Order was delivered on schedule and packaged well. Large pie was very tasty, temperature hot, crust crispy, cheese blistered, and toppings were plentiful. The thin crust option held well with the amount of cheese and fresh toppings. The dough used for the crust was balanced well, flavorful and very delicious. Large greek salad portion was good, the variety of veggies included was great. Ceasar dressing was ok and could be improved on flavor with thicker consistency. Overall, very pleased with the order on quality of food and value pricing for menu items. Glad to have them in the neighborhood.

This review is of the gluten-free pizza. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Instead of paying $21 for a tasteless 10 inch gluten-free pizza from Mellow Mushroom go to your local Kroger and buy two 10 inch CPK frozen gluten-free pizzas for less money. A better buy. A much better taste.

Great food! Horrible service! If you're placing a to go order you'll be better off ordering it online because the bartenders who supposed to be taking your order is too busy walking in circles and pulling out his phone every chance he gets. Horrible customer service skills at this location!

We love mellow mushroom, it's our fav go-to pizza spot with fresh ingredients & fire baked crust. I'm writing a review because it was the first restaurant we dined in ( on the patio) last summer during covid. I was very impressed with the social distancing & waiters/waitresses respecting us by standing six ft & wearing a masks when at our table. The restaurant & bathrm was also extremely clean. Everyone is also always beyond nice at this location, the wait is sometimes long but the food never disappoints!

We came in and got a table to wait for the rest of our party & one more person came than expected, the staff gladly moved us to another table to fit everyone. Then we decided it would be nice to be on the patio, so the staff once again moved us, very accommodating for us being a bit of a pain on a busy Saturday evening. We also stayed until close to closing, our server was absolutely excellent, checking on us regularly & making sure we had everything we needed. Food was exceptional, awesome pizza, salads & hoagie. Would definitely return & recommend.

We would have loved to try the pizza except we got there at 8:40 and was told they could not accept any more customers because they were closing at 9:00. I guess a party of 15 people for pizza is too much for the business to take. Although there were about 4 tables being served with many empty tables, I guess they did enough business for their day. Too bad because this would have been at least a $500 to $1000 of business made. Having been a server for outback steakhouse there were many nights we had customers come in 5 minutes before we closed and we still accepted the business. Maybe next time our baseball team is in town they wouldn't mind serving us

Food was delicious and service was great. The waitress was new but she did a awesome job. But I wish they had some anchovies so I could put on my pizza.

Consistently horrible service. Every time we come here it feels like we are bothering the staff. They do the bare Minimum and you can tell they don’t want to be there. They have be rude to me, rude to my husband and rude to us together. The food is decent but the pizza is cooked in a weird oven now so it’s always chewy and a little soggy. I would recommend finding alternative dining options.

Love this place, the staff, and the food. But last weekend's visit was frightening - customers without masks and flaunting their lack of distancing. (Not the staff - they were masked and respectful). I get it, it's a bar and fun spot for young folks and everyone is tired of being cooped up. But if you have any COVID risk factors stay clear. To-go pickup on the porch (outside) is available with more distancing room.

Carolyn was our lunch server today and did an excellent job. She realized we were a rushed group, so she took our order right away, brought our checks while we were waiting for our food and processed the payment immediately, and brought to-go boxes with the meals in case we needed to eat and run. The rest of the support staff were very helpful as well. In a time where customer service can be lacking, Mellow Mushroom's staff continues to be a bright spot. Kudos to Carolyn and the entire Vinings team!

WARNING ESTABLISHMENT IS PREJUDICE!! IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR YOU WILL BE THE ONLY ONES IN THE BULIDING. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to this restaurant on my lunch and didn’t even get to eat. They didn’t have 2 of their specialty cocktails they offer so then I thought I’ll go with a peach tea but of course they didn’t have that either. I ordered pizza and watched the waitress walk by my pizza atleast twice. The bartender walked over to the kitchen and had a conversation over my pizza and still didn’t bring it over ( not like they were busy). At this point I left and when I called to speak to the manager Roy he was very arrogant and distasteful and I will not be going to this location ever again!

I ordered pickup from here last week and really appreciated Julian’s kind energy! I accidentally ordered the wrong pizza crust type and he offered to have the pizza re-made even though it was my error! All the employees here seemed very professional and happy. The pizza itself was great! Although I didn’t dine-in, I definitely will next time as I enjoyed the atmosphere while I waited for my order.

Just came from the Mellow Mushroom closer that we abruptly left do to cleanliness and found this gem. The service was excellent! I enjoyed ever bite and just wish I could have stayed for dessert. I would recommend. Only issue was that the paper towels didn’t work in the restroom.

I have been to this location dozens of times over the years with my family, with work colleagues, and with friends. The food and service are consistently excellent. I love the hummus or the Greek salad when I’m not feeling like pizza. But when I’m craving a yummy pizza pie, Mellow always comes through!

A small vegetarian gluten free pizza 🍕 was ordered, once the pizza was brought to our table, it was not what we ordered. Therefore, this issue was brought up to our server and she immediately apologized and took the pizza back. She told us that it was going to take another 20 minutes to get our vegetarian pizza. However, few minutes after the manager came to our table to apologize and offer us some treats while we waited for the food, and also he told us that there was no charge for the small pizza 😀. We have been coming to the Mellow Mushroom for a while and understand that mistakes can happen every now and then.

They’re consistently behind on pickup orders. Expect it to take an additional 20mins on top of what they tell you. And don’t expect any kind of apology. The food’s good though. And dinning room service is great.

Mellow Mushroom is in a class by itself. I find myself not even bothering to compare it to other pizza places. First, the pizza dough is one of a kind. Every pie is a new creation. That crust! We love the greek salad. We order the large and it is more than enough for two adults. The Signature Esperanza dressing should come with a straw! Trying something new, we ordered the Could 9 wings. Double baked baked with parmesan sauce, cheese and chives. It's ok to indulge. You won't get wings like this anywhere else. Our pie this night was the Kosmic Karma. Feta, mozzarella, spinach, sun dried tomatoes and Roma tomatoes. The small was just the right size for us. It was hard for us to pull away from our favorite pie, The Holy Shiitake, but we did and were glad. They do an exceptional take out and delivery business. Not once did I feel like my order was second fiddle to the to-go business. Nicely managed. Great atmosphere, service and food make this a must on your dinner out rotation. Highly recommended.

If you like pizza with fresh ingredients and more specialty pies than you could dream up, this is the place. You can also build your own. The pizzas are hand tossed and stone baked which makes the crust thicker than NY style, but it's not that nepolitan style either (which always taste burned to me maybe my tastes are not gourmet enough). It makes them pretty unique and the pizzas are always great. They have some awesome sandwiches (I like the meatball sub) and appetizers as well (the soft pretzel with beer cheese). Outdoor patio as well. I usually do take out but it's got good service for dine in as well.

Smaller than others I've been to but still had a good sized outdoors area. Parking can be a little sparse during popular times. Food is always hot and tastes fresh. Love the pretzel nuggets and beer cheese!

The food is good at this location but they don’t read the to go orders properly. I always have to get my pizza remade and extending my wait time. I place my orders online so I don’t have to wait when getting to the restaurant. Today marks the 3rd time they’ve added items I asked to be removed. They seem to load or pile on the items you request to be removed. SMH

Mellow Mushroom is my favorite spot for take out pizza. They have a great patio and trivia under normal circumstances. For COVID, their takeout business was booming (I would recommend ordering online as the phone can get backed up). As of 5/15/20, The dining room is now open again with distancing protocols in place. If you're taking away, they are usually about five minutes after the quoted time for well done pizzas. The house special is special for a reason, and it pairs well with a Greek Salad!

The Mellow Mushroom is a great place to get a vegetarian meal or meals made with meat. They have pizza, calzones, hoagies and salads. The food is fresh and tasty. They have an outdoor seating area also. The server was friendly and fast to give refills on the drinks. I would recommend this Mellow Mushroom and I will go again.

It smells so good when you go inside and then the food comes omg it does not disappoint. It's a layed back kinda place but the staff takes pizza very seriously. Quality, flavor, service it's a priority. Kudo's to the shrooms team. And the Esperanza dressing is the best thing ever. Yum!!!

The staff was very helpful and they were also actively practicing safe social distancing guidelines.

Though they’re expensive for some specialty pizzas, their outdoor dining during covid is fantastic. Music is always too loud. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Their sandwiches are priced decently, for what they are. And everything is what’s yummy.

It was ok but there was slices with no sausage or even mushrooms asked for extra cheese.. NOT EVEN CLOSE... looks like they threw the topping across the room . I won't be going back .

I’ve visited this location many times and have had nothing but a great experience. I recently visited this location for a pick up order and I will probably not return. From the skinny loud bartender who was rude and unprofessional to the kitchen staff who were going back and forth dropping F-Bombs for everyone to hear. At one time this place had very good service and professionals working there. I will not recommend this place anymore.

This restaurant's way of doing curbside is different from other restaurants that I used curbside. At other restaurants, the food is brought to your car. At Mellow Mushroom Atlanta - Vinings I had to go through the patio where I had to walk by people who were seated without masks and my food wasn't ready. And the food was just ok. It's hit or miss at this location.

Pizza at its finest - Truffle Mushroom is a must-have.

When the staff of Painted Moose Graphics got to their hotel late in the evening on their business trip, they were ravenous. They ordered three calzones from Mellow Mushroom in Atlanta. They were delivered quickly to their hotel and were still hot! Those calzones hit the spot and started their trip off right!

We were seated and waited for 20 minutes to be waited on. Finally just got up and left. I really like other Mellow Mushroom location I have busted but this was not acceptable. At the least the server could have come by and said he/she would be with us soon.
