Very cute place! Very walkable. Good for lunch meetings and walks. The best cookies are at the cookie place on the corner... please don't go get pizza at the pizza place. It's nasty. Even the salad is subpar. Great for college students and beer only.

Very busy Saturday around 1pm. Nice, quaint, small restaurant with antique fixtures. Staff was great except one male waiter that became frustrated because my guest sent her pancakes back twice since they were not cooked thoughroly. Finally she just got a biscuit and jam. Another very sweet young waitress took over and we were very pleased!!

I've eaten here many times. The menu is short, but the food's pretty good. It's fast-casual, so you order at the counter, seat yourself, grab a beverage and silverware, and then wait for your food. The outdoor seating is comfortable. Overall, the building could use some spiffing up, but the dining areas are clean and roomy. Bathrooms are usually in good shape. No complaints!

All the plates are basically bowls. Chiken, shrimp, steak, etc. The ramen was good but not great. But the chiken teriyaki was delicious

Empire Parking Services has booted my car twice when I've exclusively gone to the businesses listed on the sign and showed my receipt. Today, they decided to argue with me for 20 minutes even after I showed my receipt. The Empire employee was extremely rude about it too. I have an Emory parking permit visibly hanging on my rear view mirror, so why would I park in Emory Village if I was going to campus, especially when I work on the other side of campus? They're driving customers away from the businesses here and they need a better system of differentiating between who breaks the parking rules and who follows them other than "we saw you walking in the general direction of campus"; multiple businesses on the parking sign are in that direction.

Overpriced shops and restaurants designed at overcharging students visitors. The CVS is the worst except for Jordi, a pharmacist.

Emory Village is a collection of restaurants and shops just south of Emory University. The restaurants are great, with a ton of variety. I mainly wish they offered some kind of groceries here.

The university is surrounded by a nice community... the campus is well maintained and lively, with a little bit of ethnic culture to boot.

The guy who owns most of the commercial real estate charges way too much in rent. Nothing here besides the venues exempt from his rates lasts more than a year or two. It's frustrating and bad for small business, but I guess it keeps things fresh... ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ But if it wasn't for that one dude, I'd give it 5 stars. Try Dave's Cosmic Subs instead of Jimmy Johns or panera. Try anything else besides Jimmy John's and Panera, please.

Love the Dragon Bowl. I come here for quick and filling ramen! There are a few really great ramen places close to me but this one is very convienant and has what I like. The service is basic and the atmosphere casual but the food and their sauce variety delicious! I'd say come here for a quick bite or bring some friends cuz they have extra long tables. Their outdoor seating is delightful and mostly covered and there are always a few little finches I give a couple noodle pieces. The food they have is great though they give a basic menu they offer lots of substitutions! So you always get what you want. Come and try it, I think you'll like it!

Very quaint, very accessible, and very walkable - just about everything you would want from a pedestrian hub close to a major university and medical center. While this is near to downtown, you still get the feeling that this is a hometown Georgia spot with lots of trees, rather than lots of high-rises. Went to Jimmy John's, which was top notch as well.

Nice little area with some foodie restaurants around. Double Zero and Dragon Bowl are popular but the recently added Japanese restaurant is really trendy and cool. I recommend Aliโ€™s cookies~

Very nice area with a good number of restaurants, a CVS, a cookie place, coffee shop, bookstore, and a nearby University and library. If you live near it, and you're an Emory student, you have everything you need and may not even need a car.

Great area, a little confusion finding parking. It was my first time visiting the area. Get there early if it's your first time. It's a walking area near the school.

Emory village is a quaint spot filled with eateries. I wouldnโ€™t say itโ€™s a fun place to be as thereโ€™s really nothing fun to do in the area but eat however the eateries speak for themselves.

Great place to walk around, relax, read. My favorite places: Rise and Dine and Barnes and Noble. Although parking can be a bit tricky in the area, if youโ€™re visiting for an hour you can park in front of Rise and Dine.

Nice area to go and hangout. They have some good places to eat and the All Fired Up painting location is really fun to go to. If you go early in the day I recommend trying Rise and Dine restaurant it's really delicious.

Unable to rate the entire shopping area when I've only been to a couple of shops. The Rise and Dine is my favorite breakfast shop. There's street parking but it's very limited. There's parking in back of the stores... but this is not obvious. There's a shop here to make your own ceramics and fused glass items. The ceramics are pre cleaned (not greenware...seams removed and first firing done... ready for first glazing). There are other shops and several restaurants within the walking distance of the Emory campus and Emory Hospital. This is a rather busy traffic area. The change over to the traffic circle instead of the traffic lights was a great change and works SOOOOO much better to keep the traffic flowing. Out of towners might have trouble finding a specific shop but the entire area is an interesting place to investigate.

I haven't had the pleasure of just chilling out, shopping, or just browsing around in Emory Village in a long time. I recently had a chance to enjoy the company, food and drinks with my coworkers at All Fired Up. We chose pieces of pottery to bring to life with art effects and beautiful colors. Although once we got into the fun of it all, it was time to leave. So I will be making plans to go back and have more fun.
