The staff is very Nice! The company absolutely sucks! They talked me out of cancelling my membership and put it on hold, then I forgot about it, it’s been a year maybe more! However I came in today and I was informed that I owe them 79$ because my card on file was no longer valid, I don’t even know what card it was, and instead of just cancelling me they kept charging me late fees and other fees! This company scams! Why you can’t cancel your membership on line? They send me emails and text messages with advertising all the time so they have my contact! Why couldn’t they reach out to me? Now they want me to pay 79$ for not even coming in? R E D I C U L O U S! 😭😭

I had a tanning membership here for a few months over the summer and was impressed with the cleanliness and customer service. Everything with my membership was clearly explained. It was a little more expensive than the memberships I'm used to (in university areas), but I liked how I could do a lay down or stand up bed instead of having to upgrade to do it!

*DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME* I don’t know but biggest waste of my money (excuse my French) I paid 118$!!!! Too get an awful (AWFUL) spray tan, that made me miss my event, and hide in my apartment for literally almost a week *I LOOKED LIKE AN ORANGE WITH VITILIGO) And I go in (spend 15$ on a lyft over there) just too get told I couldn’t tan cause of some 24 hour bs. I’m not sure if they thing that’s funny or something cause I’m a transgender female, or if that’s REALLY there policy. I can’t even get my money back. ALSO too the workers at palm beach I will be reaching out too corporate for my full refund with your ignorant selves.

Worst tanning place I've ever been you pay 30 dollars to tan for 6 minutes if you don't have a membership. They want you to sign up for a membership they cut your time in half when you tell them no. Never again

Everyone is so helpful and nice here. Chrissie the manager is the best. Great beds! Clean and comfortable.

Pro's. Girls are nice. Not to pushie with products. The beds and lobby are very clean. Eye wear and towels are provided Con's Expensive without a membership Strictest rules. 24 hr wait between tanning. They will make you wait 6 min to get the full 24 hr. They shorten your time in beds. I am dark and tan often but they only let me go for 7 minutes in a 10 minute bed. Doesn't sound like much but when you paid $30 for one tan I expect the full time for the bed

looks like they have done deleted my older review because I don't see it don't come to this place the manager there is a joke you spend way too much money and then they don't even tell you they grab your credit card and they automatically withdraw from your account! pathetic

Lindsay is my favorite person ever and her customer service is unmatched. I’ve been a member for 3+ years and she is the first person at PB to ever remember my name. 10/10 this location because she works there

Always clean and organized. Busy enough that you feel it’s appreciated by others, but nearly never have to wait. Friendly staff. Seems there may be high turnover but everyone seems happy and well trained - no obvious sign of poor management - just the opposite - family like atmosphere.

I've been tanning here for around 4 years. Love this location. Staff isn't too pushy with selling lotion or upgrades. Also they have a lot of beds so it's very rare that I have to wait.

Love this PBT! I tan for only a few months out of each year to get a good base color on my naturally fair skin. I always opt for the Platinum level membership because I feel the beds give me color pretty quickly and I love the air conditioning in them! The space is open, clean and has over 20 rooms making the wait time minimal to none. The staff members are always warm and inviting without being too pushy.

The manager Brian is amazing. The store is always clean. The staff is friendly, informative and professional. I trust them to advise me on how to get the best tan color.

First off Brian S is absolutely amazing. He took his time and And really helped me with making the right decision on the type of Tan and products to use and buy. Plus tips on how to make it last. Really pleased with his service. Oh and this location is so nice guys. It’s spacious and clean. I added a pic of the bronzing most I just got to help for in between you spray tans. 🤩💜

I'm not sure why this is the only location that I have a great experience at but, it is. I was living in Buckhead now, Alpharetta and drive there to get my spray tan done. Love this location.

The tan was fine but the location has tiny nats crawling around everywhere. Saw one at the front desk and figured it was from the front door but then one crawled on me WHILE I was spray tanning and then I noticed them everywhere. Management definitely needs to get someone to fix this ASAP

I normally use the PBT in Acworth because I live in that area but I have visited this particular Buckhead location a few times since I work less than a mile away. The staff is very pleasant, I love the location, & I absolutely LOVE that they are open until 10pm during the week! On evenings when I stay at the office late, it really helps me out! I tan at Midtown and Buckhead (thats my husband) but the beds at Buckhead give me more intense tanning especially conparing bed 1 at both locations.
