Gym is clean but your car is NOT safe in this parking lot!!! Multiple car break ins in this planet fitness parking lot! Security should be onsite monitoring the lot. We shouldn’t be in fear that our windows will be busted while we are trying to maintain our health! I told the staff that there was a busted car window in the parking lot and that it needed to be removed. Days later its still here!! Smh! Do better!!! The management needs to tighten up!

This is legitimately one of the best Planet Fitness locations in Atlanta. They also just upgraded everything within the last year. I've been coming here for 5 years. Once, I had to tell someone at the desk bc the bathrooms were pretty gross. Only one time, and that one time was immediately dealt with. They've also got a ton of equipment here, including 6 smith racks.

I’ve enjoyed visiting this gym but the break ins into cars has gotten so out of control that going back just doesn’t make sense. The gym has totally neglected to provide any type of security to make guest feel safe. I literally stood in the window and watched as a white, Dodge pickup truck pulled in with three males with ski mask on who hopped out their vehicle and made an attempt to what believed to be a “smash and grab”. After running outside to stop them, they pulled out a gun on me. Did I call the police? No. What’s the point. Just be extremely careful or visit the Westend mall instead.

So I'm back at Planet Fitness Greenbriar. Previously, was going to the Adamsville location, and I loved up until the past month. The gym has quickly lost it cleanliness. Though Greenbriar is a few minutes more away, I'm enjoying the location. I'll take some pics soon.

I love this gym. Outside of the fact that you can’t really workout in peace without being harassed by the male trainers. They stare and even sometimes approach you in midst workout. It’s so cringe and uncomfortable. Also, One time I was working out with a friend and a trainer said they needed the space & equipment we were using as if we aren’t loyal paying customers. If they weren’t so aggressive I’d rate 4 stars! (Employees will also hold personal cell phone conversations whilst you’re standing right there at the front desk, kind of ghetto!) Great equipment. Clean and spacious!

Half of the equipment is done. Employees stand behind the desk on their phones acting like they can't be bothered with helping. I PAY to come to a gym to work out, not do two machines cause everything else is broken and your DUSTY @$$ employees are too bothered to even reply professionally and without a nasty attitude. Do better!!

I’ve never felt so discriminated & humiliated in my life being a value customer of planet fitness for many years until tonite. The manager on duty tonite which said her name was Ced but I think it’s Sydni put me & my son out because I didn’t have an ID for him. From my knowledge the kids have to be at least 13 years of age & i can’t help my son is short. We go to other locations & never once got mistreated. She was rude & didn’t care about anything but using her authority to kick us out because he didn’t look his age to her. She told me to go bk to the other location & that was it. I will never return to this location & I guess because it’s in the hood which I hate to say it this how you treat your own people. The manger tonite which was dark skin young female need to be replace because she doesn’t no anything about customer service. I which I didn’t have to give a one star for her behavior tonite. Lesson learn will continue to go father out to be treated fairly…

I was showering in the ladies locker room when I heard a man's voice right outside the curtain stating that he would be cleaning the restroom WHILE IT WAS FULL OF WOMEN (3 in the showers, 2 in changing area). I asked why he had to do it at that moment and how long he would be. He replied that he was there to refill the soap and clean and will leave when he's done. I HAD TO WALK PAST A STRANGE MAN IN NOTHING BUT A TOWEL. I quickly changed my clothes and went to the front desk to cancel my membership. When the club manager asked me the reason for canceling I told him what happened and that I wasn't ok with it and he didn't seemed phased or showed concern at all. Just that I would be charged a cancelation fee if I decide to renew in the future. This is NOT ok!

The gym is fine but be careful not to leave valuables in car, thank goodness I keep my items in my gym bag. Seen multiple cars with broken in glass. If you do go here, part in a clearly visible area. They need security or police visits. I want to feel safe when going to the gym.

Equipment always broken , the the light skin females have very bad attitudes & and very rude , sign says no personal training but there is a lady who trains multiple people and charges them for it. The lady is literally at planet fitness for 8 hrs like she works there lol. She pays the two girls to allow her to do so. I asked the girls what there names were one said she was in charge and the manager other girl didn’t say anything just looked at me like I was crazy. New staff is needed here immediately. Also there have been multiple car break ins. This place needs to step it up big time.

I’m highly disappointed I have been working out at this gym for over 2 years. However tonight the manager Sydni and her employees decided to harass not only myself but other customers for having a hoodie/jacket attire on the treadmill arm. We are all adults and responsible for what we come in with. You can’t force people to put items into lockers or behind the desk. Everyone comes in to workout not to be nagged at and hassled over clothes. No paying customer wants to be harassed while working out. I have worked out at multiple other locations in Atlanta and not one has ever made me aware of this policy nor enforce it. It’s highly disappointing that this facility is picking and choosing to enforce things that don’t matter. I hope you find better ways in the future to address this issue.

The price is just right for what you’ll get at this gym. It is clean and has a ton of cardio equipment. Just not enough weight training equipment. I can’t believe they don’t have a scale at the gym. Friendly staff members and clean overall.

COVID ALERT - COVID ALERT - COVID ALERT !!!!! Management is very disgustingly RUDE! Due to COVID, I am very concerned to go into Public unless absolutely necessary. Because I no longer live in the Atlanta area and the fact that I've NEVER used the membership, I asked if my membership could be canceled via email. Although management was willing to put my membership on "HOLD" via email, they've REFUSED to cancel my membership via email. Someone in my household was diagnosed w/ COVID recently; therefore, I had to go to my doctor's office for testing and received a POSITIVE Covid test result! I spoke with Chance, who is the locations operations manager, who is who refused to cancel my membership. When asking him to escalate my concerns to his superiors, I was advised that "I already told you" and "they'll just refer you back to me anyway" (which is not what I asked). I have been going back and forth for WEEKS about this. Due to HIPPA, I shouldn't have to disclose my Protected Health Information. And EVEN THOUGH I have my paperwork to prove that I've tested positive for COVID and I've been requested to quarantine for weeks, I still never received any response from a superior. I just want to let you know that THIS LOCATION DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY and THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THE PUBLIC!! They refuse to cancel my membership and STILL are asking me to put the public's health at risk and go into the post office to send them a certified letter for cancellation of my membership. It would make more sense if they couldn't verify me through email, but the fact that an email was taken to set up my account with them, and the fact that I've been communicating via email with them... additionally, the words on an email are just as binding as a piece of mail in the court of law, it's beyond FATHOMABLE and very unconscionable that they would continue to refuse to cancel my membership and put the post office employees, their employees, AND the members of their gym's SAFETY at risk!

I am a traveling artist who uses planet fitness to take showers. I’m 130 lbs so the need to work out is not there at the moment lol. Anyways I travel across America doing gigs and plent fitness is my go to to get freshened up before the gigs due to the fact that I am doing what most artist do when they’re not famous famous. I live in my vehicle. Thank you planer fitness nationally for providing said service for me.

Do not get a membership at this location the staff members are extremely ghetto and disrespectful!! They also try to control what you wear here I was told no crop tops, no sports bras, I can only wear a certain type of sneaker and the list goes on. I was kicked out for taking my shoes off while I lifted heavy…I have never been kicked out of a gym for this just ridiculous!!!

I'm big on customer service so I give them an A+ in that category. I like that they are still following the distance and sanitation rules, and keep the facility clean and organized. There's something for EVERYONE! My favorite is the massage room. The only thing I would put on my wish list for this particular location is a Sauna room; otherwise I'm very happy!

No matter where you are in your journey PF is a great place to start! The prices fits and your trainer is included in the price!! Game changer!! Here in atlanta the adamsville location I love Rob he is attentive to what your goals are. He’s so much fun to work with too! A big plus!!

Unfortunately I have to go late at night and there is always someone begging when I leave out the door. No matter how close I park to the door I'm always approached. They need security in the parking lot at night and I would feel safe leaving. Otherwise the gym equipment works and at night there is enough room to spread out and have your own personal space.

This is by far the nicest Planet Fitness I've been to everything is super clean the staff actually greet you and says bye and pays attention to the clients the Black Card lounge and Spa is really nice I will definitely be making this my home Planet Fitness.

A really decent gym! Been going to PF for years and I visit multiple locations. During my visit, the staff were all female and very pleasant. The locker room was clean, smelt well and no machine issues. Definitely recommend it and actually happy this one is not far from me.

This was the worst experience ever!!!!! First they let me sign up for the black membership then AFTER I PAID they told me I couldn't use the massage or the trainer due to covid... Then they had issues with my account and caused me a $35 over draft fee with my bank. I tried to cancel the membership online but I was made to drive all the way to the location to cancel in person. THEEEENNNN, I was charged ANOTHER $40 (which they called an annual fee, that I was told nothing about) but that also caused another $35 over draft fee. I spoke to the manager who did not want to help me or refund my money. So over all I had to pay $70 from my own money for errors that were not caused by me. This is unfair and very unprofessional. I have come to the realization that I was pretty much SCAMMED!!! And to make matters worst, I only used this gym ONE TIME!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!!! PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ THE FINE PRINT BECAUSE THEY ARE TAKING MONEY WITHOUT TELLING PEOPLE!!!!!! SHAME ON THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I have never met a person as racist as the woman who is a manager. I have been a member of the gym for 3 years and since she started working as a manager, everything has caught my attention because I am Hispanic, I respect the rules when I give for everyone, it doesn't matter. color nationality or gender but it seems that she only has rules for me that is racism I see a lot of people who have bags on the floor jackets and wear sandals and they don't say anything and if I do it quickly it catches my attention it's just the mango all the employees Sun are so nice and she doesn't say hello she's not polite but maybe it's just me

Was here while on travel at the airport. Was pretty busy and most equipment was functional. However the folks at the desk were really not great. Singled me out for having my jacket on the ground despite many others doing the same. And not nice about it at all. Asked if there was a place to hang it and she just walked away. Like many PF’s, the staff really is a big drawback. I cancelled again.

A few months ago I posted a review about my dissatisfaction with the Greenbrier location not having a trainer. Now I would like to update that review by saying kudos to the manager for listening and standing by his word and hiring a trainer. Torrey is awesome and knows his stuff. Other than that I was, and still am pleased with the cleanliness of the gym, friendly staff, and atmosphere.

Planet Fitness Greenbriar has extremely helpful staff to a completely wheelchair bound person, a FABULOUS personal trainer, friendly fellow gym patrons, windows on every main gym wall, a wellness pod and super hot water in the handicapped shower. LOVE IT!!! Regaining 100% leg function is my goal, currently at 85%, up from 14% post strokes and this is the BEST place to do it.

Nice place!! Clean and plenty of equipment to use. However, you gotta read the fine print: there's a $49 fee, $ 49 annual fee and your $10 monthly membership. Overall, $220 a year or little less than $22 a month, not so bad!!!

Absolutely unacceptable to have no hot water in the men’s shower. And when you let staff know, they state there is nothing they can do and it’s a maintenance issue, instead of just keeping the water heater on the correct temperature of 120 I

No complaints about the gym itself or the employees but these random fees without warning are getting out of hand. Why am I being billed an annual fee in the middle of the year and I started my member in December??? As soon as the year is up I will be canceling my membership. If I had the patience I’d sue

I visited this location for the first time last Sunday. I was very satisfied! If you’re looking for a gym that is clean this is definitely the one . I was impressed with the women’s locker room, bathroom & shower VERY CLEAN , sanitary & fully stocked . I also experienced 5 STAR customer service with Khadijah, Malik & Jabari .

Good club but very few paper towels and seems like most people don't bother to wipe the machines down. Makes it gross. Edit: Planet fitness, I just reached out. Do your jobs.

There is a young lady who works at this facility name Sed that has tried to have me banned from pf twice. She has went as far to call the police on me to have me removed from the gym. One time because my code wouldn’t scan and my phone number wouldn’t appear in her system. Even after my home gym told her I was a black card member and to please let me work out she refused and called the police on me after I respectfully told her she was bad at cx service. (I’ve worked at pf before). Today, according to another worker there, she supposively banned me and called the police because I didn’t want to take a picture after making this gym my home gym. Mind you she was the only one at the desk and for good reason I do everything to avoid interaction with her. Also it was 6:30 the gym closes at 7 let me just get my workout in and take the pic later. I just can’t understand why she’s still working there after calling the police on me when 1. I didn’t raise my voice, threaten her, or do anything that warranted that type of treatment and 2. I had a black card membership and the other gym called her and verified my status. It’s negligence on pf side to let her remain employed there. I will be calling corporate Monday. I’ve been very respectful but this has become harassment

The location is good. Some of the equipment could use some love. They had plenty of cleaning supplies to wipe down before and after use. However, if you are a guest prepare for a lengthy sign up process. Just ridiculous and the staff had not work around and didnt know much. Otherwise good.

I’m very excited after my conversation yesterday with the instructor. He asked me very important questions about my lifestyle that no other trainer has asked. I look forward to working with this trainer and his methods to helping me gain a healthier lifestyle.

I find that when you see the front desk on a personal call and on the web to be more important to a young lady or man when It’s obvious I am struggling to check in it’s not a good idea to 5 star it so just as I put a full ve star it….immediately it came to me To 2 star it. Because that was when they put in the system that I was a complainer. I saw everyone taking time to read nasty notes that were half accurate. If my complaint is legit you should be shame and not proud of yourself. When you take a receptionist job or front line position. You have to Demonstrate a form of awesomeness and interest in your company’s guest. If that makes sense. The customer owes you nothing they are paying for a service.

Always clean, sanitizing supplies never empty, rarely too busy even at popular times, safe parking lot, SUPER friendly staff! Love my GB PF!

Both of the most recent times I’ve been here (about 5 weeks apart), machines/equipment have either been broken or “unavailable” for an undisclosed amount of time. There’s no point in coming here when you can’t even work out with your normal equipment. You’re better off registering for Adamsville or Union City because this location is pretty bad.

Easy check-in. Machines are new and up-to-date. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Great ambience for working out!

This was the best managed gyms in Atlanta. That was before they Hired Tashunda Barnes as the new manager. Horrible decision making! I had an incident with another member who tried to bulky and intimidate me from using a machine despite me being first and I had already cleaned the machine for my personal use. My personal belongings were also present when the other member tried to remove my belongings I stopped them and informed her I was using the machine. The Karen then proceeded to tell me that she reserved it, when everything is first come first served! Instead of analyzing the situation properly Tashunda decided she would just side with the rude female member. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!

I currently have covid and attempted to cancel my membership thru the app & over the phone however I have to physically go in to cancel my membership. However I was able to start my membership thru the app. This process is backwards as hell

Clean facility. Bathroom is always spotless. I am always there in the early mornings. I always see familiar faces so I assume they’re pleased as well. All equipment works. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Thank you so much! I go here everyday and I’m never disappointed.

All of the equipment is extremely old and rusty. Nothing in this place is up to date. They do the poor people wrong. Our community definitely deserves better, we pay our money just like everyone else. And some people don’t have transportation to go to better areas to exercise. More pictures to come. This place is a safety hazard.

I’m in Atlanta for a week. This is one of the most cleanest and the most friendliest staff I have encountered since my membership. I couldn’t find the location right away (even with Siri) and one of the guys guided me step by step until I arrived. I am TRULY impressed. TAKR NOTES JACKSONVILLE - NORMANDY LOCATION!

I like this gym because it has everything I need. I enjoy the atmosphere, no one is being loud or flashy. They have plenty of workout equipment.

I always enjoy going to this location because it’s close to home. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is always clean and quiet even when it’s busy.

I go to many Planet fitness franchises, but this one is the worst. The machines are old, which is not an issue until now all the treadmills seem to slip forward as you try to run. The gym is open 24/5 but if you try to work out late at night there is a good chance your car will be broken into or someone will be outside waiting to ask for money when you get done. Also recently the entire mens locker room has most of the cubbies locked up all the time. I do not know if members are just leaving their stuff here or if staff are, but more than half the lockers are locked up at all times, even when the gym is basically dead. I still use the gym regularly, but whenever possible I use another franchise.

I like the atmosphere of this gym a lot and the music is pretty good if your headphones ever die. There actually is a lot of equipment here. Also the gym is very clean.

1st visit. I was really excited. It was clean and spacious, nice vibes. I will now get a membership. No pressure, just exercise and enjoy.

I usually attend Planet Fitness on Martin Luther King. The workers are always pleasant and are diligent in keeping the facility as clean as possible.

Do not come to this location if you’re a truck driver, no truck parking!! I’ve come to this gym many times over the past year without issue. Today my semi truck got booted. Biggest empty parking lot around and they are punishing us truck driver who are just trying to get some exercise, ridiculous!! Do not come here if you’re a truck driver!!

I like to focus on wholistic Health, and taking care of the Whole Body inside and out and Trainer Tory is A1!!! All of the Metro Atlanta planet fitness is closed at 7:00 p.m. on the weekends, which is weird because it seems like everywhere else. The gym is 24/7. But this gym is pretty good. I guess some of the equipment is starting to show its age though

I’ve increased my workout time because I like the environment at Greenbriar. I’ve visited other Planet Fitness in and around Atlanta and in other states. Most of them have newer equipment but the atmosphere is different. By the way, I’m achieving my goals!

I really enjoy PF. I just wished it was more tailored to weightlifting and not so much cardio. It's a good beginner gym very clean and super nice staff. But expect more cardio equipment than anything else

It is clean, spacious and plenty of machines so I never have to wait to complete my routine. Free parking is a plus.

Area is good, parking lot isn’t safe so keep your valuables at home or out of sight. Currently under repairs but the google location wasn’t updated so I’m guessing we just have to find out once we show up to the door 😄

I love the Staff and the Members. Everyone is friendly, like family. It’s always clean and the new machines added are great. I love all the upgrades. It’s the only gym where I really love to come and train on a daily basis and I tried several gyms before
