Felica Kelley failed our family for our father's Unveiling on 10/18/20 Had an unveiling planned for my father 10/18/2020 for the last 18 months (was on delay due to Covid- 19_ Normally this ritual is performed within a year. All family members were at the grave site with our rabbi and the marker promised by ( Felica Kelley) was not installed. We also order a golf cart for our family (Ms. Felicia Kelley knew we needed one) sent one 30 minutes after the ceremony started and the woman stated she would come back with water and the cart - That never happened. Since we were limited to a small gathering thank g-d our caregivers were able to get my elderly mother and my dad's twin brother down to the gravesite. When I called he she stated she forgot on Sunday. No excuse!!! I called Chad Eubanks her boss, He was able to locate the memorial plaque and had it installed on Monday (too late for the family to say their final goodbyes )This is one of the most holiest ceremony and honor. The young man standing next to us stated that his wife unveiling was in two weeks and he hope not to have the same results. Still waiting on a formal apology! Earle Greenberg Family

I visited my grandparents for the first time in 35 years. This cemetery is a beautiful, well-kept and dignified place for those who have passed. The staff were extremely kind and helped me locate them.

The hours posted are from sunrise to sunset everyday. The entrance gate is closed before twilight, and the exit gate will be closed at dark after stragglers are cleared out. It's impossible to tell Google Maps what the true hours are, but it sure isn't open 24 hours.

Went into the office 9+ months ago to notify them of their backhoe having run over, dislodged and bent the plaque for my veteran grandfather. They said they would fix it but still havent. FYI We are on a hill 40 feet from the driveway. It WAS the cemetery who damaged it and still refuses to fix it.

Extremely disappointed with the condition of the cemetery. Our Families headstones were over grown with weeds. Fallen flags everywhere and the POTHOLES are absolutely embarrassing. You need to find new management and before purchasing a plot I would demand they fix these potholes and fix the grounds. Who manages the roads Atlanta City Road Crew?

Our experience that connected us with Arlington was, obviously, a very sad one but the entire staff was extremely professional and helpful as they guided us through the process and necessary decisions. The facility itself has many burial options and it is a beautiful, quiet and solemn place in the middle of the city. I would highly recommend Arlington for any family in need of their services.

My Mom passed away 1.5 years ago, and they still haven't managed to get her permanent headstone in the ground.

Just finished a burial there. Daniel Wade helped us start to finish and made the experience as pleasant as possible. Followed up along the way and supported our burial service needs the morning of. That's the guy I'll work with if I have to do it again.

I have repeatedly asked for and been promised information be mailed to me about purchasing a headstone for a grave with no follow up. Unacceptable customer service.

This is one of the most gorgeous locations I have ever seen anywhere. Just lovely for a resting place, and serene to visit on occasion.

A friend has the majority of his family buried here. Despite several calls, at the last visit, his family's headstones were covered in pine straw. Not. Okay.

Just recently needed to set up an Inurnment for a sibling and met Cory Segars/Family Service Advisor. He spent time discussing our current needs and showed us the beautiful grounds and even where other relatives are buried. Our decision was made easier because of his professionalism, his ability to listen to our concerns and his knowledge of the process. We never felt any pressure to make immediate decisions. Within the one meeting and tour, we decided what was needed and even made arrangements for future needs. Mr. Segars made this difficult time so much easier to deal with by his concern for our needs and his patience. Thank you Arlington Mem Park and Cory Segars.
