoking a cigarette, and as soon as I walk to the door, she huff and puff with a attitude and as soon as I get inside and walk to the register, she said, what do you want rolling her eyes huffing and puffing. No matter what company there should never be employee of her kind (disrespectful) to work for any establishment. I told her she needed to reevaluate herself..

    Let me be the first to say, that I love Smoothie King! Their variety of Smoothies are incredible, yet is suitable for anyone who is health-conscious. If you're looking for a place that serves excellent Smoothies, then Smoothie King has all of what you need.

    This morning I ordered a smoothie and requested almond milk. When I picked up the smoothie, I wasn't greeted, barely acknowledged. I looked at the smoothie and asked the lady if almond milk was substituted. Her response was very nonchalant and almost as if she was being demeaning stating if it's on the receipt then it was. I advised I had an allergy and prior experience has caused me to ask because people act like they can't follow instructions. The smoothie was disgusting and made my stomach hurt. So I know regular milk was used. I wish people would take pride in what they do and have some integrity. I'll never be back to this place again.

    Nice location just a little tight space though. Lots of benches outside. Options are great. The three girls kept laughing while people ordered and it was unclear if they were laughing at us. Was uncomfortable honestly. Will still come back.

    I’m always a little nervous to shop, not everyone is welcoming. The employees here are so upbeat and helpful that it feels unreal, they welcomed me with smiles and jokes that lightened my mood and ensured I enjoyed my short visit. I would recommend this place for anyone with social anxiety or problems getting their words out, they help you out and you can tell they don’t judge. I will be back soon!

    Believe me when I tell you I will NEVER come back to this location. I ordered a açaí bowl today with no bananas. However, when I received the bowl , I noticed that there were bananas and no blueberries. I asked the same woman can and she just add blueberries and I’ll pick the bananas off. She proceeded to snatch the entire bowl out my hand as I was talking and threw it in the trash In the middle of me talking. From Their, when she noticed that I wasn’t being combative, she picked up the ticket and pointed and said “ You said no blueberries is right here.” I ignored her Again. She was trying to be combative by whispering to the other employee(Who ignored her). When she Remade the bowl, she instructed the other employee to give it to me. This is way too much for me.

    I visit Smoothie King at least four times a week and it’s always a fantastic experience. Anthony and his amazing staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Smoothie King have many smoothies that perfectly matched my taste preferences and dietary needs. The store was clean and well-organized, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Metabolism ginger booster smoothie is delicious, with fresh, high-quality ingredients that made it both refreshing and satisfying.

    I love seeing black women killing it, communication is key and these two women nailed it. They didn't miss a beat, respectful, patient, and kind. This is my first visit and I will definitely be back simply because these young ladies were handling everything that came their way.

    If I could give zero stars I would! When did this location become so ghetto and unprofessional! These unprofessional lil girls in this store do not know what they are doing! Kayla and the other associate didn't get her name, but very unprofessional, rude, and distracted by things that are not important. Smoothie King will never have more than 2 maybe 3 associated at a time. Kayla was constantly telling customers they cannot order and flirting with a young man that was loitering in and out of the store! The other associate was talking smack to frustrated customers, along with constantly leaving while the line was extremely long and gossiping about the Manager Latoya! She should be here! along with other things that should not have been said in front of customers! I waited an Hour for a mango kale smoothie, which she finally gave to another customer. The customer asked, does this have whey? she resounded yes, but it was originally for me, and I didn't order whey! Then continued to have a nasty attitude and complain about customers! I then tell Kayla to give me a refund, it took an additional 20 mins after being ignored and more bad attitude! Being backed up and having long lines does not have anything to do with professionalism. This store is always busy, and I have never experienced what I experienced today! If you do not like your job, get another one! Waiting an hour for a smoothie and dealing with unprofessionalism, bad attitudes is unacceptable. Also, a dead cockroach was in front of the cash register! Ridiculous! I have been coming here, since Edgewood Plaza opened, I have never dealt what I did today on 07/17/2022. Please get better associates in this store! These 2 little girls are bringing the store down!

    Pickup time was 4:24. Let them know at 4:34 that I was still waiting and they shrugged at me. It is now 4:45 and they still haven’t made it. Avoid this place. Edit: they had the receipt under a pile of stuff and have just now started to make it at 4:57. Incompetence at its finest. Once again…avoid this place.

    Ladies, beware, I was harassed by Atlanta police officer at this establishment for not acknowledging him as I walked into the store. I was not greeted by any of the staff. I was beyond confused as to why this man thought I had to greet him. you would think his job is to serve and protect but instead, he’s inside of smoothie king harassing women. Date 11/25/23

    Great staff, great experience. The manager is incredible, makes the perfect smoothie, and is very attentive of his staff and store. The barista Reign is so fast and so very accurate with her smoothie. My peanut power was creamy, smooth and delicious. I’ll be back. On the regular.

    Lol. Came in here today and no one came out to greet or take my order. Stood there for 15 minutes, even called the store and heard the phone rang and no one answered. Even opened the door again to see if anyone would come out. Then a customer who happened to be black came in and all of a sudden the workers from the back came out. I asked her if she saw me standing there for 10 minutes in which she replied and said “no I only heard the door when she walked in” (pointing to the customer who walked in after me)…. So what happened when I walked in? And when I opened the door again? And when I called the store? To top everything off, they gave the people who came in after me their orders first. All which happened to be black peoples. Lmao I really hate Atlanta y’all gotta do better

    Everytime I come here the staff is absolutely amazing and super friendly! They always make all the smoothies absolutely delicious!!! I probably come here too much 😂😂 even with the customizations …they never act like it’s too much. Best way to start, enhance or end my work day ☺️☺️☺️☺️

    Rude across the board. Manager was late new hire didn't know how to take my order or work the register they were arguing back and forth with each other. 2nd time I came it was 7:01 the Manager cane from the back asking what time it was the cashier said it 7:00 then the Manager stated oh if not I would have to leave..why have the door open if your are not ready to open..no good customer service skills whatsoever

    I love this location, it's black owned. But every employee don't share your same vibe. There's one lady who always have an attitude and it's not a good look. But I love everything else.

    Customer service terrible An my smoothie tasted just as bad as the customer service. The adults act just as bad as the kids so don’t bother asking for a manager.

    This location has went down tremendously. I have used this location for almost 2 years….the last few months my experience has been horrible. This is the 3rd time within the last couple of months that my order has been made incorrectly….this time, I took one sip of the smoothie and it was disgusting. My smoothie was made incorrectly, and I just wanted my money back…because I made up my mind that I will never use this location again. I was told that I couldn’t get a refund, because there was not a manager on duty. I asked who the manager was, and was told “Latoya Cook”. I ended up leaving the badly made smoothie and my money there. I was left with no smoothie and no refund. This was a horrific experience. I will be sharing this with the district and regional managers. I will never patronize this establishment again.

    I arrived to store on Nov 25, 22 at approximately 8:52 hrs and saw 3 female employees standing with their arms folded. 1 black female wearing glasses who refused to give her name said "were closed" I then stated but the door is stil opened and the door says 9p and it's 8:52. The same female looked at "Beth" who was said to be the shift leader whoi mmediately walked to the back instead of store in stead of taking on the leadership role and address my concern. I requested the name of the store manager however all 3 women refused my request. The black unnamed female with glasses said they were unable to make my order bcuz the register needed to be counted out prior to leaving. I informed her I have the smoothie king app and was planning paying through the app. I was still denied service. Finally Beth came from the back of store and offered no assistance and stood by her staffs decision to not make me a smoothie. I departed the store and sat in my car to write this complaint and I witness a man who entered the store AFTER me depart with 40oz smoothie which he claimed was an online order. At approx 9:12p I witnessed the female with glasses walk out the back door with approximately 3-4 smoothies in which she took to a black sedan. This type of behavior toward the public is unacceptable on all levels and I will be forwarding this complaint to yelp as well. Lastly smoothie king just lost my loyalty and business going forward .

    I think a non chain smoothie place would be a better investment. Although the menu claims to use real ingredients, smoothies still taste artificial. I have a dairy allergy and made sure to check the smoothie i ordered was dairy free. I was told it was that it only had protein in it. After googling the menu there was dairy and i ended up having an allergic reaction.

    Customer Service..... I ordered a 32oz Caribbean Way and a Lil Angel Smoothie. Everything was good until it came to my smoothie, there was another lady who also ordered a Caribbean Way but 20oz. They called out Caribbean Way but no size I assumed it was mine but it was actually hers as I was walking out the door they call out 32oz Caribbean Way I said wait I had a 32oz not a 20oz . Here's where the Customer Service comes in it's obvious that the young lady would like the smoothie remade but instead of doing so they just question her and say well if it's not open and no one drunk out of it it's nothing wrong. The young lady just took it an left. No one apologized or showed any type of empathy, just a lack of customer service and no concern. Off of this alone I won't return.

    Secure your smoothies. I literally stopped ordering from this location for delivery because they do not put any type of lid tape or covering over the drink. This allows for smoothies to be tampered with. I literally had to order from here today because Planet Smoothie is closed today. It’s a shame because Smoothie King is my favorite, but I have completely stopped ordering from here. Today confirmed even when the Planet Smoothie place is closed, I will not order from here. All you have to do is not be lazy and secure the lids and you won’t lose customers, but if you can’t even do that who knows what else you’re slacking on.
