The trainers are the main reason for my attendance. Well equipped gym, so that and convenient location and Silver Sneakers membership round out the advantages.

The Silver Sneakers program is excellent and the instructor Kim is a true gem!

It's close to my "hood", it's available 24/7, the management and trainers are professional and my health plan covers the monthly fee. Who knows? Maybe you plan does too.

I use the Sagehill facility and feel management has done an excellent job in implementing and enforcing CDC and state COVID guidelines like having do-not-use signs on enough machines to ensure safe spacing, a mask requirement, temp check at door, and sanitizing protocols. I feel safe enough to use it 4 or 5 times a week. It’s square footage and 24/7 operating times greatly facilitate safe social distancing. And Donna, the manager is full time. She not only keeps everyone in line but takes care of membership questions as well. Having a consistent and knowledgeable person on sight is a rarity these days for gyms, and is much appreciated. P. This is a great gym. They have lots of cardio equipment, weight machines, and free weights. The staff are exceptionally nice. Even before the pandemic, it was never overcrowded even during the usual peaks of pre-work and post-work. I am so happy they decided to re-open, even though I know they took some s----t from some members over the decision. But I go there every day or other day, and routinely they are taking all the right precautions to allow someone like me who wants to stay safe but stay in shape. There are sanitizer bottles everywhere and the machines are well marked for social distancing. And even if unstaffed hours, MOST folks are masking appropriately.

Great selection of equipment, and it's never so busy that you can't use what you need. They recently updated group class/free weight room and it's nice that there's a barbell rack in that room and in the main training area.

Solid Gym. Has all the equipment you could ask for without the crowdedness of a lot of other large gyms. Staff is friendly as well

Friendly atmosphere, zero attitude. Perfect for all levels of fitness and all ages. Equipment is clean and up to date. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The best thing about this place is the trainer Tammy. She is down to earth and doesn't put herself on any pedestal. Nevertheless, she truly knows her stuff and can help anyone man or woman reach their fitness goal. Tammy rocks!!

Great location at Sage Hill on Briarcliff Road. Even before COVID, it was very clean & maintained and everyone seemed to abide by all the rules. I’m over 65 and use the basic equipment which is perfect for me. I’ve always felt safe at that location next to a 24 hour Kroger and love the large parking lot. It’s a great location for anyone in the Emory or surrounding neighborhoods.
