DO NOT SHOP HERE under any circumstances. The parking lot scam is real, regardless of whether or not you are a patron of the establishments. You will get booted, they will charge you $75 and won't even talk to you about anything else but paying or info until you have paid it. They claim not to have any control or info on who does and all disputes go back to the same company scamming. Property manager must be in the know. Have your receipt from a store in hand, they don't care. It's too bad because I really love Flower Child and the people in there were great, but it isn't worth the scam and hassle. I went back in and told the cashier about the parking lot scam too so they could hopefully warn patrons or tell management. Doubt it. Disputing charges, took pictures for my lawyer and looking into unlawful seizure. At the very least I'll email Fox 5 and see if they want to story it, looks like a lot of people have this same issue.

Yes, I was another victim of this mall's parking scam and a victim of a $75 theft! You see, I'm from Calgary, Canada and I naively stopped my rental car to get my coffee at Starbucks - after carefully observing whether or not I could stop there for a few moments! I read and reread the signs and saw that “customers could park for purchases” - how could I have guessed that this was another mall in the same space and another owner?! Please don't go through what I went through!! Run away from this place!

TRASHY! For a ‘luxury’ shopping center their parking lot is embarrassing. Even if you’re a patron they will boot your car and refuse to let you talk to anyone but the people booting about it. Tried to ask for whoever makes the rules and they refused to give me a number. It seems like their whole brand is created to make money off of getting people to pay for getting boots off, as if you even step outside the parking lot for any amount of time they will boot you. $75, so greedy, when you’re advertising yourself as luxury. If I had any stores in shops around lenox I would be angry to find out this is how my customers are being treated by the property owners.

Tourist from out of town and got a boot on my car. The state I'm from has many malls and areas around them with parking. This "shopping center" thats has stores normally in malls is too close to the actual mall. Wouldn't recommend this place as they are rude and shameful. Even if you visit stores there and walk across you still get a boot not fair and very sad practice already told my friends and family new to the area to not shop around this area as they are clearly running a shopping scheme and against their customers. They clearly watch their customers which is weird already knowing you being watched your whole experience shopping in these establishments. Many people have even stated this is the mall in the comments. AGAIN EVEN IF YOU PARK AND VISIT HERE AND GO ACROSS TO THE OTHER MALLS YOU WILL GET A BOOT. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WILL FIGHT WITH YOU WITH SHOPPING BAGS OR NOT. Shame on yall....

I went to Tag Heuer to send my Aquaracer watch to be serviced. The very nice gentleman told me how long it would take to come back. I decided to wait until after my vacation. The man looked puzzled, I explained to him I was concerned because my bezel was turning. He took the turned the bezel to its starting point. Then he explained to me the purpose for the bezel movement. I was so embarrassed as I explained I never read the owner’s manual. The gentleman smiled and stated "It's a simple mistake. "

Great stores, but parking is a nightmare! It also seems to be a lot of loitering in the parking lot. I drove by a guy taking a leak right in the parking lot.

Just moved to the area and never been here before but wanted to go to the Nike store. Found parking here and saw it said parking for shops around Lenox and we thought sweet because we didn't know there was a difference between the 2 but I guess there is. Innocent mistake because we didn't even know the Nike store was in a mall. But they booted our car because we went to the nike store for 45 minutes and had to pay $75. They should give people a 1st time leniency to teach and record our license plate and if we do it again then charge us. Really leaves a bad taste in our mouth for people that just moved here and didn't know or understand the difference. Needless to say, we will be taking our business to other places.

They are running a possibly illegal racket here. Signage is confusing and it’s not clear who owns what shops. If you accidentally go to a shop that isn’t considered “Shops around Lenox” they will charge you boot you and charge you $75. I guess times are tough and they need extra revenue, it’s just disgusting this is how they chose to make more money. I’ll never come here again and am surprised they don’t have a class action lawsuit filed yet.

Absolutely the worst place on planet Earth. The parking here is ridiculous. I need to pay 75 dollars to remove the lock they put on my car even if I only parked for 20 minutes. To the merchant owner in this square: If you think using this horrible parking company ( empire parking company) could help you solve the business problem by forcing the costumers to pay 75 dollars if they not only shop in this square, then let’s see whether people want to visit here again or not

Your car will be booted! If you cross the street to the mall at all, the hidden attendants will boot your car and you’ll be forced to pay $75. The shops clearly endorse this policy and I can’t see myself ever shopping here due to this support. Please avoid these predatory shops and their scam policies!

I will never go back to Lennox or any of the surrounding shops. They know that they are scamming people and the parking agent laughed about it. Real scummy place. Expect to pay $75 as they boot everyone.

Warning: do not visit this place. This place is running a parking mafia with people lurking to immobilize your car when you park and leave. They will release your car only when you pay $75. Pls be careful and recommend not to visit.

Another victim of the parking scam. I’ll never go back to Lennox or any of the surrounding shops. They know that they are scamming people with the verbiage of the signs on the parking. Then when I said the sign was confusing the parking agent responded “should have read the fine print” and laughed about it. Real scummy place

$75 parking boot for parking in a mall parking lot and going to the mall. Which is because you parked in a parking lot called “Shops around Lenox” and went to a shop IN Lenox. Signage that would tell you this is in small print and confusing. Looking around, several other people were doing the same thing I did, when I told them I got a boot, they looked confused, and surprised, and parked somewhere else so as not to have the same fate as numerous car owners lined up with boots on their wheels. Why does this happen? I would guess because Shops Around Lenox has maliciously designed a system that makes their parking lot a very profitable piece of real estate.

Not only do you not feel safe, the parking patrol are rude. It shares a parking lot with Lenox square but don’t park and shop at both. If you are from out of town don’t go there, the parking lot crew saw us get out and shop and booted our car the second we also shopped at Lenox square. We didn’t understand that they were not one and the same. Instead of informing us hey you can’t do go shop at Lenox square and park here they just waited silently and booted us. When we returned with our infant son they watch us struggle, confused, and have to figure out how to get it taken care of. Worst experience. Never again.

Do not go to this mall. I am visiting from out of state and didn't know I couldn't leave the property to go to the mall in the next parking lot. My car was booted and had to pay a hefty fine before they released my car.

Absolutely the worst place on planet Earth. From out of town, parked and went to a restaurant not even 50 ft away from parking lot and ate for 30 minutes. Shopped afterward in the Shops Around Lenox, and then a boot was placed on our vehicle and we had to pay $75 to get it removed. Watched the technician as he placed a boot on 10 plus cars not even in 5 minutes. Never shop here or give them any business. Horrible.

Yet another victim of the Great Parking Scam. My girlfriend and I parked directly in front of Crate and Barrel, shopped ONLY at Crate and Barrel, and then left after 30 minutes. We get home to find a $75 charge on her credit card from Empire Parking. Who on earth authorized them to charge her card? There was no boot, no sticker, no ticket, no nothing... just a $75 charge. Shops Around Lenox are complicit in this scam for allowing it to happen. Everyone who works for this company in any capacity should be ashamed of themselves.

Another $75 boot receiver here. The landlord and booting company must make a fortune on this alone, I can’t believe it’s legal. I’m sure the name of the shopping center is vague on purpose, “Shops Around Lenox,” to catch mallgoers. I’ve learned my lesson.

I will never shop at this mall again. I shopped here as well as Lennox across the street (they even have crosswalks—imagine that) they booted my car and charged 75 for walking across the street. This place is punitive and I’ll never give these shops patronage.

Don't shop here. They are running a parking racket. You think the sign that says parking for shops around lenox, would maybe include the mall, but no, as soon as you take 1 step off their property, they will boot your car and charge you $75 to take it off! Selfish people. This is how they make their money. Don't patronize these thieves.

Horrible parking situation that loves to boot cars. I haven’t been booted here, but I feel terribly uncomfortable to go to any of the shops like Crate & Barrel or West Elm seeing how hungry the security is to boot everyone. Seems like some fetish. Reading the comments, they don’t admit mistakes which everyone makes. If people can show receipts for places in the shops, they are patrons. In fact, it would be much easier to park if they weren’t handicapping drivers from leaving. #bantheboot

When coming to this plaza of shops and restaurants you would think you could walk right next door the to mall do little shopping and be on your merry way well you would be absolutely wrong. My mom and I returned from the Waldorf Astoria and realized we had a boot on our car. There are people who watch you when you park to see if you walk to the mall or somewhere else and then they swoop there greedy selves in to put a boot on your car.

Love the area....but dont live the rise in crime. Or the people waking around showing their privates. Live in Brazil for over 17 years, and saw women wearing more on the Beach sometimes. Then the fight with those looking.

Lenox was good the day I visited. new security levels are a good idea after crime issues early this year. I was comfortable and visited several shops. Lenox was not bustling but busy and quite pleasant.

They have two parking garages and additional outside parking. They have three levels with stores and a food court. Security is enforced. Staff was friendly and the stores were neat and clean. There bathrooms were clean and included a nursing room; they also have a separate family facility.

The restaurant, seven lamps was a quaint and romantic spot for a date night. Food was great except the wings. The wings were overly spicy and the spice overpowered the flavor. We didn't eat them. It ruined the palate for anything else.

Lenox mall has a variety of big name stores like Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's, and Macy's. But there is a variety of little boutique shops and brand stores, nearly two hundred or them. There is a food court to take a break from shopping. It has lots of free parking spaces normally easy to find a spot though you may have to drive looking for one during the weekends. The main entrances have metal detectors to improve your security.

Do not shop here! We purchased at Crate and Barrel but West Elm wasn’t open yet, so we walked to get food. Came back and shopped at West Elm then found a boot on my car. $75 stolen by predatory property owner who uses visitors lack of knowledge of the area to steal from people. There was a team walking around with boots and a dozen cars robbed. We warned someone else before we left. I should have returned my purchases before leaving.
