Fantastic experience! Bobby was informative, offered good advise to meet our storage needs…and, it was easy.

Online promotion drew me in, along with location. Sales associate was friendly and professional, although semi-cheesy with his sales tactics (“we’ve only got a few of these units left”, “we have more reservations than units so don’t delay” … and my favorite, “you’re in luck, we have one left and the sale ends today”). Signing forms and getting my gate code was super fast, and move in was easy. Loved they provided a map, and that the carts were where they should be. Unit was clean and easy to get into. My only complaint is that they should have an asterisk by any online promotion, mentioning that rental insurance is needed. I’m not a fan of bait & switch tactics. Decent experience, overall.

I've stored personal items at the sandy springs location of Extra Space storage near the Publix at Abernathy Rd for years and often had helpful telephone conversations with Bobby even before he was the manager. I was very pleasantly surprised this month that he was able to identify me by my voice and address me by name when I walked into the store a year after we last spoke on the phone. Manager Bobby pays attention and is determined to provide excellent service to all. Thank you and Happy Holidays to you!

My experience at this extra space location was perfect from start to finish. This week, Bobby and his trainee Allan assisted with me closing out my storage unit. They answered my questions as far as clearing out my storage, facility hours, and the balance owed on my account. The employees at this location are courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. The facility itself is very clean and maintained. I would recommend this location to anyone and plan to use in the future as needed.

This is the second Extra Space location where I have leased a storage unit and it is just as nice as the Mount Vernon Highway location. The facility is extremely clean, secure and has great lighting and access. I called the corporate number before going to the location, and the manager (Bobby) was waiting for me as if I had an appointment. He showed me available units and where to find everything I would need to move in. He told me if I needed any other supplies that he could add them to my account and have them waiting for me in my unit when I arrived. Truly white glove service!

Although I was taken aback when I discovered Marva was on vacation, (she's my favorite), I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to be serviced by employee Jada. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and ready to assist me w all my needs. This storage facility is IT for me. No need for me to go anywhere else! CAT.

The employees are great at this location, very patient, was able to change my unit immediately when I realized I needed a larger one. The storage facility was very clean, and well maintained, something you don't see to often. I would highly recommended!

Bobby was SUPER helpful while I was securing my lease for my unit! Not only did he bring attitude/energy that made my whole morning better, but he was also super detailed in explaining everything to me. He made sure I wasn’t getting a unit too big or small for what I needed to store, and that I could change units if I needed to later. Every customer service person should be like Bobby, he is the best!

Taylor was an absolute delight! She showed me everything I needed to make my move seamless. The facility itself is also lovely! I had a wonderful experience today with this Extra Space location! I reserved my storage unit online last night, and the process was very simple and user friendly. I received a call from Chris this morning confirming my interest and reservation. Once I arrived at the facility I was immediately greeted with kindness by the manager, Bobby. He knew exactly who I was and had everything ready for my storage unit! He lead me on a tour of the facility, making sure to point out elevators and moving dollies to assist me during unloading. He was so friendly and attentive. The facility was very clean and did not have an odor (some other storage facilities I’ve visited smell like mildew). I would recommend this storage location because of its reasonable/competitive prices, cleanliness, customer service, and operation effectiveness.

It was wonderful. Bobby was very helpful, gracious, knowledgeable, and available both when I made contact before I made arrangements to be a customer and also in getting me started when I first arrived at the site today. He even helped me with the online contract signing and document preparation. He is justifiably proud of the top shape of the facility he manages, the cleanliness, the service, the ease of use. He showed me where my storage space is, how to use it, how to access it, how to get thru the gate, where to park, how to use the lock and the facilities. It is a pleasure to do business with him, and I am pleased with the facility. Best place ever to go. Chimere was awesome, she took her time, when I came in she was due to leave on her lunch break, with purse on her arm she was heading out the door at 4:40, hadn't had a break all day. She dropped that and took care of me, she took her time, she didn't rush, she did the walk through with me to the unit, checked the gate, as to insure everything was working properly.
