This location is VERY SLOW and busy. My grande iced shaken espresso is ¾ foam and ¼ coffee. Every other iced shaken espresso I’ve bought at other locations have been filled to the brim. Definitely got screwed here. 20 minute wait. Suggestion to do either a mobile order or go to a different location.

This Starbucks is Horrible. absolutely the worst one I’ve ever been to and I mean out of all the United States. Staff is rude and under no circumstance could they get my order right. Place doesn’t take cash and has no sign at the door stating such. Also they threaten no refunds after orders are placed yet they also tout a 40 minute wait time. No matter how many people were in the store. Do better.

I just want to say a massive thank you from one Sbux partner to the team working here. I know it was rough this last weekend with momocon and the other Sbux nearby being closed, but you guys were amazing. I hope the rest of the week is easy for y’all!

We picked up 4 different drinks as we left the branch at the Embassy Suites. We got fraps and they were great! A good way to start the day! We enjoyed it greatly! Thanks Starbucks!

This is not a company owned location, so you can't utilize any earned stars here. The coffee is good. But the wifi connection is not the most reliable. Its slow. In fact, some day's it's difficult to even logon.

I love Starbucks and all their products, and completely understand today it’s Christmas Eve and everyone wants to go home, too, but they turned off the lights above the menu at 5:30pm, 30mins before closing, and when I politely asked the cashier to please have the lights turned on because I couldn’t see the menu, the cashier responded: “We are about to close”. I told her that I couldn’t read the menu, and I asked again if she could please turn them on, she answered: “I didn’t turned them off”. The lady making the coffees was super nice and charismatic and was creating a very cozy and fun atmosphere for all customers, and it’s sad that the moment I wanted to spend here was ruined because of that bad service, on Christmas Eve. I think if you are a business and you are about to close, then you should lock the doors and stop taking orders and stop selling coffee. But turning the lights off and telling your customers that you can’t turn them on for a couple more minutes, I think it is very rude. Even if it’s Christmas Eve. Very upset moment, specially since I am visiting the city and I am with my friends.

The staff is kindly rude, if that makes sense. When ordering, I wasn't able to use the Starbucks app because the woman said the system doesn't except it and that I needed to pay with a card, although there was a sign stating they accept the starbucks app. First time I've ever been disappointed with Starbucks customer service and I travel to a lot of cities.

Incredibly well run store that is always neat and clean. It’s awesome to see there are still well run Starbucks with a normal (not a a 30 minute) wait for a drink. Staff are friendly and respectful to each other and customers.

I ordered a caramel cappuccino and iced late. The laté tastes like just regular iced coffee and the cappuccino tastes really bad (gross). Worst coffee I’ve ever had for real.

My daughter has a volleyball game at the Ga world Congress. Starbucks should be ashamed of themselves for having two employees working their tails off to service people as if it’s a chick fila line. Under no circumstance should they have been over worked like this. There should always be 4 employees especially during special events. I feel bad work the two women that remained professional, quiet and served everyone as fast as they could . They did their best which is why I’m giving tired location two stars other than that it be zero. This is a multimillion dollar company, share the wealth with the workers that are actually doing everything they can because without your employees you have no Starbucks.

Ordered a Mango Dragonfruit refresher that should look like this but came like this. When I told the barista and she said they were out of passion fruit and didn’t offer any replacement or apology. I also had to wait 20 minutes for my $5 Clover Reserve brew because they did a bunch of orders before mine and then had to run a clean cycle on the Clover which makes one wonder why they didn’t already have it cleaned bu 4pm in the afternoon. As others have said, they don’t accept rewards either. I would have complained at the counter but the line was too long from their slow service. Do not waste your time with this location and definitely don’t bother with them if you are in a rush.

Out of cold brew and all alternative milks on a Monday afternoon. Cashier was very unsure about very common drinks that most baristas would immediately recognize. This is not a Starbucks corporate store- it’s “privately-owned.” - - whatever that means. It was $14 for a grande (medium) tea and espresso drink - would normally be $8 at a corporate store. Also. Pretty sure putting trash bags next to customer seating areas may or may not be a health violation? I’ll let the public decide.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The only thing worse than bad customer service is bad customer service with a terrible product. My coffee was not even close to correct, but the line was so long from the employees moving incredibly slowly I felt bad saying anything. Two hours later I'm sitting here with an undrinkable coffee. 👎

This Starbucks has good environment and location. The only thing I would say need to improve was their service. The server was not friendly to customers. Also I was surprised that they cannot redeem your Starbucks reward over there.

Saturday afternoon and two out of the three things we ordered were out of stock, but still on display. Sandwich was burnt and I ordered my coffee with the sugar in it already and there was no sugar in it. This location was a hot mess and very dirty. Staff responded back to us rudely when we followed up on our second drink and said there are a lot of orders being made before you.

My husband and I went to this Starbuks unit yesterday (04/10/2023) and we didn't like the service. we felt forced to give an undeserved tip (because we were waiting exactly 40 minutes for our order). at the time of payment we have the option of putting the tip in the payment machine and the attendant fixed his eyes on the machine until I entered the percentage of the tip, making a psychological pressure forcing me to give something that I didn't want. After that we were waiting for exactly 40 minutes for our order which was delivered in parcels. When the fraputino arrived my sandwich was already cold. The place is very dirty, the tables are not cleaned frequently and there are few employees (perhaps justifying the delay)

These poor people did the best they could during the Marathon crowd. They were polite and moved as quickly as one could expect with a line wrapping around the block!

  • 5/5 Isaac A. 10 months ago on Google
The baristas who I have come in contact with at this location have always greeted me with a "good morning" accompanied by a big smile. I tell you what, with a greeting like this, during a rough period in my life, their kind disposition has enabled me to be at complete ease. 🙂

I would give a zero if I could. Honestly the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. Out of everything! After I payed they told me they were out of my drink, totally understandable it happens. I re order something else, that they then cam back and said they were out of. When I re ordered my drink for the 3rd time I got to lesson to the staff complain I was trying to get more than I paid for. Then when I asked about my food they said they did not have any and tried to charge me for something else.

You guys closing at 6:30pm everyday during a busy weekend like Momocon is wild. Food, service, and atmosphere is amazing but the accommodating hours are so short lived. Lots of missed business opportunity, especially with me working night shifts.

  • 1/5 Alex B. 1 year ago on Google
I was repeatedly and insistently told to "just press the green button". The green button, in this context, would select a preset tip amount on the POS. The cashier didn't say "you can add a tip If you'd like", she just said "PRESS THE GREEN BUTTON NOW" clearly hoping to pressure me into leaving a huge undeserved tip without realizing.

  • 1/5 Miriam G. 1 year ago on Google
I had some cousins visiting from Florida and we were walking downtown and decided to get some coffee, we got there about 6:20, we got our coffees and I don't know who this girl was, screaming it's time to go we are closing like 5 times!! It felt so uncomfortable and all the customers started staring at each other she even sarcastically waved at us when she saw our disappointment faces!! So MEAN to say the least. She was a black woman with glasses. Earlier that time she started yelling at a homeless guy telling him he was an intruder. It was a horrible experience and was the dark spot of a beautiful evening.

Today I was visiting santiddio on mythic park for the annual hot chocolate run. I stop at the Starbucks on tge corner of Centennial park. I had quite a wait because there were only 3 employees working to which 2 had on aprons identifying their employment and one without an apron and extra long hair with no hair net. I observed fingers going into their hair, noses being scratched, milk being cross contaminated from plant based to dairy, The cashier ringing people up touching money then turning around and making cups of coffee as well as T putting his finger inside the cup to hold the tea bag. Also serving the food out of the display case....never washing his hands!🤢 So I brought it to the leads attention and she basically told me that it was unexpectedly busy and they were rushing. 🙄 With all of the viruses taking place in America and around the world you would think they would be more vigilant to care of handling of the public's products in a safe and sanitary way.

We ordered a ton of stuff and the manager cannot give us a large cup of water. Since it is a corporate Starbucks, we cannot give you upgrade water size. The atmosphere is nice and clean. No restroom connected, and impossible to find parking. I honestly never have any argument with Starbucks , but this place only care about profit, not the customers.

I actually like the space, but the wifi NEVER works here. This is near my home, and in a dozen times I've been here - the wifi worked once. What's frustrating is the staff gives some lame excuses about it being buggy, that they can't access the modem, etc (overheard the manager patronizing a customer rather than being apologetic - the staff here overall need an attitude adjustment). If the owners are too cheap to get a reliable internet connection, then post signs there's no internet. Starbucks has branded a customer experience that includes reliable internet - do not come here if you need it!
