Worst experience everrr! I’ve been 2x it was horrible hookah is $60 took 30 mins to bring out, I paid $41 for unlimited crab legs only for them to bring me out 2 small crabs and said the refill is only 1 crab, I didn’t receive the other ones. They were adverting free unlimited crab legs that started at 2pm to 4:30pm…we got there at 2pm sharp and they were not ready or set up yet we got in at 2:20pm. Once she came to our sections at 3pm and told us nothing is free and crabs end at 4now and even if we pay now it’ll stop at 4, we still ordered bc by that time we missed brunch elsewhere. She finally brung the bottle at 3:30 and first round crabs at 3:40. I finished the 2 crabs in 5 mins asked for more she didn’t bring more. It’s dirty and stink. Also, not a vibe it’s empty and 10 ppl were there both times but I gave another chance. All food is expensive $25++! YOU’RE WELCOME!

This place sucks, the server whos in charge of our table was like didn't care. been sitting for almost half an hour to get our drinks. Opera is way much better. 2019/06/02: I'm sure safety is the last thing to worry about in here, enjoy!

The worst club I’ve been to in Atlanta. First off, it took forever to even get in the door after paying $700 for a section. Then once we got in the building we had to track down someone to bring us to our section. Once we got to the section, very small section, it took well over 30mins for them to even bring the bottles. We had 3 bottles and did not have enough time to drink them all due to the delay in service. Top flight security outside the club will make sure you don’t leave with the bottles you paid for. It was a waste of time and money. I would never recommend this club to anyone. Terrible.

First time here it was ok. I purchased $25 tickets off eventbrite to see Mystikal and celebrate my fiance birthday. It was actually a pretty good deal because it was free drinks/shots until 11pm, however I reserved a table through Google on Monday and came Friday the day of the event I get a email saying my reservation was declined. We get here to find out they only have VIP sections so that's why my reservation was declined what about the people who don't want a section but just need somewhere to eat. Food 3/10, Music 10/10 The bathroom doors need to be fixed. All the waitresses was sitting down on the patio area smoking hookah until 1am. Hopefully these minor problems can be fixed and I'll visit again in the future.

Worst club experience ever. This club is a scam. The advertisement on eventbrite was not what was presented at the door. It stated with ticket your free before 11. We wait in line for 2 hours only to be told to pay $40. After refusing to pay because we had tickets the security guards throws a tantrum. He trying to make a extra buck off scamming the clubs customers. They hold the line until after 11 so you have no option but to pay. That is very misleading to get people in your line. Was my first time going didn't get to go inside and never will because I'm not going back.

Of course when they seen we was from out of town they was gonna scam us telling me the tickets that I purchased from the link on their ig page was fake but they keep the link up for people to continue purchasing. If I was thinking I would have called the real police cause they keep fake ones outside. Not only am I going to get my money back for the tickets but I will get my additional funds for actually going in that so called place of entertainment. This lawyer in the making not even playing

Ticket said free before 11 but they don’t let anyone in before 11 which is a scam. Guy who pats you down before entry also slammed his arm into my balls. I yelled. They still hurt the next day. NEVER GOING BACK

Multiple fights infront of the facility for cinco de mayo . Extremely ghetto , this was my first time here . UNORGANIZED. OH YEAH , and they threw tear gas in the club to clear it out because it got too packed . Awesome plan , I almost choked to death .

Worst ATL club experience so far! Poor management. Stood at the bar 45 minutes before being notified by the manager that we had to stand on the opposite end of the bar to be served, but they weren't making others on the other end of the bar move. Left a couple dozen customers unable to get drinks. Also, drinks for the event were supposed to be FREE before 11pm, so all of us waiting OVER AN HOUR were charged. Long story short, arrived at 10pm, went straight to the bar, didn't get a drink until 11:20. Meanwhile the same manager offered 2 gentlemen waiting next to me free bottled water, but refused to give the rest any. Good thing the artist was worth it after $20 parking, $30 entry, and hour 20 minute wait for the first drink! Prolly won't return.

The security at this dump/club jumped on my son this past Saturday/ Sunday and beat him like an animal. They paid $400.0@ for a section and was removed from that section. This is a bad place for anyone to pay their hard earn money to go. It’s obvious they don’t care about nobody, they just take your money and treat you like garbage. After they beat my son they threw him in the streets like garbage!! Some people have illness or disability you can’t see, they will soon find out!!! APD was there the whole time and did nothing!! They pulled and pointed there tazers at my son after he was darn near beaten to death!!!

Poor service. Reserved a “booth” (more like a bench) and upon arrival was told that the section was not ready and unless we wanted to pay the cover charge we had to stand outside until the booth was ready. Keep in mind we arrived 15 minutes before our reservation and if you arrive after your reservation your booth is subject to be given away. When we complained about the service, they told us to call their party promoter and take it up with him. The service on the inside was great but I don’t think I’d ever go back or recommend this club to anyone visiting Atlanta.

It’s a college kid vibe. Plays decent amount of hip hop music. Drinks are weak and expensive with a mandatory gratuity added without consent. I guess that’s why the bartenders have a IDGAF attitude. I would suggest paying for parking, in the deck, around 20 bucks, as there are many shady characters hanging around that place. It’s safe to say, I wouldn’t go back.

Our server was a little unprofessional…. helping herself to our bottles and asking for her tip repeatedly like we weren’t gonna give it to her… that was weird and tacky. Everything else was nice.

Bought a section and they gave away our section because another group paid more money. And gave us a section that was barely a section and we had over 10 people. They didn’t try to accommodate us at all. And on top of that told us we had to buy another bottle or go when 4 am hit. I literally paid to stand up! And there couches have holes in them.worst club experience ever! Scammers for real!

The Vibe was OK I don’t like the way they turn off the music for damn near 30 minutes for people to get out of sections and go to another one in the wings and fries are not worth $25. They were small. We waited over an hour and they wasn’t even hot.

Don't go here. They charged me 275 dollars for 2 wing and fry meals and 4 drinks. The bartender was drunk af. They gave me a receipt for 190 I signed then went back and charged 85 more without a signature. Don't go here.

Went looking for this place, but didn't know I needed a ghetto tour guide to find it. Both Google and Apple maps put us in the vicinity of the place but never said it was in the Underground ATL compound. So we were basically left wondering around the empty streets at night looking for this damn place, surrounded by dope fiends, and bums, with a lot of money in our pockets... Not a smart combination. We thought about walking into the Underground ATL compound, but something about that dark alley filled with bums, like a scene from The Walking Dead, screamed kill me, Rob my corpse, and kidnap my wife. So we went back to the hotel. Clear directions on the website would've made sense, but like everything else in ATL, it wasn't visitor friendly. Will more than likely never attempt to go back to this place again.

This is a house party trying to pretend to be a club. They don’t have beer, wine, or soda water, or any lemons and limes. The audacity to have a cover when they don’t have basic items is ridiculous. Horrible experience.

As someone who is hard to please idk why the reviews are so bad. Bottle girls act like bottle girls but why is that surprising? Vibes were good, food was good and the layout of the club is better than most.

The womens bathroom is horrible. No locks on the stall doors. The tissue dispensers were broken, and the tissue was just laying everywhere. Be careful walking in and out of the restroom, to ensure you don't fall. $14.75 for a shot of crown, goodness, and they only had Corona and Heineken. The DJ was awesome and the vibe was nice.

My Opium experience was Great. My section was roomy enough for 20 people. Brannen followed up with me during the night to insure that my service was Great. I highly recommend...."Epic Night"

How do you spend 20 to get in get charged 2 extra dollars , then you get a double of makers mark told it's. 7.50 I get 2 doubles of this 15 and 15 , They charged me 49$ because they added gratuity how does that make sense clubs should not be allowed to do that . Also everyone smoking heavy chain smoking in there straight garbage dj and still how do you do gratuity on a 36 dollar check

I read the reviews and I think they have this place confused with the concert location downstairs I did that to lol but this place is on street level and then you have to walk up the stairs to get inside and inside is very nice great bottle girls the bathroom was clean very smoky though they need a better exhaust system because that’s how you catch COVID breathing others smoke etc the dj was playing all types of classic music but he kind of lost me after a hour he was doing so good but I went on Thursday it was and always hosted by jagged edge on Thursdays and it was celebrities there nice vibe I wouldn’t call it a club more like a large lounge I didn’t see food

I went through the clubs official Instagram to get tickets to Jaydaween. Stood in line for two hours for security to say that tickets are not valid and could not be scanned. They wanted to charge us three times the amount.

The security is rude and unhelpful if a situation happens. The drinks are spiked and the music is trash

I was scammed just like the reviews.. im filing a lawsuit. I read the bad reviews and STILL gave them a chance and was scammed as well. They did not honor the tickets that they sold. And demanded $100 in cash on top of the purchased VIP tickets you purchase online on their official club IG page.. My meeting I planned there that night did not transpire because of it. I contacted BBB as well

staff wasn't as cool as other clubs in the area. bartenders were sorta rude and drinks were expensive and poorly done. pass overall

I give it 3 stars because the place is definitely a vibe but I got food to go the chicken pasta and it definitely was not it and I also waited foreverrrrrr for it .

This club was a huge waste of my time! The music and dj were extremely terrible. I visited this place on a Friday & this club gave me a college party vibe. The Dj was rude, sucked, and talk over the music the whole entire night. Please save yourself the time and money and just go else where. I have nothing good to say about this establishment.
