I
was
scammed
out
of
$143
by
Sunny
the
manager!
I
had
booked
a
room
last
Friday
night
as
I
was
in
town
to
see
the
Ron
White
show.
Well,
the
show
was
rescheduled
due
to
someone
on
his
tour
having
Covid,
so
I
called
very
early
the
morning
of
to
see
if
there
was
anything
I
could
do
to
either
get
a
refund
or
have
my
stay
moved
to
Wednesday
the
22nd
when
it
was
being
rescheduled
to.
I
understood
that
they
didn’t
necessarily
have
to
refund
me
since
it
was
the
day
of,
but
Sunny
decided
to
be
nice
and
said
if
I
emailed
him
stating
the
situation
he
would
give
me
a
full
refund
anyway
(cool!).
I
very
explicitly
told
Sunny
over
the
phone
that
if
he
was
not
able
to
issue
a
refund
or
change
the
date,
I
understood
and
we
would
just
go
to
the
hotel
that
night
anyway
and
still
enjoy
a
Friday
night
out
in
AC.
He
said
he’d
be
able
to
issue
the
refund
though
so
we
opted
not
to
do
that...
Well,
the
following
day
when
I
heard
nothing
back
I
had
called
Sunny
and
he
said
I
needed
to
send
him
a
COVID
report.
I
then
explained
to
him
exactly
what
I
had
detailed
multiple
times
over
the
phone
the
previous
day,
I
cannot
send
him
a
positive
COVID
test
as
I
do
not
have
COVID,
it
was
the
performer
who
had
it…
He
then
tells
me
I’m
unable
to
get
a
refund
as
he
previously
told
me
I
would,
and
could
not
even
accommodate
a
reschedule
date,
which
went
completely
against
what
he
told
me
previously.
I
genuinely
believe
Sunny
just
misunderstood
me
the
previous
day
due
to
a
language
barrier
and
he
thought
I
had
COVID,
but
it’s
absolutely
inexcusable
to
go
against
your
word
and
not
refund
me
or
accommodate
me
for
what
was
a
mistake
me
on
YOUR
PART.
We
would
have
just
gone
to
the
hotel
Friday
night
if
we
were
told
we
weren’t
getting
refunded,
but
instead
we
took
your
word
as
truth
and
got
scammed.
Steer
clear
of
this
hotel!
