Wonderful place to walk, run, jog, play with dogs, picnic, play tennis, etc. there’s about three different long pathways you can traverse through nature. It’s nice, there’s one of a few statue for peace monuments in the world at this park. Beautiful scenery.

Very nice huge park around the city. Kids playground is the best and has good stuff. I was able to take kids on bike trail which was amazing, nice paved. Lot of open area and lot of benches to sit around.

One of the best kept secrets in Dunwoody. Well not really. It's a good park to exercise in. It has a walking track, hills and space. Usually it's not so crowded except the tennis courts. You can bring a blanket and have a picnic if you want. It's a new, not so new discovery.

Found the Young Girl's Statue of Peace, moved here in 2018 from Blackburn II Park. Beautiful landscaping and easy access from the Ashford Dunwoody parking lot. Thoughtful setting to reflect on human rights. Large park with walking trail in the woods and sports fields. Saw no less than 5 couples and families taking outdoor photo portraits against the natural backdrop.

Nice park with decent restrooms. We were there for a company team building day. There was a playground and pavillion and open field with hardly any trees.

I used to frequent this park when my daughter was younger because she was in the Girls on the Run program. So it's been several yrs since I've been. I must say they have done an amazing job of adding on to this park! They have more playgrounds (updated the old as well). They've added restrooms as well as more paved walking paths. There's a lot of tree coverage as well, so that's helpful in this heat!! They seem to have added more tennis courts and soccer fields. There's a great number of hills! I really enjoyed walking this park today! I really this is a 4.5. I only take a .5 off because I always wish there were more signs and/or marked paths so you know which way to go on the trail.

I took my granddaughters to this park and we had a really good time. The swings were different and large enough to fit 4 kids at once. After playing on the equipment, they were able to rollerskate around the park because of the ample and smooth concrete paths. The slides were different and very cool as well as all of the other equipment. They got plenty of exercise and were worn out by the time we left. We will definitely return again soon.

I enjoyed this park. I’m glad to have a chance to witness a new and updated park with cherry blossoms and is big enough for an event that in my opinion was a excellent use of the space of the park. I just gotta say that I’d would’ve enjoyed myself even more during the festival but because the weather took an unexpected (yet no one was surprised) drop in temperature compared to the previous day I wasn’t able to stay very long.

Great place to soak in a peaceful moment while still in the city. Family oriented park with a children playground and areas for picnicking and/or exercising. Well maintained.

Such a large and spacious park. Great place for kids to come and run around or sit and have a picnic. I also love that they have a mini trail that you can go on. I went there once for a group event and loved it so much I came back with my sister and her kids.

Best park near Dunwoody, North Brookhaven area for a good workout, run, any fun sports. There's a big grilling, picnic shaded area on the north side. My wife and I come here regularly for workouts. Gets crowded towards sunset. But there are multiple spots on the south side to relax and rejuvenate.

Blackburn Park has so much to offer! Playground, pavilion with picnic benches, fields, tennis courts, walking trails, grassy areas and more. There is plenty of parking. There's a lot near the playground and a bigger lot by the soccer fields. I walk with a friend here regularly! Great option for socially distanced hangouts. In summers past, they've had food truck and live music on Wednesday nights. Hopefully that'll be able to resume soon!

Love Brookhaven and have always adored this wide open green space. Like the walking path, playground, tree cover, tennis courts, large grassy areas and sports field. Super easy to get to.

Really neat playground equipment. Nice permanent bathroom. Easy to navigate walking paths. Was there for the Cherry Blossom Festival and music venue. The area was well laid out. Transportation was super organized. Plenty of port-a-potties and good food selection. Police presence. We had a great weekend, but I feel like the park would be nice to visit outside the festival as well.

It is a very nice park, however the baseball fields need to have holes and ditches filled-in in the outfield and to have the infield leveled and groomed. The infield is hard packed. Fix these things and it is one of the better fields that I've played on.

Getting in and out of this place can be a lot during the rush hours, but if you live in the area and can walk it's awesome! I didnt get to see the full park as I was there for kickball league, but it was great fun and there are cute places to eat all around.

Never been before (although my ex Jerry used to frequent here with other women evidently). I really liked it. A good mix of things to do and see. A nice place to meet up with someone. Wish I had known this a few years ago!

The park was nice, BUT the bathroom toilet was flooded and water and feces were everywhere. The second restroom was closed for maintenance. Seems like their bot keeping up with sanitation at this park. Overall ,nice park lots of places for kids to run and play

  • 2/5 M R. 1 year ago on Google
No fields marked at all, no lower or upper fields described. Only one way to enter and leave from the field by the softball/baseball field.

  • 5/5 Wandering G. 1 year ago on Google
Very simple and convenient park around, which serves the purpose. It has very good but few options just by the main road. It has kids play area(swings, slides, rock climbing.. etc), grass field for soccer.. etc, few tennis courts, a small trail, and few restrooms. No complaints as this is our most regular park for our kids and they love it.

  • 2/5 Josh W. 1 year ago on Google
Used to love this park, wish they could keep the water fountain running. Also, you can't lock the bathroom doors, which is strange. They lately seem to prioritize planting trees in the middle of fields over maintaining utilities. The trees only seem to stop children from playing soccer... not sure what the new management is doing other than wasting tax dollars.

My Grandson wanted to show off the Cherry Blossom Festival he and his bride knew about near their apartment. We enjoyed the abundant variety of graft and art items available to consider.

  • 4/5 Peter S. 1 year ago on Google
Was there the Cherry Blossom Festival. Very crowded due to popularity and parking is very restricted with no real guidance on where lots were available. Otherwise, very nice park, large police presence making you feel very safe, adequate porta potties, and tons of food and retail options. Music was good with a decent sound system.

  • 4/5 P M. 1 year ago on Google
Visited for the cherry blossom festival. Kids enjoyed it, the bathroom line was too long so we used porta potties. Park was very clean and unique. Kids kept climbing to the top and sitting there, so it got old quick.

Blackburn Park is my go to park in Brookhaven for a leisurely stroll or to walk/run around. The location is a bit hilly but nothing you can't handle. I also enjoy this park bcuz if I ever have to babysit or anything like that, I can easily keep an eye on all the children in front of me since all the playground equipment is in the same area. There's a walking trail as well as what appears to be a the is center. Overall a nice, medium sized park.

  • 5/5 Neil N. 5 months ago on Google
Park is well maintained but I can't figure out why in the world there are no field numbers on each of the fields. There are several fields for each sport yet not a single field number. Anywhere. Makes no sense.

This is a very nice park! My daughter liked the playground and they have clean restrooms. Unfortunately the Korean BBQ fest was sorta a flop, being that most of the vendors were packed up and just sitting under the tents. I came for food and most of them sold out before the event was even close to being done!

Great park with walking/biking paths, a traditional playground, a freeplay+ ropes playground with amazing slides and lit sports fields. They have soccer, tennis and 2 baseball fields. PLENTY of room for kids to run around safely. Multiple bathrooms but definitely bring your own tp or wipes. I suggest changing a diaper in the backseat and not the bathroom. Not too crowded so social distancing is no problem. Picnic tables and benches throughout along with a large covered picnic area. Handicap accessible with good parking for all.

We love hosting our Karate graduations at the pavilion. It's big enough to acomódate all of our family members that come to spectate the even, and their well kept green space gives us lots more room to spread and watch comfortably :)

Wonderful facility. Looks to have 18+ courts. Courts are free of debris and very well kept. Players from a variety of ages, ethnicities, and skill level. Although play is allowed via reservation, I'd think its well worth it. Great place!!!!
