I went by because I moved close to the gym. Everyone knows gyms run this weird game of inflating prices and haggling - this gym is the pinnacle of that. They said the price is 50/mo with a 90 enrollment fee. I told them I have two friends who pay 35 and 25 and they said that there’s no way that could happen they don’t do any price discounts. Honestly I don’t care about 50/mo I care about someone trying to hustle me. I kept telling them, I definitely have friends that pay that much. Seems like a shady gym and for 50 bucks/mo you can get a much larger better gym. I attached proof they definitely do 35/mo with a friends invoice (the customer number blacked out). Shady place. Response to Owner: Didn't let me respond any other way other than to edit my original response. What annoys me is how unethical and dishonest your business practices are. This is why people don't like gyms. I asked point blank, "why do other people have $35 and $25 monthly rates" and I was told, "thats impossible we never have gone down on our rates". I literally just uploaded someones invoice proving you flat out lied. Why not just say, "hey, sometimes we do specials and we let people in, but we just aren't right now". In your response you say; We allow our members to keep the rate they signed up with, even if it was 12 years ago. That's even thinly veiled with the innuendo that this was "12 years ago" and maybe not indicative of your pricing today. This was LAST YEAR you let people in for $30 dollars a month; not 12 years ago. Just be honest and people would appreciate that.

The gym is small, with very little room. I signed up under my insurance to work independently, but the fact they tried to get me to sign up with a personal trainer turned me off.

They hide the clamps in the morning and basically dont want you to do deadlifts why not put a library here instead of a gym if noise is an issue

This is probably the smallest gym I’ve ever been to and to top it off I only came once to try it out with a coworker. The two staff members short girl and blonde hair guy both told me it was $25 for a day pass (ridiculous because more renowned gyms let you try for free) and they apparently stopped doing guest passes. Well guess what I didn’t sign up. This gym is a joke

This is a fantastic little gym with everything you need to get a great workout. The only major downsides are that the gym is slightly smaller than a lot of gyms further out on the periphery of the city. It's not usually an issue, but if you show up during a rush, you might end up waiting a little bit for some of the equipment to become available. Parking is also a hassle if you're driving. However, the greatest asset that this gym has is its manager, Darryl. Darryl is incredibly friendly and professional and willing to do whatever it takes to make your gym experience productive and enjoyable. He moves seamlessly between having friendly conversations and making them feel welcome, to offering patrons tips and guidance about lifting, to doing the more mundane work like emptying trash cans and wiping down equipment. The facilities are four stars. Darryl gives it that fifth star.

Tried calling to join and they said they yes, accepting new members. As soon as i mentioned I wanted to join as part of active and fit program. (part of work benefits) they said they are not accepting 'those' applicants. They then went ahead to try selling me a discounted plan instead of the one I alrady should have been covered under. Double standards and marketing gimmicks. If they have open spots, how are they not allowing new members in 'certain' programs. There are a ton of gyms in Atlanta, and would recommend trying other companies for honest practices and not someone who differentiates between different types of customers. Update to owner response. - LA fitness and Planet fitness are both accepting the program. And better customer service. For everyone else who is trying to choose vendors in the marketplace

I was apprehensive about going back to public spaces during the pandemic. I specifically picked this spot because it was a smaller gym. First off the place is immaculate. It always smells like some sort of cleaning product which is reassuring. Secondly, Darryl the current manager there who also trains and keeps the place in tip top shape. Simply put he’s a Godsend. I think there are folks who keep places running then there are those who care. Darryl is one of those who puts really heart and energy in the space. He is bubbly and knows everyone by name that comes into that gym. It’s nice there’s a consistent reliable person running the space. Thirdly, for me it was appealing to be in a smaller gym. Less people and all. They have plenty of cardio machines and the fact they are open 24 hours is a no brainer to avoid what crowd may form during peak hours. Overall I like the space and it fit with my journey to get back into fitness and the World over after being in quarantine for an extended period of time like we all were.

Clean, quiet, small. Not a ton of equipment but enough to get the job done. If you're a functional trainer who does a lot of jumping, plyometrics or even calisthenics this probably isn't the gym for you. I go early mornings before work so street parking is abundant and it wasn't very crowded inside. The lack of locker rooms is odd to me but that's standard for all snap fitness locations I think. May not be a big deal to some but it's worth mentioning. Overall it's a decent gym but it's not for everyone.

Absolutely no parking Update: For clarification, I was coming to see about membership and join, but now I definitely will not be joining. There is no parking lot, and the street parking is extremely limited. I'd rather not park half a mile away and walk in the cold just to work out. I'll just go elsewhere, especially considering the condescending response from the owner. They seem like a jerk.

Moved to Atlanta last year and joined Snap Fitness after moving in, and I’ve loved the gym ever since. I workout 4-5 times a week, and no matter what time I go, the gym is always clean and the staff is always helpful for form and workout tips. The gym isn’t too crowded either, even at peek times like 5-6pm during the week. There also free weekly classes for HIIT and strength training that’s included with your membership. I’ve taken Lea’s mobility and yoga classes, and she’s the best mobility coach in the area! She also offers great personal training, which the gym offers at a small extra price. I love the small-knit community feeling of this gym, compared to the big intimidating feeling someone might get at a Lifetime or Anytime Fitness. Couldn’t imagine going to workout anywhere else!

Need to get a new ankle strap for the cable machine. Couldn’t complete an exercise because of this worn out strap. It’s ridiculous to have worn out items for how expensive this membership is.

Snap at Inman park is such a great facility and well kept! I really enjoy working out there and feel comfortable. I have been working out with Darryl and the personal training staff and they are all extremely helpful and encouraging! I do think there could be some more staff to help out but other than that it’s amazing!

My favorite gym thus far! Never too crowded, amazing and friendly trainers, well maintained/updated equipment.. what's not to love? Plus, it's open 24 hours so you can get a great workout in whenever!

Great neighborhood gym. Plenty of equipment variety to keep your workouts fresh, and the staff is so friendly. Just moved to the area a few months ago, it’s a walking distance from my place so I’m in here constantly and I’ve loved it!

Streamlined gym experience, feels like a real community joint. Has all the basic equipment and then some. Everyone contributes to keep it a clean, respectful environment, whch is how it should be. Membership is not prohibitively expensive, and the 24hours are a huge selling point. Located in a very walkable neighborhood (I walk from the Poncey Highlands area, usually at night) and I feel pretty safe.

So I had to come on here and make a review because finding exceptional service is very rare these days. I actually met the general manager, Mr. Brooks at another gym working out. I asked him about personal training and he advised me to stop by Snap Fitness. Later that week, I stopped by this Snap Fitness and immediately felt welcomed. Davion was at the front desk and greeted me with a friendly warming smile. He proceeded to give me tour of the facility and I wind up getting a membership because I loved everything I saw. He was very knowledgeable about the areas on my body that I wanted to work on. He proceeded to help me start my workout, while also taking care of other guests needs, running the front desk, phones, and keeping this facility clean. I truly enjoyed the members and service at this location. I definitely recommend anybody getting a membership and I want to give a special thanks to Davion Brooks for giving me exceptional service and being knowledge about fitness training. Thank you!

Snap at Inman Park is close to my home and very convenient. I bought a month of sessions from Darryl and was very happy with the program he created for me. He was very attentive to my age/ability needs and working around a couple injuries. He helped me lose over 20lbs and since then I've lost more following his advice. Never had a more sincere and genuine person working with me. It made getting back to the gym alot easier.

Snap at Inman Park is a great place to workout. The prices are reasonable and the they have all the equipment you need for an effective workout (Love the addition of the second squat rack). I've been a member for over a year and would highly recommend this gym to anyone considering. I especially appreciate the free group sessions, I frequent the Saturday morning yoga sessions with Lea. It's great as a recovery day.

Awesome neighborhood gym! Great walkability within multiple neighborhoods, friendly staff and trainers. Really a no nonsense gym overall. Good quality and reliable equipment without too much glitz and glammed to it. They always keep it super clean as well. Every member and staff is approachable. Also, shout out to Darryl, if you get a chance to work with him you’re already off to a great start. Highly recommend Snap Fitness in Inman Park to anyone and everyone at all fitness levels. Thanks Snap!
