My
family
and
I
have
lived
here
for
almost
a
year.
My
experience
so
far
has
been
this:
Pros:
-Maintenance
is
on
POINT.
Residents
are
responsible
for
submitting
work
orders
and
the
maintenance
staff
are
great
about
addressing
issues.
-Location,
especially
proximity
to
the
park
-For
the
most
part
I
feel
safe
-There
were
many
cosmetics
updates
made
to
the
property
within
less
than
a
year
including
the
parking
garages,
hallways,
grounds,
indoor/outdoor
lighting
of
community
spaces
and
a
complete
overhaul
of
the
fitness
center.
Cons
(and
they're
big
ones)
-When
we
first
moved
in
(July
1)
we
had
no
air
conditioning
and
this
was
with
90-100
degree
temps
just
about
every
day.
Eventually
after
almost
a
month,
management
did
have
an
outside
vendor
come
to
replace
our
entire
HVAC
system
and
I
had
to
practically
beg
for
some
kind
of
compensation
for
the
inconvenience
plus
the
cost
of
running
a
broken
HVAC
for
almost
a
month...
we
were
bestowed
with
$500
off
our
rent
which
was
around
$2100.
-Recently,
we
were
assigned
two
parking
spaces
by
management,
only
to
have
one
of
our
cars
towed
the
first
night
we
parked.
Come
to
find
out,
the
spot
was
already
assigned
to
someone
so,
our
car
was
reported
for
improperly
parking.
Not
only
was
it
towed
almost
20
miles
away
but,
the
tow
company
damaged
vehicle.
After
meeting
with
Arium
management
in
person
and
following
up
with
several
emails
requesting
compensation
for
the
ordeal
(panic
of
thinking
the
car
was
stolen
at
first,
taking
time
off
of
work
to
retrieve
the
car,
dealing
with
the
tow
truck
company
for
the
damage),
we
were
basically
told
we
should
be
happy
they
paid
the
cost
to
get
the
car
out
of
impound....
although
it
was
their
fault
it
was
towed
in
the
first
place.
-If
you
have
any
issues
and
want
to
speak
to
someone
outside
of
the
immediate
management
on
site,
it's
basically
impossible.
There
is
a
regional
manager
but,
this
person
is
not
accessible
because
staff
have
been
instructed
not
to
share
their
information.
They
will
give
you
general
information
for
the
corporate
office
but,
my
experience
has
been
you
will
reach
out
to
them
and
not
receive
sufficient
follow-up.
-Our
negative
experiences
have
greatly
outweighed
the
good,
in
general
the
customer
service
always
falls
short
when
it
comes
to
my
family's
major
issues.
The
management
has
little
to
no
sense
of
urgency
or
empathy.
OVERALL-
okay
place
to
live
as
long
as
you
don't
anticipate
having
any
major
issues
(outside
of
maintenance,
because
they're
awesome
and
the
only
reason
why
I
gave
this
place
a
star)
that
need
to
be
addressed.
10,000%
will
not
be
staying
here
once
our
lease
is
up.
