This guy is a great salesman lol... I had to support his hustle... He is located inside of Cumberland Mall...he shined up my whole families shoes... Did both of my sneakers.. he was cool.. friendly.. all good vibes.. positive energy and great advice....he even showed concern for my hand that got sliced...and gave advice... I would recommend buying this or even just going to check it out.... He brought my sneakers back to life lol.... But great spot... Great sale. Great dude..... Check him out and support..

Spacious mall. Spacious parking space. It has a very good and clean food court with many eateries. It also has good number of shops. This mall is very clean and is well maintained. Macys is located in the mall. It has clean restrooms. Costco is also part of this mall. This is just 5 minutes walk from Cumberland Transfer Center. During weekend evening this mall is little crowded. Transit to Cumberland mall is available from Arts center and Midtown Marta stations.

Never out this way so decided to check out this mall. Store selection is okay. Mostly hype clothing/shoe stores. though the armed private security guards in each store were concerning. Also it is pretty crowded/noisy with a steady flow of energetic youths.

I have never felt unsafe at a mall until I went this mall. I used to come here weekly years ago but the last two times I literally rushed to leave because it was just pure chaos! In the parking lot a woman cut us off as we were pulling into a spot and flicked us off. In maggianos a fight went down between two employees and the cops and security had to be called. Inside the mall we had a several people bumped Into my husband so hard that he was knocked back. We got dirty stares. No one was socially distancing, wearing masks or being respectful to anyone at all!! I even caught a girl walking out of a store with her hands down her pants digging at herself!!!!! Just pure filth! Then when leaving saw another fight go down outside the entrance!!!! If they do not get the riff raff situation under control soon it’s going to be insane!!!!! Will never return!

This is a much nicer mall than the Cobb Galleria Mall. That's a lot more stores and food options here. Most importantly, there is some vibe and energy here that is lacking at the Cobb Galleria across the freeway.

I love coming to this mall on the weekends all the time. And this is my favorite place to go to on Saturdays and Fridays to get some food from the food court, some bubble teas from their fruit juice / drink stand, to play in the arcade center, and to hang out with my mom at too. Great place.

Good mall for shopping and eating. Ton of options within the mall and they even have a arcade inside as well. It can get crazy busy during the weekend with baseball games happening.

I came here just for one thing. My husband needed body oils the mall was very clean and bright. Of course tons of teens and kids it was the weekend. The parking lot was horrible because of the other businesses nearby. We had to park so far for the mall. Other than the parking it was a great experience.

Check out POLICIOUS LLC , It’s upstairs right by the elevator. They have the best mink eyelashes, wigs, bundle deals, closures, frontals and waist beads. Superb customer service and everything on hand.

Cumberland Mall features a wide variety of stores and restaurants in Atlanta, Georgia. Pop in for a quick visit or spend the whole day exploring the brands you love and enjoying some of Atlanta's favorite food and restaurant options. With a convenient location close to the Cobb Galleria Centre Convention Center and the new Atlanta Braves stadium, this Cumberland Mall is the preferred shopping destination for Atlanta visitors and residents alike. It's not always safe at night so don't go alone

Great place to slide through for a quick lunch. Now that they have a bowling alley, Planet Fitness, Costco and Golf Galaxy you could spend several hours here and have things to entertain yourself with. Great place to visit. Good mall and worth the stop in. 🇺🇸⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏🏾🐺

The mall itself is wonderful. There's a lot of really good stores. The only drawback is the parking lot and lack of parking. It's chaos. But if you can run the gauntlet and make it inside, you'll love it.

To all, there is one very special shop that caught my attention.... stay tuned so that I can YELL u the name. Yes YELL because its all lovely. The owner is helpful, funny and prices are reasonable. There are only 5 or 6 of each item, it's as if your item is one of a kind and thats practically true. Stay tuned 😉

This shopping mall is just way too busy. I don't know if we went at the wrong time of the month, here on the 4th day of the month, and it's like a zoo. If you like overcrowded places, then this is a must visit for you! If you dislike crowded places, stay far, far away. I just love how the owners of the property crammed in all of the extra stores from Costco to stand alone eateries onto every square inch of the grounds. Lots a fashionable places on the inside to visit if your staying En Vogue with society. You can hit it and get it.

Love most of their food and their deserts are delicious. My favorite appetizers are the grilled mushrooms and samosas. Their drinks are also delicious! Word of caution, if you come during peak lunch or dinner hours expect to wait (though the wait in your surrounding area is beautiful and serene)! Also parking can be a bear if you expect to park closer to the restaurant. Since I don’t like waiting I plan to go when they open first thing for lunch (parking is ample around that time) or an hour before dinner starts.

Like normal, Cumberland was clean. We arrived right when they opened and the mall quickly packed up. The stores were open on time and the employees were pleasant and polite. It is a good mall to get quick items needed.

This place is basically the hub for all the goods that anyone would want! They do not have major stores like Adidas, Nike, and Puma. But you can find their products in other stores in this mall. The food court has a good variety of foods and deserts. I would recommend this mall a hundred percent!

It was my first time here and I enjoyed my shopping experience for the most part. I loved a Thai restaurant in the food court, the food was fresh and delicious. The staff in the M.A.C store were so awesome and welcoming. I had a massage which was great. I was going to buy some perfume from a perfume store but the staff weren't very helpful and didnt make me feel appreciated so I won't recommend or be returning there but in all the experience was good.

The atmosphere was nice. The people practiced distancing, wore masks. It was not overly crowded. Food court was managed well. They had a USPS there which I thought was great for the holidays. I did not go for shopping, but I plan to go back for shopping in the future.

A run down, mostly forgotten about mall that never had that one thing you need and can't find anywhere but Amazon. Walk through the food court in opposite directions for extra free samples. Hop on the busses across the street to make a quick getaway.

This place is a NIGHTNARE to park, and on top of it all, people are rude. Lots of fancy cars, no courtesy. If the Cheesecake factory wasn't here, I would not go at all.

As far as here to shop,I wouldn't. They have the same stores as evert other mall. What's about this location is the new fun center slash bar that was added on the top floor.

Nice mall!!! just searching for walking shoes I found what I was looking for in DSW It was great to have everything in one big mall headed to Costco. Customer service in both stores was great people in the South have that southern hospitality. Love it!

Nice place to shop, I was picking up a gift before a birthday dinner. Lots of options available. Parking was a little packed up, it seems the mall shares parking with the Costco and the gas station had lots of cars coming and going.

Had to go to the Apple Store for an iPhone repair and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to navigate this mall and the kindness and attentiveness of employees in multiple stores like Bath and Body Works, Victorias Secret, Macys and especially Apple. Everyone that I interacted with was helpful and kind and I would definitely go back based on this experience.

Cumberland Mall used to be a nice place to shop but no longer. It's honestly become quite ghetto they really don't have any good stores and far too many young people hanging and spending zero dollars. There has been shootings which is completely unacceptable and ridiculous. I personally witnessed the staff in Champs get into a fight with each other and close the store as a result. The only reason I gave it two stars is because Bath and Body works is still there and Cheesecake Factory. If not for those two reasons I'd never step foot in or near.

Mainly casual clothing stores and chain restaurants. There’s a Planet fitness gym, bowling alley, US mail office, jewellery repairs and sales, Vietnamese nail salons. The mall seems like an attraction for teenagers and young adults…there is constant music which is annoying. In-house Security is active and there is frequent patrolling. More of a checkbox mall… not your typical upscale mall. Apart from the Braves stadium nearby, there aren’t many attractions.

Maybe I'm old fashioned but it seems to me that the type of consumer that visits this mall is rude compared to the mall at Douglasville not, that there isn't rude people at the Douglasville mall either but, when compared to one another, Cumberland sucks and it expensive compared to the other. It's only my 3rd visit there and my last perhaps.

5/5 this is my fav mall and I shop a lot. it has such a big variety of stores from anime shops, food shops and clothing. I was able to find lots of gifts here particularly at Boxlunch. they need a raise for the great customer service they have. The stores were still clean even while Black Friday was happening

Regardless as to what store you venture into you are greeted with a smile. You can't tell by there action if they had or have a stressful day. A great place to exercise beforehand and shop later..it's really a one stop shop (exercise, shop, pick up lunch and the post office).

This was a nice mall and the first thing we did during our Atlanta visit. Great for stretching your legs. We were glad everyone had masks on, but it was so busy that it made us pretty uncomfortable. It was sardines in there, but of course this was on labor day. Plenty of parking.

Well me and the girls ate at the Cheesecake Factory, my teenage son walked into the mall to go to the Apple Store to see if he could get the back of his iPhone 13 repaired. Even with insurance it would be $99 to fix the phone but he said they were very nice the mall as most malls are right now was it terribly busy The Cheesecake Factory was great and the service at the Apple Store was really nice too.

  • 5/5 Tameasha C. 1 year ago on Google
My friends & I had a really great shopping experience here while visiting out of town. They had a great selection of stores here. You could basically find anything you want/need here. We'll definitely be back.

  • 5/5 Angela 2 years ago on Google
First time here it was very busy I guess due to the holidays, but it was a very calm environment. The store was stocked, booming with customers looking for great specials which was displayed on the outside of the stores window's. Very Clean, comfortable if you just want to seat down, and just relax without anyone bothering you. Yes, they do close early I do not know if that's everyday or it's just because of the holidays.

Cheesecake Factory for my grandson's 10th birthday brunch. Put smiles on his face. Then we walked it off through the mall. Real nice shopping and good court.

The mall was good. It was packed, but the vibe was still holiday. First time in a mall in Atlanta. Stores were average price so all in all a decent mall. PS- we went on a whim just passing thru, we didn’t even feel under dressed (travel clothes) or out of place. Would recommend.

  • 5/5 Tawanda A. 1 year ago on Google
Lots of shopping and eating options. I was disappointed they hadn't changed their holiday hours when I was there since it was the first week of December. Otherwise, great experience. Very nice Macy's and several other popular stores.

  • 3/5 Mohammad J. 2 years ago on Google
It’s not one of the best mall in Atlanta although it’s huge and wide variety of middle brand and you can find costco just next to it, and big play ground for child, and big food court, but good and decent restaurant around

Malls are for kids! I don't like going to the mall on a Saturday. I was there with a friend who had to stop. We were there much longer than I wanted to be. This place was filled with kids flirting with adults like me. Oh no!

This is a nice mall. They have stores that we don't have at home, so coming to this mall, my kids were able to shop at places that they don't normally shop. They found really cool items in most of the stores they visited. The food smelled scrumptious, circulating through the mall. If you're ever in GA, make sure to visit this mall. It also had The Cheesecake Factory nexr to it and other eating places that weren't inside the mall.

  • 5/5 Kelly L. 2 years ago on Google
I remember when this mall was built (yes, I'm old!), and I still love Cumberland. I feel it is safer than other Atlanta malls too. Macy's curbside service is horrible though. See my review on it if you want more info. Otherwise though, this is the hometown mall where I feel safe and comfortable.

Always a new interesting store to check out every time i visit, beautiful experience. The Clothing stores have options for everyone whether you want to empty your wallet or look for something casual. Amazing mall

  • 3/5 Harold B. 2 years ago on Google
Nice place to visit but not so family oriented. Very young crowd. If you go for the restaurants the parking is challenging. The side without the restaurants has plenty of parking but you will then have to walk through the mall to get to the restaurant side which is different than the food court which is inside the mall. Also security only patrols the parking lot I never see security walking inside which is something Management should address.

Michael and the staff are very helpful/friendly and the food is even better. Super excited for the Cumberland location to open up so I can pick up a bite before and after Braves games. Food is super solid and very well priced.
