Sadly, this location has taken a HUGE turn for the worse since new ownership took over. First, let me say that I am a huge fan of anyone working in the service industry. I was patient while they looked for to go containers for the salad dressing, was polite as it took a long time to get our food, despite we were the only people in there, and appreciate the work they are doing to service customers. No one was rude. BUT....quality starts with the leadership! These staff members are not being trained properly. My $10 chopped salad used to come "chopped" (hence the name) and completely fill the container. As you can see below, the container is not even half full. The pizza for my son....can we evenly space pepperoni perhaps? Not the end of the world, but again...quality. Finally, the over sized sign about extra dressing being 50 cents (not that anyone would need extra dressing with only getting half a salad) is just wrong. You're charging $10 for a salad (since you raised prices). Make your customers happy with extra dressing if they want it. And, the extremely low class sign about not accepting fake money. Is this really necessary? Isn't that kind of a given? Do you know of a store that has a sign saying they DO accept fake money? And perhaps check the spelling of manager on it. So very disappointed in how this location has declined so rapidly. After our experience tonight, I don't think we'll be back unless someone from ownership chooses to respond to this review. It sucks too because it's one of our son's favorite restaurants and we live in Grant Park.

As much as my family and I love Your Pie and for as long as we've patronized this place, my family had the most undesirable experience here yesterday evening. Besides being served burnt pizza we were also served with a large dose of improper behavior and temperament when we asked if we could have our order remade since our original order was too burnt. I'm extremely disappointed with the service and how my daughter and I were mistreated. I plan to make a formal complaint and have also decided to not patronize this place ever again or at least until there are professionals in place ready to serve with integrity, respect, and who understand as well as can display great customer service while also being empathetic. I'm not sure who the new owner is but it seems that this site has taken a turn and not for the best.

The staff is always super nice, the loyalty rewards point system is generous, and the personal pizzas are buikd-your-own and well priced. Parking is 5 spots right behind the buidling, or designated 'retail' spots in adjoining structure.

Good food and variety including salads, brownies and gelato as well as pizza, pasta and spirits!!! The staff and owner are awesome. Faith and Amelia are rock stars. They were patient and helpful. It’s a family friendly environment. The pizza was cooked to perfection versus burned and charred, and the gelato flavors change seasonally.

The new owner really cleaned this place up. It is clean. Staff were friendly and polite. There was a small line but it moved very quick. Pizza was made/cooked perfectly. They accidentally gave my pizza to the wrong person however they quickly apologized and made me a new one. I will definitely be back.

We are visiting in this town and drove by and thought we would get some ice cream. We pulled up to Your Pie at 8:05pm and the doors say they are open until 9pm. We walked in and there were at least 20 people seated inside eating, but the staff greeted us by shouting "We're Closed"! They may close earlier then the doors are printed, but I feel this was handled poorly. Unfortunately we will not revisit this place.

I started going to this franchise location when it opened. Fast, friendly, and always delicious. Unfortunately it sold to a new owner and there is all new staff. I waited to post this review until my 3rd visit, hoping things would improve after the transition period. They have not. While the new owner has added a separate bar, hosts DJ's and casino nights - the quality and service when ordering food has fallen. Please provide better management and training for your employees! No one seems to have experience making pizzas or customer service skills and there's not a manager in sight assisting.

worst pizza ever! ordered the ischia, first they couldn't deliver, then got a call there were no tomatoes, would not change order because pizza was already started? whatever that means? ok, so ummm, can u put sauce on it? oh jeez. no disrespect to the young people working there, they were working their a**'s off!! but may need supervision on customer service....site will not let me pull up location. 1406 washington st. clarksville, ga.

The staff was polite, attentive and professional. My pizza was Amazingly good. I had a veggie pizza with vegetarian meat that was Sooooo good. Thank you for the warm hospitality and even Checking to see if we were OK. IT meant a lot. Thank you 😃

I ordered the bbq chicken pizza and Cesar salad. The pizza arrived burnt & salad, no dressing. When I called back the person who answered was nice & apologetic. However the manager on 11/5/2020 at 7:30 pm was not. Unwilling to make right, just kept saying nothing he could do, call Uber eats, call Uber eats. I explained I was across town & just trying to get food to elderly mother & sister, NO CONCERN. I’m done with them! Back to Mellow Mushroom & Slim & Huskies for the customer service & food. Photos attached **Less than 24 hours of posting my above I was contacted by the owner who expressed sincere concern regarding my experience. To “win” me back, I’m offered the opportunity of complimentary pizza (items) and the manager was updated on customer service protocol. I believe in second chances and will give them another one today. Thank you Chris Foster, your efforts are truly appreciated.

Completely mismanaged. This place is a circus. If you want to wait for over thirty minutes after it’s supposed to be your pick-up time as you watch people who stood in line an hour after you placed you order sit and eat this is your place. No excuses could make up for the ball that they dropped. I’ll happily recommend going anywhere else when you’re looking for food around here.

Your Pie is a counter service pizza restaurant with fresh ingredients and lots of options. Yummm! If you do the Build Your Own pizza, you go down the line, telling them what you want on your pizza. You can also do.this with salads, which I've had, and they are good. There are 3 pizza size options, the largest being 14". They have a good variety of toppings, including vegan cheese and vegan sausage. You can also order a pizza with predetermined ingredients off of the menu. Ingredients look and taste fresh. I love that they have supported multiple conservation fundraisers for wildlife. Yesterday they were donating 15% of sales to Panthera, a conservation organization for big cats. I like supporting businesses that take part in good causes!

Since they have re-opened the food and service has been excellent! Every pizza I've had from here has been great. It's hard to beat the price for a filling lunch. The management and crew are very nice and helpful!

My family and I had this place for dinner, and it was absolutely amazing! It was packed so our order mistakenly got mixed up, but they corrected the issue with no problem! Our kids loved the pizza and we loved the environment and the service as well. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend 👌

YourPie grant park is a neighborhood treasure. Since reopening under new management, it has been one of my family’s favorite regular spots. The pizza is delicious and everyone gets exactly what they want. Indoor/outdoor seating options. And plenty of options for beverages, salads, and special diets. The owner, “D,” is an amazingly kind man who always remembers what we order. Last night they hosted a dine out for our public elementary school and he hired a balloon artist to be there for the kids! Knowing he’s invested in our local community makes me want to eat there even more often!

This location is under new management. New owner, New employees, etc. My pizza was neat and cooked the way I like it. There are plenty of workers, not like it was before. Everyone was nice and courteous. Regarding portion size: they follow the policies so they are only allowed to put a certain amount of each item on your pizza so it's not going to be "heavily cheesed" unless you're willing to pay for extra. But overall, it was a great pizza and Everyone was absolutely awesome!!!

Worst experience I have ever had with any pizza restaurant. The first one was supposed to be Cheese pizza with Banana Peppers, Black Olives, and Chicken. The second pizza was supposed to BBQ Chicken! Like what in the world?!?! Is this how you operate?! I would not recommend the company this is straight BS. I came up to visit family and this is what I get?! And we get no response?! Absolutely Ridiculous!!!!! Zero Stars!!!!

We wanted to try out this spot to see if they were better than MOD Pizza. We waited for 11 minutes to be addressed and after nothing, I had to get the attention of the cook and ask who was supposed to be taking orders and she just replied, "me" and continued cooking, taking food out to customers and working on online orders, so we left. Guess it's back to MOD Pizza.

Isn't the best or organized location. Workers were playing while making food orders and I had to keep repeating what I wanted on my pizza because of their side conversation. Manager was very nonchalant and didn't care to help and didn't help until the workers looked lost. You honestly couldn't tell who worked there because everyone had on regular street clothes. The food was decent but could have been better. Better off trying other locations if you want a better experience

Abysmal service, cardboard pizza, decent prices. I wish I had more positive to say, but this place has been on steady decline since opening. Consistency is NOT something they're capable of, maybe if they paid their employees better... But unless you're a broke college kid, go somewhere with better quality. Literally watching an employee eat behind the line right this second, while I have been waiting 20 minutes on a single kids pizza.

I stay nearby and I would usually get a pie to go, at least once a week, however with this new management, the pies aren’t terrible, but definitely not as good as before. Last night I took a friend there to enjoy a couple of pies dining INSIDE so we could talk and catch up. We arrived around 815PM, placed our separate orders, and got our pies delivered to our booth around 830PM. We talked and ate pizza, my friend commented how she liked the pizza, and as it got closer to 8:45PM, my friend worried if we would be able to finish our pizza as the managers were preparing to close. She politely asked the cashier if we had time and he made a facial gesture that would indicate we might not be able to. We soon found out, as one manager exclaimed, with a smile, “Time to go home!” At 8:55 while we were basically still chewing and pizza still uneaten, they turned off the lights! We literally walked to the care still chewing, carrying our uneaten pizza in the boxes. We sat in the car in sheer disbelief how they would not give us at least 5 minutes of grace to finish eating. We started the car, watching the managers leaving the restaurant. We pulled off and noticed the time was only 9:02PM! What, freaking pizzeria, or, restaurant for that matter, closes at 9 PM on a Friday night?! I was on the fence about supporting this establishment with the new management company, but now I am definitely sure I will not patron this place ever again it’s not worth it. A truly bad dining experience.

Delicious as always the Nat pizza pie with pesto and dried tomatoes, cheese, chicken, red onions and I added hot and banana peppers on wheat crust. Stopped to see my one of my uncle's twin son Wesley and his wife. Then went to locate new birth church I watch all the time online. Farm burger was next door to Your Pie Pizza. So cool the Pizza location is next to Wesley baccalaureate school across the street. When they were born premature came our grandmother's house in shoeboxes with towels underneath so tiny now both 6 feet tall. Almost all the male cousins on my mother's side are 6 feet of taller. I missed that gene.

Nice Pizza! My husband loves their pizza and get it for lunch every weekend from there from a long time now! But I found a very long hair in their pizza about 2 months ago, I told them but they gave me no response and I stopped having their pizza. Today my husband found again a very long hair in their pizza, I wish they can be more careful while making it!

Great food, clean environment, pizza is Always fresh even the pre-made salads. We are vegan and they had everything to accommodate us.. even dairy-free cheese! Also the drinks are bomb. Impressed and happy to have this Place as an option in the neighborhood (Downtown Atlanta).

The keto crust was great. Everything else lacking. We included a pic of what we thought we were ordering compared to what we received. In their defense, we were advised that they ran out of jalapeños. But our pizza looked like it was lacking 75% of the ingredients from the southern heat.

My coworker ordered a spicy chicken pizza with spinach. Once he returned to work and opened his box the pizza had a foul smell. He went back to the location with the pizza within 10 minutes of leaving and explained the issue. He was told "No one gets spinach on their pizza" and they would not remake his order. This guy goes to Your Pie at least 4 times out of the week. He is a regular. Just money hungry and rude.

So impressed with the six perfectly prepared pizzas that we took home. The staff was friendly and eager to take care of each pizzas' unique customization. Nothing finishes off a fun day of swimming with friends like lifting the lid of the your pi pizza boxes and smelling the magical combination of ingredients. From the famished kids wanting cheese and pepperoni to the elevated taste buds of the adults; designing their gourmet masterpieces ~ everyone was joyfully satisfied and full! The manager even wrote each person's name on their box - nice special touch.

We had dinner here on 1/9/2021. The manager was curt with me at checkout. On top of that our salad came to our table 20 minutes after our burnt pizza arrived. The manager never came to our table to apologize. We have eaten here so many times before and it’s always a pleasure. What happened??? Thumbs down!

I've been longing for pizza from Your Pie since the spot here in Tucker closed and my Just Meats pie satisfied the craving. I should've stayed to really enjoy it hot out of the oven, but I drove back to Doraville. I will make this my spot and whenever I am on that side of the city I'll be stopping by. Customer service is lacking and if you have a to-go order. They just throw your food together.

First time here: I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza, I got my daughter a cheese and my friend had build his own pizza. We all agreed that our pizzas were so delicious. The little brownies at the front counter were also delicious. We definitely will be back and the customer service was great and made us feel welcomed.

DELICIOUS food that was served very quickly- especially for such a busy night. The staff was super sweet as well. Looking forward to going back to try more of the items on the menu!

I work down the street and we always order from this location. I only get take-out/order ahead for lunch, but every time I've walked in my order has been ready and it has always been delicious! First time at Your Pie - loved it! My pizza (the #4 with basil pesto - yum!) was delicious. I'm gluten-free and they have a gf crust option, which is hard to find. (Also vegan meat and cheese if that's your thing.) They also have gelato and there's a special "meal deal" with two scoops of gelato and a drink. (I recommend the Birthday Cake and Peaches & Cream flavors of gelato.) The service was fast and friendly. I downloaded the app and have already earned another free 10" pizza. I'll definitely be back!

This place hasn't been the same since a new owner took over a few months ago and turned it into a fun and cool place to be with a family atmosphere. This restaurant has recently changed slightly with an huge outside tv overlooking the back patio which faces Memorial Drive.Huge flat screen TVs are mounted above a bar area with seats to sit at the bar. This restaurant is in-between a burger spot and a liquor store with a high rise building sitting on top of all 3 businesses. Definitely one of the best underated restaurants in downtown Atlanta, Offers a unique food menu which includes a kid menu around $6 which comes with a customized made to order pizza with your choice of plenty of toppings & a choice of wheat or white hand tossed dough that's fresh and made in- store, soft ice cream and a small drink with unlimited refills on a modern touch screen drink machine. On the patio sits a red couch with a beautiful background on the wall that's guarenteed to get plenty likes if you choose to take a few pictures. The menu offers vegan meals which taste just like the real thing and fresh sandwiches made to the order with reasonable prices. On Friday's a live D.J. spins the digital turntables professionally and you would think you were at a club if you closed your eyes and hooka is offered only on Friday's which you can smoke only on the outside patio. The full bar offers wine , beer , and top shelf liquor as well as bottom shelf and a frozen new daq machine with a choice of two flavors with options of adding a shot of your favorite liquor for a stronger customized taste. Don't be surprised if you come in on a a ESPN game night and see other table games going on while a major sports game is broadcast on several of the flatscreens in and outside of this establishment. Garage parking is free and seating is available inside and outside by the front door and on the patio .

Food is always great but I have to give 3 starts because 2 weeks in a row, no broccoli and they left all the meat off one of my orders. They did give my friends free food the next day to correct their mistake

Used to be a great pizza joint with fresh ingredients and custom baked. Under new ownership now and I am concerned about how they handle COVID procedures. Most of the staff had masks, but not all. Some had masks with noses sticking out while one member had no mask at all. There was no separation between tables. My takeout order was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes, but it was closer to an hour. The pizza was still good, but I was not comfortable waiting in that environment. If you have immunocompromised family members or are in a high risk category, I'd wait.

Always good and fresh of course, love picking my own toppings and the thin crust, i don't feel guilty afterwards!

The staff was friendly, but not a single employee in the restaurant was wearing a mask. The restrooms were completely blocked with take out equipment which we ended up moving ourselves so our child could use the restroom and wash hands. I understand things are tough for restaurants and employees right now, but health and safety and ADA access to restrooms should be basic if your doors are open.

This Your Pie is awesome! The service is phenomenal and manager, Richard, makes sure you have a great experience. Beer (or cider, or wine, or cocktails) and pizza...it's the perfect combination! Stop by and enjoy. 😉

Love being able to order online and choose curbside. My favorite pizza is the Southern Heat.

Highly recommend this place, especially if you need a gluten-free option. I have celiac disease, so absolutely no gluten, and they offer a gluten free crust and prepared it in the back in a totally separate space. It was so nice to eat somewhere knowing the food was truly gluten free and absolutely delicious!!

We've order several times from the Grant Park location and the experience has been good on our end each time. The food has been good, the orders were ready on time, and the staff was friendly. We did have an issue last year where a seasonal gelato we ordered via the main website wasn't available in store and had to reach out to customer service online for a refund since they couldn't do in store. After several attempts online with no response, I called the store directly and the location manager made things right on our next order.

I'll start off by saying that my rating has nothing to do with the food itself. It is good. I've been going to this location for a while now, but recently the service has taken a hit. I'm not sure if they have been hit by the pandemic staff shortage or if they just need to rethink their processes. I ordered online and it said my order would be ready at 6:49. I walked out with my food at 7:10, and there was at least one other person still there who had been there before me. No one seemed to be in charge, and there was no sense of urgency. I'm not completely counting them out, but I'm going to give them a few months before I try again.

This location has recently reopened and is beautiful, clean, and a great place to come by for craft beer and great food! They do monthly beer of the month specials, and on Thursdays they do $3.14 draft specials which is unheard of! The staff is so kind and skilled in what they do. Couldn't recommend this location enough!
