Please
read
this
review
if
you
are
considering
living
here.
I
have
lived
here,
going
on
3
years,
and
have
watched
new
management
take
over.
You
get
what
you
pay
for.
I
want
to
emphasize
that.
These
are
the
CHEAPEST
apartment
buildings
in
a
VERY
nice
zip
code.
When
we
moved
in,
the
fake
hardwoods
had
paint
splatter
on
them,
there
was
a
stain
on
the
kitchen
counter
which
we
still
canāt
remove,
and
a
couple
other
very
small
problems
(which
were
resolved
quickly).
Old
management
was
slow
to
respond
to
problems,
but
maintenance
has
always
been
reliable
and
timely.
Weāve
had
our
AC
stop
working,
a
wasp
nest
in
our
skylight,
and
other
problems
thatāI
want
to
emphasizeāare
not
the
apartmentās
fault
to
begin
with.
These
problems
were
dealt
with
well,
and
again,
maintenance
(Doc
and
Dave)
are
great.
Grant
and
company
are
the
new
managers
that
took
over.
SUCH
an
improvement.
He
emails
us
about
the
things
going
on
in
the
community,
changes
being
made
since
COVID,
and
gives
us
updates
about
apartments,
water
shut-offs,
any
community
issue,
etc.
If
this
apartment
is
in
your
budget,
I
say
go
for
it.
You
may
have
a
little
paint
on
your
floor,
the
occasional
bug
during
summer
(we
live
in
GA,
no
apartment
complex
doesnāt
have
occasional
bugs)
or
some
other
minute
problem.
I
wonāt
lie
to
you
there.
But
youāll
be
in
an
incredible
location,
in
a
beautiful
apartment,
with
good
management
and
maintenance,
both
of
which
have
great
communication.
I
considered
moving
after
year
one.
Each
year
Iāve
lived
here,
Iāve
seen
improvements
they
make
in
small
and
big
ways
that
make
it
harder
and
harder
to
leave.
