We had a wonderful time and really fun experience here! We were greeted by the enchanting Enchanté who was super friendly and was able to advise on the cocktails. The manager Zairia also came over to the table to chat with us as well. The view from the bar is a wonderful one looking right across the city and it also looked down on the ice rink and igloos. The cocktail selection was varied and catered for all tastes. Good strength and lovely combinations on the drinks we ordered. It wasn't too busy and is a lovely cool relaxing spot to hang for a couple of hours! Thanks to all the team !

It was my best friends birthday and we went to a dinner nearby. Afterwards, we met a guy who would let us into this speakeasy for the remainder of the night. We finally got up to this place, and the guy who greeted us was not only rude; but disrespectful. He did not believe that we were supposed to be there, so he went down to the security guard and asked himself to be sure. Then he refused to serve us because our friend “tripped” at the bar. We did not feel welcome before we came in, but the whole entire time we felt unwanted. My friends and I both work in food and bev, and we definitely don’t recommend. If I could leave 000 stars, I would

I was so excited to finally have the time to experience the 12 cocktail bar and looked forward to leaving a great review. Unfortunately 2 stars is all I can give. First My Guy and I was seated on a wrap around couch facing the behinds of the people seated at the bar! With such a beautiful set up, seating positions should be highly considered. Then after waiting 20mins of no one acknowledging us, I got the attention of the whom I believe to be the manager, letting him know we have not been waited on. He replied that someone would be with us. Maybe 10min later he, the presumed manager, brings us water and walks off. Not long after that a waiter asks if someone took our drink order? She gets our drink order and walks off. When we get our drinks, which were great, I ask for the chicken skewers. The waiter dryly responds "we are out" and walks off! All in all, very disappointed!

I thoroughly appreciated the vibe here! It's like a little modern day speak easy because it's a little tricky to find. They give clear directions on their website, but still, I was thankful for the various workers at each entry point. Once inside, I immediately noticed a pleasant aroma, a soft scent. There was low lighting and cozy seating. Cute little tables that turn like a lazy susan. There was a decent drink menu, but the bartender was also able to curate something extra for me. I ordered the red curry bowl with brisket for dinner with the cookie batter creme brule for dessert. That red curry almost had me ready to lick the bowl, lol! Everything was delicious. This place is perfect for a date night, girls' night, or a business meet-up. I was there solo, and I'd do it again!

I was told this was place unique, elegant, had an amazing Christmas vibe & drinks. And that even though it's mandatory to make reservations/ $20 entry fee per person (that later gets put towards your tab), it would be such a fabulous experience, it'd be worth it. But I was massively underwhelmed. The physical layout of the bar was a bit stuffy, and such a small space to be bustling with so many people I couldn't help but feel like a sardine in a can! As far the drinks go, they were well made, but definitely not worth $15. My partner and I went on a week night, pretty early, just to have a drink before dinner and check the place out. Almost immediately after being seated, we couldn't help but raise our brow, taking in the lack of ambiance that apparently was 'worth' paying $40 for.. We wanted to give it a chance though so we each ordered our drink and just planned on making our exit after that. But after ordering a $17 and a $15 drink and requesting the check, we were told we couldn't yet closeout, because "you haven't met the quota yet." I didn't understand, because I told our server we would be tipping the difference, which is a 22% tip, and pretty standard right? But as the server explained to me, "it just won't let us do that in the system" which is annoying, totally out of the waiting staff's control but like what the actual F? So be prepared for that if you do decide to give this place a chance; but I will not be recommending this spot to anyone, unless you're young and think PCM is the best spot in the city, in which case, this is totes the spot for you!

Awesome drinks. Beautiful bar. Great bartender and a really friendly girl when you go inside. Otherwise the staff is god awful. The people who check you in downstairs at The Roof have zero customer service skills and are downright rude to paying customers even after you spend $100+. Fire everyone at the front because two days in a row they were complete jerks who do not deserve to work. They have complete contempt for customers and clearly are unconcerned about retaining business. We were fleeing Hurricane Milton and evacuating. Horrible!

This was my first time visiting a speak easy. I’m not sure what I was expecting but it was different from what I was expecting (if that makes sense). Lol. It was definitely a chill, laid back vibe. It’s not an easy place to find which turns it into a little adventure. Just wear comfortable shoes when you go. I had an awesome time!

This is a small and dark cocktail bar with a great ambiance. The bartender and staff was great. He really crafted my drink just to my liking. Great 90s/early 2000s r&b music vibe. None of that crazy profane current rap music. This spot is kind of tricky to find. Don't take the main elevator that everyone else is taking to get to the rooftop. Keep walking in the building and go all the way to the back and then you should see some stairs to the right and take those stair down to the bottom and then you will see a person that will verify your reservation if you have one. They do take walk-ins. Then you will take that elevator all the way up and then you will be greeted by another person who will then lead you up some other stairs into the bar. If that confuses you, just ask the people at the main elevator and they will escort you to the other elevator.

Quiet bar as you enter the lobby of the PCM rooftop. Great drinks set in a lounge backdrop with historic nods to the radio broadcast tower. Bartender was friendly, offering nice riffs on some classic cocktails. After the crowded rooftop, this was a wonderful place to have a drink with friends.

Went for a coworker's small birthday gathering. It's an adventure in itself getting there. Once you do, no regrets. The staff, service, food and atmosphere were outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel special. We encountered several staff and all were super friendly and never made you feel any request was a bother. Our server was funny, friendly and fast. One of my new go to spots.

This place was quite the surprise to both my date and myself. After being escorted in and looking around, you realize just how intimate it is. Being there 2 days before Christmas, we were treated to a themed drink menu. With so many interesting choices, it took a while but we settled on our first drinks. Not only were they strong, but they were good! On to the appetizers. The goat cheese rolled cigars were absolutely amazing! Flaky, salty and slightly sweet thanks to the honey dipping sauce. One of the best things I've ever eaten. The bartender and service staff were never far away and made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience and one we hope to repeat soon! Thanks for an unforgettable night!

I checked out Twelve cocktail bar last night, and I had an amazing time. I had such a good time, I didn’t even take photos! The atmosphere is amazing and the service, particularly Omar, was wonderful! I was very pleased with my drinks as well. Unfortunately, they no longer serve food. However, we were escorted over to 9 Mile Station and had dinner there. I can’t wait to go back!

Transformative really, it’s this chic and slick speakeasy nestled inside the market with a birds eye view of Skyline Park. I recommend the Byab African Gin very with a bit of cinnamon, lime, and a splash of milk.

Beautiful space, loved, Loved, Loved the ambiance, music & vibe. The host down stairs is full of life & definitely set the mood for an elevated experience. Two of our servers were attentive, however the last server, not so much. He spent all his time sitting & flirting with two young ladies only giving them majority of his time. He came to the table once, only to never return. All of my guest were shocked at his conduct considering he was on the clock and his coworkers were busy doing their actual job. I'm all for a personal opportunity, but keep your customers in mind. None the less we will be back as the it was an over all good experience. đź’śđź’śđź’śđź’śđź’ś I do recommend 10 times over!!

Was in town visiting a friend and I love this place! The bartender needs very few prompts about what you like or don’t like before creating magic. Great music, friendly servers, definitely recommend!!!

Doesn't follow ANY CDC covid19 guidelines. Packed with people who aren't socially distanced with no open air flow. It's a tiny closed room and is NOT on the roof. The male hostess became very irritated when I didn't want to sit inside, which is because I know I'm not the first person who thought this would be an outside establishment...They keep saying they don't advertise as an outdoor establishment, but it literally is listed as ON THE ROOF of Ponce City Market. As well tried to get a refund from customer service who hung up on me multiple times and never mentioned sister venues my reservation could transfer to. So if you don't want to murder your grandparents this holiday season I'd suggest NOT going to this bar.

Jarret and Angelique took great care of my wife and I and they both are true mixologists. If you want the best service and drinks in Atlanta look no further.

Loved it! It’s so good I want to leave a bad review so it doesn’t get unnecessarily crowded and I can enjoy it anytime I want, but that will be selfish. In all seriousness; it’s a laid back environment, great music. Definitely a place for you if you’re looking to go out, relax and have a good drink. The staff is A1, the environment is A1. “Upscale Drinks” was a place in atl, this would be it 💯

One of my absolute favorite places in the city to grab a great, craft cocktail! Take note that there is no cocktail menu, so you have to let their mixologists know what spirit/flavor profile you want for your cocktail. The end result is always a nice surprise though!

One of the coolest and relaxing bars that I've been too. It's definitely more of a speakeasy vibe. They make great drinks that can be pricey but are worth the cost. They also have different type of events that are done in smaller groups where you can learn about spirits and wines if that interests you.

I almost didn’t come because of all the reviews that said the service was terrible. This place is super cool, kind of exclusive, but I made it in and ordered bartenders choice of cocktail about four times. Every single time my drink was amazing. As I sat, the staff was extremely friendly, the bartenders jarret and Andrea (I think her name was) as well as the very kind bar back were all wonderful and made my experience even better. I really loved this place.

First visit and I loved the ambiance and decor (beautiful view of the city), the food (black bean hummus was amazing), and the drinks. The hostess was great as well. Our server was not. I will visit again for the four areas I enjoyed but will ask for a different server if the experience is similar.

I recently visited 12 cocktail bar and had an amazing experience. My server Tay was very knowledgeable and polite. She suggested her favorite drink the coco loco which was amazing! I ended up ordering two more. The food was delicious, the atmosphere is great and my server was never too far away. I will definitely be back!

What a joke!! Don’t waste your time or money!! Prepaid for the reservation (credited toward your tab) and have been waiting 30+ minutes for a drink. They’re not even busy (Updated: my drink downstairs at the Mexican restaurant was much better by a long shot). The host was obnoxious and off-putting with his attitude(I’m still debating about whether he actually takes himself that seriously or if he was just playing a role). I’m really not one to leave a bad review unless it’s truly warranted, and this, I have to say, is 100% warranted. The only thing this place is useful for is taking someone out that you don’t want to be seen with….

After a terrible time here, I want to make sure I share my experience so others don’t make the same mistake I did. STAY AWAY. Last weekend, I was visiting from out of town and fell upon this place, advertised as an outdoor rooftop bar. As someone still practicing covid-19 safety, I booked a reservation immediately and was excited to visit a rooftop bar. Upon arriving, I quickly realized this is not only NOT a rooftop bar, but also no covid-19 protocol was being followed. Tables were extremely close to each other, the entire bar was way over capacity, and NO ONE was wearing a mask. I wanted to get away immediately, but after explaining my situation to the waitress/bartender, no one was able to help. I was forced to still spend money on cocktails “to-go” because they refused to return my reservation deposit, even after explaining how uncomfortable I was with staying in that small bar and just wanted to cancel the reservation. The lack of understanding, the terrible service, the over-priced to-go cocktails, and the ignorance of covid-19 guidelines made this a place I’ll never return to, even after covid.

I ADORE Jarrett and Angelique they literally are the ONLY reason I visit. The atmosphere is great but they both make the experience 10x better.

We booked a reservation at 12 Cocktail for some pre-dinner drinks for my wife's birthday. For starters there is a $20 non-refundable deposit to reserve a table at 12. The $20 does go towards your final drink tab but still a little odd. The atmosphere inside is very nice. Loved the decor but strangely they opened the shades and essentially ruined the ambience. Not sue why but I digress. The drinks themselves were good yet unspectacular. They claim to be known for being able to make a drink based on your preferences from scratch. In our experience they seemingly made the drinks off the menu only substituting the things you said you liked as opposed to truly building a unique drink for you. Good experience though and we had fun but we will surely be touring other bars in the area before coming back here.
