I highly recommend you book a front row seat to this magic show! Magician Peter was incredibly personable, talented, and funny. The venue is small and intimate, but there is no pressure to participate (I, however, jumped at the chance to go up on stage!). For added value and amazement, visit the lobby prior to the show for some close up magic. I have seen so many magic shows, all over the country, and this experience was one of my favorites. Thanks to Peter for a great show!

Peter Morrison is a class-act and puts on an excellent show full of beautiful sleight of hand, incredible mentalism, and hilarious bits! We thoroughly enjoyed the show and meeting him before and after the show.

A great show. Peter was very friendly, even interacting and seating the audience himself. He was self-deprecating and very funny. It's a family friendly show, and with it being such a small audience he is able to interact with almost everyone. We were actually brought up on stage and he made it very fun. He took pictures with everyone who wanted one after. As far as the actual show, he keeps it very light and fun, focusing on the comedy, but he really is a great magician. Overall, if you're looking for a fun Friday or Saturday night, this is a great date/family night out. I would highly recommend it.

The idea of attending Peter Morrison’s show may have you thinking… …That he might be kind of funny or that his magic tricks might be decent. I can assure you that you’d be wrong. From the moment you meet Peter in person, you will know that his magical aptitude is nothing short of amazing, AND his sense of comedic timing is outstanding. (I did 2+ years myself as a stand-up comedian, including stage time at Second City Chicago, so I know a bit about that) He offers a pre-show meeting, but sadly my wife and I got delayed coming into Atlanta. We were not able to get there early,so we can only imagine how good he is on a one-to-one up close basis. He relates to the audience on an unbelievable level. Even remembering that I had mentioned it was our Anniversary, when the reservation was made. The extra money I paid for our VIP seats turned out to be a no-brainer and I highly, highly recommended them if they are available. The theater is intimate to say the least, which is perfect for his stage presence, and the high level of participation he invites from his audience. To see, up close, the incredible prestidigitation he performs before your eyes, is absolutely mind-boggling. The entertainment value is some of the very best you’ll get this side of Vegas. He can even hook you up for entrance to the famous Magic Castle in Hollywood. Don’t hesitate to go see Peter. You’ll have a great evening ! We’ll be back in Atlanta in 2024 and would go again.

Mind = Blown and Jaw = Dropped! We drove to Atlanta just for this show, and it was worth the trip! There's nothing better than seeing a real master at work, and I've never seen anyone this good. Incredible!

HIGHLY recommend. It is in a very intimate space in a small theatre in the Embassy Suites. Peter is extremely talented, personable, and engaging. Be sure to grab some drinks at the hotel restaurant beforehand (note, there are no tables so plan accordingly). This is a great show with tons of audience participation. Great for a family night, date night, or even a night out with friends or colleagues.

A quick visit to Atlanta and me and my partner decided to come see Peter’s show. It’s inside the Embassy Suites. Website says it but obviously we didn’t read and got lost looking lol. We were early anyway and came with plenty of time. Peter is a great magician and you can tell he loves what he does and it is obvious he puts a lot of heart and hard work into his routine. As you sign in for his show, he takes the time to learn everyone’s names and does up close magic for you. I’m really glad we stopped here and got to see this show. Would stop to see it again if I’m ever in Atlanta again. Show was really great and Peter is funny.

Great show! The intimate setting let's you see everything close and a lot of the audience gets to participate! Peter was funny and the tricks are even more impressive because we were front row and have no clue how any of it was done- magic I guess! Highly recommend and are planning to bring family when they come to visit!

What a show! We had the best time at the Atlanta Magic Theater. Peter is an amazing magician and mentalist. In addition, he is extremely personable and entertaining. Our entire family (ages 11 - 72) had a wonderful time and HIGHLY recommend it!

I took my wife and our best friend to see the Saturday night show at Atlanta Magic Theater. It was INCREDIBLE!! Peter is a phenomenal performer. From the moment we walked in, he did some close up magic that blew us away. Once the show started, it didn't stop! He has crafted a uniquely intimate experience where he knows the audiences names and lets them participate throughout the show. The tricks were outstanding and I am still trying to figure out how he pulled a few of them off. This was a special night out and we highly recommend everyone to go see Peter!

By far thee best Magic show I have ever been to. I held the quarters in my hand soooo tightly and somehow they were gone!!!!!!! Literally unbelievable! You have to go to this! If I am ever back in Atlanta I will attend again. Very much worth the cost of the ticket.

  • 5/5 Kasi C. 3 months ago on Google • 8 reviews New
We had a great time at the magic show. Attending with our 10 year old, after a great day at the Aquarium and other museums. This was a very personal experience in a small intimate theater in the hotel. Most of the magic was classic but performed exceptionally. Well timed and many jaw dropping moments.

What an amazing show!! Peter is a true showman who involves his audience in such an entertaining way. Enjoyed every minute before and during the show. Highly recommended for all!

This was my first magic show and it was wonderful! The magician was so funny, yet so kind. I loved that he actually connected with the audience and remembered our names and other details about us. He also went out of his way to seat me in the front so I could see (I’m barely 5ft) and I didnt even ask. Absolutely a must visit in Atlanta!

AMAZING! And not just the magic. This is magic + entertainment. Peter is funny and engaging, and, oh yeah, a great magician! This was the perfect date night for us - so glad this is in Atlanta!

Wonderful Show. Take your family! Go for date night! You'll be the hero (after Peter of course). The show is interactive, elegant, comical, and intriguing. You'll be on the edge of your seat for the entire show.

Best comedy and magic show I have ever been to! Peter’s magic was mind-blowing and he was very engaging with the audience. My girlfriend and I were extremely entertained throughout the evening and will be back for sure the next time we’re in Atlanta! Thanks for a great show Peter!

  • 5/5 Bea H. 2 years ago on Google
The greatest show on earth; in a nice and clean environment. It is a small show that is not over crowed with too many people sitting on top of each other. This show was an hour and 45 minutes; that seem like a 30 minute show. My husband and I laughed, we were amazed and we learned that seeing a magic show at 50 years old can still be as magical as seeing it at 6 years. Thank you Mr. Magic Man for a wonderful show; and you convinced my husband to take us back to Martha's Vineyard.

  • 5/5 Abigail L. 2 years ago on Google
Such an amazing show! I would highly recommend anyone of any age for this show. Peter is very interactive with the crowd and performed tricks that blew my mind! Great experience all around!

  • 5/5 Samantha M. 5 months ago on Google
The AMT show was AMAZING and is not to be missed. Again and again, we asked ourselves "how did he do that?" -- which is exactly what you want to feel at a magic show. Peter is an extremely charming and talented classical magician -- his magic is spellbinding for the whole family.

  • 5/5 Mandy O. 2 years ago on Google
What a great experience! Peter was absolutely amazing! He performed different types of magic including typical slight of hands, illusions, & mentalist demonstrations. The venue is an intimate & quaint setting with a personal touch. I highly recommend seeing this show!

Great show!!! My husband and I give each other an “experience” for Christmas each year, and this year my husband took me to see Peter Morrison at the Atlanta Magic Theater! We both LOVED it! Peter is hilarious, very engaging, and truly a master magician! I would recommend this experience to any and everyone!

On holiday from the UK and we saw the show advertised in the lobby of the hotel, not sure about going to see a magic show but we decided to and were amazed. To see magic performed right in front of you can take your breath away and Peter is such a great character too Some of the things he did in the show were truly stunning, I won't give away any details but it needs to be experienced, an hour of your life you will remember for quite a while Thank you for a great night Peter and hope to see you again

My husband and I came to the show for our 3rd anniversary. We wanted to try something different and fun and we were not disappointed! The show was incredible! Peter Morrison was great and we loved the small and more personal setting. He was able to keep the audience involved in the show! Would definitely recommend going and we will definitely be going back again!!

We were a bit late and they held the show for us. They helped us find parking and instructed us where to go. The show was amazing, Peter was fantastic and chatted with me and my friends for a while after the show. I would go back anytime.

All I can say is Peter is amazing!! Get there before the show so you can chat with him and see some tricks up close and personal. Then prepare to enjoy the real show! Peter is funny, charming, and engaging. It's a very interactive show with him calling up folks from the audience, including me! Do yourself a favor go see this show. We had a blast, and everyone else in the audience did too!

Surprised my husband with tickets to this show for his birthday and we were not disappointed! The show was amazing from start to finish. Peter is an incredible magician and a very nice person. He really made my husband's birthday extra special and unforgettable. Plus you have to get there early for the pre-show close up magic, you don't want to miss it!! GO SEE THIS SHOW!

  • 5/5 Richard B. 1 year ago on Google
What a great experience! Definitely recommend that you take the time and go enjoy Peters magic show. I am not one that likes to be in the front row or to be put up on stage and I totally didn't mind it at all because Peter was so personable and friendly that I didn't mind at all. Have fun and enjoy the show!

  • 5/5 R S. 1 year ago on Google
What a wonderful time! Get there about 30 minutes early for some fun close up magic outside the theater. Peter puts on one heck of a performance. Family friendly. They keep the theater close up so there are no bad seats but that means they can sell out pretty fast. The show featured classic illusions, sleight of hand, “mind reading” routines (I still have no idea how he knew the stuff before random audience members, me included, made our choices!!), and more. You will be amazed and you’ll laugh. A fantastic hidden gem at the embassy suites. If you stay at the host hotel, you get a discount on tickets. The next time we’re in Atl, we will visit again!

  • 5/5 Germaine E. 10 months ago on Google
This was a wonderful magic show! Peter is incredibly gifted and this was such an intimate experience in this relatively small theater space. From the beginning to the end, we were all enthralled! Highly recommend!

  • 5/5 Kris G. 4 years ago on Google
Great date night! Not only is Peter talented, but he is very engaging with the audience. He is just as much a comedian as a magician and it makes for a very entertaining performance! Highly recommend!

Peter Morrison is an awesome magician and comedian, we went on sep21, 2019, he performed special magic trick for my wife when he learned it was her birthday .. highly recommend you go to his show, won’t regret it ...one of Atlanta’s hidden gems ... tickets sales online ends two hours before the show but you can still buy tickets at the table outside the show room.... thanks Peter you wowed us

Truly outstanding show! Peter was incredibly friendly and his magic was jaw-dropping!

  • 5/5 Candace L. 4 years ago on Google
Great show! The theater only holds about 40 people which makes the experience very personable. Peter will greet you and take you to your seats. He also has a lot of audience participation. I also recommend having dinner at Ruth Chris before the show and he will come to your table and do tricks. Awesome experience, great date night!

  • 5/5 Dan C. 4 years ago on Google
I took my wife to Peter Morrison's Atlanta Magic Theater on 26 Oct 19. It was truly outstanding. I searched top things to do in Atlanta, and AMT came up as number one. I love close-up magic and Peter is a master. The hand magic, mentalism, comedy, and showmanship were stunning. The theater is located in Embassy Suites, happy hour 530-730pm, so we booked the 630pm show.We cannot wait to return.

  • 5/5 Eli T. 4 years ago on Google
I am fairly certain that even Penn & Teller would enjoy this show. What really makes it great is the limited audience size. Peter Morrison is both a talented magician and extremely personable, involving everyone in some aspect of the show. Intimate and engaging are the first two adjectives I would use, followed by entertaining and magical. I would not hesitate recommending this show to to anyone looking for a nice evening in Atlanta.

  • 5/5 Alex B. 4 years ago on Google
This show is awesome! My wife and myself took our ten year old son who loves magic and we loved it! I couldn’t believe how good of a magician Peter was. Definitely a great time for the whole family!

Wow...just wow! My sister and I were visiting Atlanta for the first time and we stumbled upon the Magic Show via Google Maps. We bought our tickets immediately because of all the reviews and I’m so happy we did. This show was remarkable and I was absolutely amazed by his stage presence and the show overall. I’d definitely recommend for anyone visiting Atlanta! Great fun for everyone!

  • 5/5 Kevin S. 4 years ago on Google
The show was phenomenal. We will certainly be coming back! Do not hesitate to buy tickets for this awesome experience. Peter is a true showman and a comedian at the same time. We are still in disbelief and unable to understand how many of his tricks were performed. Do yourself a favor and check this show out!

Here Peter is one of the best magicians I've ever seen! I've seen him twice and he's always blown me away. The show is very intimate. Go early and have a cocktail and Peter will do tableside magic with you.

  • 5/5 Bryan G. 4 years ago on Google
Peter puts on a terrific show that will leave you with a smile, but only after your jaw drops. Fantastic sleight-of-hand, whether it’s cards, coins or billiard balls. Mentalism that has you asking “what? how?” the next day. All delivered in a small space where every seat is a good one - we were in the front row, which is worth it if available. This guy has a lot of accolades, and he’s earned them all.

  • 5/5 Lindsey C. 4 years ago on Google
Such a great show - Peter was awesome. Made everyone feel included and the small theatre was the perfect setting. I wish I could give this 10 stars - loved it!

  • 5/5 Joe N. 4 years ago on Google
So much fun! Peter was amazing and so kind. He recommended we go to Ruth’s Chris before the show (which was super convenient because it was in the same hotel). He came by our table and did some table side magic tricks. Such a great night!

My husband and I went to the magic show on Saturday and we had a great time. Was really surprised that it wasn't crowded because the show was incredible. Told my husband we really have go again because I enjoyed myself so much. I would definitely recommend this show if you want to be amazed.

We went on Saturday, February 15th, as a Valentine's Day gift for our daughter. We drove from NC, and didn't realize it would be so much traffic. We were 10 minutes late and Peter was so understanding and made sure all guest were part of the experience. He even went as far as having John (who does check-in) call to make sure we were alright. I was shocked how he remembered the people in the audience and interacted with us all throughout the show. It was more of an intimate setting and that is exactly what my daughter needed for her first magic show. After the show he waited outside and talked to everyone. (After riding 6+ hours and then sitting through the show) my daughter had to go to the restroom and we ended up having to go down the street since the Embassy was cleaning the ones in the hallway. So, unfortunately, we didn't get to talk to him after the show either. However, this just gives us more reason to go see the show again!

  • 5/5 Richard S. 4 years ago on Google
Amazing show! Peter makes it point to include everyone and amaze with all kinds of tricks! Tonight was the first night where he wasn't at Ruth's for the preshow but instead met everyone at the entrance and had a couple awesome tricks ready! Highly recommend for a date night!

What a magical night. A date for the Record books. I decided to take a first date there one because it was convenient to stroll around Atlanta. After the show and the valet was So simple and cheap but to do something neither one of had ever done. I suggest if you have any fears call. He will answer all your questions personally and make you feel VIP fellas your date will love it. I suggest the hotel bar. Not Ruth’s Chris they really like there drinks there. Other than that best date ever. Thank You

  • 5/5 Kevin G. 2 years ago on Google
This show was amazing, and I highly recommend attending! It all started with his pre-show sleight of hand magic, which begins ~90 minutes before the main show. During his pre-show, he greeted each audience member, and then did a few card tricks that were mind-boggling. And his main show was even more impressive! He performs all sorts of magic - from Escape (from restraints) magic to Illusion magic to even Mentalist magic. Best of all, Peter was such a kind and genuine person. You could tell he really cared about making each audience member feel incorporated and part of the show. Thanks Peter! [Bonus - one of his tricks involved signing a playing card, and we got to keep it as a souvenir.]

This was a lot of fun. I've seen a lot of magic ever since I was a kid, but I've never seen a close and personal show. It was great. Only about 5 rows of maybe 8 a row or so, really small, just in a little room like for conference meetings, outfitted with lights and everything you'd expect. If you're looking for a date night this is a good choice. I had a feeling of what to look for with the magic, I've seen too much and I'm too critical to just watch for fun, but he was very good with his slight of hand and there is some other trickery going on, but yeah, I think he's quite fun and good to chat with before the show. I think we would gladly go again. Also we ate at the Ruth's Chris steak house and it was really good. Definitely get a drink at the bar before hand, I enjoyed ours. This was our first date night without the kid in a very long time, and it was worth it.

A great night out. Enjoy a night of elegant magic in an intimate setting. Peter is a hands on, first class prestidigitator with his fingers guiding the reigns of the audience the entire evening. A true experience from beginning to end.

There is a reason there are so many 5 star ratings. He is that good. We had a very enjoyable time during the preshow and were amazed at the close up magic. We suggest you attend the preshow. Mr. Morrison will leave you scratching your head. The show itself is audience interactive and with Mr. Morrison performing different types of magic during the show. You will laugh and be amazed. He is smooth in the performance and the best professional magician we have seen. The show is clean and I was at ease with our teenage grandson in attendance. We will be coming back.

Magician Peter Morrison cured my TMJ disorder! (At least temporarily!) Though I usually have my jaws clenched tightly together, for this entire show my jaw was dropped in awe. It was really great to meet him when we arrived and be involved in the show! The small theater is the perfect place for everyone to see the magic unfold. During the show we saw, there were audience members who were children, audience members who didn't speak English, and one audience member who was admittedly intoxicated. Peter made everyone feel welcome, and I think everyone left impressed and entertained!

This is a great spot for a date night or to go with friends. The magician (Peter) was very good and the show was awesome. He did not disappoint. Also the show is very interactive which makes it even better.

Me and my husband went to a Friday night show. The show is located in a beautiful downtown Atlanta hotel which is connected to Ruth Chris Steakhouse. We arrived about 45 minutes before the show to enjoy a few drinks before the show. We were greeted at the entrance of the restaurant by the magician himself! From that point on we never stopped laughing or smiling. Even while enjoying drinks he came over to the bar where we were seated, conversed with us and showed us a jar dropping card trick. This is the REAL deal folks. It is truly an experience. If you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary or date night it is WELLLLLL worth the money. You won't be disappointed. We're going to hire him for a private show at our house warming...can't wait!!!

Fantastic show! My wife and I were in Atlanta for other reasons, but decided to check it out because of the high ratings and reviews. Peter provided fun, jaw-dropping entertainment in an intimate setting with tons of audience participation, and he does it without making anyone feel uncomfortable; what a pro! We walked out with smiles on our faces, shaking our heads, and wondering how he does it. Definitely our favorite activity in Atlanta.

This show was the highlight of our weekend to Atlanta. It was great fun for our entire family including our 17 year old son. My husband initially only went to the show because I wanted to. But, he left calling the show amazing and enchanting. My son did too. Of course, I agree. The theater is small, by Peter's design, so that he can bring you a very intimate and personalized experience. You will need to pick up your tickets at the theatre even if you buy them on line. So arrive 60-90 minutes prior to the show, and you will get to personally meet Peter while he performs some pre show slight-of-hand card tricks for you. You do not want to miss this!!! I was so thrilled to actually get to meet him, shake his hand and spend time getting to know him in person prior to the show. In a world that is so dominated by electronics and people looking at their phones, this up close and personal experience was so refreshing and special. Peter is so charming, fun, funny, talented, charismatic and captivating. He and the show are truly remarkable! He practiced his ring routine for 15 years before he ever presented it in his show, and it truly is spectacular. Peter is a true showman and magician. I cannot recommend this show enough! When we come back to Atlanta, We will definitely attend again. -Angie, Bart and Ben Tiffany
