There's no other store I'd rather frequent for produce and bread. Kroger is my go to. Wish the digital coupons loaded automatically is my suggestion for improvement.

I am sorry the surrounding area isn't the cleanest, but this Kroger is very good. I am glad that there's a kiosk for dmv services in the complex. The services inside Citii Center are well worth the trip. Plenty of parking.

Dollar Tree, I've been a customer at this store for years. I took a friend with me to get a few things. We shopped and proceeded to the check out register. Everything was routine. I used my debit card to pay. The chime sounded for me to remove my card. The female cashier said I would have to redo my debit card again. She said I removed my card to soon. I told her I waited for the chime & the message to remove my card. I mentioned to her I came in often and was very familiar with the debit card process. I told her that the card terminal was old by the wear and how dirty it was & needed to be replaced. Her reply was " I don't have nothin to do with that " anyway, she argued with me, kept saying I don't have nothin to do with that. It was obvious she didn't have any customer service skills. I was disrespected and insulted. I decided I was not going to purchase the items I had, and was leaving the store. I went outside to wait for my friend that was behind me with his purchase. When he joined me, we proceeded to Kroger, which was our plan. When I was checking out at the Kroger register, my debit card worked perfectly! I have no intentions to return to the Citi Center Dollar Tree. It's sad. This store in the past was cleaner, staff was very friendly. The staff knew me, and I knew them, it used to be a pleasure. I hope the franchise owner reads this. They need to be aware of this. CWK.

Its the worse shopping area I've ever had to frequent. The Kroger is understocked and under staffed but security is everywhere The nailshops are a waste of money unsanitary and rude enough to make you want a refund. Poor clothing options at the stores offered...m The food options are the worse in the city. It smells like trash water most days. Just avoid it unless you really have no choice 🤷

High traffic, which your surroundings because there are people hanging around looking for easy prey. Parking lot needs attention needs to be re-paved, and Kroger needs to be renovated. In fact, all of the stores need to be renovated.

Filthy parking lot, cars parked everywhere they shouldn't be, Marijuana smell thick outside, store personnel fairly nice and helpful at the money services area and the self ck out area. Store inside is clean...too bad the outside is a ZOO !

Metropolitan Kroger seems to be running as good as or better than before it's closure due to theft of all primary electrical and communications wiring

I went to get a couple of things that Walmart didn't have!!! Kroger's always seem to have everything in stock!!! It was crowded here!!! Maybe that was why people come to this Kroger's!!!

The re-opening of Kroger was very nice, & some of the staff remembered me since I hadn't been there since the closure. It was clean as it has always been when I visit, & the Cashiers were friendly.

This experience shipping my car with Adam from Xpress Auto Transport has been highly pleasurable. I didn’t have to continuously call them to find out where my car was, which was nice. I was even able to pack some personal items in the car.

Talked to new store manager, Mr. Dean, thankful he's here, wished him well. Store already has better atmosphere since he interacts with staff and customers, better than some phantom managers we've had since the wonderful Mr. Warfield was transferred

A really bad part of town. Even a cop was inside patrolling. No cashiers either... is all self checkout. The store is very old but huge with alot of inventory. Drunks and homeless people begging. I had 3 people asking for money, weed, beer, and cigarettes.

This Kroger is not for handicap and disabled, can't hardly ever get a riding cart, always 2 out 3 broken. Not a good experience.

Very nice security people, helpful staff to show me where things were and pleasant cashiers and self checkout attendants.

So chose this store as it is easy to get in and out of with the parking set up and the product I searched for showed available here and the store was clean but was busy easy on an out in the store as well!

I don't shop at this Kroger often,but when I'm in the area I do. I like how much space it has.

Shopped this location before, but wasn't impressed on this visit. I know it was Christmas Eve, but the store was extremely dirty and unorganized. Only one cashier was working the front. The line was extremely long with no help in sight. I exited the store to find another.

I love kroger they have great sells, i like dollar tree but they need to stay stock up the one in greenbrier is the bomb they have eveeythiing you want.

Plenty of parking and many shops. First time over here, area could be cleaner. Oddly enough, not all that bad to walk around. I like the fact that there's a tag kiosk inside that stays open till 11PM. Good size Kroger. I will be back over this way again.

Kroger was fine but Dollar Tree was a mess and is always a mess! Plus they never have much of anything that I go in for. This is probably the worst one in the area. They should rename it Junky Tree. Sorry but it pulled my visit away down in the ratings.

It's a pretty colorful part of town. Personally I have never had a problem here and I have lived in the area since 1998. However if urban decay is not your thing then you might be a little nervous. Yes crack hos still exist and bless the Kroger employees with what they tolerate. I love the dollar tree here. Very nice staff and while it is small store it has a good selection.
