By far the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. I bought a 2021 Ram 2500 off of these guys in late June. I made it very clear I was not interested in any additional warranties or the “surface protection” during our paper work. I was assured all of these additional charges (exactly $8,654.00) would not be on my payment and would be removed from the deal. I have since received my paper work showing that I will be charged for all of the above. They refuse to help me remove these from my truck and are very condescending when you explain the situation. I was told The “surface protection” is mandatory and I cannot buy the vehicle without it. I explained to them I did not want it because I own a professional detailing company of my own. They explained that it was already on the truck and they couldn’t remove it (even though the truck was extremely dirty, it didn’t look like it was even washed) after taking delivery of the truck and getting it home I gave it a wash and noticed there was absolutely no form of protection applied to the vehicle. I then reached out to Siskin enterprises who warranties the coating and they explained that no dealership can make this mandatory, this must be an OPTION that cannot prevent the owner from financing if they should decline. I traveled nearly 14 hours for this truck, the general manager told me once they had a confirmation number for my wire transfer I was good to go, then after providing the confirmation number I was told they needed to have the funds in the account before I could leave, this left me stranded at a hotel for two additional days. It has been almost 4 months and I STILL do not have a memoranda title to register my vehicle The general manager thinks this is funny, and is very condescending to talk to. This is by far the biggest joke of a dealership I’ve been to. Terrible treatment for spending over $75k on a vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

I am a first time car buyer. My process was very smooth. Besides the support of my parents: Mo and Nick Were so so, so so awesome! They will work with you! Prior to them I went to other places, and I felt so defeated, but once I walked into their facility, My confidence started to rise back up. My father also bought at this dealership his truck back in 2020. Thank you again! You will NOT regret coming to Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!

The service department damaged my windshield and did not inform me of the damage. I have experienced piss poor customer service from this location. My trust has been compromised and I will never return to this dealer for service. It is offensive how money hungry they are that they tried to get over on me. The tech should have let myself or their manager know of the damage that was done to my vehicle before i pulled off of the lot. Instead they left the damage for me to find on my own and call to report. It appears that this departments is untrustworthy and not reliable. Additionally functions were added to my car that I did not approve and needs to be removed ASAP. Such scammers.

I went in for an oil change on my 2020 jeep wrangler and it turns out my car needed a major service(tune up, oil change & alignment) so I needed to leave my car all day, bummer :( but Corey made sure to explain the services & get me a ride home so I woudnt have to wait the whole day there which I greatly appreciate! while in the back Ali always explains what he’s doing to my car and even sent me photos of his great work and constantly updated me on everything going on! He’s the only one I feel safe working on my car and I hope he remains there for forever! Thanks Ali & Corey for keeping your customers satisfied 👌 and the great customer service! Surely will be back!

If you’re going back and forth about getting a car just get it ! Go to Gwinnett Dodge and ask for Mo, she was great ! Never pushy, never made me feel uncomfortable just provided me whatever I needed! Very knowledgeable and lastly I love my car!

Albert and Dean were amazing!!! They were patient and very professional. I appreciate everything they did to make this process go as smooth as it did. I just wish I would've gone to them 1st if would've made my day much easier but I guess we just saved the best for last.

I had my car for 4 months and somehow this hose broke which damaged my engine. The people there told me my warranty doesn’t cover the hose so the engine isn’t covered. Now they want me to pay 9000 for a new engine nd I’ve barely made my 3rd payment.They were very nasty about everything.nd didn’t make me feel live a value customer.also when I took my car for its first oil change somehow my front window came bak wit small cracks. I found the previous owner insurance information in the glove compartment.there was a nail in the tire.nd the seats weren’t clean .I will never come back here .and they are very misinformed.they sent my personal information to my brother .nd lied several times about calling me back. One man even told me he ain’t know why I would come up there to speak about my car because that’s wasn’t going to change anything .

The experience at Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was professional and nothing but good vibes. As soon as I got out of the car there were reps ready to usher me inside and get me where I needed to be. Kevin was my car dealer and he is superb at what he does. He was so nice and attentive. I was in there for service a couple days ago just for maintenance. Tiffany Esposito was my advisor. Her willingness to help get me in and out in a timely fashion was outstanding. She will be the only person that will help in the future. With her positive attitude made my experience better and made me feel like I would be taken care of from here on out. Best car buying experience out of the 7 cars I have bought in my lifetime. Everything was a 10/10 rated process from walking into the lobby to driving out of the lot. Wesley Murdock was my sales representative and he showed me why he is the best salesperson there. The process was seamless; flawless in every way. The financial agent was equally as professional and spoke in clearly understood terms for the financing options. Riaz Ali is awesome… always an honest evaluation of my cars.. he takes care of both my 2019 Dodge Challenger and my 2018 Chrysler 300. My Chrysler has over 100,000 miles and still runs like new. He has done all major service advising since I bought it brand new. It’s hard to find people in car repair that you trust but Ali is great and I will continue to take my car to him at Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep as long as I have them. We really appreciate knowledge and service!
