    Very poor service at this Walgreens Pharmacy. I've had multiple doctors call me to say the Pharmacist's are rude and disrespectful. They do not call when the order is ready and sometimes don't start filling the order until you come to pick it up. I'm taking my business across the street.

    While I find the people that work in the pharmacy to be very friendly, trying to reach them on the telephone is a total nightmare. I am attaching a picture that shows how I was on hold for 20 MINUTES waiting on the pharmacy to pick up. I had one caller in front of me. 15 minutes into the call (and listening to the loop of how important I am and that there’s only 1 caller in front of me) someone picks up the phone and immediately puts it van on hold to where the phone then starts ringing for the next several minutes and then proceeds to hang up on me. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either. I understand the world is short staffed right now, but pick up the phone and say hi or get your phones fixed! It’s beyond frustrating. I was over in Chamblee and drove all the way over here while on hold only to pull up to the store with no one in the drive thru and the counter empty inside.

    Tried this Walgreens because it was closer than my normal Walgreens. Big mistake. The pharmacy is no where near as competent as the Johnson Ferry Rx. Figured most pharmacists were fairly equivalent, but I guess not. Too bad. It's worth the extra drive for better care/service. Walgreens may want to strive for the implementing consistently good service at all locations.

    Had to change my 5 star to a 1 star. Pharmacy takes forever. Today I have sat in drive through window for 22 min and the pharmacist is incredibly rude. I’m sure she is just over worked. Walgreens needs to get it together

    Went to this Walgreens recently and was actually really pleasantly surprised. Every employee I encountered, both working in the store capacity on the floor or behind the counter, as well as the pharmacy personnel, were courteous, polite, respectful, patient, and made the experience of why I was there much easier than I thought it was going to be. Sure, my process ended up taking about 10 more minutes than I would have liked, but they were very busy and I might venture understaffed as well. Thank you to everyone at that Walgreens for helping me that day.

    This has to be the most unorganized and slowest Walgreens! Just to return one item I was sent to Photo department then sent the the beauty department then sent back to the front that was a very low line. It’s not a staffing concern or just a heavy traffic flow it’s just simple unorganized structure. I blame management!

    The Pharmaceutical department is very very rude and do not enjoy their job. They talk to individuals like were children. The young lady put me on hold for over an hour. Nasty nasty individuals. GOD IS WATCHING YOU.

    I just moved into the area recently and this Walgreens is the closest to my home. I gotta say the thing that sticks out first and foremost at this location is the how friendly the staff is. Enough so I even told them tonight when I was there. I've even been complimented twice when I was there. This Walgreens is great for my self esteem. I mean that's all I need from my Walgreens is a friendly staff and this one is the best. Keep it up gang!

    I signed up to get a health screening done here, and when I got there they said they didn't have the proper equipment. When I asked why they didn't call to tell me (I took time out of my workday to drive there), they claimed my appointment wasn't in their system. When I showed them the confirmation email from them on my phone, they were out of excuses and feebly asked if I wanted to be scheduled with another Walgreens. If they can't handle communicating to a customer that they can't offer the services they promised, I wouldn't trust them with anything else. For all I know, their Dasani could give me dysentery Oregon Trail style.

    Went to the Walgreens today and was very dissatisfied!! It was a loud employee there on the phone, speaking about her whole Life while us shoppers were trying to shop In peace. She was SUPER LOUD! Super unhelpful , very displeasant, and no good customer service at all!! She actually was trying to argue with me in the store, Bcz I asked for someone to ring me up bcz no one was at the register in the front of the store. She yelled out and said it’s only TWO of us working, you have to wait. So you can go back to the front of the store And stand in the line until someone comes!!… Like seriously was talking to me like I was 3 years old ! Not only does she need to be trained better with customer service , but she also needs to learn how to multi task. Learn how to talk to customers, and say , mame i will be right with you, instead of saying what she said ! Riley was the one who helped me and she had such good customer service! Tekeyla the manager was really nice as well and the lead of the store he was pleasant as well! But that BRI GIRL, baby you need to learn how to use your words nicely to the customers, Bcz that’s what you’re working as. A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP! so act like it. You just need some more training! It will get you far in life .

    Dear Walgreens Management Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the #10265 Walgreens Pharmacy located at 4535 Roswell Rd, Sandy Springs, GA 30342. I recently tried to returned a bottle of Sambucol black elderberry syrup, and I was met with poor and unprofessional customer service. Initially, the cashier was willing to offer me a store credit for the product, but when she needed a manager override, a black lady appeared and refused to return the product because it had already expired. I had just purchased the syrup less than two or three weeks ago, meaning that it must have already been expired when I bought it. I found it frustrating that the manager was not sensitive to the situation and instead chose to deny my return. Although I did not have a receipt, I can guarantee that the bottle of elderberry syrup was recently purchased from your store. Furthermore, it was disappointing to find out that the syrup had high sugar content, and after the incident, I went to a Whole Foods store and purchased a healthier alternative to the product. The manager in charge acted as if she did not take the customer seriously and quite unprofessional. She was a black lady, heavyset with wild hair, and she treated me with disrespect. It wasn't just the refund that upset me; it was the way the manager treated me. I cannot help but feel discouraged by this experience and believe that Walgreens needs to improve its customer service training. Customers should be treated with respect and given fair treatment whenever they make returns at any of your stores.
