I could complain about the rats or the lack of parking. (Though, the feral cat colony does its best to contain the rats, so thats nice.) Or maybe the constant renovations that inconvenience the entire apartment complex, like when we couldn't park there for a whole week. Or that I have lived here for 2 years and over those 2 years, I have called the leasing office over 40 times and not once has anyone ever picked up. I have left dozens of messages and not once has a message ever been returned. This includes when our heating was down for December and January and no one would pick up the phone or respond to an email until they got the email that we were reporting them to the city. (And then it took another month for them to send out someone to fix it) But the real reason we are moving out is that this is not a safe area to live in. I do not feel safe even during the day. I have been followed during the day when just trying to get the mail and had to get in my car drive somewhere else and wait. Download the Citizen app on your phone and check this area for a week before deciding to move here. And management, if you are reading this, please reach out. I have sent 5 emails in the past month trying to get an answer about move out protocols and no one has responded.

RUN, just run now. You get what you pay for. Never felt safe, the staff is unresponsive unless you confront them. People are breaking the rules of their lease left and right and it affects the rest of the community. My dog was attacked multiple times by undocumented dogs in another apartment...and the staff never handled it even after begging them...what if that had been a child?!! Oh, and that security deposit...yah...you can kiss that goodbye even IF you clean your place within an inch of it's life and have no needed repairs. I don't post poor reviews ever, but this place is too much! I promise you will be sorry!

Black mold has infested almost all the vents in my unit and even though I reported the issue and requested maintenance 10 days ago, no one has come to fix it. The parking situation is equally frustrating. It's now common to leave notes asking people not to park in each other's assigned space. I've even received notes and threats of getting towed when parked on the street to visit a friend in a different unit. It's chaotic! The community's lost its friendly vibe. Cars are getting broken into, especially on weekends, and the sad part is, calling the police or asking management to step in doesn't make a difference. What's gone is gone! I've seen this incident happening to a couple of my neighbors. Having lived here for over two years, I strongly suggest you think long and hard before locking yourself into a lease with this place. The initial impression might be great, but after a few months, you could find management doesn't care about you anymoreā€”they're too busy trying to reel in new tenants. That's the real deal here.

I have had consistent roach problem in here. you have no idea how many roaches ive killed since april. THERE ARE SO MANY OF THEM. Neighbors leave garbage outside, I have told management, staff, neighbors themselves. nobody seems to be listening. god knows how many emails I sent to the new manager, she never responded with anything. I have heard numerous gunshots recently around the complex. I almost called the police a few weeks ago because it sounded so close. Honestly This community used to be good, but unfortunately its not anymore. Ive had good interactions with Doc and David, but probably thats about it. Now Ive had it up to here with bugs and roaches - Pest control came twice already. Im not seeing any significant changes because when there is an infestation, you need to treat all the affected units, not spraying some stuff in the corners and leaving. Dont get me started about the parking. Really bad new parking policy which takes the responsibility away from management and puts it on the residents, and is actually more expensive. someone parked in your spot? you're responsible for towing them yourself, potentially putting you at odds with someone who lives next door.

Making a review for Doc: Doc always goes above and beyond while repairing needs around campus. He has worked at our complex since I moved in and continues to provide excellent service. He is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about his work. Bethany and Grant have also been excellent leaders on campus.

Really, Iā€™d love to give negative stars. My experience here started out fine, declined every month, and has continued to get even worse since moving out. Initially, I wanted to avoid leaving any negative reviews because I realize the deceitful and predatory nature of the business is not the fault of the complex staff, but rather people in corporate offices far away from the complex. I didnā€™t want the regular people to be negatively impacted by anything I did, but I feel like I donā€™t have a choice at this point. Itā€™s been five months since I moved out, and I continue to be plagued by this companyā€™s endless harassment. after they kept my security deposit, they claimed I owed them even more money, but they apparently canā€™t figure out how much or what for. Every statement I have received from them has had items changed, sometimes double billed, the amounts for some change, and the totals sometimes change and sometimes donā€™t. They started out with threatening to take me to small claims court, but when I disputed their nonsense charges, they disappeared for a few weeks until coming back to threaten me with a third party collections agency. When I inquired about why things were listed and charged differently in all four of the ā€œfinalā€ statements they sent me, and the current ledger, the response I received was, ā€œdonā€™t look at the statements, only look at what weā€™re billing you now, otherwise youā€™re going to get confusedā€. Obviously Iā€™m going to get confused when youā€™re arbitrarily changing not just what youā€™re billing me for, but also how much it all costs too! Come on, make it make sense. Also, any reviews youā€™ve seen about water shutoffs, overflowing dumpsters, poorly maintained grounds, bugs/pests, parking nightmares, and disruptive neighbors? Yeah, theyā€™re all true. And the constant moisture trapped in the buildings by the poor drainage in the area combined with the cracks in the windows frames from shoddy craftsmanship and construction, made for the perfect breeding ground for mold to start growing in the window frames/sills. Did they care about that when I told them? I canā€™t speak for other peopleā€™s feelings, but the response I got of essentially just, ā€œsorry šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļøā€, sure doesnā€™t give me any hope. Tl;dr: Unless you want to have a bad time living here, followed by months of harassment, threats, and bully tactics over fraudulent charges, stay far away from this place (and likely any other rentals owned by Air Communities). Also, editing to add, just have a look at their reviews on the Better Business Bureau - I really wish I had before moving into that place.

First and foremost I want to say that I LOVE my apartment and the entire maintenance team. The community is beautiful, the amenities are awesome and the maintenance team is exceptional. But I have never been more disappointed with a leasing staff than I am with this one. Iā€™ve been getting charged for parking since June of 2022 after my car was stolen in May of 2022. I need to take responsibility for my own error in not recognizing this until February of 2023 when I received an email about re-registering my car and for that I do. However, when I did make the manager aware they refused to credit me for all the months I paid for parking Bc I didnā€™t have anything in writing from the previous manager. I didnā€™t have anything in writing Bc I literally ran on foot from my building to the leasing office and spoke directly to the previous manager and then a staff member drove me around the property on the golf cart to look for the vehicle. Fast forward to the correspondence in February of 2023- I was told that parking would be removed from this date forward but it never was. I most recently went from paying $20/month for parking to a $50 charge and it is still not removed. What is even worse- I have spent 2 straight weeks trying to get someone on the phone with no success. I have made countless calls and left messages, calling daily in between my work schedule Bc the office is not open the hours I can physically go there. Not one person has answered the phone or returned one message! For 2 straight weeks! I even sent the manager ANOTHER email on Saturday and have had no response. I just called property management again to ask them to contact the manager so I could get some resolution. I was informed that she is aware of the situation and still working to figure it out- property management doesnā€™t handle parking, only the leasing office does. How disheartening it is to be informed by someone else on the other side of the country that the manager is aware yet the manager made no effort to return my calls or emails still to this day. I hate leaving reviews- I literally never do it unless itā€™s positive. But as a manager myself, this is completely unacceptable and has been the most frustrating experience. My biggest complaint is the lack of response, accountability and follow through when you need something addressed. They are super quick to fine you $100 when youā€™re late on rent but they are just as slow in addressing your issues and concerns. When Grant was here things like this didnā€™t happen. Anytime I called the office or left a message I received a response within 24 hours and was provided with awesome customer service. That is literally all Iā€™m asking for as a resident- customer service. Iā€™m hopeful to have this resolved soon.

This place will be all smiles to your face but are shady as hell. When we first moved in the apartment had not been cleaned from renovations that had been completed and had scuffs/marks all over the walls, as it was the weekend we were unable to get anybody in to fix this until the following week - by then I had already cleaned pretty much everything up and our furniture had already been moved in. So they mopped the floor and only painted the scuffs they saw, big whoop. Once we moved out a year later, even though it was already discussed that we would not be paying a cleaning fee, a cleaning fee was charged. We were also charged for painting. But, it clearly states on the move out leaflet that we should leave the place as we found it, let me tell you it was in much better shape than what we arrived with. Now months later this apartment is using blackmailing (such as threatening to take us to small claims and then changing it to threatening a collection company. All the while not responding to us at all and being unable to provide any proof of anything) and shady business practices to try and get even more money from us (they already kept our deposit which is already much more than we owed them). They cant keep their story straight and are constantly changing the charges. They even tried to charge us a late move out fee even though we had the entire apartment clear and were moved out the day of our move out date, mail keys handed in and everything. The only good part of this apartment are the maintenance men and the location. Trash does not get taken out, mosquitos everywhere, constant plumbing issues, safety issues. If you dont believe me just look up reviews on the better business bureau, I wish I had before. Stay well away from this place, they are a bunch of money hungry sharks that do not care at all about their residents.

I stayed here for two years and I loved it! Only moving because of increase in rent prices. The maintenance team is amazing, especially Doc. He would always come and fix as a many issues in one visit with no complaints! The grounds were always maintained. Pool always fairly clean. Leasing agents friendly and helpful. Very transparent leasing process. Loved my time here !

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude to Bethany, Jabree, for their managements and support of the community and the maintenance team group under the management of David. Their efficient handling of a recent issue greatly contributed to a seamless and reliable transition to my new house. They provided exceptional support throughout the moving process and promptly attended to my requests. Also, I was impressed with the service of DOC for his nonstop, prompt response, kindness, and professionalism in the maintenance of my previous home and new one. Their professionalism and dedication deserve recognition.

RUN RUN RUN!!! They are so sweet and attentive BEFORE you sign, but the second you become a resident, you are as good as dead to the leasing office. I am due to move out on April 1st and have never looked forward to anything more. The leasing office never responds unless you are relentless. It is October 9th as I'm typing this and I have not had a functioning washer and dryer since the FIRST WEEK OF MAY. I have put in countless work orders and promised over and over again that I would receive a new washer/dryer unit. I finally received a new washer and dryer last week, and conveniently, they were missing a part. As of today, October 9th, still no FUNCTIONING washer and dryer. On top of all of this, I've been trying to get a mold infestation issue remediated for WEEKS. It's gotten so bad that today when I walked into my bathroom there was a literal mushroom growing out of my wall. I've been getting increasingly more and more sick as I've lived here and have now developed respiratory issues. In case you're wondering, yes that is mold growing on THREE different vents in the photos. They haven't even offered to relocate me, and maintenance confirmed TWICE that the mold stems from the utility closet which houses the HVAC unit which essentially just tells me that I'm having spores blown all around my apartment day in and day out. In July, I was overcharged for parking. I contacted the office multiple times to have it resolved but heard nothing. I ended up being charged a late fee ON TOP OF the parking overcharge and despite my efforts, was never refunded. However, I do feel it necessary to note: I adore the maintenance staff. They are doing their absolute best given the circumstances, and I want it to fully reflect that my bad review has nothing to do with them. I've held off on writing this review solely due to the kindness I received on behalf of the maintenance team. If the rest of the community cared for the residents even a FRACTION of the amount that the maintenance team does, then I wouldn't be in this disastrous and DANGEROUS mess.

Have lived here for 1.5 years. While not without its flaws, this complex has offered an overall nice experience. In particular, the office management staff (especially Grant) is super responsive. Also, Doc in the maintenance department is amazing. For example, today I submitted a request at 4:10pm. He was in my unit addressing the issue within an hour. Grant and Doc are both highlights of living here!

Please read this review if you are considering living here. I have lived here, going on 3 years, and have watched new management take over. You get what you pay for. I want to emphasize that. These are the CHEAPEST apartment buildings in a VERY nice zip code. When we moved in, the fake hardwoods had paint splatter on them, there was a stain on the kitchen counter which we still canā€™t remove, and a couple other very small problems (which were resolved quickly). Old management was slow to respond to problems, but maintenance has always been reliable and timely. Weā€™ve had our AC stop working, a wasp nest in our skylight, and other problems thatā€”I want to emphasizeā€”are not the apartmentā€™s fault to begin with. These problems were dealt with well, and again, maintenance (Doc and Dave) are great. Grant and company are the new managers that took over. SUCH an improvement. He emails us about the things going on in the community, changes being made since COVID, and gives us updates about apartments, water shut-offs, any community issue, etc. If this apartment is in your budget, I say go for it. You may have a little paint on your floor, the occasional bug during summer (we live in GA, no apartment complex doesnā€™t have occasional bugs) or some other minute problem. I wonā€™t lie to you there. But youā€™ll be in an incredible location, in a beautiful apartment, with good management and maintenance, both of which have great communication. I considered moving after year one. Each year Iā€™ve lived here, Iā€™ve seen improvements they make in small and big ways that make it harder and harder to leave.

Iā€™ve lived here at PPA for a little over a year now. Everyone at the leasing office is very friendly and always solves problems when they arise but the biggest asset this place has to offer is the maintenance man Doc! Heā€™s amazing and is one of the friendliest people youā€™ll come across. I think itā€™s rare when you find an apartment that takes care of maintenance requests as fast as they do here. The whole maintenance team is amazing but again wanted to give a special shout out to Doc! If youā€™re looking to live in this area Peachtree Park Apartments are definitely a gem within the city.

Peachtree Park is a wonderful community. Even though it is located right off Peachtree road, it's very quiet and peaceful. Bethoni has been very helpful to me, my first week was a bit challenging, but she acted quickly to make things better for me. The maintenance team is attentive and on time. All of my maintenance requests have been completed within 24hrs. The Team calls you before they enter the unit and I truly appreciate that. Doc is awesome! If you don't know how something works, he will surely educate you. And once something is fixed, he will surely let you know exactly what he did! I prefer living here to the brand new complex I was living in. My 1 and only dissatisfaction is, I live on the first floor (not my choice) but you will hear everything your neighbor above you does. The floors and walls are extremely thin. Be prepared to be sleep deprived and disrupted.

My roommate and I lived here for 2 years. It is an OK place to live. Definitely not the most luxurious, but it's not bad. Fantastic location, and everyone is super friendly regarding the staff. There was a huge improvement whenever new management took over. Grant Martin made sure that everyone in the community was notified when anything was going on that way everyone was kept in the loop. Amenities are good and neighbors are super friendly as well. Move here for an affordable living in Buckhead. Just try to live on the second floor, because if you live on the ground floor, you'll hear the footsteps of the tenants above you no matter how quiet they walk... HOWEVER, upon moving out, it wasn't as smooth as we'd anticipated. My roommate and I kept everything clean for 2 whole years. Even often got complimented on by maintenance of how clean we kept it. We move out of our apartment, cleaned it to where it was presentable, and then we get charged ALL OF THESE FEES. We thought that the $300 security deposit was supposed to cover it all, but no. We understand the cleaning fee, but it was $125. Crazy. What really got us is that they said there were damages. The "damages" was that we had holes on the walls from hanging picture frames and some scuff marks on the walls. 1, they said we were allowed to put stuff on the walls, and 2, of course there is going to be wear and tear for living there for 2 years. This being said, they charged us $250 for "damages." $250, for small holes in the walls, and some scuff marks. Extremely unreasonable. We both moved out and had to pay a lot towards new places and these fees that they just so conveniently placed upon us is very upsetting especially being loyal tenants for 2 years. We even reached out to Grant Martin (property manager) about this, and he just let another associate handle it out for us. He was supposed to reach out to us, but he just passed it to someone else days later. Really disappointing. Definitely recommend moving here, HOWEVER be prepared to not get your security deposit back AND to pay way more in move out charges whenever you leave. We tried to negotiate and communicate with the staff, but they wouldn't budge. Keep this in mind when planning on moving here.

Just moved to the Peachtree Park community Jan 2. 2020 and me and my roomate could not have picked a better location considering the price. We literally feel like you can put any address in your phone and will be there within 20 mins. The location the peace and the amount of things to due being so close to Buckhead is undeniably the best option for the price.

The maintenance team is the best thing about the place, but otherwise, my three years there got progressively worse over time. From having mold/mildew in the apartments (both apartments I stayed in at peachtree park I had respiratory issues like stopped up nose and coughing. There was mold-like growth in the windows) to getting fees for ā€œnot cleaning to their standardsā€ despite having maids clean the place for $150. Youā€™d think my being there for 3 years, they would understand and maybe try to work with me on that fact, but no. Do not expect the deposit back. WITH the deposit of ~ $300 deducting the initial amount, we left still owing $450+. Itā€™s overpriced for having very little amenities and the housing feels antiquated despite the luxury price point. Iā€™m disappointed in how we are ending this and I would not recommend living there. You can find a place charging the same amount with a higher standard of living.

These are old cheap apartments around the area and you can hear your neighbors crystal clearly. Infected with Roaches and new manager (G.M) & AIMCO management are careless about Tenants. If you break lease be ready to pay 3 months with 2 months notice. Even if you pay your move-out balance as agreed, they might still sell your info to collections as they don't have proper data management and ruined credit. I will not trust AIMCO properties anymore or suggest.

We've had the pleasure of calling Peachtree Park home now for 2 years and we love it here. Grant the apartment manager is very professional and caring. I've faced multiple difficulties with the pandemic and as long as you communicate he will always do what he can to work with you. He even surprised my mother with a Christmas gift and holds all kinds of raffles and community events. It meant the world to us! Apartments will always need repair at sometime or another but Doc and his maintenance team never miss a beat. He is so kind and hardworking. I wish he could teach these youngsters a thing or two because he truly is a amazing. We appreciate all the effort in making this hidden gem in Buckhead feel like home.

Iv'e been living here at Peachtree Park for about a year now and it has a lot of great people and great things that come with it. However, in my opinion, one of the reasons that makes it so great living here is the incredible maintenance team. The MOST efficient and friendliest team i've ever met. You put in a request and they are on it within hours. Specifically DOC. He's the most kind, hardest working man you will ever meet. I have lived in many complexes in Atlanta, and thanks to Doc, he has definitely made Peachtree Park #1 in my book.

I have been living in this area for over a year and I must say I appreciate the way Grant Martin and his staff handle everything. When issues arise and a email is sent. They answer immediately. "Doc the maintenance guy" and his staff handle all needs in a timely manner. They respect the resident and speak everytime they are out in THE apartment community. The do follow up emails and calls to make sure everything was handle correctly. Up to date emails about things happening in the community are great. I would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone. They must be willing to follow the rules because they will be enforced.

All I can say is Ruqayyah! Ruqayyah! Ruqayyah! I came in on a whim while apartment shopping. I met the most professional, beautiful spirit of a person and Leasing Consultant! She made sure to engage me with my needs, show me each unit for me, allow me decide honestly l, patiently and made sure to give me the best offer for me. Ask for Ruqayyah when shopping at Peachtree Park!

I have lived here for almost two years and have loved it. The rent and amenities are really good for the area. My unit was equipped with all brand new appliances in the kitchen and laundry. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. My biggest praise is to the maintenance team. Doc and is team are always super helpful and respond to service requests quickly. Doc is very personable and goes above and beyond! If any of my friends are looking for apartments in the area, I always suggest Peachtree Park!

10/10 would recommend living here. You do not feel like you are overpaying for your place which is ideal. I have had issues with my neighbors, and the ways in which management handled these issues was perfect, I couldnā€™t ask for a better staff on hand. There is one specific person on staff, he works with the maintenance crew his name is Doc. He has made me and my family feel so welcome and at home here. Such a blessing for Peachtree Park Apartments to have him working for them.

I have had nothing but great experiences since joining this community. I have had quick access to members of the leasing office, and all of my issues have been handled just as quickly. The amenities are good, and the location is perfect. Exactly what I needed when I needed it!

We had a maintenance issue and Doc came out an fixed our issue the same evening when most maintenance men would normally have you wait until the next day. I tried to fix the issue myself but could seem to do it. Doc squared ya away in a matter of minutes!šŸ’ŖšŸ¾šŸ‘ŠšŸ¾ Thanks Doc you are the best!

DOC! This has to be HANDS DOWN the best technician on the Peachtree Park property. Anytime thereā€™s an emergency service request, Doc is always on the scene in no time. Fast worker, very genuine and gets the job done right the first time. 10/10 Doc!

So far I've enjoyed living here since last month. Pest control comes quickly, and it's relatively quiet, even though we live in the city. I love the fitness center and the two pools too ā€“ really friendly staff as well.

Review of Doc Brown: Doc is the repair man and friendly face in the Peachtree Park Apartment complex. My toilet flush had been weak for over a year (the term of my first lease here) and finally broke about two weeks ago. Doc came in and repaired it quickly and straightened the crooked tank as well as strengthened the overall flush. The toilet is now working better than ever. Thank you so much Doc!!!

Maintenance is great here. Doc is super helpful and tries to resolve problems as fast as possible. When fixing things he even thinks about other stuff that might need maintenance. Thanks Doc and Dave for your hard work.

Iā€™ve lived here for about 9 months now and have really enjoyed it. The property is kept clean, the staff is very friendly, and itā€™s a fairly quiet location for being right off the main road. The maintenance team is timely with fixing any apartment issues (which have been few and far between). Really enjoying the amenities like the pool and gym. Great place for the price!

I've lived here for over a year now and was happy enough to renew my lease. The apartments themselves are older, so they do have the standard problems you can encounter in an apartment (thin walls, pests if you are not vigilant) but I love that they are in the style of a home. It means I can walk out my door and my car can be parked right in front of it. Also, the maintenance team is wonderful. Doc regularly fixes any issues that arise and he even watches out for other things that aren't working in my apartment that I've just accepted as normal. For example, he was repairing my dishwasher and noticed my dryer was very loud. I thought it was normal because the dryer had been brand new when we moved in, but apparently it had not been set up correctly. He got that taken care of for me!

I treat PeachTree Park Apartments as my home and have lived there for nearly four years now. The service and leasing office folks are great. Love the amenities and it is so convenient to Buckhead, Midtown and Downtown.

Moving in was super easy, some appliances were a little old but maintenance is super fast and super nice and got everything fixed or replaced (Doc has been especially helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything was done asap).

Even though we've ended up having to postpone our application to PPA, I wanted to leave a review specifically for Grant. He went so above & beyond out of his way to be helpful. He Facetimed me for a full walk-thru of 2 different apartments, the clubhouse, the pools, the gym, and the entire property, which he did not have to do. He messaged me w/ updates even when he was off work (even on a Friday night at 8pm!), accommodated our unusually specific requests for an apartment (like an apt facing South or West ā€” for which he sent me a full property map w/ hand-drawn locations of each available apt), and put time & effort into helping us find the best apartment for our budget. For a complex w/ 300+ units to manage, to be this hands-on, detail-oriented, and communicative is so uncommon and so appreciated. He definitely "sealed the deal" for us; when we resume our search in a couple of months, we're going to apply again here, which otherwise would have been TBD. Also, the property is beautiful & really well-located. Would def recommend applying here if you're moving to ATL.

I really hope people had a better experience than me, if you want an overpriced apartment that hasnā€™t been renovated than pick this place. Roaches have always been a consistent problem despite of ā€œfumigationā€ In my 3 years of staying there. at least 2/3 different managers and leasing staff. Had to put in multiple work orders for my bathroom cause something always was wrong with it. The only saving grace they have is DOC who is a maintenance worker, who will be at your place like no tomorrow. Sadly that is the only good thing I have to say about them. I have no doubt youā€™ll get moneys worth at other apartments. I would definitely only move here if you had no other choice and could bring your standards down to pay for an overpriced apartment that was made probably 40-60 years ago. I would not recommend to a friend or even a stranger.

Like most apartments, Peachtree Park has its pros and cons. The buildings are older and need further renovation which can result in some maintenance concerns that others have mentioned. However, for me, the pros outweigh the cons. These apartments are in a great location: close to restaurants, bars, a coffee shop, the Fresh Market, and a Marta stop. The staff is always friendly. As many people have commented, Doc is an amazing member of the maintenance team. He is so gracious and helpful in making sure the apartment is taken care of. He follows up with me to check on the status of the repairs, asking if I need any additional assistance, and overall going above and beyond his job. Bethoni always greets me with a smile and is so helpful when I have questions. She was instrumental in making sure my move-in went as smoothly as possible. Iā€™ve enjoyed my experience so far!

The buildings are old and things break all the time but Doc, the best maintenance man Ive ever encountered, is so wonderful at making sure that it gets fixed. He responds in a timely manner & is very thorough and effective with his work. Bethany and the leasing office staff do there best to make sure my concerns are handled and continuously follow up with me to make sure my expectations are met. (5 stars) Although I have grown to appreciate this community, I have also grown to despise the club, eleven45, located at the top across the street. It's not the club persay, but it's the clientele and crime that it attracts. I can't even walk my dog up the street without caution because there is so much glass all over the sidewalk due to idiots breaking into club goers cars. The walls are thin and there is "wood" floor so all I can hear all day is my upstairs neighbor galloping around like a dying horse. But overall, it's a place to live. You'll just have to get accustomed to the many, many, quirks. (3.5 stars) Overall: 4.25 stars

The property is a quiet place with a good maintenance crew. The staff and groundskeepers are really friendly and helpful. The location is decent for shopping. Parking is my only complaint as I have to walk to my apartment from time to time.

Just want to leave a special remark for Doc: Doc really made our living condition better. He takes care of literally everythingā€”from small mistakes to larger machines in our housesā€”and we feel assured every time he comes to our home. He is so patient with everything, and needless to mention his expertise, which is equally as good as his character. He made our experience so different here at the apartment, and we sincerely wish him all the best! Itā€™s our pleasure to have him around.

I had a great experience with Doc, responding immediately to my emergency request when plumbing became backed up. Then he came back later to finish hooking up the toilet that the plumbers failed to do correctly before they left. He also brought a dehumidifier after water was left gushing out of my floorboards from the plumbing fiasco. Great service from Doc!
