Many stores are vacant, or unheard of local start ups featuring cheap mall cart quality goods. A few classic upscale boutique designers hold out as anchors, but they're struggling to maintain tenants. I look for them to eventually repurpose the building for another genre of retail.

Loved that parking was easy to find. Parking is free. Did not see valet service on this visit. Mall was pretty quiet. Lots of security and police presence...so safe to shop..but weird to see.

Last time we had Jonney Rockets was on a cruise ship and it was delicious. We sat at the bar and our waitress was excellent. SMOKEHOUSE BACON was great with chili cheese fries. Two cherry cokes. Usually Don eat like this but it was delicious!

I’m not a huge mall fan (too old I suppose) but when I am required to come to a mall Phipps Plaza is just fine. Not as full as it was 20 years ago-like most malls, it is still spotlessly clean. Nordstrom’s and Saks are still going strong, and several smaller boutique stores (Versace, Gucci, Cole Haan) are still there. Tiffany’s, Salle’s, Legoland are also located here. The mall is never terribly crowded, which I appreciate (it has never been), and there are multiple comfortable areas to stretch out and relax, make a phone call, catch up on some business. For kids, there is the aforementioned Legoland, but this is more a mall for couples, adults doing some shopping. Probably not a place to bring young children (try Perimeter instead). Overall, always a stress free and relaxing experience. I suppose the premium prices charged at all stores keep many away. Plenty of parking. Food court is only ok at the time of this writing, but I see that new stores and restaurants are advertised as coming.

I love to shop malls. I hope they make a huge come back. I’ve been to Phipps Plaza many times over the years. Very disappointed in the lack of any Christmas decorations! A huge disappointment I drove two hours to come here from North Georgia! You wouldn’t even know it was the Holiday Season!!!! What happened!!!! :(

This is actually my first time visiting Phipps in Atlanta. I’ve been here a long time. It was a little confusing to find the entrance. They have so many designer stores, and it was so clean. It was also much larger than I had anticipated it to be. I need to come back at some point to shop. I was just here passing through to get to Davio’s Italian restaurant. I will definitely be back soon for some shopping.

Phipps Plaza now has a new and improved seating area inside and outside. The outdoor area is beautifully done. With a touch of art from SCAD. The wind was blowing just right as I sat outside to eat. It's surrounded by building. "Life Time, Novelies, Nobu and the Market. ( I didn't get a chance to check out any of those places but the view of big glass buildings, grass and white lawn furniture is a VIBE) I'm not sure if the wifi is in the courtyard although it should be 🤞🏾. I'll attach a video below. I must say I wanted this to be my little secret. But I guess I'll share. Great Idea!

Phipps is an upscale mall with a variety of nice shops. Great if you're looking for name brand or luxury items. There's a variety of dining at Phipps, but it's not in an obvious place, and most seem to be situated on the exterior of the mall (or most easily accessed that way). The layout of the mall itself is a little odd; It has the main level and then upper levels to each end of the mall that do not connect fully across the building. One side goes up to 3 stories where the theater is, and I believe the other side goes up to only 2.

Great selection of high end shops! Travelled to Atlanta for the weekend and left my sunglasses. After finding this when running a quick search I immediately got in the car to see if I could get something as it was going to be a long weekend outside. Choices were endless, it was very clean and felt safe as covid measures were taken seriously. If you need a luxury gift or splurge for yourself this is the place to go! Valet parking was a nice touch and reasonable at only $7

We enjoyed this mall and will be back every trip to ATL. Nice, clean, beautiful and safe. Beto’s Taco was our favorite place to eat in there.

I'm writing to recommend Phipps Plaza as a great place to visit. It's a nice area with a food court, mall, gym, and shops. The food court has a variety of options to choose from, so you're sure to find something you like. The mall has a wide selection of stores, so you can find anything you're looking for. The gym is a great place to work out and stay in shape. And the shops are a great place to find unique gifts and souvenirs. I hope you have a chance to visit Phipps Plaza soon. I think you'll really enjoy it.

I was on vacation with friends and they wanted to shop here. We ran into a celebrity before entering. 🌟 Milan Christopher, he was very respectful and engaged in conversation with us as well as took pictures, also the persons that were with him were just as nice.

Helpful staff. Comfortable seats. One person in front of me wouldn't turn off their phone (they weren't talking on it but every time they got a message their light would get bright) The light was annoying but that wasn't the theater's fault. Kinda wished "ushers" checked for that sort of thing.

Traffic Traffic.... lots of parking in the parking garages... lots of designer stores kind of overpriced it’s pretty and we noticed Lego Land upstairs. Lines were extremely long for certain stores especially Gucci. For a minute I thought I was at Cumberland Mall🤨

We came here for the Lego discovery. Which is on the 3rd floor the mall is very clean with Nordstroms to one side Gucci, Tom Ford, etc stores. Lego discovery they prefer you to purchase tickets online. If it's your Birthday you still pay regular price. Price was $28 basic no add on. So I don't advise no tag a longs unless they taken pictures. Wish we could do the little movie theater but kid love playground area and ramp. I enjoy the kingdoms quest ride did not pay for RV portion.

Great mall in Atlanta. Very high end stores. Very clean and extremely safe feeling mall. Do not try to enter with a pocket knife. You will have to take it back to your car. Lots of security and police patrol inside this plaza. Not due to the atmosphere. Just because this a very high end plaza with lots of expensive items. Great food in the dining area also!

Nice shopping center, higher end stores and lots of security. Parking seems abundant, taller vehicles will have issues getting into the underground parking, however there is valet parking available.

Great place! Very pretty stores as well. I would come here if I’m looking to spend some money. Majority of the stores raise their prices 10%-15% and you don’t really notice it. Pay close attention!

Great Movie Theater. I like the Stores and restaurants and Starbucks located inside. It's also a great place to film movies and TV shows. But lately, I've been seeing a number of Dangerous Homeless people inside and outside the building. Please do something to improve this problem.

It's the best mall I've visited in Georgia due to the variety of stores (mid-range to high-end). Additionally, it provides garaged and open parking with enough security to make any shopper feel safe. The restaurants, food court, and bakeries offer good selections.

The ladies in the House of CB store are absolutely phenomenal. Their customer service is 10/10. I don’t have a location in my city, but they made it so simple and effortless. If I lived in Atlanta I would visit here often and I can’t wait to go one day.

Went to Legoland. Pricey but worth it for the kids. Games, rides, pictures, actual hands on Lego pieces to assemble and play with. Staff was friendly and helpful, rides were very fun... Play area has seating to rest and watch the kids play.

Not too busy. Great place to walk around with kids and stay away from the cold! On summer days there’s a little outdoor courtyard by the food hall.

The parking could be better but otherwise, it’s a really nice shopping centre. They have a wide selection of the popular luxury brands’ stores like Tom Ford and Gucci. There’s also Lego experience center and one of the nicest AMC theatres in Atlanta. The mall gets really busy and crowded on some weekends, so best time to go for shopping only would be during the week.

  • 4/5 Marianne F. 2 years ago on Google
Amazing. This mall is unlike anything else in Atlanta. It’s a mall, it has the LEGOLAND Discovery Center, and a movie theater. There is always good parking

Hours on Google are not accurate. Door was still unlocked and I walked in at 4:20 to purchase a dessert for my father’s birthday and was told they had closed at 4 PM. Sad.

Phipps Plaza Great location by 400 exit 2. Plenty of parking available. I wish there was better signage for parking and better signage for business. Large retail mall with large parking is good, but if the parking and directions are not marked properly, customers spend a lot of time finding the right place and best place to park.

Clean and never as busy as Lenox down the street, most likely because the stores here are out of the average person’s budget. Very little food options and there’s a movie theater in there. Not exactly my cup of tea but I do like to window shop here from time to time.

You think you spend over $400 on a fragrance and it wouldn't be used. My atomizer clearly had been tampered with. Highly disappointed 😞 with Saks. I purchased Lavender Extreme by Tom Ford, exquisite fragrance nevertheless!

Always clean always welcoming. High end attire can be purchased here. The mall has have four levels and there is a restaurant within the mall but it’s closed temporarily as I’m writing this 11/6/21. You can find most high ticket items here with all major high end brands.

Amazing location, great fresh soups, salads, and sandwiches. The restaurant is open and airy and am array of freshly bakes pastries and desserts. I highly recommend and will be back sooner than later!

Love this mall! They have all the designer brands like LV, YSL, D&G, Gucci, and a Nordstrom and Saks. The mall is clean and spacious. I went on a Saturday afternoon and it didn’t feel crowded. There were lineups to get into some stores which I didn’t mind because they were following safety protocol during COVID, and most people were wearing masks.

Phipps plaza is a very nice meal with many big make shops. We went not long after opening on a Sunday and it was nice as it was not too crowded. We went through quite a few of the stores. Almost all of the stores was occupied which was good. The mall common areas were kept very clean. Parking was easy to find and spots were easy to get in and out of.

Phipps Plaza on Peachtree Road in Atlanta is a cool shopping center that has a great variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. I really like the location and atmosphere that they have here. I have had a really good shopping experience every time that I have been here.

Great mall with a classic look. But when night time comes and you’re at the AMC for a late night movie. You’ll have a hard time getting out since most of the gates are closed. There are no directions provided on which to use.

  • 5/5 Jarrett K. 1 year ago on Google
High-end designer stores your thing? Not a better place in Atlanta to go shopping. With three stories of shops, food, and entertainment, you can spend the better part of a day here and still not quite see everything.

  • 3/5 Richard D. 1 year ago on Google
Odd abandoned feeling place. High end "look at me" stores with inadequate selection. The Lucky store was well stocked and fantastic. Friendly staff person huffed ot at as the only person there. Service was still better than other stores with a full staff.

  • 4/5 Pablo I. 1 year ago on Google
Delightful location with multiple brands, mostly tip fashion designers and top brands (Gucci, Dolce Gabbana, Versace, etc). The movie theater lacks of multiple food options and it's a shame that you don't serve sweet popcorn, hence the 4 stars.

  • 1/5 Valeria L. 1 year ago on Google
The location and service from white american administrators lacks elegance and class. While the location is quite central to the Lenox area it is priced fairly for the poor service the administration lacks. I would suggest a lesson for the facilities management on treating people with dignity and respect. I appreciate Phipps Plaza.

Great high end shopping mall here in Atlanta, Gucci, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Nordstroms just to name a few however bathrooms are very disturbing and disgusting lots of security through the malls entrance, and throughout the mall. Also check out Mo's car detailing on P5 and get your car detailed while u shop
