I have one suggestion. If your customers come to one the last movie of the night. They order the refillable popcorn special but couldn't get a refill because the start closing up the concession. I know you can't give out extra popcorn cups do to inventory but could you at least give one plastic bag M/L alone with them. If they ask because they have extra people. Let your customer know they might not get another refill before purchasing. For us evening movie goers.

AMC makes it convenient to purchase tickets online. Lobby was very crowded, 40 minute wait in line for popcorn. Theater and seats can use some updating. The popcorn was fresh though.

My last experience here sucked!!! The security guard was aggressive with his direction. I was reluctant to ask him a question but did anyway and just like I assumed he snapped at me. The customer beside me backed away and had to beg her husband to walk away because he was that aggressive it offended him to hear the security guard talking to women loud/disrespectfully. Customer service didn't exist at all. The young lady at the concession stand was rude as well. The staff was dry, rude, and disconnected from what is going on around them. I won't be returning and it's sad I can't enjoy the theater in my community. I'm willing to drive to another area 25 miles away so I can have the full experience of smiles, excellent customer service and a clean theater.

I go to this movie theater because it’s close and less expensive than the other theater that is near me. This theater needs a thorough cleaning the carpet smells horrible in the hallways. With this theater being as busy as it is they definitely need a better intake process. I seen and overheard some things during my visit that makes me feel like their is a huge security issue. I just would like to be sure that when I bring my 5 year old to the movies we are safe. I gave it 2 stars because of pricing otherwise it would be 1 star.

This place was a nightmare from start to finish! Walking in the door, was met with the pungent smell of burnt popcorn! The attendant at the door gave me the wrong theatre room number and when I went back to retrieve the right info he tried to argue with me over the misinformation he had given! There was a line at the concession stand, one cashier was open but 7-8 employees stood directly behind him mingling, no one else bothered to take orders! During the movie, conversations were held throughout the room (literally heard people talking about seeing their granny and changing up living room furniture) while the movie was playing. Teenage kids were running in and out of the theater room, horse playing and etc. There was one guy responding to the movie so dramatically, yelling, cursing, and being down right ignorant; he should be an actor himself with his loud outbursts and all the attention he tried to gain from the room, smh! I JUST CANNOT, with this location! This was my first and last time patronizing this location! You’ve been warned!

Absolutely the worst movie theater I've ever been to! Literally upsets me because as a community we should have things convenient to us to enjoy without poor customer service! The staff was extremely rude and one of the cashiers called a customer an old B WHILE the manager stood next to them completely ignoring the argument. Both could use training. Not to mention the theater is dirty!

Dysfunctional! It's 1pm on a Friday and we had to wait in line for 15 minutes just to scan our pre-bought tickets! There was only one person working the concession stand which is for some reason the place you have to scan in, meanwhile there were easily 5 employees sitting around. Management here needs to figure some things out.

Clean space but definitely needs more counter help during movie premieres. I chose to forgo popcorn and snacks because of the line

Awesome movie theater just wish they would update a few things, there seats are old and they don’t offer much to eat.

I always enjoy my time here with my family. The restrooms could use an update but everything works. Also this location has been closed for a few months due to someone crashing into the building while being unconscious…someone made a post that is incorrect.

Too many high school kids hanging out. The area is pretty, and seems safe, but the kids make it hard to enjoy a date night for adults.

Concession prices are audacious especially considering there's nothing special aesthetically about the venue. $16 for 4 chicken tenders (no fries). The business model is clearly take all you can from willing-paying customers. I was satisfied that the place was much cleaner than my last visit

The place was dead empty, the screen was literally miscolored and patchwork, half the speakers didn't work right, and the arcade was fully shutdown. I prepaid for tickets online and when we went in literally nobody asked or even mentioned tickets. I watched two kids just walk right in and jump into a theater. Only hit up this place if it's your only option.

So I went to the movie last night for the 8:45pm Sonic and the doors were actually closed with a sign or anything posted at the door. The employees saw us but they just ignored us. A customer leaving is the one who opened the door and when we went inside a employee said that were closed. And I said that can't be possible because I have a ticket for a 8:45 pm movie. We got to see the movie but we didn't even get to seat where we wanted because everyone was told just sit wherever. And to make matters worse the concessions stand was closed. If you have a 8:45pm showing your concession stand should not be closed. I've literally never had a worse theater experience. The next theater is 28mins away and I'm willing to drive that far so I won't have to deal with theater again

The seats don't recline, but they do rock like a rocking chair. That's different. Also all the sugar free drinks at the machine are the same flavorless flavor.

Cool theater, but I actually had to take the time out to write about an employee Alicia that took my order. No personality at all. Her vibe is all attitude and mean. Looking on the outside you would think she hates her job.... Really killed my vibe, smile more and learn how to treat customers

This place has gone down hill since AMC took over. The outdoor landscape is overgrown, the carpets are very dirty and smells like urine. The seats reek of an unpleasant odor. The only thing that saves this place is that the staffing is nice and has a professional demeanor. Overall, the former owner of Movies ATL ran a better theater. Very disappointing to be of such a good area.

We attended Movie Night with the Ques and it was an awesome well attended event. They thought of everything. Well executed. Thanks to them again. I'm here though about this AMC theater. I hadn't been back here in years and I remembered why. It's old, it smells old, it was extremely HOT in the lobby as we waited 40 plus for snacks, the seats, omg the seats were so uncomfortable. The young lady taking our tickets was so rude, but thankfully the security guard stepped in to smooth things over. Sadly, There wasn't a movie sign for the Wanda Forever movie. You know the sign you see everybody else, at other theaters taking pictures in front of? They advertised but didn't have the sovereign popcorn tin. I understand the challenges we face today with hiring or keeping employees but we have got to do better. We deserve better. How do we continue to grow or community? Why should our experiences be less than other areas?? Still Wakanda Forever

This is my second time at this theater and it is absolutely horrible. It’s very crowded with rude unsupervised teenagers who talk, make noise, and disrupt through the entire movie. Seems as if there is no curfew or supervision rules enforced. The screening rooms have a foul Odor and the seats feel disgusting, the theater it’s self is filthy (popcorn, trash, and other food scattered all around the floor). Also very long lines for both purchasing tickets and food. Overall the theater is extremely outdated and properly ran.

There need to be security in the hall ways at all times. The kids played in the hallway during our movie so, that was a bit disturbing. The parking lot is fare to dark and that makes it feel unsafe outside and there is no security.

Due to the pandemic, this is ideal place for a family outing. They have sanitizer wipes and hand sanitizer available every couple of steps. The theater was quite empty providing plenty of social distancing. They have done a great job πŸ‘

Ever since they reopened, the service quality has dropped significantly. They've stopped serving concessions before 9:30pm+ movies repeatedly, they've been noticeably slow with ticket scans, and the courtesy has been hit or miss. As a loyal premiere member, I'm disappointed

Incompetency at its finest. Went to watch the digital version of Aquaman, the movie started playing in 3D even though the last 3D showing was 4 hours earlier. The manager was unable to communicate effectively and get the correct screening shown, they insisted on issuing a refund instead of correcting the show. Like what if we went to watch Aquaman and they played Barbie instead. Too bad we won’t fix it.

I went on a Saturday night after 9pm. There were teenagers EVERYWHERE!!! I had to change my seat because I was surrounded by them and they wouldn't shut up. The place was dirty. They have old seats that don't recline. I will NEVER go to this theater again.

This was tge absolute worse theater I've been to. It was dirty. There was liquid all over the floor by the drink machine which was totally out of most options if soda. The workers were not friendly at all. I am 5'2 and I barely had any leg room in the seats. Even the bathrooms were out of soap!! Will not be going back.

Went to the theater and payed for everything online through the app including the food and was given a pick up time. Upon arrival was told still had to stand in line and food still had to be prepared and still had to wait for food. They only had one cashier and they seemed to only service the premier line when the regular line was backed up. Other workers watched and didnt bother to assist. Only one of the attendants had a pleasant attitude the rest acted like they could hear you or respond.

A very unprofessional and disorganized movie theatre. I brought my 2 kids there to see the new Minions movie. We came to the first showing at 11:40. Arrived at 11:00 to purchase tickets and get snacks. Only one other patron was there at that time to purchase tickets. We waited for approximately 15 minutes at the concession stand for someone to start taking orders. The crazy thing is that they did have a young gentleman there working, but apparently he was new and could not log into the system to take our order. For some reason, he just stood there and did not go find his manager or another co-worker to assist him. We stood there, confused, for 15 minutes. Finally another co-worker came out to assist but made a statement that she felt like something wasn't right and decided to come out to see if anything was going on. By this time, there is a line of about 6 other patrons. She took my order of popcorn and 3 slushies. By this time it is 11:20 and someone forgot to turn on the slushie machine. I pointed out the slushie machine wasn't turned on. She said ok, but didn't turn it on right away. There are now 3 people working and no one has turned on the machine. I waited an additional 10 minutes for someone to turn on the machine. I asked them how long it would take for the machine to be ready and she said about 5 minutes; but it actually took about 15 minutes. So I decided to wait. As I'm waiting, I overhear her training the new employee. She is telling him how to respond to customers in different situations. And every response she is teaching him is rude and condescending. She is training him on how to be rude to the customers. I am appalled at this point. I think AMC management and leadership would be embarrassed to have this type of customer service at their theaters. Serious training needs to be had at this particular location.

They need to hire more people.... They had a line outside the door.... They need to not have it where you can buy your movie tickets at the concession stand.... Other than having to wait in such long lines.... It was great.

This movie theater experience was great. It appears more organized with seating than before the pandemic. The ventilation system was very good considering the amount of people in the theater for the featured film, The Black Panther on this past weekend of Nov 12. I must say the popcorn was popped well and not burnt. My experience was awesome!

  • 3/5 Jazmine G. 1 year ago on Google
Terrible experience! I'm guessing they were under staffed. I can understand that and have patience. The staff that was there were helpful. However, it was Sunday night, their was no hot food at the concession, and it filled with unaccompanied minors. When there aren't supposed to be any kids after 7pm. The kids were so loud that it was difficult to enjoy the movie. We ended up getting out money back.

  • 4/5 Krystle H. 1 year ago on Google
Staff was mostly friendly. The theater itself looked incredibly unkempt. I'm not sure if it was all the patrons trying to see the new release and they couldn't keep up or what.. but the halls were littered with smashed popcorn, wrappers, and just looked dirty. All 4 of the freestyle machines had multiple sodas and flavors out, the area where the lids and straws was sticky and not stocked. Had no issues with the seats or the auditorium itself, all that looked pretty good, and we enjoyed our movie.

When AMC Camp Creek 14 first opened, they were great. This visit was not so great. We left due to the inconsiderate person behind us who brought their sick child, sniffling & coughing to a crowded space. We asked if her child was okay and if he was sick. She looked at us with disdain, shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know. Being cold and flu seasoned, we did not feel comfortable staying. We wished her well and said that we hope her child gets better and left. As we were leaving she spat, "do you have a cold?!?" 5-stars to the manager for being understanding and refunding our tickets. 5-stars to the young lady who checked us in. Go at your own risk.

  • 5/5 Crystal R. 1 year ago on Google
Thanks to the manager Jasmine I had a great experience at AMC of Campcreek. She went above and beyond finding out her customers needs and making sure they leave the theater with a pleasant experience. I was told incorrect information by an employee and she made sure to find me and make that correction. Thanks so much!

Horrible experience. EV parking is prioritized over handicap. No one scans your ticket for app credit or tell you which way the assigned theater is. Cleanliness is definitely not on the agenda. Outdated theatres & chairs.

Bathrooms are always clean the selection of moves are usually limited only due to the environment but I seem to still enjoy.
