Moved in a month ago and completely hate it here. For 1750 I could have lived somewhere else in Brookhaven / Atlanta. The tour is so misleading. They show you the apartments and gates that work but don't tell you the truth. For starters, I was only told half the information for signing my lease so I wasn't prepared for everything. The gate in the 1000 building doesn't work so anyone can just enter. The courtyard is completely dark so anyone can just snatch you. The elevator doesn't work. Spoke to past residents and it's been down for almost a year. Imagine living on the 3rd floor and going up 4 flights of stairs everyday. Upon moving into my apartment there's been numerous problems. The A/C doesn't work. The microwave is broke. Both bathroom toilets just flush and run randomly. The light switch doesn't work in the master bedroom. Residents be stealing mail and leaving notes on the gate about doing cocaine. honestly i feel played and want to break my lease here. DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE !

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I moved here 15 days ago and my air conditioning has been inoperable/broken for 12 of those days. The staff is poorly managed and overtasked and the property has been neglected for many years. My electrical outlets do not work and won't even hold a plug in place. The pool looks disgusting along with the grills. The model units are very nice as well as the leasing office but until you move in, you won't know the condition of your apartment. Parking is chaotic. Staff just ignores maintenance problems. Spare yourself the pain and find another apartment! -Update 10/10/23 - More of the same here. The staff says to email them with issues and they never reply. The Carroll Mgt Team will say they are going to follow-through with concessions because this apartment is so substandard and they don't follow-through. Does anyone know what legal steps or help from the local government offices to try next? Part of the problem is people that live here as well. At least weekly I find full bags of garbage inside the trash chute room just sitting on the floor. People dump their trash everywhere except a dumpster. There was a small dog's poop in the hallway last week and it's not been cleaned up. This is the WORST place you could possibly choose to live so again, do not move here! (End of update)

If I could select 0 stars I would. I've been here for 5 years and it has gotten worse with new owners and a revolving door of management. Don't be fooled by the updated paint. These units have air conditioners and elevators that are so old, they cannot get parts. I was without a/c for 2 months. The elevator in the north 3000 building is inoperable at least half the time, and for months when it goes out. I was trapped inside the elevator as it dropped (yes - slid down) from the 4th floor to the parking garage, before the doors opened. I guess someone will have to die before they replace them. Both elevators in the 1000 building have been inoperable for over a year! Management says they need to be replaced, but they are $250,000 each. Apparently the corporate owners do not care about the building codes or the ADA. If you consider renting here, keep in mind the things that are really important to you. The pool is unavailable for half the summer as well. I have mold growing out of my bedroom vent. The response is always, "That's normal." Even after submitting several maintenance requests, they close out the ticket as fixed, but do nothing. The dryer vents are full of lint and never cleaned. It will cause your dryer to set codes and eventually ruin your dryer. I had to buy a new one, so I vent the dryer into my apt. My kitchen sink is falling down into the cabinet. There are several spots on my ceiling from roof leaks. My a/c leaked water into my entryway for 6 months - I had a huge bucket that I emptied twice a day. Maintenance said that was normal here. There are other apartments that are much better maintained for $1800 per month. This has been the most frustrating living experience I've ever experienced, including respiratory infections ever 2-3 months. Arium was on the news because of the inoperable elevators, and the ADA is involved. And management posts the same reply to every negative review, "We are sorry ti hear that. We'd like the opportunity to address your concerns. Please reach out to us directly." We all have already! You do nothing!

When I say disgusting I mean utterly disgusting. The unit itself needs to be shut down and completely investigated because the maintenance team lives there but does a poor job at keeping the apartment up to date. My carpet since living here is mildew and makes the entire house smell rotten and brings nats and bugs constantly. My entire kitchen sink fell apartment just from me washing dishes and flooded my apartment and I tried contacting maintenance who’s supposedly suppose to be 24 hours and no one answered so I had to wait for the fire department to arrive while my apartment flooded. The leasing office workers are usually never there or they constantly give away your parking even when you pay for parking. The whole unit it’s self is a joke and completely a waste of money. 0 stars overall I highly do not recommend. The unit apartments are coveted in mold

STAY AWAY!!!! I been here less than a moment…First off the front off SUCKS a big one! Communication horrible & NONE existent. THEY NEVER ANSWER the phone and NEVER NEVER RETURN CALLS. They def do not have or look at notes… Maintenance was fired or quite. A/C still not working properly. Ant infestation they had someone come out with spay cans and only sprayed in door ways not entire apt. I was to get washer and dry as I asked same day I came in/applied and paid my deposit. I moved in a month later. No washer they told me they forgot. A month after I got a washer dryer after hunting one down… low and behold when they connected washer the water valve was leaking. Waiting on plumber and I’m still being charged. My master room is next to the outside unit and vibration and noise it makes I can’t sleep. It’s like sleeping next to a high voltage power line. Also, my apt is right in front of the trash shoot i walk my trash 5ft from my door they charge me for the valet trash pick up. I WISH I NEVER MOVED HERE. Excuses after Excuses. ARIUM GO TO HELL. The elevators dont work has not been for months. Sad to see elderly, children and disabled people have to walk up and down stairs not to mention if your moving in. I have move in with no working elevator 3 flights of stairs. I’m so pissed with this place. I’m just typing. DO NOT MOVE HERE. RUN. Looks nice but HUGE headache Update: OWNERS YOU MUST NOT READ ALL MY POST… your teams communication is horrible you see my name on here. You can find me. Y’all need to do Better way better

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The reviews are true anyone giving them more than one star are false reviews. Water leaks into your apartment from other apartments and they take months to fix it. Maintenance says they fix stuff but they don’t. There is trash everywhere. Parking is hell. The leasing office never answers the phone or emails. Save yourself the headache and stress!!

**I DO NOT RECOMMEND ** This place has gone down! The elevator has been out a year now, the building is absolutely disgusting! The building hasn’t been cleaned in over three months but they started charging us $25 for a trash butler that you never see! If we complain they just send someone days later to pick up the trash not clean! The mail room is always broken into, the security gate never works! The pool area is back off in the woods so the pool always was full of leaves, the workout room is off the unsecured parking garage so unwanted people was getting in there it’s dark down there and feel real unsafe! It once was a nice place to stay but since Carroll management has taken over it’s gone all the way down!

Management changed this year or late last year and quality has gone down: broken/inaccessible amenities, lights/fountains outside broken, etc. Maintenance requests used to take a while to be fulfilled; now they’re completely ignored. It sucks to come home to a place like that and be stuck on a lease. Definitely look for better options!!! Don’t settle and decide to move here.

Never answer their leasing office phone…so you have to take time off work to head to the leasing office… which is constantly closed during business hours… if you do manage to find someone in the leasing office, good luck getting a manger to help you besides “I’ll look into it and email you” which you never hear back from… and you start the cycle once again. So happy my lease ends soon!

My family and I have lived here for almost a year. My experience so far has been this: Pros: -Maintenance is on POINT. Residents are responsible for submitting work orders and the maintenance staff are great about addressing issues. -Location, especially proximity to the park -For the most part I feel safe -There were many cosmetics updates made to the property within less than a year including the parking garages, hallways, grounds, indoor/outdoor lighting of community spaces and a complete overhaul of the fitness center. Cons (and they're big ones) -When we first moved in (July 1) we had no air conditioning and this was with 90-100 degree temps just about every day. Eventually after almost a month, management did have an outside vendor come to replace our entire HVAC system and I had to practically beg for some kind of compensation for the inconvenience plus the cost of running a broken HVAC for almost a month... we were bestowed with $500 off our rent which was around $2100. -Recently, we were assigned two parking spaces by management, only to have one of our cars towed the first night we parked. Come to find out, the spot was already assigned to someone so, our car was reported for improperly parking. Not only was it towed almost 20 miles away but, the tow company damaged vehicle. After meeting with Arium management in person and following up with several emails requesting compensation for the ordeal (panic of thinking the car was stolen at first, taking time off of work to retrieve the car, dealing with the tow truck company for the damage), we were basically told we should be happy they paid the cost to get the car out of impound.... although it was their fault it was towed in the first place. -If you have any issues and want to speak to someone outside of the immediate management on site, it's basically impossible. There is a regional manager but, this person is not accessible because staff have been instructed not to share their information. They will give you general information for the corporate office but, my experience has been you will reach out to them and not receive sufficient follow-up. -Our negative experiences have greatly outweighed the good, in general the customer service always falls short when it comes to my family's major issues. The management has little to no sense of urgency or empathy. OVERALL- okay place to live as long as you don't anticipate having any major issues (outside of maintenance, because they're awesome and the only reason why I gave this place a star) that need to be addressed. 10,000% will not be staying here once our lease is up.

My wife and I have lived here for 5 years. The ONLY things that keep us around are the location and price. All common areas are just plain dirty, parking is a nightmare, maintenance issues are handled slowly, units are poorly insulated (heating/cooling + noise issue), onsite laundry constantly out of service, and bugs are common. I don’t know how they’ve gotten the rating to 3.6 stars (as of this post). In the past it’s been around 2.2 stars, which is much more accurate. Just setting expectations: Pros - nice park as backyard, lower price for the area. Cons - basically everything else.

Ebonee made the experience of getting approved and moved into my new place EXCEPTIONAL! She answered every question I had and pointed me in the right direction for everything else. She shared her enthusiasm for the renovations to come and made me feel right at home. She didn't even seem irritated when I called her several times for help after the move. SHe made this transition so smooth. I love this place already!

I've lived here for a few years and I really loved the stay, LOVED IT!. Maintenance requests are always timely- Daniel from maintenance does a really fantastic job with his crew, they are literaly a phone call away. The team at the leasing office is always willing to help and to do their best to ensure customer satisfaction. A good team overall! WELL RECOMMENDED

Stay away! Especially from the 1000 building. Both elevators have been out for almost a year, the gate is constantly broken, the garage is wide open, maintenance is non existent, and when they do come, they can’t fix it properly. My ceiling collapsed and flooded my unit due to a broken pipe upstairs and they immediately put the ceiling back up without treating for mold, toilets constantly run and flood, flooding the bedrooms, causing more mold under the carpets. Ask the current residents before signing a lease.

Hey y’all ! So update number #2. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. For starters there is still problems with my apartment that has been known since July yet they haven’t been fixed. On top of that there’s mold in my apartment which they never told me but when I addressed it to them they only thing everyone kept asking is “well isn’t that door supposed to be locked” umm yall worrying about the wrong thing. NO ONE HAS CAME TO FIX THE MOLD OR ANY PROBLEMS BUT YET MAINTENANCE SAID THEY DID. Communication is terrible. The amount of times I’ve went to the leasing office and spoke with a certain leasing manager and was told she would call and keep my updated but yet she never does. I have To keep going down there just to get an update. Originally I was told a new apartment would be available in September then mysteriously that apartment wasn’t available anymore. Then found a new one was told I could move in on Thursday September 21st but now I’m finding out that I cannot move in until October 6th. Arium Lenox park is not the complex that they claim to be. Too many residents have problems out here. I truly hate living here. If you would like to see the behind the scenes on problems with the complex feel free to look at my tiktok @LexiusXOXO. Overall, move somewhere else in Atlanta / brookhaven because I wish I would have done that instead.

Hello. It’s been an experience here at ARIUM Lenox Park. I moved here in August and I have had problems day one. Starting with my apartment not being the one I chose. And being told I can possibly move in the right apartment after I transferred my utilities. My garage clicker not working, my parking spot on the other end of parking far away from my unit. Rent amount different from welcome letter. I address my concerns the same week I moved in. I called left messages, went into the office two or three times each week and never a resolution. I am somewhat miserable here. And only been here a month. The reason for a three and not a one. Nichole is very nice at the rental office. The positive thing I can add is Edrice Alexander fixed one of the major problems. She was super nice, professional and was able to help me. She assured me that positive changes are happening and it will get better. I will be posting a review each month with updates of my experience at Arium Lenox Park.

I am not a resident of the Berkshire at Lenox but I was very excited to become a prospective tenant. I liked what I saw on the website and booked a tour about a week in advance to view the property. The day of my tour I was excited and felt this could be my new home. I was very impressed with the grounds and outside appearance when I got there. But that’s where it ended. When I got into the first door of the office I noticed the countless notices about not taking Amazon deliveries. It was not aesthetically pleasing at all. On top of that Amazon had left well over 30 packages anyway despite the notices all throughout the office and front door. I then get to the leasing office to see a note on the door that they had closed due to an emergency maintenance issue but yet I could hear someone beyond the door talking. I was very upset because I drove from Greenville, South Carolina to view this property. I never received an email or phone call from someone in leasing to let me know we would need to reschedule or a follow up about not being able to take the tour. I was sent a survey though (the audacity) filled it out and still didn’t receive a phone call from corporate or anyone to address the issue. I kept thinking to myself I tried to give this place a chance because of the beautiful pictures but clearly the bad reviews are the truth! Super relieved because I feel I dodged a bullet with this one! BEWARE!!! Tried to post a picture of their notice of being closed doesn’t look like it let me post it.

I won’t be renewing my lease. This is not the first time I needed a maintenance person to help me out but what the most urgent. Water was heavily leaking under the sink, not sure even if to call it leaking cause was pouring, water was coming out of the sink. Called several times to have someone come over, I was assured it will be today since it’s an emergency. The business hours are over, no one answering my phone. I ended up hiring a plumber by myself to fix the issue. I was told there are 3 emergency calls for maintenance and I will be next, that was 4h ago. Not recommended and won’t be renewing.

Do not waste your time and money here. The physical condition is very poor (cockroach infested, empty shopping carts littered around, the smell of urine is somehow always present, etc.) cars have been broken into, maintenance is unprofessional and takes too long to respond/fix issues and when it’s complete, a subpar job is done. I contracted COVID-19 while living here and had to be hospitalized three times. I was out of work for a month so I couldn’t cover rent for that month. I explained my situation, but was met with discourteousness and rudeness from the assistant property manager (Lynn Mbomeh) who has threatened me with legal action and late fees. This is how they treat their residents that have contracted a deadly virus that has killed almost 4,000 Georgians and 150,000 in the US. I know the location is great and the price is great, but you get what you pay for here. I’m begging you to look elsewhere. You’ve been warned.

My Leasing Agent Ebone’ was super friendly, welcoming, professional, and helpful! She made sure that every question I had was answered and that every concern I had was addressed. The turnaround time to get me moved in from NC to Arium was super fast- my apartment was clean- with new carpet and floors! The Manager Lynn is lively and thorough- she manages her Maintenance staff efficiently to make sure that Maintenance follows up and follows through! If you’re looking for a dope, safe spot moments from Lenox Mall- super close in Buckhead- with reasonable pricing- this is your place! I am pleased! 🙏🏾

ZERO STARS. I pay $1200 a month to water water leak from my ceiling for the last year. No one fixed the situation because it was a "nightmare" job. Place is a joke, management is a joke. Youre better off living in your car.

Lovely homes! I had a loft style apartment with 24ft ceilings and it was gorgeous. Lenox park is literally right behind the complex and I would go running there everyday, it has two fountains and there are always crazy cool birds hanging around there. I was never disturbed by my neighbors or anything, everyone seems pretty chill here and it’s easy to put in maintenance requests when needed. 100% recommend !

I greatly appreciate all her help and know that I can count on her. Highly recommend others to take notes on how she conducts service.

I have to take back my previous review and up them to 4 stars. We have been tenants for over a year and a half, on our 2nd term. Before, we had issues with our move in process but after everything is taken care of, we’re okay. Quiet, safe and good place to live which is great for our kids and the new managers are slowly progressing. The maintenance team (Kenny & Tony) do a very good job, as well. They are respectful and efficient, and take care of anything we need in a decent amount of time. I recommend living here as it is also very close to Lenox and all its entertainment.

I will be entering my 3rd year living at this property. Ever since Arium has taken over management (which has been around 6 - 9 months), all aspects of the apartment complex, management, etc. have been improved. They have invested heavily in cosmetic upgrades and communication with staff/maintenance have been a better experience as well. Dionna (property manager) was willing to work with me on a few conditions on my lease renewal, which was very beneficial for my roommate and I. I got the sense that they cared to retain their tenants and worked to find something that worked for both parties. Additionally, for location and what you get amenity wise, I doubt you'll find better value. Overall, I am happy with residing at the property.

Everyone that works in the leasing office is super friendly and willing to help. They always answer the phones and try to take care of people. I really appreciate the property manager Lynn, she was amazing and down to earth and one of the most helpful property managers I have ever met. Her and John helped me get my apartment, it was difficult due to my situation but they did not give up on me and showed true character. I will forever be grateful! Thank you Lynn and John!

I moved in at the start of extension renovations. I must say things are coming along quite beautifully. The icing on top of the cake is that Lina an Ty, (property management office staff) are super kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I've come across some very arrogant and not so nice leasing folks in the past, but this staff is amazing. Kodos to them and I wish more people had the customer service skills they have.

I spoke with CJ today and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She was able to show me the apartment I would be staying in and was excited as I was about the space. The layout is perfect, the surrounding is perfect, the grounds were well maintained, and throughout my time there, CJ seemed to be very invested in finding an apartment I really liked. I brought my laptop in and applied in their leasing office.

How the staff treats me as a resident is very important to me when it comes to deciding where to reside. The entire staff at this complex is phenomenal! I personally worked with Nichole for my move in process, she was very detailed and went above and beyond by showing me my unit before the move in date to get a better idea of what I’m investing in. I couldn’t ask for more. I’d like to also thank Ty, and Dionna for collectively working together as well to assure me a smooth transition.

I have been living at the Arium for just about a year now. I am very pleased with the way we are treated by staff . Ms.Nichole has been a tremendous help since joining the staff . She is very very knowledgeable of the property , amenities, and info . I had an issue and Nichole was prompt and even followed up on the issue and the solution . That is what you call going above and beyond!! I inquired about upgrading and she had no issue giving me very detailed information as well as showing me the property. I love how upbeat she is and absolutely love the energy and service she provides !

This place is horrible. I couldn’t make another review on my other account. Every time this place don’t do right I’m posting. WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! The front office is horrible. Go look at my other post. Here is another reason, Over a week ago we had hug rain storm that same night the glass from the oven fell out on the floor and door wont close properly ( I hope to god I can post these pictures). On 29th I put in work order. The 30th I went to office due to they NEVER ANSWER THE phone…NEVER. I asked when will this be fixed of replaced they said that day. Still today glass still out. I was told it don’t use over its not safe due to the fiber glass padding is exposed. It’s been over a week its only so much I can do using the stove. They told me this was not important and they are backed up. I hate this place, horrible communication, No follow up, No call return calls, AC still messed up huge ant problem & both elevator in my building been down over 6 months. Oh I attached photo to work order and they told me oh yea we can’t see pictures.

I Have Been Living Here Since 6/30 During This Entire Time We’ve Had A Host Of Issues. Most Importantly The Maintenance Team Does Not Respond To Work Orders. They Will Close Them And Mark Them Completed Though. I Have Two Bathrooms In My Unit And One Of Them Is Not Operational. My Fiancé, 2 Kids, And Myself All Have To Share One Bathroom. It Hasn’t Worked Since We Moved In. 3 Different Men Have Been To My Apartment To “Fix”The Issue And They All Took A Video, Left, And Then Closed The Work Order. We Have Sent Emails, We Call Several Times, Left Voicemails, Put In Multiple Work Orders And Nothing! Its Getting Cold Outside And I Have A Window That Won’t Close. That Work Order Was Put In A Month And A Half Ago No One Has Been By! The Trash-rooms Aren’t Kept Clean And The Hallways Are Filled With Fruit flies. None Of The “Security” Doors Work Properly. I Scanned My Card To Go In The Mailroom And Got Locked Inside For Several Minutes Until Someone Came By And Let Me Out. That Issue Still Hasn’t Been Fixed. I Pay Close To $3000 To Live In This Community And I Can’t Even Have A Humane Space To Live In.

You are truly paying for the Lenox Park name. Management doesn’t give a damn and maintenance isn’t worth a damn. My advice is to pay the small fee to pursue a civil suit. It’s the only way you’ll get a fair outcome.

I’ve been living at Berkshires for about a year and a half and have had a pleasant experience in large part due to the hell of Robert Slater! Though the building has its kinks (hey, for this price and location, it’s unbeatable), Robert has helped us navigate through any issues with a great attitude and always wearing a smile!

Just moved in last week and love it so far! The location is great (super close to all the cool shops and restaurants in Buckhead), Lenox Park is a good place to walk or run, and my room mates and I find the apartment super cozy! The entire apartment, with the exception of the kitchen, is very spacious and the grounds are kept super clean. Melissa was our leasing agent and did a great job of getting us into our apartment on a time crunch. We're appreciative of her time and energy and look forward to interacting with her and the rest of the leasing staff more during our time here!

Update: Editing the review to 2 stars due to lack of professionalism amongst maintenance staff. ~~~Original Post~~~ Nice community. Affordable apartments. The package situation is not ideal. Robert Slater in the leasing office is why I'm leaving 5 stars.

Gabe has handled all but 1 of my maintenance request. He's fast and pays attention to tenants issues. He is very helpful.

What can be said about the greatest Senior Leasing & Marketing Expert of all time, Melissa Chambers. I have never in my life had the opportunity to work with someone who I felt genuinely cared about the process of us finding the perfect apartment, assisting us through the leasing process, and being there every step of the way in the move in process. She is an asset to your company and your team at Berkshires at Lenox Park. We look forward to our residency here and working with Melissa along the way.

There were quite a few issues upon moving in, but the staff here are awesome. Lynn was super helpful and professional, and she made sure to keep us in the loop with all our maintenance requests. Renee has been very friendly and courteous, as well. The location is excellent and rent is super reasonable considering the area! There are couple things that could use some attention such as the more-than-occasional lack of parking, but overall we are pleased.

Have had some issues here and there but for the most part this has been a cool experience. Robert is a great guy and is always eager to assist in any way he can and with a smile on his face!

I moved in a month ago and so far everything is awesome and I truly hope it stays that way. Melissa Chambers has an awesome personality. She basically made me move here with a very professional approach to all my questions and concerns. I love my apartment and like I said I hope it stays that way. Great Job Melissa 😁!

The complex is in a very convenient location, and is well priced for the area. Robert is extremely helpful and friendly.

Absolutely perfect location for where I wanted to live and the price was under what I expected to pay plus I was able to get a bigger apartment than the other places I was considering for a cheaper price! Parking can get difficult in the evening but they do have an option to pay for a spot in the covered parking area. I worked with Robert through my whole moving process and he has been amazing. So helpful and personable in our initial meeting/tour and helped me lock in a price I was happy with. There were a few things needing to be fixed in my apartment before move in and he was just an email away and was there to ensure they were fixed. I’ve been by the office a few times and he’s always welcoming and super helpful. All the staff has been wonderful and I’d definitely recommend working with Robert when you move in!

The complex is situated in a really nice area, inside Lenox Park. It is a quiet neighborhood with lots of green. It is also about 20mins walk from the Lenox Square Mall and the Phipps Plaza where you can go shopping and have a nice dinner or drink while gazing at the high risers. As I was new in the US, this was my first time moving in to a complex. Fortunately Robert was the one that took care of my application and everything was settled within an hour. He was very kind and friendly and helped me with all the details of the rental contract in a very upright manner. He was also really helpful every time I asked him for help with my complex card, package deliveries, etc. The staff also that is working at the maintenance of the apartments responded immediately to my requests every time that was needed. I highly recommend this complex!

Highly recommend Berkshire at Lenox Park! I lived there for nearly two years and enjoyed every minute of it. The location of the complex is ideal. The leasing office team is the best, Robert and Melissa were always there for me if I needed anything at all. They always went above and beyond to help me out. Great place to live!

I have lived at Berkshire since July. Melissa was the leasing agent who handled my lease and she made the process extremely easy. Since, both Robert and Melissa has been very accommodating and helpful with any matters I needed handled. Maintenance is on top of issues and their resolutions. They are always friendly and professional. To say the least I am very happy with the complex, my apartment and the staff.

So most of my interaction has been with Robert. While I had a slightly bumpy start with unresponsiveness from someone else during my application process, Robert came in like a star. Dealing with him was what made me eventually choose this apartment over another that I was considering. While this may technically be work for him, he has made me and many other tenants that I've seen him interact with, feel like a friend. He is awesome. I have no complaint about the actual apartment, other than my heavy footed neighbor above me, but I know that's above the management's control. The location is great, I get to work in 10 minutes. And thus far all the neighbors seem nice. They host periodic mixers for the tenants as well which is nice as well.

Since day 1 Melissa has been my go to #1. When I first moved in the front office staff was different and the best vibe I got was from Melissa. She’s very helpful, courteous, and professional. Never seen her have a bad day! Melissa is the go to person, if she can’t do it she gets it done with the teamwork from her co-workers, except one. The maintenance staff has been great also. Don’t have to ask them twice. Thanks to the rest of the staff Gabe, Tony, Kenny, Fred, Rikki, and Renee for being Great! And Melissa thanks for being the OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL, and COURTEOUS person that you are!

This March will Mark my 1 year anniversary here at Berkshire at Lenox Park. I am glad to say that it’s been a pleasure residing here at the property. The office staff has made my transition from my private home in NYC to now apartment/community living an easy one But I must especially mention one person in particular. I must say that Robert has been a pleasure to work with during the past year. Although I am only home maybe 15 days out of a month, each time we cross paths his personality and helpful actions are appreciated. From day one he has maintained his professionalism, yet still has been able to show concern and sincerity beyond business. For this I am thankful. Yes I am satisfied with my apartment and Atlanta, but it’s people like Robert that gives it a special something. Thanks Berkshire

I’ve lived at this complex for about three years and had a great experience so far. The location is ideal, with easy routes for commuting and enjoying the city. The park behind the complex is also a nice perk. The staff at The Berkshires has been kind and accommodating. Robert is always friendly whether I visit the front office with a question or just to chat while passing by. The maintenance staff is also very professional, rarely needing more than a single visit to perform repairs.

I moved in this past November. At the time I really needed a place fast. I walked in on a late Sunday evening thinking that there was no chance that I could find anyone to help me. Robert was there and I was very impressed because he really went above and beyond my expectations to help. That day I met a new friend. Thanks Robert for your help.

Melissa Chambers, along with the entire Property Staff have been nothing but professional during my two years calling Berkshires at Lenox Park home. Attention to details, great location, outstanding amenities and a courteous maintenance staff makes Berkshires at Lenox Park the absolute best living facility in the area.

Melissa from the leasing office is fantastic. Her drive and commitment to the process, as well as that of all the other staff, was so helpful. I appreciate them all so much for all of their hard work. While I recommend making sure you do a walkthrough of the apartment before leasing to note any pre-existing issues, I recognize that applies to pretty much any living arrangement you are making. Overall, great staff, easy process, and a quiet and quaint community to rent from.

I have lived here for two years and has been a pleasure. The location is wonderful and you can't beat the price. I love how Robert remembers my name and little things so we can have a conversation. No major complaints and I don't plan on moving anytime soon.

I have lived in the Berkshire community for over 3 years now and it’s been a pleasure. Whenever I pick up packages from the leasing office I am always warmly greeted by Robert. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is in good condition and it provides comfortable, luxury living. This is a very good area to live in. You are close to the city and you also have Lenox Park right behind the complexes. It’s dog friendly and very popular amongst the community. Berkshire apartments is a great place with multiple facilities for its residents as well.

Just moved in a few days ago. So far, so good. Beautiful community & excellent staff! Melissa has been such amazing help from day one. She is awesome! UPDATE: It’s been almost two weeks now. I lowered my 5 star review to a 3 star, due to the ridiculous amount of ants we’ve seen in our apartment. Maintenance barely sprayed our apartment, literally 3 days later, ants EVERYWHERE. I’m over it.

Everyone in the front office has made my time here very accommodating and comfortable with the warm inviting and professional demeanor shown which is why I would definitely recommend Berkshires at Lenox Park in that regards, but as far as everything else concerning the complex I just don’t feel it’s worth the amount of rent that I’m paying monthly.
